Ulemper: "I booked through Kayak and when I arrived at the airport Swiss air had no seat available for me. I was forced to upgrade to ensure a seat."

Ulemper: "I used the laboratory before takeoff as I was one of the first people on the plane and I forgot to go before I boarded. The hand soap container was empty and I had to tell one of the crew. Shouldn’t that have been taken care of before boarding passengers?"

Ulemper: "The seats are like torture devices. So small and uncomfortable. After 14 hours of travel, my knees were sore from jamming into the seat in front of me, and I'm only average height. When the person in front of you puts their seat back, their headrest is practically under your chin. A disgrace."

Ulemper: "Swiss Air allowed us to book a flight with 45 minutes to connect. First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."

Ulemper: "The flight itself was pleasant. But a 3 hour delay, because of technical issues on the incoming flight from Geneva? Why didn’t they send another aircraft?"

Fordeler: "I was very pleased at the flight crew, the food and entertainment. We had a really fast connection in Zurich and our luggage made the connection, which was a big relief."

Ulemper: "I was not able to buy from the duty free discounted offers on the plane. The discounted shopping panflet was not on my LA/Zurich flight.... so I didn't see it and did not buy then.... And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Ulemper: "Cabin temperature was a little hot"

Ulemper: "I was sitting on seat # 25 A : The distance between the seats in rows # 24 and # 25 was about 6 Inches less than between the other seat rows in front of us and across the isle thus making it VERY uncomfortable when the seat in front was in the sleeping condition. Peter M. Endriss"

Fordeler: "The line for screening for initial security at Ben Gurion was ridiculously long. Almost one hour in line before we even could be interviewed."
Ulemper: "Boarding and in-flight experience were excellent."

Fordeler: "Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were all multi-lingual and ready to help foreign travelers. The food was good. The plain wasn’t overstuffed with people - actually there were enough open seats that everyone could have a little extra space. Will always check Swiss Air first for international travel."

Ulemper: "We missed our flight going to Geneva from new York and so automatically lost the return portion of our flight. So had to totally rebook. The people at the Swiss air counter were not very helpful."

Fordeler: "Nothing."
Ulemper: "The service was not great which surprised me for swiss. The flight attendant was absolutely not into work. The seats supposed to work.. wasn’t .. we had to switch the seats with no help and with the lights off. Awful .. of course they didn’t noticed so they didn’t woke me up for the breakfast. (And I’ve been asking for). Maybe was bad luck but that’s really ridiculous. During the flight they didn’t brought water or something we had to call them."

Fordeler: "I loved Swiss flights.. its staff and in flight expereince"

Ulemper: "The flight was 1:20 hours delay so it arrived at midnight to Vienna. Even they refused to accept all the cabin bags on board. Very disspointed with Swiss. I’m flying twice time a week and I never experience so frustating experience like Swiss Air"

Ulemper: "I as a "loyal' flier (app 50 years flew Swiss and SwissAir resp.) am disappointed that I have to pay 29.- for the seat reservation.I think this is outrageous. Also there used to be a "senior discount "; It is gone ! Peter Hz"

Fordeler: "Just a comment that the flight is short and I understand that the company does not provide any food except for chicolate"

Fordeler: "The flight from SFO to ZRH was in a newly fitted 777. The seats were very comfortable and we had plenty of leg room in economy class. Great and extremely nice flight attendants - thank you!"
Ulemper: "The flight from ZRH to SFO was in an older 777 and the seats were very uncomfortable with limited leg room in economy. This flight was not very enjoyable. I have to say though that the very friendly and helpful flight attendants were compensating for this. Thank you!"

Fordeler: "Crew was amazing. So patient and accommodating, even when passengers were a bit impatient. Cabin was clean, and it was good to have blankets and pillow on a long flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. Food was okay but not substantial. Comfort was terrible in my seat - for some reason I had a seat with a metal box underneath so I could not stretch my legs. And the fellow next to me, in the middle, was over 6 feet and was VERY uncomfortable, even though he had legroom. There were good options for entertainment, but it was unreliable and had to be restarted once. Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."

Fordeler: "Attendants were cordial"
Ulemper: "There was no organized boarding of coach passengers. There was sufficient food provided but overall quality was marginal."

