Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."
Fordeler: "Our meals were luke warm at best while the bread was still semi frozen. Food quality has always been low on Qatar flights but this time was the absolute worst. I fly with Qatar for work everything 4 months and that's solely due to convenience."

Fordeler: "Qatar airways always seems to handle busy flights and crammed seats calmly, efficiently and on time. It's a long haul - 16+ hours, and if you have to go economy as a 6 foot tall person, their seats recline well, seemingly better than many. You have to plan your long layovers, and they do offer assistance with hotel transfers, but they don't advertise this very clearly - so do your homework before flying!"
Fordeler: "The flight service was great. We had a slight delay on the way back to Doha from Heathrow but they made up for it by getting us through security faster so I didn't miss my flight to Tokyo. Overall the timing was excellent and I got home without having to fork out any extra money."

Ulemper: "This company í overrated. Obvious lack of organization in the boarding process that led to a late departure. Not a sympathetic crew, which had to be reminded the protocols (upright seats before take off) while being inflexible on other things. Chaotic food service. Average entertainment."

Fordeler: "Perfect from A to Z. Special thanks to the hospitality staff .. absolutely amazing service everywhere you go.. everyone is a VIP when you travel on Emirates regardless of your ticket type."
Ulemper: "The business lounge was full - couldn't find any place for my kids to sleep .. all rest areas and big sofas were busy. I paid money to get in the lounge because our flight was late and the kids were tired (I was traveling with two kids), but unfortunately I paid a lot of money to get in the lounge but couldn't find them proper resting areas."
Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Oh, beyond the food? The seats are great and the lie-flat worked perfectly. The entertainment system was great as well, and the live TV allowed me to catch the NBA playoffs while in the air. All-in-all, I couldn't recommend this flight more."

Ulemper: "Because we were late, my baggage didn't get transferred. I had to ask around to find out who handles Turkish air baggage issues in Tel Aviv. I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional."

Ulemper: "In comfort leg space can improve. Entrainment: in TV Series are random, they should be season wise placed so you cannot see the series in a link."
Fordeler: "This was my first time flying Turkish Airlines and they are exceptional! The crew was very friendly and helpful and their food! It was delicious! They also have a way of making you feel like a first class passenger in economy! Will definitely fly with them again!"

Fordeler: "This was one of those flights where everything was easy. Boarding was on time, relaxed. In fact, everyone was relaxed. We were ready to fly early, passengers spread out in the empty plane with lots of pillows and blankets, food was given immediately to accommodate passengers who were fasting for Ramadan. The screens worked well, lots of game and movie options. Only problem... No gin and tonic! In fact, no alcohol at all on this route."

Ulemper: "Would not refund my ticket or make changes. Turkey is full of terrorism and all Americans have been evacuated from this country and the airline would not refund me. They kept my money and robbed me."
Fordeler: "The food was the best I've had on an airplane and the in flight entertainment had an enormous selection. Flight staff and their service were amazing. I've flown all over and have never taken Turkish Airlines before. Now I don't want to fly with anyone else."
Ulemper: "seats were a little cramped for a 12hr flight, but I'm not a short guy. I guess it pays to go business class."
Fordeler: "My flight was full of refugees and everybody I met was humble kind, interested, and fleeing a war zone. We should keep progressive Immigration policy to make sure that people like the people on my flight are able to restart their lives in the US safely and without hassle."
Ulemper: "I'd like to have more water served. Planes are so dehydrating!"
Fordeler: "The in-flight entertainment was above average. The in-flight crew was fine, although not particularly gracious or kind."
Ulemper: "The on-ground customer service in Istanbul was the worst experience I have ever had with humans in my whole life. They were unhelpful, rude, blatantly ignored people, dismissive, walked away from customers when they didn't want to deal with them, did not do anything to keep order when people were cutting in line after people were waiting for 4+ hours. I will avoid flying Turkish Airlines as best I can."

