Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"
Ulemper: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling."

Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected."
Ulemper: "The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start."

With a 1-year-old and 2 and a half year old, this was the worst ever flight. Take us 35 hours total travel time to get home with 2 small kids, it is a nightmare."
Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled and changed to 2 stops from one. We purchased a 1 stop flight because of the kids. In mid season a week before departure, we were notified about the change and it was impossible to get a same priced ticket so close to departure. We bought insurance but even with that was impossible. Looks like a scam. Very upsetting, messed up the whole thing."

I am still in Riga waiting for the morning to schedule another ride home. Very long , inconvenient trip ;-("

Even then I had to ask the flight attendant, they did not ask me. No entertainment on the flight, magazines were rather pricy so I read a book and caught up with some sleep."

I talked to the supervisor and we were finally able to sit together just because a party of 4 did not show up. I am not at all happy with the AA for their stupid rule."

Fordeler: "Called BA (the carrier for our FinnAir flight) when I couldn't check in (didn't have a booking number that worked). Staff member did tell me that all was in order with our booking. He wasn't able to check us in anyway, as something was amiss with 'the system'. In the end all worked out fine, we just made sure to get to the airport early to make sure we got decent seats."

Fordeler: "As always, BA did an excellent job with my evening flight from JFK to LHR. They were prompt, efficient and very helpful and although my flight was quite full, we left on time and had no issues in the air. I was very pleased with their service and especially as I paid such a low fare through Finn Air, I can't complain. This was a great option to utilise, rather than paying BA's more expensive fares. I would definitely go through this way again."

Fordeler: "The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!"

Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Ulemper: "Same Boeing 777 being used for several years now Seats were very uncomfortable . I advice ettihad should use A380 for these 14 hour flights for more comfortable experience of the passengers."
Fordeler: "The crew was curtious, flight on time, good and clean planes, met all expectations."
Fordeler: "The staff for our flight were all extremely friendly and accommodating. They came through the cabin several times with drinks and snacks and ensured we had the most comfortable flight possible. I thought the entertainment choices were excellent and really provided a wide array of genres and a unique multicultural assortment. Meals were very good, served in generous portions, and having a vegetarian diet I was happy to be so easily accommodated. I was lucky enough on this flight to have a row to myself so I could spread out."
Fordeler: "Good service. On time. Comfy lie-flat seats"
Ulemper: "On bok-aug night time flight rich Arab family with two nannies and 3 kids in b class. Kids did not have their own seats. Kids terrorized the entire cabin. Parents could not care less. Flight attendants helpless."

Ulemper: "2. Food choices from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok was Szechwan (spicy chicken), Indian (fish), or vegetarian pasta; no international or Thai food. 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."
Ulemper: "I've never heard of double booking an assigned seat! Don't ever fly with etihad, not worth it!!!!!"
Fordeler: "Sichuan Chicken was the best airline food i have ever eaten in an airline. it was quite impressive. Might be too spicy for a lot of people but i love it. I would advise that you add "spicy" next to the name for those who can't handle spicy food."
Ulemper: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."
Ulemper: "1. After the Baggage items were weighed & slips were attached, they had to be handled by us and the Staff was very uncooperative. Actually one passenger ahead of us complained that why he had to take his Baggage items to the conveyor. As I understood, it is responsibility of the Etihad Air lines Staff to handle & take care of Baggage items after airline stickers are printed & applied/ attached on them. Counter clerks were not cooperative & cordial at all. 2. Food was OK except the Breakfast or meal before arrival at Abu Dhabi."
Fordeler: "Traveled from India to Minnesota flight was nice got to sit in first class seat were larger"
Ulemper: "The cabin crew had masks to protect themselves I think against the threat of Coronavirus. We passengers did not have them. It looked awkward. How about if instead of handing out headsets they gave passengers masks?! Overall I enjoy ET."
Ulemper: "Better veg food, Ask and provide water to drink when flight is 10 hrs long. Not just provide lunch and dinner."
Ulemper: "Staff behavior & regular check on entertainment system as my screen was not working in 9 hr long journey"
Ulemper: "1 hr delay in departure from Lusaka. Plastic cutlery was difficult to eat with. More frequent water/drinks during the flight (or water bottles instead of little cups) would have been appreciated. Movie options were not as great as other airlines."

