Dørvakter i inngangsdøren for å sjekke at du faktisk bor på hotellet for å kunne komme inn. Dårlig service blant personale. Altfor mye mennesker til enhver tid. Ingen særlige sitteområder i lobbyen. Alt var dyrt på hotellet. En pils koster 10 dollar i motsetning til mange andre plasser der det kun kostet 5 dollar.
Everything. It was perfect. Room was a little small but I can't complain for the price I paid.
Location, housekeeping services, large room. Gym is spacious and it offers certain fitness activities to the guests, such as Pilates and Yoga. The blinds didn't close totally and allow some lighting into the room. Next day it was fixed with Velcro straps. The front desk assured me that I had a view to 5th Ave and it wasn't true. I saw the back of other buildings towards W 55 St. The gym is spacious but the machines are outdated and only for a certain group of muscles.

It is successfully located - in the center of Manhattan, near to city centre and sights Stopped in 5* parts of hotel. All strongly become outdated, noise both from street, and from the lift and hotel, the sanitary technician and other demands serious reconstruction. Full not conformity to the price offer. A level 3* plus.
Lovely location, very good service. The room was very nice but the bathroom was quite poor in comparison. Enjoyed Sunday brunch. Had a problem with checking in....had the reservation under the wrong name. Didn't like breakfast in Oscars...the food was poor and the coffee was cold
We think this is the best boutique hotel in New York. Impeccable service, historic surroundings, magnificent public rooms. Great room service food. A bit pricey, but so is everything in NYC.
The views from our tower room were amazing. Staff were helpful and courteous. I would especially like to thank Ces for his personalised service, even though the shuttle did not not pick us up. We were given the wrong information regarding where to board our shuttle service and consequently, missed our transfer to the airport. The shuttle service was rung by reception at the hotel, but the company told us we had been given the wrong information as to where to meet the shuttle and they were not willing to provide us with another service to the airport. We then had the added expense of a taxi fare to JFK, to meet our flight. I did not appreciate this. Also, given the cost of accommodation, I would like to have seen internet access built into the price, not as an additional cost to the customer.

If you want impeccable service, and enjoy every amenity you could think of, then this is your hotel! Everything from friendly service to comfortable clean rooms, this hotel delivers. It's close to everything interesting, theatre, shopping, restaurants. I can't wait to return! Thank you St. Regis. A fun-filled weekend that gave us a life time of memories.
My experience made every other hotel I have stayed at seem 5-Star! I paid over $----- for the night and checked out to sleep at a hotel staffed by sane people. The security guard Patrick banging on my hotel door demanding entry and falsely accusing me of smoking marihuana. I am a 55 year old man and my guest was a medical doctor. No phone call, No 'Sorry to bother you sir...' Just an unhinged rent-a-cop. Wow!

Veldig fin beliggenhet i forhold til shopping på 5th avenue, times square, central park og museer. Standard rom ble pusset opp for 5 år siden, men har fortsatt eldre elementer som gamle tepper osv. Litt slitt.

Beliggenhet - Hotellet har "små" rom, og litt sliten standard. Savnet kaffemaskin på rommet som er standard på mange USA hoteller.
Beliggenheten er bra og ok frokosten. Triste og slitte rom. kommer nok ikke til å velge dette hotellet neste gang.
Svært vennlig betjening i resepsjonen. Rask service. Concierge i lobby kunne skaffe billetter til alt mulig av transport og dagsturer, men også billetter til f.eks. Broadway-show. Rommet ble ryddet/vasket hver dag, svært hyggelig vaskehjelp også! Litt dyrt blir det, særlig pga lokale skatter og avgifter kommer i tillegg når man sjekker ut. Frokost på hotellet var dyrt.

Staff was very cordial and gave excellent customer service. Charge for Wi-Fi was unexpected for a $700 a night room.
Nice ambiance. Good elevators to get to room efficiently Poor housekeeping. Bathroom smelled musty. They forgot to leave washcloths one time. Then forgot to leave shampoo another time. When we called for shampoo to shower took 1.5 hours to come. Also asked for blankets when checked in which never came.

Beautiful hotel, incredible view and far enough away from the craziness of Times Square but a pretty easy walk to wherever you want to go. I was skeptical because of the deal we got on hotels.com but it was an awesome spot! No closet in the hotel room.

Location, good neibourhood , good loung and snack shop . Also rooms were good side and clean with proper functioning bathroom. I wish they had a sit down restaurant of their own. Although they are close to restaurants on the street.