Fordeler: "Everthing went as planned. Left on time. Cannot complain."

Ulemper: "There was a supposed difficulty with my entry in Europe when I tried to Check into Chicago. I thought that I had to cancel my flight. Swiss air representatives had to do much consultation, which took nearly an hour, while I was standing there the whole time. At the end, I was thanked for my patience and told all should be well and not even given a small upgrade for the distress this caused me. Traveling is disagreeable in general now, and personally, even moreso after this episode."

Fordeler: "Friendly and attentive. The check-in person was willing to check to see that I had a reclining seat. Friendly and accommodating attendants good wine offered in economy, water offered several times during the 9:30 hour flight. Pilots changed Flt altitude to accommodate for turbulence."
Ulemper: "Very little not to like on this flight."

Ulemper: "Was not able to perform online checkin and thsu was not able to pick seats."

Ulemper: "Inability to add TSA pre-check to my profile. Very slow check- in process in Geneva. Cramped seating ."

Fordeler: "The entertainment consoles are great, plane is modern and clean, staff on board are very considerate and helpful. Flight left and landed on time and our luggage arrived intact. Everything that we paid for we got."
Ulemper: "The space between the seats is very small, and the seats recline very far, I found myself a bit too tall to fit in them comfortably, as even reclined my neighbors seat was nearly pressed against my nose. My much shorter girlfriend did not have this problem, and slept through the whole flight. SWISS only has one or two check in agents at LAX, and the wait was about 3hr to process the 300-odd passengers on our 777. I know they're only running a flight or two a day from LA, but I am sure there's a speedier and more efficient way to check us all in."

Fordeler: "Crew was excellent, and the food was both ample and appetizing."
Ulemper: "The boarding process is a little chaotic for the economy cabin since there is no distinctions by zone or seat row. The result is a bit of a surge when they first announce the boarding of the cabin."

Ulemper: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Ulemper: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Fordeler: "Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Ulemper: "I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it."

Fordeler: "Very good service, teh flight attendants made it as pleasant as possible, plane left on time"
Ulemper: "tough to sit on a plane for 9.5 hours"

Ulemper: "Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily."

Ulemper: "My suitcase didn't come with the airline."

Fordeler: "Friendly crew! More legroom, good entertainment and food was great! Smooth landings pretty much on time."

Ulemper: "The movie options, as well as music and TV options were limited. There were no electrical outlets."

Fordeler: "Need better quality tvs for such a long flight and better movies There were only 4 Bollywood movies and not the latest ones either"

Fordeler: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Ulemper: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Fordeler: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Ulemper: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Fordeler: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Ulemper: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Fordeler: "expedited check in with nice staff. Security staff were pleasant, and the entire check in process for everything was easy"
Ulemper: "there was no lounge close to our departure gate"

Ulemper: "Super delayed. Could have fixed the issue BEFORE we were sitting on tha plane for TWO hours"

Fordeler: "Nice seats, comfortable."
Ulemper: "Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Fordeler: "Loved this 747! Crew was professional and food was very good."

Ulemper: "Boarding was odd. Go to airport early and counters were not open, did on line check in so was able to avoid the self check in at airport. Also self check in luggage seems confusing with no ground crew to help. It didn't affect me but lots of confused passenger."

Ulemper: "No power to charge phones, laptops, etc and no WiFi available. For such a long trip (10 hours) below industry standard."

Fordeler: "The crew was very pleasant and professional. toilets were very clean adequate overhead space"
Ulemper: "Very uncomfortable seats in Economy Comfort. Legroom and recline were OK but the seats were extremely narrow. No evening meal and breakfast was minimal"

Ulemper: "I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax."

Ulemper: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Ulemper: "Priority passangers cannot board with their non priority partner, even on the sane reservation. Congratulations sas, only airline workdwide to prohibit this. Otherwise, also forgot my duty free bag at the gate and the crew refused to have me return for it or get it for me."

Fordeler: "The seats were very comfortable -- the plane wasn't very full, so there was room to spread out for some folks. As a vegetarian, the lunch meal was EXCELLENT, thank you. There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Ulemper: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

Ulemper: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! If they do answer the phone (1-800-221-2350), they either put you on hold for a whole day or, if you leave your phone no. and name to have them call you back, they never do . I am not the only person who has this experience. It is too bad because if this continues, the airline will loose business and I would hate to see that. However, I still will use KAYAK"

Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office never returning phone calls as we are trying to get our questions answered. Would also be nice if the airline would use JFK instead of Liberty in Newark. Thank you."

