Not sure why the gate information would show "boarding" and then "gate closing" before anyone had actually started boarding. Was ultimately sat before the scheduled takeoff time, although takeoff was after the schedule. Favourable flying conditions allowed us to land 5 minutes early, although as there was another plane still sitting at our gate on arrival meant we were ultimately late to the gate (giving gate / disboarding times would be more honest than just the scheduled landing time). Somehow, even though there was a plane sitting at our gate on arrival, when we were allowed to taxi to the gate, there were apparently no ground staff there. What? Even though there was an incoming plane, they went elsewhere? Staff on the plane and the meal service were fine.

Billettene våre ble kansellert pga streiken. Nye billetter tur/retur Barcelona kom på 19.500,-

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

Ulemper: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Ulemper: "The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."
Fordeler: "Entertainment great, plane clean and newish. Breakfast way better than most competitors on transatlantic. Fruit salad, hot good sized rolls, yogurt, thick slices of ham n cheese so much better than BA’s downsized granola bar and mini muffin ( that they also serve in the upgraded class!"
Ulemper: "You really need to either have no legs or be 5’6” or less to fit in the seat without angling sideways. But alas SAS is no worse than the competitors in this department. Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."
Ulemper: "When I checked in I was told I had no bag allowance and had to pay 70 euro to check my bag. I feel like this was very sketchy on kyaak's part since it must have been on the fine print. I will be more cautious next time. Sas was otherwise fine."
Ulemper: "Due to a train mix-up, I arrived at the Frankfurt airport with only 53 minutes to get through security and board. Lufthansa would not let me through the process, even though I immediately told them about the problem. They not only refused to let me board, but also refused to reschedule me. I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

Fordeler: "I felt valued. The plane was clean and in good condition. The flight crew and attendants were very professional and took good care of the passengers. It was a quiet and stress-free travel experience."

Fordeler: "That the person with whom I would have shared seats, found one with their party - had all the space...by chance ! The people at the counters are nice."
Ulemper: "1) I had an empty bottle and asked for water for multiple medications (as I had sprained my foot) thinking the stewardess had a jug of water. She opened a bottle and poured a fifth . I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.

Plutselig kun 15 minutter med internett! Jeg hadde koblet meg opp før avgang uten å være klar over denne vesentlige endringen, for at nettforbindelsen så ble kuttet mens den fortsatte å telle minutter, for så å få beskjed om at de 15 minuttene var brukt opp, nåe jeg en times tid senere prøvde å koble meg på igjen :(

Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled 22 hours before take off. There was an email sent to notify me. No text message or phone call; has I not checked my email I would have shown up at the airport with no flight. I tried to call their customer service and was out in hold for over an hour with no resolution."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed. Flight was uncomfortable. Seats are too small. Food was whatever (one meal and one snack for a 10 hour flight). Luggage was lost."

Ulemper: "Not worth what you think you might save on air fare. They really seemed interested only in trying collect every possible fee they could. Instead of weighing carry on at check-in, they wait until the boarding process."

Ulemper: "Not particularly clean. Completely ignored all boarding procedure. Poor IFE options. Very cramped seats. Rip-off luggage fee structure."

Ulemper: "Everything! Our flight was changed from a the 6 hour direct flight I purchased 6 months ago to an 11 hour 2 planes journey from a totally different airport! We arrived 3.5 hours before our flight at JFK yet waited in ticket line for 2.5 hours only to be given WRONG boarding passes."
Ulemper: "No leg room at all. No complimentary drinks like domestic travel."
Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "Crew was friendly but a little impatient at times but helpful. The head rest on the seat was good."
Ulemper: "The coach seats were narrow and not super comfortable, no room to store under seat. The food options were limited, not even water offered for free. The de boarding process and getting baggage was a mess, I didn’t get out of airport for two hours and very little updates from the airline"

Ulemper: "Multiple delays; even after boarding. Disembarking was a mess because everyone simply wanted off the plane. Delay resulted in an unexpected influx of travelers into immigration which was an additional delay. Premium seats may be ok for sitting and watching the limited entertainment selections but not designed for sleeping on an overnight flight. Upon landing water fell to the floor in the galley. Once on the ground no flight attendants bothered to dry it up; despite them all giggling when it happened. Seemed quite unprofessional. Can’t say I’d be inclined to book with Norwegian again. The price may be enticing; but you get what you pay for."

