Fordeler: "Movie Selection was awesome on the Vancouver-Narita trip. I thought I was gonna miss the my last leg of the trip to Okinawa on a codeshare with ANA. As the Vancouver leg arrived a bit late. But the ANA staff found me and told me I had a later flight because of a 20 minute delay! It was awesome service, they also gave me a ride directly to Haneda Airport as that was where the later flight was."

Fordeler: "I traveled solo with 2 toddlers. It was obviously not the best flight I’ve had but the staff was super helpful. The flight attendant got me the changing table ready every time I had to change my daughter. And always they helped me to stay with one of my kids when I had to take the other one to the bathroom. They were really kind and offered many kids related stuff (headphones, baby care kit, kids travel kit, etc.) Plus the food was amazing as always in Turkish Airlines."

It in baggage claim, the Turkish airline representative could not help or prove de a phone number for me to contact somebody indicating although she has the Turkish airlines uniform she works for swissport. 90 minutes later they said they might send the stroller to my house if found and that I may have to cover the cost as Turkish airlines will not....... terrible service terrible experience and I will never fly with Turkish airlines again"

Ulemper: "Again some attitude from flight attendants. The food is average but again subpar compared to previous flights with Turkish Airlines."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the fact that I was not able to change the flight for the earlier flight which had many free seats. Despite this, I had to wait 7 hours in the airport, it was really bad..."
Fordeler: "Nice to have a meal on a short flight. Flight attendants were very cordial and their service was efficient. The shuttle service from the gate to the plane was very quick such that everyone was boarded in a timely manner."
Ulemper: "There was no entertainment media available. Flight may have been too short for entertainment equip plane."
Fordeler: "Food was fine and entertainment system was great. Watched movies the whole way. We arrived 1 hour early."
Ulemper: "I was pulled aside for extra security. That was fine but there were a few other passengers that should have been pulled over for extra security besides me. It took an extra 20 minutes for me to board the plane because of this and when I arrived to my seat an Arab woman was sitting in my place and refused to move to the middle seat. She said she could not and would not sit next to a man who was sitting on the other side. If this is a problem from the start, there should be a way to choose a seat according to gender. The stewardess found me another place in front of this woman who kicked my seat the whole way. She even argued with the stewardess about putting her suitcase above her in the rack and security was almost called. There should be something included in the flight information program about being polite to other passengers."

Fordeler: "The food was good, the drinks were great, the stewardesses were professional and helpful and the entertainment system was really good, lots of movies. We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."

Ulemper: "WOULD NOT TAKE TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. I took a flight from JFK to Tel Aviv, with a a layover in Istanbul. Turkish delayed my first flight by 2 hours, which caused me to miss my layover, and the next flight from Istanbul to Tel Aviv was not until the next day. They made me pay for a visa to get into Istanbul, took me to a hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, and then did not serve me any food for dinner. The Istanbul airport was a mess, the flight attendants and everyone working for the airline was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. Then on the return flight, they changed the time of my flight at the last minute, which caused me to almost miss it. On top of that, they lost my baggage and took a week to get it back. DO NOT EVER FLY TURKISH, YOU WILL REGRET IT."