Ulemper: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Fordeler: "All good with SAS. Not good with me. I forgot to ask for a window seat."
Ulemper: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."

Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Ulemper: "The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling."

Ulemper: "My family wasn't given a choice on the meal they were given which was hard because most of them don't eat fish (it was codfish). One of the flights was delayed 2 hrs & then didn't take off for 40 mins after the two hours because boarding wasn't started til 10 mins before it was scheduled to takeoff"

Fordeler: "Cod fish meal was nice! Lots of movie options, and the staff were nice."
Ulemper: "Foot rests would have been great to have. The boarding process was exhausting. A long line for another passport check (after the immigration check point) and the long bus ride to the aircraft."

Ulemper: "We were just surprised by the charges for our checked bags. Thought we had it all covered, but no!"

Ulemper: "I was in seat 35G. The space under the seat in front of me was very small, and it was nearly impossible to get to my bag when the person in front of me reclined. Also, the young boy sitting behind me was kicking the seat throughout most of the flight. Not your fault, but it was pretty crappy."

Fordeler: "The seats do recline, more space than Delta or United"

Ulemper: "Flight#1 was late. I missed the connecting flight to Basel. I have to stay overnight in Brussels and fly VERY early to Basel in the morning."

Fordeler: "Food was ok. Check in was ok in Portugal. The plane was good (entertainment and seat comfort)."

Ulemper: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Fordeler: "Cabinstaff were friendly and professional"

Ulemper: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."

Fordeler: "The flight was uneventful."
Ulemper: "The food was edible. The entertainment display was old. Not much leg room."

Ulemper: "Flight to LIS was delayed 2.5 hours, missed BCN flight. I was given a new flight, but boardng pass was canceled at gate. I'm stranded!"

Fordeler: "Crew"
Ulemper: "Staff at the check-in and boarding."

Fordeler: "Cute meal already waiting for us at the seat when boarded"

Fordeler: "Great service, great comfort, great food and early arrival"

Ulemper: "The boarding process seemed very unorganized. The people and police that were working weren't friendly at all."

Fordeler: "The food in Economy was way better than usual U.S. airline food. Ground staff in Newark were helpful in retrieving a book I left on the plane. Captain had the seat belt sign off early and turned it back on late in descent which allowed people to visit the restrooms. Video entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "Captain should have made more P.A. announcements during the coast in over Cape Cod to point out areas of interest"

Fordeler: "Crew waa super attentive & friendly"
Ulemper: "Entertainment was lacking Movies were on only certain times You were not able to pause or stop Audio was bad"

Fordeler: "Plane didn't crash"
Ulemper: "Customer service on TAP IS TERIBLE. Employees are apethetic and useless. Don't fly this airline ever"

Ulemper: "The delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight and as a result being stranded at the Lisbon airport for 6+ hrs. This would have been avoided if there was proper communication within the airline-- an absolutely irresponsible way to handle our plight. The ground personnel themselves admitted that no one informed them of our arrival time. True or false? go figure.This all occured while they refused to allow us on board our plane that was still at the gate and nowhere near taking off. This also resulted in rescheduling our ground transfer, which resulted in additional expense. Overall, a nightmare of an airline. Avoid."

Ulemper: "Need bigger pillows!"

Fordeler: "The crew is always professional and keeps you informed of what changes there are."

Fordeler: "Staff was friendly and somewhat helpful, they were able to offer some compensation and hotel."
Ulemper: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."

Ulemper: "We experienced a 6 hour delay in Lisbon because there was no fuel available - terrible planning causing us to spend hours on the runway."

Fordeler: "I gave up fighting with you and TAP to recover this error that was made a moment after I booked thinking it was to Brussels. I will think twice before ever giving Kayak or tap my business and blog you both to Facebook."
Ulemper: "The fact that it is impossible to speak to a human to correct this mistake"

Fordeler: "Good planes! Entertainment is modern, food good, service great. Boarding fast, planeson time. Special thanks to TAP taking off from Boston on 12/29/16 with snow and even heavy snowing. I was lucky did hey stuck in Boston. The only weird part was that i was not able to pick seats without a fee even 24 hours prior flight."