Fordeler: "Staff was pretty helpful and you could mostly get what you needed if you didn't mind going back to the galley for it."
Ulemper: "Boarding was literally unsafe (too many people going down an escalator into too small an area). Terribly bland food. Buttons on the seat rest too easy to push accidentally (for things like the light or to call a flight attendant)."
Fordeler: "The plane was spacious"
Ulemper: "-The flight entertainment wasn't working -There was a delay, but no one from the airline communicated; we were just waiting and the waiting area didn't have sits"
Fordeler: "I was a bit hesitant to fly Ethiopian Air for such a long flight (Dublin to LAX) however it turned out to be the best leg of multi-segment trip (all other flights were Aer Lingus or Delta and Ethiopian Air was far superior to both of those carriers). Flight attendants were friendly, the physical space was comfortable and spacious, the food was plentiful and delicious. Movies offered were relatively new and the IFE worked well. This flight is a continuation from Addis Ababa to LAX so when we boraded in Dublin most people were already onboard. It was a bit difficult to find space in the overhead bins but with a little rearranging of smaller packages by other passengers, we were able to fit our carry-ons in the overhead bin near our seats."
Ulemper: "Always delaying, catastrophic food."
Ulemper: "Flight was overly delayed - as a result I missed my connection to Capetown and endured a lot of feeds in cancellation of pre-planned trips. Ground staff in Mumbai and Addis Ababa were awful. Mumbai staff was rude and inconsiderate. Addis Ababa team does not even make eye contact when talking to passengers. I could not wait for this travel to be over. Aircraft was mediocre.. During boarding, they don't seem to care about Priority passengers - despite my status with other Star Alliance carriers. Not sure I will fly by Ethiopian again."
Fordeler: "Liked the peaceful plane ride and room"
Ulemper: "Not being told why we were delayed or why we were going to be late. They told us over loud speaker and was not loud enough."
Ulemper: "Cabin crew quite distracted. Between rows 19-23, orders were totally mixed up People given wrong food or drinks"
Fordeler: "The crew very Politécnica and sensitive"
Ulemper: "To get the same food twice in the same flight To be awaken by the serving if the meals"
Ulemper: "Boarding was a bit strange - everyone seated at the gate had to get up, leave the area, and then wait in line to have their passports checked before sitting back down in the same area. After that though, boarding was perfectly smooth & honestly one of the fastest I’ve seen!"
Fordeler: "Seats are reasonably comfortable with sufficient storage space Food was OK"
Ulemper: "Chech in was poor - didn’t have priority stickers for business class luggage. Had to go to different counter for hotel voucher. Overall not good and professional Didn’t have ice on the plane ( for drinks, water etc)"
Fordeler: "The crew was professional yet very friendly. Everything was great. Enjoyed my trip"
Fordeler: "Nightmare , I am separated from my baggage since 28/Feb. until now and the airline is incapable of providing the real status of my baggage."

Ulemper: "Boarded plane, then sat for over an hour before departure due to paperwork processing of plane mechanical check. However, we still arrived close to the time we expected."
Ulemper: "Transfer at Addis Ababa was horrendous - no help from ground staff and the airport was a confusing mess. The landing in cape town was very rough and jumpy."
Fordeler: "Food was pretty good. Flight attendants were very nice, however they didn’t do too much on a screaming baby that wouldn’t shut up the entire flight."
Ulemper: "Late take off from Newark led to us almost missing our connections to Johannesburg. We were moving like sheep herded to buses. Seemed very unorganized. The inflight entertainment was very basic compared to other star alliance flights in the states. Can’t understand the pilots very well when they spoke English. P"

Ulemper: "Chairs were not reclining. Asked for blanket and didn't get one so I was cold."

Fordeler: "Everything was great. The seats were comfortable. The crew was awesome! They provided us singular care and 10 hours flights did not seem too long! Entertainment was outstanding."

Fordeler: "Excellent friendly service on both legs of journey. CC were easily the highlight. Meals in economy were mucccch better than in business class which is mind boggling. They've got to get this element right. My biz meals looked like it was just dumped on my plate pretty embarrassing. Onboard entertainment could also be improved ...."
