Front desk staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is great and good value for the money
The King size bed, balcony and highly efficient room was clean, comfortable and most of all affordable. The staff is equally representative of the best in the business. The location is so fantastically being on the boarder of everything convenient in walking distance. To top off the trip the hotel offers tip cards that include discounts on many of the areas establishments. Our discounted Uber ride to the airport was a pleasant end to our fantastic visit to New York City. NobleDEN made the weekend get away; memorable. Sincerely. There was nothing that I found to be a dislike about this hotel
Great location, attentive staff
great location and place for those who like to get out and explore the city. not for those who want to lounge around the hotel and hang out at a hotel bar.
Loved the location - busy, bustling part of the city but our rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Very modern and trendy hotel with perfect location for Soho etc. very well thought details. For the price, some kind of breakfast should be included. Even if only coffee and croissants..
Very friendly and very helpful, especially accomodating our 1 year old.
Archicturally lovely Staff was non-existent and rude when available. Details were neglected. Overcharged for items not received and didn't even bother discussing it with the obviously dis-interested staff. Real shame such a beautiful space has no soul.
Betjeningen var vennlig og effektiv. Beliggenheten i forhold til våre behov var utmerket. Enkel standard, men mye for pengene.
Rene rom. Veldig små. Greit sted å overnatte, men ikke mer. Mye støy fra gater rundt hotell.
God beliggenhet.
Location great, poised between Lower East Side, Soho, Tribeca and West Village. King-sized bed the best. Close to great restaurants on Lafayette. Elevator a bit musty.
Clean and tidy at competitive price. Very helpful staff. Also not likes or dislikes but nowhere else to make useful comments: Be aware of small (but adequate) room size, no restaurant or bar (this hotel is just for sleeping in) and road noise (although not sure where doesn't have this in NYC). Location is on busy corner so you step straight into hub-bub of Chinese quarter - again not a problem once aware.
the location was perfect The staff wasn't polite at all. The room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis. we stayed there 10 days, and the sheets weren't changed at all.
The location is really good: in the middle of Manhattan, close to the subway and within walking distance to the downtown. Decent internet connection. The floors in the room and the bathroom could have been cleaner, but otherwise OK.
great location...nearby Chinatown and Little Italy and broadway...very close to subway elevator was slow...very slow, breakfast not very diverse and no lobby and restaurant
Good location for me. Had a hard time with the key working on the door.
great staff. free internet rooms too small. issue with clogged shower drain that was not fixed during my stay (even after 2 notifications)
Room ws unbleievably small. Definitely not suitable for two people. Breakfast arrangement - go downstairs, collect your bun and coffee and take it back to your room - was ludicrous.
Clean and friendly. Close to little Italy and a subway stop. Would absolutely return. Around 10am there was a decent amount of clanging in the hallways but they give you free ear plugs next to the bed.
Location right next to the 6 train on the corner. Proximity to Little Italy and ChinaTown $175 for one night? Very old building. Cheap TV with poor reception. Bathroom was small, out dated and not properly cleaned, I felt the need for slippers in shower. The Holiday Inn on the same block was $129 for the same night.
The hotel was surrounded by stores and restaurants which was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. The subway was also really close and took me straight to Times Square. The bathroom looked really cool however the floor didn't appear clean because of all the chipping I assume was accrued overtime because of cleaning. The tiles are a cute touch but if you pay close attention to the corners, it doesn't look very clean. The wires connecting the TV could've been hidden better as well.
The bed was very comfortable, but the room was a little small. The room was very small, but comfortable.
Nothing The sheets were stained, which I later found out was because bed bugs leave behind blood from their bites and their excrement. My last morning there, I found a bed bug crawling across the sheets. I killed it with my finger nail and it spurted blood all over! Gross! Now I am riddled with bites on my arms, legs, feet, and ears. The bathrooms are cleaned once a day, meaning after the first few uses in the morning, they are filthy; the showers leak onto the floor and get everything wet. The room barely fits the bed you are in. I found hair on my blankets. The walls are literally painted-over plywood, so there is no privacy and you can hear everything in the hall. The wifi - the whole reason I went with this place - never worked at all, and the staff was completely unapologetic about it. They should be shut down. I can't believe this place has an "OK" rating. It's a ripoff. And now I'm afraid I've spread bedbugs to my own bed at home.
Nothing. I didnt like waking up with 25+ bed bug bites all over my body. Nor did i like throwing my clothing out due to the fact. As soon as i walked through the door i was offered to buy drugs in the hallway. The upstairs which i thought was a aingle room is back to back closets with a wooden plank and a dirty bug ridden mattress.
Nothing Everything, this place is disgusting, room was literally a closet right outside of front desk, it was so tiny, and stuffy, no windows, and we were subjected to the front desk guy yelling in chinese ALL night, bed is a piece of foam, shared bathroom. AWFUL!!!! Never seen something so terrible, every hostel has been nicer AND cheaper!!! It cost me $80 USD for this hell hole!! Slept fully clothed because it was so gross.
Absolutely nothing room was violation of building code, genuine hovel See above terrible filthy room. No ceiling could see light from hall at all times. Room was really a windowless cubicle could hear noise from management all night. So much black mold it was scary. Not a hotel, scary place
Nothing Bedbugs were everywhere. The sheets and pillow had died bedbug stains from where I guess people killed them. The clientele where loud and vulgar and since the ceiling is open you hear everything. Heard drug deals, somebody threatening to kill his woman and her new boyfriend, etc...
I liked nothing about this hotel, there are no ceilings in the room, the rooms are the size of a small rest room, I was charged twice on my credit card. The place smelled like bar, no one came to clean my room in the 4 days I was there, horrible
About as close to turn of the century immigrant experience as one can come without time travel...it makes the Tenement Museum look like a day spa! I cannot believe this place is allowed to exist - absolutely filthy beyond belief. The "singles" are just beds divided by dry wall....
