Ulemper: "The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight."

I hate confrontation so I felt anxious and I'm already an anxious flier. I feel that this should only pertain to people with larger carry-on. my was below the average size."

Ulemper: "Boarding was difficult with poor communication, before impolite request for spot check of carry-on bag and person. Ended up being one of the last to board. Entertainment system did not work, and after 4 requests for assistance to different crew members finally gave up asking and so had no entertainment for whole of flight. The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."

Ulemper: "The breakfast was very poor. Two different servings of OJ(why?), non fat yoghurt and bread. Coffee came with only one cream. Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem."
Fordeler: "The crew was superlative, and after I was stuck for an hour at passport control I found the captain waiting with my dog(in his crate) to make sure of his well being. He said he made sure he kept the climate control at 20c the whole time on the plane. You hear all these animal horror stories but this went above and beyond."

She check my carry on and they lost , I have only bag with lipstick in there"

Ulemper: "3 of our 5 suitcases were out of luck to make it.. they damaged our 2 new luggages and the third one.. we only realized at home... now I have to deal with that too so I will be with Swiss on my mind for a while.. never again!!!"

Ulemper: "I was not able to buy from the duty free discounted offers on the plane. The discounted shopping panflet was not on my LA/Zurich flight.... so I didn't see it and did not buy then.... And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"
Ulemper: "This is ever the first time we flew with Swiss air and will be the last time. The seats are too tight. If the person in front of you inclined his chair for better comfort, then there is quite challenging for you trying to get out of your seat for washroom etc. The crew services were terrible. Between meals time, there were completely no services such as offering water/drink etc.-did not see a single soul of them, especially on a 9 hours long haul flight! The food was ok. The only thing I like was the chocolate handed out at the end of the journey."

No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."
Fordeler: "All good - Lufthansa even handled an unexpected air traffic delay well, meaning my connection still worked. Great price too - booked at short notice and Lufthansa business was half the price of BA. Far better device too."

Ulemper: "Cancelled flight and transferring me on turkish airlines again the flight was delayed over three hours.,obviously we have missed our connection flight to Beirut and now waiting in front the hotel desk because the first flight to Beirut is 12:25 pm , I have lost 2 days from my holiday,I'm very tired and upset, I will never use kayak ever again and I will tell all my friends and family to avoid it."

Ulemper: "This was an SAA plane, not Lufthansa. I have only had excellent service on Lufthansa. This flight again did not have a functioning entertainment system. I asked for this to be addressed and the SAA crew ignored the request and in the morning looked surprised to find out that several of the TV monitors had not worked at anytime on the flight. Not impressed."

Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Ulemper: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Ulemper: "1st, neither seat that I selected when checking in were given to me. 2nd both aircraft took off late for no apparent reason. 3rd When waiting to board in Warsaw, I was almost bitten by a large pit pull that a passenger was bringing into the cabin as a comfort animal. When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

Fordeler: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."
Ulemper: "Knowing that the incoming was late ground crew could have been better prepared with a motorised transport in the airport (instead of me running out of my breadth). The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

Ulemper: "The plane was late. First advice 30 minutes delay, but when it took off it was about an hour later. Due to this my luggage went missing and I had to run to catch the WAW-DEL flight and delay that flight also. The ground staff were unhelpful. There was no food. Flight crew were mixed bag."

Ulemper: "flight was over 6 hours longer than planned, we did not catch plane from Budapest to Krakow so went to Warsaw than to Krakow, plane from Warsaw didn't have air conditioning working, worst flight ever !!!"
Fordeler: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Ulemper: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."

Ulemper: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."
Ulemper: "The LOT ticket counter personnel is in need of some serious professional etiquette re-training. Always displeased expressions on their faces. Hence why alot of their own people opt for other airlines when booking."
Fordeler: "On time, stable flight without surprises"