Fordeler: "It was a low fare trip, so I did not expect a lot."
Ulemper: "Seat was far too cramped, the person in front if me reclined and mine did not recline all the way. The temperature was far too cold and you had to pay for a blanket, which is crazy. I know it’s low fare, but I don’t want to keep the blanket, I have no room. The food choices for purchase were not great. The crew were very nice."
Fordeler: "plane was nice, crew was only ok. but the baggage thing is totally unacceptable!"
Ulemper: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"
Fordeler: "Food, price, and long stay in Oslo to give time to enjoy city"
Ulemper: "We were staying in Oslo for 21 hours, but we thought that the checked baggage would stay at the airport. Instead it came out at baggage claim. We even asked the Norwegian staff multiple times whether we have to pick it up in Oslo; they said, 'No.' They said that it would remain at the airport. When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."
Fordeler: "The flight was comfortable and the condition of the cabin very good. As we landed 1.5 hours late, the captain and crew asked people who didn’t have a transfer flight to remain seated while those of us needing to make it to our next leg were allowed to deboard first. That was thoughtful and helped me make my train with 10 minutes to spare!"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally boarded, there was no crowd control, just everyone trying to squeeze into 2 checkin lines at once. My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it."

Fordeler: "Paid for a Premium seat in row #1 that was broken and would not recline. Multiple seats in the Premium section would either not recline or would only recline. Crew was stressed and impersonal. Will never fly Norwegian Air again. Ever."
Fordeler: "Food was pretty good considering it’s airline food. Featured the headrest flaps for more comfort when you doze off. Decent movie and show choices. I like the way you can order snacks, drinks or even duty free items on the display and have them quickly."

Ulemper: "I wasn’t notified that it was pushed forward and I missed my flight, so yeah, I was super bummed"

Fordeler: "The actual flight was alright, the pilot seemed cheery, and the staff was doing their thing."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, then delayed again. I realize this is part of flying, but the care provided for passengers was awful. I received a text message again, that the flight would be delayed further and meal vouchers would be given out. No one came to the desk for literally-hours and hours and hours. People were calling, but no one to get ahold of. When the meal vouchers did come, it was hardly a meal rate, but snack rate. I could literally get water and a bag of chips without spending more money. Aside from that-the only place to get food at that time had VERY little to offer. Then-as the flight was delayed, I was stranded in New York City as the busses were no longer running. I had bought 2 seats, only to not make either of them. I had to book a train-wait another 3.45 hours into the morning hours, and pay for the entire train. All of this was after the flight to Europe had been canceled without purpose, and I am still waiting for a refund for booking another flight after missing the origional connection-considering i had to fly to Paris instead of Oslo-and my destination was Berlin. My experience with Norwegian"
Fordeler: "Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this Budget-Buster overpriced airline as it offers no services, and is totally uncompetitive with other airlines from around the world for long-haul flights."
Ulemper: "This is NOT a "no-frills" airline. This is NOT a "budget" airline. It is a gouging, overpriced budget busting airline which offers lousy food. I paid as much for a "snack" of tiny side salad without any dressing & stale roll with one slice of ham & cheese as I paid for a magnificent American Thanksgiving Buffet at Raffles Hotel in Phnom Penh! Having flown 5 round-trips between JFK & Asia in the past year, This airline was the ONLY one to charge for baggage - all others provide 2 checked bags in or out of all their US flights. With baggage, meal & assorted charges, Norwegian one-way cost MORE than round-trip on any other airline. Deceptive advertising. General incompetence. NO service. And way more expensive than other airlines. I'm disgusted with Norwegian Airline beyond spitting."

Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"

If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."

