SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..
Ulemper: "The plane was small. It was a quick flight though."
Fordeler: "Amazing crew, fast boarding."
Ulemper: "Uninspired food. I was served the same meals 30 years ago."

Ulemper: "I don’t like how the food on premium economy is packed in a cubic box that is really messy to eat from which the small plastic cutlery. Food quality is good, but feels like being an animal being fed from a bucket."

Ulemper: "Confused information and double/extra charge for only one check-in baggage. They should make clear in the first place when booking ticket or check in online but NOT. I have to pay $83 dollars for one luggage."
Fordeler: "That’s what you want, eh?"
Ulemper: "It would be nice to get a complementary cookie with the complementary coffee..... no concerns otherwise."
Ulemper: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."
Fordeler: "The food."
Ulemper: "The seat are so narrow"
Ulemper: "The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."
Ulemper: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"
Fordeler: "Entertainment great, plane clean and newish. Breakfast way better than most competitors on transatlantic. Fruit salad, hot good sized rolls, yogurt, thick slices of ham n cheese so much better than BA’s downsized granola bar and mini muffin ( that they also serve in the upgraded class!"
Ulemper: "You really need to either have no legs or be 5’6” or less to fit in the seat without angling sideways. But alas SAS is no worse than the competitors in this department. Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."
Fordeler: "Excellent all around. Super smooth, friendly and fast!!"
Fordeler: "Really appreciated how helpful everyone was, from check-in at Newark to arrival. The entertainment system worked well, too. Aside from the two issues I describe below, SAS seems to be extremely efficient and well-run."
Ulemper: "There was some mix-up - not sure where - but I did requested a vegetarian meal and it wasn't in the system. I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier."

Fordeler: "Went to help desk in Stockholm on arrival to change seats. Earlier flight with better seats at no additional charge was offered and taken. Easy boarding and nice short hop to Oslo."

Ulemper: "Cattle call boarding in a culture where standing in que is unheard of."

Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."
Ulemper: "When I checked in I was told I had no bag allowance and had to pay 70 euro to check my bag. I feel like this was very sketchy on kyaak's part since it must have been on the fine print. I will be more cautious next time. Sas was otherwise fine."
Ulemper: "Due to a train mix-up, I arrived at the Frankfurt airport with only 53 minutes to get through security and board. Lufthansa would not let me through the process, even though I immediately told them about the problem. They not only refused to let me board, but also refused to reschedule me. I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

Fordeler: "That the person with whom I would have shared seats, found one with their party - had all the space...by chance ! The people at the counters are nice."
Ulemper: "1) I had an empty bottle and asked for water for multiple medications (as I had sprained my foot) thinking the stewardess had a jug of water. She opened a bottle and poured a fifth . I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

No text message or phone call; has I not checked my email I would have shown up at the airport with no flight. I tried to call their customer service and was out in hold for over an hour with no resolution."

Ulemper: "Everything! Our flight was changed from a the 6 hour direct flight I purchased 6 months ago to an 11 hour 2 planes journey from a totally different airport! We arrived 3.5 hours before our flight at JFK yet waited in ticket line for 2.5 hours only to be given WRONG boarding passes."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "The coach seats were narrow and not super comfortable, no room to store under seat. The food options were limited, not even water offered for free. The de boarding process and getting baggage was a mess, I didn’t get out of airport for two hours and very little updates from the airline"

Fordeler: "Disembarking from both front and back is nice and efficient. Wish more airlines did that."
Ulemper: "Both flights were delayed by more than an hour. You'd think a company called Norwegian would be ready for cold weather."

Ulemper: "Multiple delays; even after boarding. Disembarking was a mess because everyone simply wanted off the plane. Delay resulted in an unexpected influx of travelers into immigration which was an additional delay. Premium seats may be ok for sitting and watching the limited entertainment selections but not designed for sleeping on an overnight flight. Upon landing water fell to the floor in the galley. Once on the ground no flight attendants bothered to dry it up; despite them all giggling when it happened. Seemed quite unprofessional. Can’t say I’d be inclined to book with Norwegian again. The price may be enticing; but you get what you pay for."

