Ulemper: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

Fordeler: "I chose SAS since I have used this airline on most of my travels to Norway. It has been without any problems and I highly recommend it. The staff all try to make you comfortable and do not hesitate to get whatever you ask for. I have no plan to change plane. Thank you."
Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office. I know they are very busy like any other airlines but please return our calls and answer questions as we are fully entitled to their attention using their airline. . Thank you."

Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."
Ulemper: "Due to a train mix-up, I arrived at the Frankfurt airport with only 53 minutes to get through security and board. Lufthansa would not let me through the process, even though I immediately told them about the problem. They not only refused to let me board, but also refused to reschedule me. I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

The stewardess took it and said it would be put in cargo, but now they can't find it! Two bad experiences with SAS in a row. Don't want to use them again."

Fordeler: "I felt valued. The plane was clean and in good condition. The flight crew and attendants were very professional and took good care of the passengers. It was a quiet and stress-free travel experience."

Ulemper: "1) I had an empty bottle and asked for water for multiple medications (as I had sprained my foot) thinking the stewardess had a jug of water. She opened a bottle and poured a fifth . I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

Fordeler: "Flight from Kirkenes to Oslo delayed, which meant the rest of the flights were unusable. New flights were booked in Oslo through Copenhagen, which only lengthened the original trip time by about 5 minutes."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Fordeler: "When I flew premium on the long haul trip back to FLL the service was better. But probably because I was in premium."
Ulemper: "How about making the airport security for Norway and Norwegian airlines be more consistent. My carry on bag was approved on the flight over at both stops and again from Tromso to Oslo. That plane was smaller. But all of a sudden when we go on the 787 Dreamliner my backpack is too tall? Cost me $65."
Fordeler: "A nice comfortable plane and there was plenty of room to stretch out as it was less than a quarter full"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 90 minutes and switched gates so we had to wait extra long in the crowded airport then missed our connecting flight in Oslo as a result and had to wait another 4 hrs for the next one. No Food or drink on the plane unless you buy it and Checked bags are very expensive."

Fordeler: "The flight was comfortable and the condition of the cabin very good. As we landed 1.5 hours late, the captain and crew asked people who didn’t have a transfer flight to remain seated while those of us needing to make it to our next leg were allowed to deboard first. That was thoughtful and helped me make my train with 10 minutes to spare!"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally boarded, there was no crowd control, just everyone trying to squeeze into 2 checkin lines at once. My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it."

Red eye flights are painful enough, and providing a dark and uninterrupted flight for most people should be your priority. Please switch screen selection to arm rather than tapping on someone’s back !"

Fordeler: "I flew from BNA ago JFK and when I landed i found out my flight was canceled. they just booked me on the next earliest flight and when I tried to ask about alternatives they were of no help. they also told me my accommodations in NYC for 2.5 days may not be covered."
Ulemper: "Rude customer service. No help with getting me to my destination earlier. Unclear on providing necessary information."

Fordeler: "Its very cheap! But its a typical no-frills airline that doesn't give you food, extra leg room, etc. The woman at the check in line was super nice, though, and gave me a seat in an empty row."
Ulemper: "They didn't give us any (free) food for a flight from Providence to Dublin. You have to get your carry on approved by the check in desk first, so you can't go right through security even if you've printed out your boarding passes."
Ulemper: "Flight was missed and nor kyack or Norwegian air would help me. They both just kept saying it's on the other company to help."

Fordeler: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Ulemper: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."

Ulemper: "The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane."
Ulemper: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."

Fordeler: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Ulemper: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Ulemper: "Flight was over booked"
Fordeler: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Ulemper: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."
Fordeler: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Ulemper: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Ulemper: "To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."

Ulemper: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."
Fordeler: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Ulemper: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."
Fordeler: "Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier."
Ulemper: "Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats."

Ulemper: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Fordeler: "On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding"
Ulemper: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."
Ulemper: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Ulemper: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"
Ulemper: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"
Ulemper: "Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again."
Ulemper: "Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all."

Fordeler: "Late over two hours due to late arrival of the plane and even so they board us for nothing cauosng us to wait withot bathroom sitta etc."
Ulemper: "Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!"

Ulemper: "The staff took ages boarding us because they were obsessed with trying to scalp people for exceeding baggage limits. Nothing free aboard, no entertainment, the seats were uncomfortable too."
Ulemper: "Had to stand in the sun for about 30 mins waiting to board. Had to buy a bottle of water for £2.5 why can’t they just pour a glass of water or even sell at a reasonable price."
Fordeler: "There wasn't any delays, perfect landing"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, additional 40 minutes in the plain before departure. At least 30 minutes until doors opened. Overall huge delay that totally killed my business day."
Ulemper: "Horrible web/check in experience, 2hour delay. Inexistence of entertainment or comfort. What else can be said ?"

Ulemper: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."

Fordeler: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Ulemper: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