Fordeler: "Unfortunately for Turkish A. the plane was less than 1/3 full...tourism to and from Turkey seems to be way down for a number of reasons. That made it spacious coupled with a relaxed pace of passengers and crew. The lunch served was quite tasty and satisfying. No hassles about carryons weight or size. Electronics aboard seemed to work fine for those interested."
Ulemper: "I was in group a. I was in line with others when the staff suddenly closed off group a and starting boarding group b. She wouldn't answer why I couldn't board. After letting group c board she told those of us in group a still in line to love over to the line for group c. It's not a big deal when one boards but this was annoying and rude"
Ulemper: "Announce too early boarding time, 50 minutes late for boarding."
Fordeler: "The food was good, the drinks were great, the stewardesses were professional and helpful and the entertainment system was really good, lots of movies. We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."
Fordeler: "I thought the food was remarkable. The cabin crew did a good job saving my mood after the nasty agents on the ground and during the check-out process."
Ulemper: "Absolutely all of the agents I dealt with during check-in. This was true for especially those checking in at the business class line for some reason. She was really rude."
Fordeler: "Missed the flight for 5 minutes because of wrong information being given to us then tried to get help and no one is there to help for Turkish airlines . Called multiple times and was being hung up on multiple times and after finally getting through the custimer service representative was extreamly rude and was threatening to hang up the phone because I was asking her what I should do next . At the end of the day no Turkish airline associate was able to help us and had to buy another ticket with Emirats . Tar table customer service and just took our money regardless of us flying with you guys. Coming back my mother was sick and we tried to get our ticket dates increased but still wasn't able to and now my mother has to buy another ticket with another airline just because Turkish airline was the worse experience we have ever had and we always fly international ."

Ulemper: "The pilot aborted the landing at the last minute and flew to Another airport where we sat on the runway for an hour with no information. After an hour they said it was up to us if we wanted to stay at the airport or continue on to our original destination, with no information where our connecting flights would be. After continuing on to my origina airport, I was forced to buy a visa out of pocket and spend 6 hour waiting for information from the airline. Finally they shuttled me an hour and a half to the previous airport, being very rude the entire time and making me miss the reason I traveled to my destination in the first place."

Ulemper: "Flight was very late departing, despite arriving on time. No excuse other than simply inefficiency. No drinks offered, during 45 min flight. No headphones given for entertainment."
Ulemper: "Changed boarding gate 3 times and then put us in a crowded stand up room only 10 minute shuttle to the plane where we then had to climb steep stairs with carry on luggage to enter the 777."
Fordeler: "food is always great, even if my flight is two hours or less. seats are comfortable and I enjoy the leg space."

Ulemper: "Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting..."

I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!"
Fordeler: "the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight"

Ulemper: "Paid for extra legroom, but very narrow seats not comfortable. Very difficult to sleep. Old plane--could not hear movies and unclear screen. Music sounded OK and choice was good."
Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."
Fordeler: "The crew was really friendly."
Ulemper: "There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful."
Ulemper: "Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM"
Fordeler: "MCR airport Mert & Greet parking was smooth and efficient."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed, landing at vce took an additional 10 minutes due to no one at the jet way. Luggage service was very slow"
Fordeler: "Crew was excellent -kind nice and very attentive"
Ulemper: "Entertainment went out mid flight. Had to be reset off 30 mins but cam back up"
Fordeler: "Shirt flight but well catered, boarding was efficient and quick."
Ulemper: "Not lots of legroom but adequate for an hour long hop. It was cold on board and also had to board via steps from outside"

Ulemper: "It would be helpful for short people to be able to adjust the head rest lower on the seat. More recent released movies would be helpful. More leg room. Not charging more money to choose seats."

Ulemper: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."

Fordeler: "Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight."

Ulemper: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."
Fordeler: "Timing & efficiency. Good food though only a sandwich."
Ulemper: "Nothing. Could say there was no entertainment but I didn't want entertainment on such a short flight"
Ulemper: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."
Fordeler: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Ulemper: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."
Fordeler: "Professional, friendly service. Punctual, safe flight. Comfortable, spotless airplane."
Ulemper: "What is there not to like about KLM? I cannot find anything."
Ulemper: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

Fordeler: "It's the best flight I could get for such a low price. But don't expect to to get the best and newest planes around but it's still overall a good experience."
Ulemper: "Quite bummed that the flight didn't have wifi / USB):"
Fordeler: "Flight unpleasant. Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."
Ulemper: "Carry on baggage issues and storage on plane. One aloof and unhelpful member of flight crew."