Our room directly overlooked St. Patrick's Cathedral and it was gorgeous. The room was spacious (unusual for NY), clean and comfortable. There's a wonderful café right off the beautiful hotel lobby for specialty coffees and French pastries, and the fitness center is amazing. Plenty of bar/restaurants within walking distance, as are many of the tourist attractions such as Rock Center. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will look into staying there again. There was nothing that I disliked about this hotel, although I would have preferred a lower internet rate (it is $16/day).
Convenient location to everything we were doing and the Molton Brown products are terrific! It's a luxurious hotel and a lovely interlude from the chaos of Manhattan. We asked for some champagne flutes and the ones we received were delivered dirty. We called and asked for replacements and it took well over an hour to receive them - at that point we had washed the flutes ourselves in the bathroom sink.
Excellent location and beautiful outdoor rooftop terrace for breakfast. I wish I had spent a bit more money and stayed elsewhere. So much went wrong: my room key didn't work. They supposedly fixed it and it still didn't work. My shower didn't drain and I was standing in 2 inches of disgusting backed up water. The air conditioner wasn't working properly and my room never got cool, which wasn't good considering that the bed clothes were just a sheet and a very thick, heavy comforter. The air in the room seemed moldy or stale--I have bad allergies and they were definitely triggered. There was only 1 person at the front desk, so any time you went there was a long wait. Also, in a very small hotel room, why in the world would they have a little bookshelf with random books on it?
I liked best the kindness and the availability of the staff. The bed sheet was not done carefully, except on the first day. The cover was just drawn.

Well location Midtown Manhattan, just off 5th Avenue, and a few blocks from father Duffy square at 47th Street, where you can buy half-price tickets the same day of a Broadway or Off-Broadway show. Tip colon if you want to buy half price tickets for a play, not Opera, Bella, etcetera, go to the front of the kiosk and ask where that line is. It is super short. Club Quarters has a lot of cool features, including filtered water on every hallway along with empty plastic bottles, free fresh fruit in the restaurant area, slow elevators, wait that's not a plus!
Room on floor 5 under fitness center on 6, Very distracting with pounding of treadmill at most hours. Renovation needed on room (stained sofa carpet not vacuumed, bath door off support called and told didn't have part in stock to fix, glasses not cleaned etc.) Level of customer service minimal. will move on next trip to other hotels.

It was a good location for what we had planned for Thanksgiving. Nice short walk to the parade and many other things around Rockefeller Center. Room was decent size for New York City. Small Lobby.
For a solo, environmentally-conscious traveler, it was fun to experience what it's like to live in 250sqft of room. Everything in the room was well-designed to fit all the conveniences of modern life into perfectly organized, perfectly sized furnitures and fixtures. The tiling, furniture, and appliances all felt modern and fresh. My only 2 negative experiences during my stay were the thin walls and not-so-comfortable mattress. In all fairness, I sleep on a premium mattress at home, so the bar was quite high. But mattress aside, I wish there was more sound-proofing on the walls - particularly exterior walls and windows. The NYC night-time jack-hammers kept me up until 3am. Even my White Noise app on my phone couldn't drown it out. If you stay here, bring earplugs
the location is very good. 1) i have told the hotel that i would be paying for my stay on cash, and was told that i should do so upon check-out; yet the hotel proceeded to debit my credit card before the check-out time; 2) the car park is too blocks away. If one has luggages, the car-park is too far. 3) we arrive at the hotel earlier than 3 pm cos my flight arrived at 11 am. Despite there being vacant rooms, the hotel refused to assign us the room. Upon our return at 3.30 pm, we had to wait 45 minutes for the room allocation.
Location, friendly staff, room comfort. While the room initially seems small, it soon becomes much larger because it is so compact and carefully thought out. I marvelled at the eye pleasing decor and efficient design. It has the feel of a small European hotel. There's no wasted space in the room or in the lobby. The check in /out front desk measures 3 x 5 feet at most. Amazing! I liked everything about the place.

Convenient location and reasonable pricing make this a good choice for a NYC weekend. The room was modern with all the needed items. Not really a negative but do note there is no lobby here, just a couple terminals to check in and one person to help you. So not a full service hotel but it was ok with us. Breakfast was typical american buffet for about average NY prices. We generally don't spend a lot of time in the room while in NY so this was good.

Nothing Up all night with bad radiator. Phones did not work or they did not pick up. Rooms are old and dated. Elevator takes forever. $52 for a basic continental breakfast. Go to a diner
Checked in after a long flight from Australia at 11pm. Room was not made up and bathroom was disgusting. Went to receptionist who allocated us another room - same result. Demanded a refund, and went and checked in at the Westin. Very disappointed.

