If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Fordeler: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Ulemper: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Ulemper: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Ulemper: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."
Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."

The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off."

Ulemper: "They made me pay $70 for my carry on luggage - the very same one that I didn’t have to check in on my way to Zurich. The company has obscure luggage policies that could easily qualify as hidden charges. I will do everything I can to avoid flying with Air Serbia in the future."

After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Ulemper: "The plane was extremely hot the entire 5 hour flight and even though many people asked to make the air cooler, the flight crew did nothing. It was a 5 hour flight and only 1 water was served. It was hot and only 1 water was served. When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again."

Ulemper: "The flight was operated by a avery small plane, so we were advised to leave the carryons outside to be put in the hold. Once on the plane, I thought my bag would fit in the overhead bin. Also, was annoyed that flight attendants would approach you speaking Serbian, which I don't."

Ulemper: "I had to run as fast as I could to catch my connecting flight in Abu Dabi. Online it said I had a 1.5 hour layover but when I arrived I had 7 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. They also lost my luggage."
Fordeler: "On my two two hour flights, they fed us a lot, we're very attentive and very nice."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed twice and while boarding was delayed an hour. This plug transfer our luggage for the flight from Belgrade to Tel Aviv."
Ulemper: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

Ulemper: "The seats were so close together that it was extremely uncomfortable. I was charged 80 Euros extra for my bag which them claim was overweight, it was the exact same 10 Kilo weight as leaving Chicago. No service for water or food food unless you pay for it."

Ulemper: "Plane was. Hanged. I had booked a business class seat and plane had NO PREMIUM / BUSINESS CABIN. I got an economy seat AT 70-80% if business seat cost and also was forced to pay for my bag to be checked at checkin - even tho the ticket I booked had 2 BAGS INCLUDED IN FARE. VERY UNACCEPTABLE."

Ulemper: "If you don't order food in advance, there's only the snack menu available, which is very limited and poor quality. Also, the cabin staff basically ignore you, while offering a range of goodies, at different times, to those who did order in advance."

If you do not prepurchase a meal, you can order snacks and sandwiches but you’re not a priority to meal purchasers so in the event of yesterday, there is a long wait for your food. People assume most tickets come with something so that should be advertised"

Ulemper: "Our flight from VCE to CDG was delayed 30 minutes and the flight from CDG to FLL was early. We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience."

Ulemper: "We asked a worker at the self checkin kiosk if the seats my wife and I were assigned were next to each other, and the worker told us they were. They actually weren't, so I had to ask another passenger if she would switch seats with me. This was especially annoying since I supposedly paid an extra $30 to get seats together. Boarding process was the only other negative. The line was not organized or supervised in any way. Group A was called and then very shortly after, while people in A were still lining up, group B was also called. People from group B just piled in toward the front of the line and many group B passengers boarded before group A. In the end, boarding groups didn't matter at all because you all just crammed into a bus together and the last people on the bus were the first to get off and board the plane anyway."

Ulemper: "My biggest concern was the service onboard. We experienced a flight with the systems for orders for snacks and drinks etc. down. We waited almost 2 hours to receive a bottle of water and headphones, as the system made it look like the items were delivered when they were not. The staff was clearly confused and stressed, and we had to call for attention 2 times to talk to someone who looked at our order and told us the system wasn't working. Two hours after the order we got our merchandise, still charged at full price."

Fordeler: "Absolutely the worst airline I ever flew with. . when I originally purchased my ticket on kayak . I did not know that I had to prepay for the food . I was stuck on a 9 hours flight . when they were serving the food . my only choice is to order from the snack-bar the prices were astronomical like 3 dollars a coke . I told the flight attendant that I was taking medication and I need to eat some real food . she did not barge and did not offer to check with other flight attendant . even where they were serving coffee , they told me the exact same thing . finally one flight attendant gave me a cup after insisting ."
Ulemper: "the fact that that this airline did not serve food this was a 9 hours flight . the movie had a very poor selection . the flight attendant were not friendly at all and very blunt . you had to pay for the earphone 3 dollars even for the blanket . they charge you 5 dollars this is absolutely ridiculous mostly for a really long flight"

Ulemper: "This is NOT a "no-frills" airline. This is NOT a "budget" airline. It is a gouging, overpriced budget busting airline which offers lousy food. I paid as much for a "snack" of tiny side salad without any dressing & stale roll with one slice of ham & cheese as I paid for a magnificent American Thanksgiving Buffet at Raffles Hotel in Phnom Penh! Having flown 5 round-trips between JFK & Asia in the past year, This airline was the ONLY one to charge for baggage - all others provide 2 checked bags in or out of all their US flights. With baggage, meal & assorted charges, Norwegian one-way cost MORE than round-trip on any other airline. Deceptive advertising. General incompetence. NO service. And way more expensive than other airlines. I'm disgusted with Norwegian Airline beyond spitting."
Fordeler: "The Dreamliner is a really nice plane to fly in. maybe not as much legroom as I've had in a Delta 737, but the new TV screens, large windows and swish lighting were all great. The way you can order and pay for snacks through your screen is also great."
Fordeler: "The price was good for a round trip flight. The movie options are good as well. The crew was okay. This was a full flight and no one went above and beyond for guest service but no one was rude."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was extremely disorganized. The original time to take off was 3:30 (15:30) we didn’t take off until 4:45. It took 45 minuets to board the plane. Everything on this flight you have to pay individually. This is an 11h 30 m flight and bags are not included and a meal is not included. Even a small bottle of water, or coffe or juice will cost you $3.00"

I specifically heard one attendant who had swapped out a meal for a passenger say out loud "she didn't like her vegan meal so she wanted another one" in front of the passenger. I found that rude and accusing. I know I did not pay for food and I expected that. However, I think that's a bit austere for a 10 hour flight. Not even water offered for non-paying passengers. I don't know how you expect people to be healthy and ok on such a long flight without water.. Will not be flying Norwegian again."
