I loved both the ground and flight crews. They're so patient and willing to accomodate us and help solve problems. I only wanted to suggest if they can give us more new or not so new movies to watch.

Great airline with friendly staff, on time departure. Unfortunately their website is really difficult.

They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

Seat selected at time of booking was not honored since selection has to be done on United Air's web site. Did not get the meal I ordered for the same reason. Very short time to get from arrival gate to the connecting gate at Haneda."
Ulemper: "Both flights took off late one flight was over an hour late I missed my connecting flights and was forced to take 2 additional flights instead of my direct flight The food is Japanese cuisine, if you are ok with experimenting and like their cooking. The flight attendants were not able to communicate with us in English regarding our missed flights"
Fordeler: "ANA has done well recently, with top notch offerings of food, flight crew, entertainment, and creature comforts. The food options consistently good (and I do enjoy the small touches like the candy at the end), and they are very friendly!"

Lush food, excellent service, superb seating/bed, plenty to drink and one of the best flights I have ever had.

Size of seating to & from Japan was exceptionally small compared to US flights (Jet Blue & Alaska). Also, the food from Japan to US was not good.

Service

The most I like from Singapore airlines is the food comparing to other airlines. Also found a good movie to watch. Sometimes it's difficult to find an interesting movie on many airlines.

The crew was very courteous and helpful, great experience!

They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.

We enjoyed the flight very much. The flight staff was very helpful and friendly.

Delays were given at intervals. So we were informed

Ulemper: "Please clean better the seats. This is unacceptable, not a good way to start a trip in Japan. We only hope to get better sitting in our last flight with SQ, from Japan to LA."

Ulemper: "I didn't like how Vayasan and Singapore airlines telephone check in both claimed they could not upgrade. It was part of the policy/seating I bought. They were wrong, the airlines at San Francisco airport did it without blinking, after checking my visa status."

on Oct. 16, 2016, I flew ACC to DOH on QR1424 with my Dad who is 81. Ryan Mostafa and her crew were EXCELLENT, such great accommodating service, such amazing hospitality that from now on I will always fly Qatar when possible!

More variety in the entertainment - for instance more competitive sports -soccer, basketball, etc

How can you have a complimentary lounge for people missing their flight but not allow people in. I guess because we were only economy. When asked could we pay for an upgrade to business class, the attendant responded with "oh, its expensive" I didn't ask how much, I asked if we could. I never felt so insulted. The food was terrible. By the time they got to us, our food was cold and they ran out of the menu item we wanted. I have no intention of flying Qatar again. I will stick with Emirates"

Fortunately, cabin crew member was kind enough to give me a regular Hindu veggie meal rather than my pre-selected Vegetarian Jain meal (VJML) - DO NOT CHOOSE VJML on Qatar, unless you wanna faint from the horrible food! The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"
Ulemper: "While stay in Doha the did not give any food vochcher for 21 hours what they think no body eat in 21 hours I go to counter they refused next time I will not travel"

Ulemper: "I have travelled fro hyderabad to miami,i had a bad experience at hyderabad air port at qatar counter for baggage Please baggage standards should be unique across all airports travelling from miami they accepted the laptop bag plus 7kg small trolley cabin luggage In retun journey qatar pople said laptop and small trolly bag should be of 7kg .my laptop itself 6kgs is there and they charged me 65usd as excess luggage. I said iwas not charged extra at miami why you are charging extra here ,they said rules are different at miami but in hyderabad this is the case I am very much frustrated on this service ,atleast once in a year i will travell on qatar from next time i never prefer to travel on this carrier. Thanks a lot for great qatar servic"

Emirates didn't give hotel in Dubai, though our stay was more than 10 hours.

Maybe an instructional sheet on the use of the "ICE" channels - specifically movies

meal portion used to be bigger.

You should add little bit more snacks.

Ulemper: "My 2 bags didn't come out to Cairo airport Your employee helps me to report that. He didn't give me the $200 to buy some clothes. Because he told me that my 2 bags coming out in a vew hours. And they give my cell phone # 01114488833 and I give them my wife's cell phone # 01225993535. They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

Ulemper: "Very bad service we press the light no one comes and the food is really bad and when I went to go get a cup of tea for my headache the crew member got really mad saying where is your cup we aren’t going to give you a cup where is your cup we gave you several cups where are they getting really mad at the end we made a complaint and the manager gave me some toys"