I liked the location and for the most part the room was clean and the bed was nice. I didn't like how most of the hotel was not updated and the valet service took a while.
Good location, nice lobby, Good complimentary toiletries Bathroom small, outdated, with no space to lay personal stuff. Floor seemed to be dirty. Carpet very dusty on the edges, corners and behind the bed. It looks like the housekeeper doesn't have a canister vacuum to reach those places. Bad smell coming from moldy air conditioner. Front desk didn't respond our calls, we ask for a coffee maker to the bell man but they never brought it. We called the bell man for somebody to bring us the kart but they never came. Overall staff is friendly but not efficient.
I went with my girlfriend and her 17yr old sister. Everything was perfect. The front desk personnel were more then accommodating and the room was beautiful. the hotel itself was great. I couldn't have asked for anything more!!
The bed was very comfortable. Yes I was just surprised by the sheer number of things wrong. As we walked in we both thought. This is beautiful. As we checked in I was told I booked a king bed and I stated I booked a double. I showed the woman ( name omitted) my reservation and she said that a double room just means two people. Fine fine my mistake, I moved on. When we got to the room the heater was making a noise that sounded like an animal was in it. The shower frame was not attached to the wall, the shower door had no way to pull it closed from the inside, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted downward, as was the top of the toilet tank so nothing staying on it. I am a normal sized woman and I was I a difficult time getting dressed in the bathroom due to size. Check out is st noon as in many hotels, at 9 there was a knock on the door. When I answered it the cleaning staff was there and asked when I was checking out. I told them 12. At 1049 there was a knock again, the same staff member asked when I was leaving. Now you may say did you say anything... I tried. I tried calling twice ( was only there one night) no answer and wentdownstairs countless times, but as I was on a quick fun trip I didn't want to waste time. I was just surprising disappointed my my stay and it was compounded when I checked out and then checked into my next hotel, that for only 30 $ more, I not only had the amenities of a " normal room, I was actually given a premier room with a view, corner ceiling to floor windows, A kitchenette, complimentary unlimited filtered water, complimentary breakfast and a staff that was above and beyond. All of this just a few minutes from the roisevelt.
Location was great Elevators were impossible. Had to wait upwards of 10-15 minutes for an elevator to reach the 10th floor, every single time we used them. Actually opted to take the stairs a few times to save time. Toilet in the room ran for almost 5 minutes after every flush. We were locked out of our room at 1130am, 30 minutes prior to checkout time. The "breakfast bar" in the hotel lobby had nothing but coffee and 2 bananas left at 10am, with no other options provided. We did not get a receipt at checkout, either, nor was one emailed to us. And lastly, we waited for almost 30 minutes for our car to be brought around at checkout because the driver was waiting for the doorman to call him to come around (which he did as soon as we came outside).
In general the staff was nice and accommodating. In particular the concierge named Aisha (spelling?) was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean, and got the job done. I would stay here again as it was a great value and location. My 'Cosy Queen' was pretty small. If I had another person sharing the room, it would have definitely been too small. But for myself it was fine, but not for the clastrophobic!

Standaren var veldig bra,og de ansatte var veldig imøtekommende. Alt i alt et veldig bra hotell. Senke prisene på internettforbindelse på rommene drastisk. Det var urimelig dyrt. Skulle vært mulighet for og oppbevare litt melk,brus etc. kaldt. Det savnet vi.

Very Friendly and attentive staff. Location away from Times Square but still walkable. Proximity to Central Park! Very Clean Rooms that seem to be a rarity in NYC! You need a cab? The Doormen have that handled quickly! Hotel Car service to the Airport is a value for the money! I did come home with bug bites on my legs that itched through out my stay there. I can't say for certain it was from the bed but may have came from room.
- room was extremely clean, decor was very nice - the size of the room king room was perfect with plenty of space to feel comfortable and not cramped like typical NYC hotels - bathroom was good size and extremely clean - location was great (midtown east but more central and just further away from the tourist traps that you can get a nice night of sleep) - hotel restaurant was a little small but efficient for an early breakfast. - this is officially my new go to hotel when I have short business trips in NYC. The price is great and it has everything I need. i don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.

Great staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Especially door men and bell hops. Arrived in rain and they were right there with umbrellas. Stayed on 4th floor and often a loud noise in the walls would wake me up. Possibly related to ventilation or pipes?
You charge me 199 plus tax then $65 for dont know what for?then you put me on the 2nd floor facing a generator when my wife told them we were friend and family dor the hotel said their nothing they can do.was tired just wanted to go to sleep nothing else.only to notice a charge of 65$ no explanation for it....
Room was large, bed comfortable Street noise, room keys failed to work multiple days in a row, knocking on my door at 6:30am despite DND. I've stayed at OneUN, and at the Candlewood- in both places i felt that the cost was more aligned with the quality than it was at at the Omni.
Good location, friendly staff, clean and decent sized rooms for NYC. Reserved 3 "deluxe double" rooms but when I arrived front desk told me those are not guaranteed when booking through 3rd party website (then why do they give you an option of what type of room you want). Anyway, I received 2 deluxe doubles and a king room with a roll away bed. Not ideal but the king room was large and the rollaway was actually pretty nice. Also, valet service is SLOW. Call at least 45 minutes ahead for your car.
Service, service, service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Staff was all smiles, even the guys painting the hallway, so I'm assuming this place treats everyone well. The room was awesome! I ordered champagne at 1 in the morning, the guy helping me confirmed my order - then called back 10 minutes later to tell me they were out of the bottle I requested but they would give me the next option up at the same price. Had an awesome stay. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where I am struggling to write something here. Prices of the hotel bar maybe? Not really a fair complaint as this is a luxury hotel in NYC.