Ulemper: "They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."
Fordeler: "Legroom, Prompt arrival."
Ulemper: "The entertainment screen did not work well; I could not use it at all. That is very bad on a long flight."
Fordeler: "The airplane is 737 dream liner Bombardier and is well ventilated and operated smoothly. Looks very new. Flight staff are excellent."
Ulemper: "The layout of the airport is not conducive to walking around before boarding. Could not use the airport lounge as a result."
Ulemper: "No air conditioning!!"
Fordeler: "Brand new plane, very smart albeit plasticy and clunky. Professional staff. Very helpful when I had a specific personal request at the booking office. Flight crew were not constantly trying to force us to buy things or making announcements every 5mins like some budget airlines I could name. Flight was 30mins early so no problems there."
Ulemper: "Warsaw Airport is terrible. Not enough seats in the departure longes. Not enough choice for shops. Not enough toilets for the volume of passengers."
Fordeler: "Everything was excellent with my flight!Flight crew was very polite and excused about delay.Delay was 30 minut,wich is ok.They helped everyone,who needed help.Food was nice,seats are comfortable.Thanks for everything!"

Fordeler: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Ulemper: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed (again) so I missed my train. Taxing and bus takes 30min as they do not take bridge :("
Fordeler: "LOT short flights are well run, organized, cabin crew are approachable and friendly. Announcements from the flight crew are informative and reassuring. Check in and boarding in Budapest was smooth and easy."

Fordeler: "I flew with my sister who has disability. Check in was very smooth and the Spanish lady who checked us in at Heathrow airport took our hand luggage which was really nice as we could just take care of our wheelchair."
Ulemper: "BA should consider to serve complementary coffee and tea on board. Such a little thing, but could make a huge difference."
Fordeler: "Quick boarding as we arrived towards the end and off quickly because we were seated at the back of pane. Crew were very friendly and flight was very swift."

Ulemper: "Crew were all over the place (at Club Europe Cabin) and very unorganised. We went to galley few times to ask them to bring us drinks even thou they have taken our orders. They need more training to be at Club Europe Cabin. The seats should be more comfortable and should give people more leg rooms."

Ulemper: "The seats on our return leg were much more cramped & did not have as much legroom as the outbound flight. There were no meals available for me that did not contain cheese. There were not sufficient choices of spirits & we were only offed a drink once in the flight. I have flown with BA for 30 years now. This was absolutley the worst flight I have been on."

Ulemper: "Ingen informasjon om hva som skjedde hverken på info table eller ved henvendelse til informasjonen. Stadig oppdatering av avreisested både frem og tilbake i tid Minst 4 ganger endret. Måtte betale for alt ombord selv etter å ha sittet i flyet nesten 2 timer. Meget dårlig service både av bakkepersonalet og ombord."

Fordeler: "Crew was very attentive and food and drink good as on most flight to and from City Airport. Seats very comfortable compared to main fleet. City Flyer is still worth paying the extra which most flight by main fleet ex Heathrow or Gatwick are not."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed and boarding not great as we were kept waiting in a hot bus outside the aircraft for 15 minutes"
Fordeler: "Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Good light supper."

Ulemper: "Our hand baggage was taken at the gate because the flight was full. There was a large amount of unused overhead storage on the plane. The crew agreed that they had started to take bags far too early. Despite being taken at the gate our bag was one of the last off"
Ulemper: "The staff would not accept cash for the food and drinks, I didn’t have any so had to stay thirsty"
Fordeler: "Flight was delayed however the crew got us back as fast as they could and we where very happy with the service"
Ulemper: "We had a carry on and were flying business class. They made us check in the bag but it was clear that it could fit. They said it was a busy flight so we had to give our bag up to check in. We arrived on the plane and there was plenty of space to put our luggage. It was not a friendly experience especially paying the premium to fly business. They were very direct and non forgiving. Crew on board were nice though!"

Ulemper: "Being a big lad (6'6") it was difficult to get comfortable even with the extra leg room."
Ulemper: "The aircraft was old. The seats in WT+ were therefore old and not very spacious. . The cabin crew seemed to be on a mission to save food and drink by not asking the passengers if they wanted anything. They juat walked up the aisles and you had to stop them. For a 10.5 hour flight we got one meal, a tiny snack box and one pizza snack thing. The inflight entertainmwnt was dreadful. 5 inch screens. All in all i would not be paying again for an "upgrade" to WT+."

Ulemper: "No indication given of delay. kayak knew before ground staff. On arrival parked at cargo terminal and had to get bus. Then stuck on bus for 10 minutes as could not get terminal fooors open. They turned heating up at full blast with no air. Surprised nobody passed out"
Fordeler: "I was traveling alone with my baby. Everyone was very helpful"