I know it’s low fare, but I don’t want to keep the blanket, I have no room. The food choices for purchase were not great. The crew were very nice."
Fordeler: "plane was nice, crew was only ok. but the baggage thing is totally unacceptable!"
Ulemper: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"
Ulemper: "I missed the flight, because all flights from Denver to JFK were 6 hours delayed. I was not put on another flight, not reimbursed at all, not even treated considerately. WORST treatment EVER, in 40 years of world travel. TERRIBLE. I am so sad to see how air travel has degenerated. Very very sad."

Ulemper: "The airline company and if I can avoid it in the future, I will not take this airline again!"
Ulemper: "Delayed by almost 2 hours, with no updates, which caused a missed connection for most of the passengers. And then there was no mobile updates or any information at the transfer area, and we all had to go find informaiton at the Norwegian desk, which only had 1 person working. 6 more hour delay. Whoops!"
$40.00 check in fee if not checking on line, even though we ALL have to check in at counter too. 2.50€ for a water, but at terrible exchange rate for Huf. Uncomfortable at best for 6 hours. Zero entertainment. Crew are nice😃
Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).
Too many hours of delay ( 4)
Fordeler: "Flight duration"
Ulemper: "Leg space, cabin bag allowance more than 5 kg. Water at least to be served onboard a long distance flight."
Fordeler: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Ulemper: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."
Ulemper: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."
Fordeler: "Friendly crew"
Fordeler: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Ulemper: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."
Ulemper: "Changing in luggage information was annoying"
Ulemper: "1h 45 minutes waiting for luggages in Bucharest Otopeni. Still not delivered."
Fordeler: "On time departure"
Ulemper: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Fordeler: "Everything went to plan and we were very happy"
Ulemper: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."
Fordeler: "The Check in was nice and polite"
Ulemper: "1. There was a delay in the flight. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The boarding was delayed. 4. The plane was not comfortable ."
Fordeler: "Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful."
Ulemper: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."
Fordeler: "The price"
Ulemper: "The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed and there was even no information about it. Gate number was changed after boarding time and we didn’t hear any appologize not even receive some meal vouchers or food on board. We arrived more then 1 hour later- I can not evalute this as a good service."
Fordeler: "Staff was nice and felt bad for their company’s policy."
Ulemper: "I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."
Ulemper: "Extra charges. £35 to check bags in"
Fordeler: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Ulemper: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
Fordeler: "Pilot flew well Cup Noodles available to buy"
Ulemper: "1h+ delayed No information from the staff or crew (only one apology from the pilot) Left waiting in multiple places including outside the aircraft No updates whatsoever on estimated departure and arrival"

Ulemper: "Man at the checkin did not have a clue that WIZZAIR flight was delayed at 05/04/2018. I missed meeting with my family. Waited for a long time at boarding gate."

Fordeler: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Ulemper: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Ulemper: "The quality of service in the boarding, Modified types of cabine bags, practically you have to bring one change of clothes an nothing else in order to fit for the standards of the "small cabine luggage" . The boarding crew was very rude"
Fordeler: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Ulemper: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."
Fordeler: "Flight attendance service was great and smiley"

Ulemper: "The bag policy with the airline makes the cheap flight not worth it. Only one carry on allowed and each checked bag is $50"

Fordeler: "Nothing at all... They were unfriendly and I missed my flight because of them. Lot money and time is gone"

Ulemper: "The flight attendant needs to be more friendly and clear speaking in English language"
Fordeler: "I put on my VR goggles and noise cancelling headphones as soon as I was allowed to and I watched 3D movies during the whole flight."
Ulemper: "There were too many announcements about food / things Wizzair tried to sell me, it would be best if they'd leave us alone until the end of the trip."

Ulemper: "The crew (starting from "Julya" at customer service) was rude. Some of the with terrible English. The size of "small carry on baggage" is RIDICULUS I tried and tried on line, but was never able to do the check in and I had to pay for that and a small luggage. Worst trip of the year."
Fordeler: "If you are just looking to get from point A to point A and don't expected anything additional you will be ok on this flight."
Ulemper: "We were made to wait for some 40 minutes in a glorified cattle shed with no seating before boarding. Will never fly with this airline again, however cheap it might be!"
Ulemper: "Wizzair has a huge problem with time-management. Its very important especially you are landing in another country at late evenig and have to make a detour. Last time I missed my last train to another city because plane landed late."
