Fordeler: The flight was quick, customer service was good on the plane
Ulemper: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.

Ulemper: they charge priorety and seat a jot of money. i payed 180 euros for the ticket flight.but there was not any prirety like it was in my flight from budapest to ovda.i also pay to the seat and before taking off sll the payed seat become full and the stuff did not care. Next time i will not buy prioret

Ulemper: Delayed over an hour and caused me to miss my connecting flight home.
Fordeler: The flight itself was good and the boarding staff at Barcelona were excellent in helping us with our autistic daughter, making things smooth for her. Overall pretty good until we got to Manchester, although the flight was delayed by around an hour.
Ulemper: Missing suitcase and then nobody available at the missing luggage desk for some time. Had to hunt around for someone to help us. Eventually when found they were helpful and have a useful online system for getting updates. Case not found at time of writing review but sounds hopeful.

Ulemper: But connecting flight is just 30 minutes delayed schedule because of airline benefits. I have to run the gate and I can make it but I heard 2 passengers didn't. I didn't hear this situation. When I ask staffs how about connecting flight to Nice, staffs just told me your flight is ok.
Ulemper: Nothing is for free not even a coffee.
Fordeler: This particular flight was parked at the closest bay to immigration at Heathrow. So a late boarding and arrival was made early through not having a mile long walk to passport control.
Ulemper: Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins.

Ulemper: Carry on luggage had to be put below AGAIN as there wasn’t room in overhead lockers. Then had to wait 25mins for luggage at carousel.

Fordeler: Entertainment was good. Plane was pretty new/nice
Ulemper: The food is rediculous. Apparently you have to pay extra ahead of time to even get a glass of water. That is unacceptable to me and because I didn't book on their website directly, I was never notified of this. 3 dollars for a bottle of water. It wouldn't be a bad airline if not for this but they have to skimp on this one little thing. It's also upsetting because it's an 8 hour flight. You need water and food!! That ruined it for me and it's such a simple thing. Plus the flight attendants were unprofessional. Probably won't fly them again.
Fordeler: On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding
Ulemper: My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet.
Ulemper: Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline.

Ulemper: We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic.
Ulemper: I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment.
Ulemper: Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices.
Fordeler: Friendly and efficient crew. Flights were on time if not even early.

Ulemper: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.
Ulemper: Inflight was better than I expected. But needs upgrading air crafts.
Fordeler: Good selection of movies and music. Food was mediocre.
Ulemper: Our seat location was near the toilets in the middle of the plane. Seemed like an unusual high number of passengers constantly using the toilets throughout the flight which created long ques in the isle and very unpleasant smells. Would never select these seats again.

Ulemper: The seat I selected was changed. I selected 45C and was assigned 54 E Upon check-in. Why? An aisle seat vs middle seat when I paid full faire is unacceptable. Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me.
Ulemper: I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!
Fordeler: Everything!!! Excellent service
Ulemper: Flight was delayed by at least an hour leaving Paris - a regular situation I experienced with AF.
Ulemper: they lost our luggage very inconvenient
Ulemper: Departure delayed, reschedules and then cancelled without any direct notification to us with 2 first class tickets !! If we didn’t have Kayak we would be sitting in the airport !,,
Fordeler: The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use.
Fordeler: Crew was very nice and the food was excellent
Fordeler: They had many snacks and meals. And the meals were very good. Staff was very friendly.
Ulemper: Seating is very uncomfortable and small. Really limited on space if seat is reclined in front of you.
Fordeler: We have been flying Swiss for years and they are the most reliable and best organized airline, we have ever experienced.
Ulemper: I didn't notice that I had booked some sort of new economy light category where checked baggage is no longer included and to check baggage when booked into this class cost $60 per bag per flight. So overall on the trip I paid $240 extra for luggage alone.

Ulemper: Check in was horrific. We weren’t able to print our boarding passes earlier. Not easy to do in Morocco. We were hassled at Marrakech airport. Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate

Fordeler: Flight was short and sweet, no problems to report.
Ulemper: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.

Ulemper: We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!

Ulemper: No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay.

Ulemper: A little too warm but not unbearable. We paid extra for seats together but did not get to pick them. We would have preferred a window but were in the middle 2 of 4.
Fordeler: In flight crew is really nice and respectful, seats were comfortable, clean bathrooms, in flight entertainment is good.
Ulemper: Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress.
Fordeler: Nothing was amazing. Worse thing is the luggage -- they only allow 8kg as carry on, You can hardly carry anything more than a computer and the actual TUMI carryon bag with that.

Fordeler: Boarding was good, crew was great. Seats were comfortable. I dropped my cell phone on the plane when I left and the stewardess held it for me. Absolutely saved my night and I’m so grateful to her. All my information about my apartment were on it. I’m not sure what I would have done had it been lost.
Ulemper: The coffee wasn’t free.
Fordeler: The airline was terrific, despite being delayed we really did board and arrive at our destination in quite good time. The Italian stewardesses were absolutely charming and offered their services extensively.
Ulemper: Loved that me and my travel conpanion go to sit beside one another, and somehow we’re at the very front of the plane together in seats 1B & 1C Prime location. Overall had a very pleasant experience with Vueling 10/10 would fly with again.

Fordeler: The aircraft was big and clean, but the seats were not comfortable. No entertainment at all, not sure why it was list for review. My biggest problem was with their communicates. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out

Ulemper: one hour delete,missed connecting flight,arrived in Katowice 3 hours late,missed transportation to Ostrava.
Ulemper: I felt I was badly treated and there was no instruction to what they where checking for. I am very incline to not recommended Lufthansa Airline to anyone. The notification for change of Boarding Gate did not reflect immediately.

Ulemper: Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money.

Ulemper: But we paid for it with our luggage. The staff was extremely unhelpful. They sneak up on you with extra charges. Not worth it! Rather use my money for a better flight and be more comfortable. They didn't even have water on the flight that I could have without purchasing.