Fordeler: "The crew was really nice"
Ulemper: "1h30 delay for no specific reason is unacceptable"
Ulemper: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."
Fordeler: "On time departure"
Ulemper: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Fordeler: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Ulemper: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."
Fordeler: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Fordeler: "All and all great value for the money"
Ulemper: "2 hrs late and we missed all our following connections as a result."
Fordeler: "Nothing really"
Ulemper: "The staff took ages boarding us because they were obsessed with trying to scalp people for exceeding baggage limits. Nothing free aboard, no entertainment, the seats were uncomfortable too."
Fordeler: "Plane new & in good condition"
Ulemper: "flight was delayed by 90min, boarding started (even plane wasn't here yet; people herded to air field, waiting, then sent back to terminal, for nothing, all in the rain flight supposedly delayed by 30min (really 90min) due to plane late from Belgrade (WizzAir doesn't have a scheduled flight form Belgrade) - clueless or making up stories to get rid of guests?"
Fordeler: "Nice crew"
Ulemper: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."
Fordeler: "Cheap flights, priority boarding."
Ulemper: "No meal included, no entertainment provided"
Ulemper: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."
Fordeler: "The staff and flight were top knotch . Could not fault them ."
Ulemper: "Nothing to dislike ."
Fordeler: "Quickest in & out procedure at both BUD and LTN in a long time and a super pretty flight attendant."
Fordeler: "Price and schedule. Going on time with no delays. Good value for money."
Ulemper: "Very hard on baggage policy"
Fordeler: "Flight left on time"
Fordeler: "grea air line always on time staff are friendly"
Ulemper: "So cheap."
Ulemper: "The approach of you, all together, should improve, be friendly, more can do attitude...Was not good at all, think to fly again with Wizz or NOT!"
Fordeler: "The staff was fine. We arrived on time."
Ulemper: "These discount flights from Luton are packed with obnoxious, drunken Brits going on holiday in Hungary. In future, I will fly from Heathrow. Besides, by the time one pays all the little incidental fees at WizzAir, the cost is about the same as the legacy carriers."
Ulemper: "Before bording a man ask me to gollow him to mrsire my bag and let me pau 40 pound because its litle bit biger than he want and let others pass woth biger bag ."
Ulemper: "The whole process of wizz Airlines is terrible. No customer service at the airport to hidden fees to airport 3rd party contractors who don't care at checkin Do yourself a favor just book a major carrier of your choice instead of saving 100& on weak I mean wizz Airlines. It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."
Ulemper: ""Wizard of Oz Airlines" I'm surprised the pilots didn't ask for another hidden fee! Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Private contractors from airport do all the check in process and departures."
Fordeler: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."
Ulemper: "Nothing"
Fordeler: "No food or entertainment on this flight,"
Ulemper: "I found the luggage allowance confusing"
Ulemper: "I didn't eat No entertainment"
Ulemper: "All was good"
Ulemper: "The bag policy with the airline makes the cheap flight not worth it. Only one carry on allowed and each checked bag is $50"
Fordeler: "It was simple, every thing was fast in the airport."
Ulemper: "Small airplane it was a bit choked."
Fordeler: "only good for short flights....the price.."
Ulemper: "not comfortable seats"
Fordeler: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Ulemper: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."
Fordeler: "Good comfi flight with great crew and service"
Ulemper: "The bus at the landing without a/c and it was hot as hell"
Fordeler: "The seats are big enough even though they do not lay back BETTER than British Airways it really is !"
Ulemper: "The flight attendant needs to be more friendly and clear speaking in English language"
Fordeler: "because Wizzair needs a way to terrorize psdsengers about luggage size. It did not affect me personally, but it is shooting and scary how Wizzair bitches about 1cm oversized bsgs"
Ulemper: "Wizzair has the worse reputstion ehen it comes to checkin and boarding. People still fly because it is cheap and poor people are willing to take a lot of terror to save a few bucks."
Fordeler: "I put on my VR goggles and noise cancelling headphones as soon as I was allowed to and I watched 3D movies during the whole flight."
Ulemper: "There were too many announcements about food / things Wizzair tried to sell me, it would be best if they'd leave us alone until the end of the trip."
Ulemper: "I had a standard carry on bag which in Wizz air world turned out to be a large bag. Not only did I have to pay and additional £40 at the airport for it, I had to take it on board with me too. This bag has been on many other low fares airlines without a problem. The Wizz air carry on limit is unrealistically small and is thus merely a money making racket."
Ulemper: "I ordered a ticket and got a confirmation email. Unfortunately I could not check in online. I arrived at the airport and found out that I did not have a ticket. This story cost me a lot of money and a lot of time"
Fordeler: "No water for the passengers, tea should be paid for, full price was not shown before ticket purchase, worse customer service (very rude)."
