Fordeler: On time departure
Ulemper: We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic.
Ulemper: Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline.
Fordeler: The flight arrived ten minutes early at our destination.
Ulemper: Extremely small and uncomfortable seats even for a small person.
Fordeler: Flight arrived
Ulemper: Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual.

Ulemper: Forferdelig innsjekking, lang kø, kun en person som skulle håndtere alle. Bag drop aksepterte kun en innsjekket bagasje for 2 personer selv om vi skulle kunne sjekke inn 2 hver.
Ulemper: Difficult to find check in at Copenhagen airport
Fordeler: On time. Good hardware.
Ulemper: Priority passangers cannot board with their non priority partner, even on the sane reservation. Congratulations sas, only airline workdwide to prohibit this. Otherwise, also forgot my duty free bag at the gate and the crew refused to have me return for it or get it for me.
Fordeler: Flight was good. Seats were comfy and spacious on this flight. Food wasn’t included on the flight as I didn’t upgrade my tickets but I rather pay for the food then pay more for the ticket. Overall I had a great first experience flying Norwegian.
Ulemper: It would be nice if for long hauls they would at least offer something to drink.
Fordeler: Crew was very nice and attentive. Seat was comfy. Sat in the middle of the Premium Cabin, last row, end seat.
Ulemper: Had to walk 3 days to get to the gate. It was a joke. I didn't see any golf carts transporting anyone down to those gates. All I kept thinking about is ," Im glad I'm not an elderly person or I would never make it to the gate". Shame on this airline. They need to do something about this.
Fordeler: Dreamliner is an excellent ride.
Ulemper: Food quality is sub-par. Crew service level is minimalist.
Ulemper: I didn’t know I had to pre-order my meals. Also, the entertainment selection was very limited.
Fordeler: Liked that the flight was not full and therefore could use 3 seats to stretch a bit. Modern plane and smooth flight. Cheap!
Ulemper: Tight leg space. No food or drinks besides water. Sits could be more padded. My screen didn't allow me to order food or drinks. It was broken and there was no effort from the crew to offer to get at least a menu or pay with my visa for even a cup of coffee. I could have gone to the middle area to deal with it but it was not worth the effort. Not the most pleasing crew IMO. Just doing their jobs.
