Fordeler: Incredible location and the design is really befitting to Cape Town essence

Ulemper: Whether a one off or not, I had really bad experience of having to kill multiple cockroaches in my room the first night of my stay. Making staff aware the next morning, although friendly, I returned to my room late after a day of work and ready for bed, to be met with another couple of cockroaches scurrying from under the bathroom bin. Second of four nights stay. The next morning I informed the guest relations manager, who was very smiley and apologised (questionable sincerity) to be asked ‘were they big’ to which my response was ‘that’s missing the point’. I was moved so I guess all good, but 2 poor nights sleep, zero action for a whole day shows poor guest service. I’d rather there would have been less smiles and more to rectify the issue immediately, which may have made my 4 night stay more pleasant. It’s a real shame as the property is stunning, staff are friendly and I had such high hopes the first day, sadly my view changed and I will not be returning.

Ulemper: Restaurants in hotel very little options on menu. Not good food for this type of hotel. Very disappointed in the swimming pool and lobby restaurant menu selections. Very limited and quality very bad

Fordeler: Just everything.. wonderful service and beautiful hotel. Best breakfast i had in a hotel

Fordeler: The fact that we were upgraded to a suite. The friendliness, the personal attention and absolute luxury - we felt very special. A special place for our anniversary (our 2nd time and many to come). Meal at Reuben's fantastic.

Ulemper: The attitude of "manager" (in charge of seating) at breakfast.

Fordeler: What is there not to like?

Fordeler: Happy,self assuared staff in all departments. Golf carts to move around hotel. Location of hotel. All good.

Ulemper: Could do with better design barth.

Ulemper: the fact that sex workers are alowed on the premises.

Ulemper: Chaotic and mistakes at check-in and check out, you need to doubel check what you've booked and what you get, same with roomservice you need to ask a few times to get what you've asked for

Fordeler: I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for my first days in Cape Town. Location is excellent for exploring the Waterfront area and beyond. The hotel arranged airport pick up and the driver was waiting for me and provided a pleasant ride unto town. Highly recommend this service. Staff is friendly and responsive to requests. They really made my stay special by providing a complimentary bottle of wine and thank you note when I returned in the evening. The room was quite spacious with ample furniture and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious with so many choices! I also enjoyed the rooftop in the early morning with an outstanding view of Table Mountain. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. The hotel has a great vibe with plenty spaces to meet and mingle or just chill.

Ulemper: Likte alt bortsett fra at det var ganske mye støy både på takterassen og i restauranten, kan mex fordel sku ned volumet på musikken slik at det går an å prate. Ellers var alt utmerket!!

Fordeler: Hotellet er spesielt/utradisjonelt fra det øyeblikk du stiger inn - ingen tradisjonell resepsjon, ungdommelig med sterke farger (rødt), velkomstdrink og en masse betjening som sirkler rundt i artige t-shirts og står til tjeneste. Deilig bar/basseng på taket og rommet vårt var stort og fint med blakong. Beliggenheten er super (Silo 6) ved inngangen til Waterfront og alt du kan ønske deg.....

Ulemper: Ikke noe spesielt å bemerke hvis du liker det vi likte over.....

Fordeler: Bed was very comfortable, room good size, view spectacular and location wonderful

Ulemper: Reception disorganised/disinterested. On checking in, we carried all 4 of our bags and travel cot and stroller and no porter to offer assisiatnce. On the third night the front office staff decided that our baby sitter coulod only come to our room after signing ionto a book, that they could not find, and held us up for about 15 minutes while they looked...finally they allowed her to write on a piece of paper without checking the veracity therof. Each night we stayed, a flashing warning light on the ceiling kept going off, " oh don't worry about that, we'll switch it off". Despite asking the front desk NOT to call the room our kids ( 3 and 18 months) were sleeping in, the did so repeatedly on all three nights. Bar staff inattentive,, room service slow and inefficient, meal for 2 ordered at 11:340 took an hour was cold, (although delicious) and arrived with 1 set of cutlery for 2 meals. ( one does not complain at that jucnture when one is hungry... i just ate. As a family we have spend between 15 and 20 nights a year in Cape Town, always taking either a two bedroom suite or a hotel with interleading rooms. We have some favourites, and apart from a great location and great room, the service in this hotel is so ambivalent borderline disinterested that we will not return.

Ulemper: litt få solstoler ikke sjøutsikt Hadde betalt ekstra for to rom med sjøutsikt, fikk 2.etg mot gate. Fikk raskt et bedre rom etter å klage til resepsjonen.

Fordeler: Modern, spacious and comfortable hotel. My whole experience was great, despite my short stay. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Ulemper: I have no complaints.
