Fordeler: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.
Ulemper: Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking.

Ulemper: With 30 minutes left until we landed the airline decided to play on every single screen and at maximum volume a Thai tourism video. For 30 minutes this video played, the flight was only 1 hour 20 minutes. It’s the little annoyances like this can’t make an short trip irritating.

Ulemper: Mechanical problems caused a 5+ hour delay. Very poor communication regarding what was happening. It was my first—and last—time flying with Austrian Airlines.
Fordeler: This was a flight operated by Austrian Airlines, which does a substantially better job than United.

Ulemper: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed for 1 hour and we were sitting inside the airbus with no air condition due to technical difficulties on 35 degrees sweating like pigs. No water or snack was offered even though the delay was so big.
Fordeler: Overall pretty good. Newer plane, business class is well configured.

Fordeler: Snack was great and tasty. Legroom is spacious on Aeroflot flights. Flight attendants were nice and attentive. Aeroflot lady at check-in desk clearly went an extra mile to help (see more below)
Ulemper: Aeroflot and Finnair systems are not talking to each other good enough. Aeroflot system was not able to see my status and perks with AA, member of the same Oneworld alliance as Finnair. So, it took extra time at the check in to explain, convince and get my extra luggage free perk.
Fordeler: The crew was very friendly. Flight was on time, luggage were given on time as well. Well organized flugjt and nice crew!

Ulemper: The transfer at Moscow airport is too slow. A huge jumbo jet of over 200 passengers gets re-checked only by two teams of security check assistants. Elderly and families are eager to pass the check-point as quickly as possible. And those guys in the airport are just not seeing the problem.
Ulemper: This was booked with Virgin Atlantic, there was a medical issue and Vigin Atlantic refused to allow the return ticket code to be rebooked - at any price, so there was no flight, and I paid for a new ticket on another airline.

Fordeler: Seat was okay, even when multiple exit row seats were available they would not give it to passengers as they had 500 Dirhams charge on them. Qatar had no such policy when I travelled there two weeks ago they happily let us use the exit row when no one was seated there

Ulemper: Scrambled eggs breakfast was more like a mousse and had no texture
Fordeler: Jenna our crew member was amazing. My wife and I traveled with our 5 kids ages 8, 6, 4, &11month old twins. Thought it would be a total nightmare but the crew was so helpful and understanding. They made sure the older 3 got their infotainment system working and setup the bassinets for the twins.
Ulemper: It was very cold inside the airplane. I have to ask multiple times for blanket.

Fordeler: The crew was very kind and the staff made sure I had an isle seat as well as an exit row because I am quite tall. The check-in process and support was excellent. I would highly recommend this flight line to anyone needing to travel through China.
Ulemper: The individual seats did not have any way to charge devices. This made it impossible to do any offline work on my phone for fear that it would run out of charge on the extended flight.

Ulemper: On the Copenhagen-Milan leg, since I was in the cheap seats, even water cost; $3 for a bottle of water. They couldn't even offer a cup of water for free? False economy. And I was told that I had to pay for my luggage at the airport, then it was $120 for 1 bag. Ridiculous!

Ulemper: I was shocked that such a long flight and passengers must pay for any snacks or food. We brought our at the airport for half the price the airline charges as well as twice the amount of food.
Ulemper: We were held on the plane post landing at MCO for an additional hour due to the customs lines being over capacity. Finding a way to mitigate holding passengers on a plane post a 10 hour flight would be optimal.
Fordeler: The seats in Norwegian Premium Economy are excellent for the price. The service on board is excellent.
Ulemper: The food is just OK, and the in-flight entertainment system is pretty nominal, not offering much choice. The boarding in Paris was a fiasco! There was not enough room in the boarding area, at least 40% of the people were either standing or sitting on the floor.
Fordeler: Crew was wonderful.
Ulemper: Freezing cold. Entertainment was limited. Airplane food is what it is.