Fordeler: "The flight was great the crew members were excellent and help ful the food was great"

Fordeler: "No frills short distance flight"

Fordeler: "The on-board crew was pleasant and professional unlike the check-in staff. Food was ok, landing was smooth."
Ulemper: "The airline makes money by having very low weight allowances on carry-on and checked luggages. The staff at the check in desk act like they are surprised and symphatetic about the overages meanwhile they enforce the weight limits to the gram. Most deplorable of all is the fact that they have one person on staff at a special desk where one can go to pay for the newly discovered overages. This desk and the person assigned to it full time is the proof that the company expects this kind of result before hand. Where on most continental flights the weight limit is usually set at 31 kilograms for checked-in baggages TAP Portugal has a limit of 23kg. Where most companies have no weight limit or around 20kg on carry-on baggage they have 8kg. The overages in weight result in a flat fee of $100 per luggage, even if the luggage is just one kilogram over the allowed limit. The low ticket purchase price is in my opinion a deplorable marketing scheme aimed at getting people to buy their tickets and then be faced with extra charges when it turns out weight alloweances are set at domestic standards."

Ulemper: "the airport in Lisbon is really disorganized with few people to check all the passports, so it took a long time to get to the connecting flight."

Fordeler: "Food ok"
Ulemper: "Again delayed and seats were ridiculously small"

Ulemper: "They had no record of my order for a vegetarian meal. I was served some fish but it was terrible. I couldn't determine what the grainy side dish was."

Ulemper: "FLight was late into Lisbon. There were several other people connecting from Lisbon to Boston on our flight from Rome and flight attendants kept lying to us telling us that the flight to Boston will wait for us to arrive. As soon as we landed in Lisbon we were informed that we could not get on the flight to Boston and had to stay an extra day in Lisbon to fly to BOS the next day. TAP gave us a voucher to stay at the Marriott, with lunch and dinner vouchers. The hotel would not let us use the lunch voucher so we had to pay our own lunch. Our dinner voucher was only for a buffett style dinner. The only meat on the buffet was pork which i cannot eat. TAP representative were unfriendly and unhelpful. They ignore you and dont look at you when you talk. We tried to complain to TAP and they had us running in circle to different counters no one would help us, then we were told that we could sit and complain and miss our flight or just go to our gate. TAP rebooked us on a SATA flight ot Boston without even telling us."

Fordeler: "The wine"
Ulemper: "The entertainment platform was on the fritz the entire flight. Almost all the headphone jacks didn't work or were shorting out. This plane had the two prong headphone connectors so you are forced to use their terrible plastic ones. The legroom for an international flight was terrible, almost the same as Spirit Airlines in their economy class. The food was very bad (dried beef with noodle) and cold by the time I was served."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"

Ulemper: "To be honest, at least a glass of water could be offered"

Ulemper: "Unruly passenger caused delays"

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"

Ulemper: "My hot snack order took like 40 minutes to arrive. They mistakenly gave mine to another passenger who did not order it."

Fordeler: "planes are brand new and for the price (under $500.00) from Stockholm to NY it's a steal - but...…."
Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Ulemper: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"

Ulemper: "I was in seat 33F. My husband & I were sitting together, boarded together, yet we were sent down different isles of the plane to board even though we asked to go the same direction. This made us arrive at our seats at different times & made stowing our luggage above rushed, awkward and harder to do. Not a good start considering we are both in our mid 60's. This may have been due to the crew being overwhelmed due to circumstances caused by the airport making us all late in boarding the plane all at once. Also, it was a late flight & there was constant noise from the galley making it hard to try to get any sleep. We were very happy that the crew got along so well but some of the conversations could have been at lower decibles."

Fordeler: "New 787. 9 hr. flight. Seating in Economy. Was one of the best 9 hour flights I have experienced in some time. Only issue not having a better seat. A bit tight. But, for cost of fare it was ok. All else fine. Yes, many comforts cost. But, that is standard for many lower cost airlines. We have been using Norwegian Air for several years now. Already looking to book several long-haul flights w NA. Delays in boarding aircraft seemed to be security. Not NA"