Ulemper: "Bathrooms were dirty. People running over each other to board at TRV airport. Clear and helpful announcements may be needed but the ground staff is mediocre at best"
Fordeler: "Inflight entertainment was good but that doesn’t make up for lack of equal treatment of all passengers"
Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Ulemper: "They changed the seats without asking."
Fordeler: "The entertainment options were great! And, they have free wine with meals."
Ulemper: "There was no leg room at all in economy. My knees were in the seat of the person in front of me. Most of the food was terrible and I only ate the bread. The TV is on the back of the seat in front of you and is a touch screen. You have to touch pretty hard. So, every time the person behind me was scrolling, they had to hit my seat. I couldn't sleep the entire 16 hours more than 30 minutes. I asked for water to take some medicine and was told it was 30 minutes til food service and to wait. It was over 2 hours before they started food service."
Fordeler: "Flight was quiet and very well organized"
Ulemper: "I normally choose vegetarian on all my flights, but emirates only has a strictly vegetarian option. Which means vegan - food was not good at all. Sometimes too spicy to even try to eat. I asked to replace my meal on occasion and took the continental breakfast which was great."
Fordeler: "The food this time was amazing...The time of boarding was good. No delays"
Ulemper: "The touch screens were hanging making it difficult to watch movies. Also they served a lot of booze to people and one of my neighbours vomited in arrival. It was a mess"
Fordeler: "The attention to my two nine year old kids. They enjoyed the flight."
Ulemper: "The washrooms are to few for the people on the flight. We were always queuing as the toilets were always occupied"

Ulemper: "The planes still seem dated on the interior, but entertainment system is expansive."
Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."
Fordeler: "Great service, food can be improved. Stop serving pizza it is not healthy and not appropriate for half the passengers"
Ulemper: "70 minutes waiting on tarmac for no obvious reason before 15 + hours flight is not nice, perfect weather, plane 4 hours before take off ready , but ATC allowed 14 small planes to over take us....Dubai airport big disappointment, not enough clean restrooms, overpriced ,not enough food courts ,only retail and duty free, boarding took double time than usual....for me no more Dubai,"
Fordeler: "A few of your flight crew were very nice and apologized for conditions. Free wine."
Ulemper: "Pissed poor equipment, awful food if that's what you call it, cramped environment. And the fact that on both out going and incoming flights I had things stolen from the over head compartments."
Ulemper: "No reason to complain."
Fordeler: "Everything was great. I didn't want to get off the plane."

Fordeler: "Emirates is an excellent airlines. Excellent service, comfortable seats, great food, etc., etc."

Ulemper: "Restrictions on carry on (no more than 10k) is a pain. Especially after u find out that business class is allowed 13k."
Fordeler: "Flight was smooth with lovely crew. Boarding process went without hitch."
Ulemper: "Checkin crew were not that friendly. I was transiting from JFK and I was asked to remove a special item from my checked in bag as it was fragile . So I had to put it in my hand luggage. However in Dubai, the Check-in crew refused to allow me to board and I ended up paying $180 to have my hand bag checked in. This was unfair as the device I had to put in my carryon had it'seems weight already added to my allowed luggage."

This company is excellent - I am happy to say that for a long time I wasn’t treated like this on any flights. Keep up all the good old “traditions”.

Ulemper: "the inflight staff needs to improve their behaviour in dealing with passengers. Some were quite rude. The aircraft seats were extremely cramped. The food selection was quite poor."

Fordeler: "This was my first time flying Turkish Airlines and they are exceptional! The crew was very friendly and helpful and their food! It was delicious! They also have a way of making you feel like a first class passenger in economy! Will definitely fly with them again!"

Ulemper: "The security was rude when we were getting into our gate. They humiliated a man because he didn't understand their accent. There was a group of young employees and they came off as very immature. There was a crying baby next to me for the majority of the 13 hours. They ran out of food, and I had no choice but to eat the pasta option even though I do not eat pasta in my normal life. My knees hurt from not having space to stretch out for such a long flight. It was freezing cold and they did not have extra blankets. It felt like my section kept getting skipped over for everything (food, liquids, general checking in to make sure people were okay). We boarded late, and left late. When I arrived the luggage took VERY long - almost an hour - to come out."
Fordeler: "Turkish Airlines is a wonderful airline. The service was excellent and the food was delicious and plentiful. They are organized and helpful. On time and smooth flying and landing."
Ulemper: "Seats are very tight (for those of us who always have to fly economy). Wish there was more legroom."
Fordeler: "On time. Professional crew. Nice touch with the bags that had slippers, toothpaste etc. Great entertainment."
Ulemper: "Because of an accident, I could not walk and needed a wheelchair. Rome and O'Hare were great. Istanbul was a circus. Waited for over two hours for a wheelchair and almost missed my flight."
Fordeler: "Same as the first flight. Entertainment is good, foods good, crew was nice, USB charging is great."
Ulemper: "Kinda annoyed that it was a two prong plug for the headphones. It was super hot and I couldn't rest. Not a lot of space beneath seat in front for personal items."
Ulemper: "Tried to cancel due to flooding in home and they would not refund my ticket. Neither would airfare.com, whom I purchased the ticket through."
Ulemper: "Had to remind the hostess to bring our meal as she missed us in giving out the meals initially."

Ulemper: "The chairs in economy line were uncomfortable after a couple of hours. It was really hard to sleep."

Fordeler: "The service from Turkish on the flights was great. The service for rebooking was great, once we got to the front of the line."
Ulemper: "Due to a snowstorm (beyond their control) we had to rebook. We were in line for over seven hours because they did not honor the line and helped whoever walked up to the front. Many people 'cut' in line. It wasn't until someone yelled at them about the problem that they started to honor the line. Unfortunately that was five hours in to the wait!"
