Ulemper: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Ulemper: "When dropping my bag at check in counter, the employee at the counter asked, somewhat intrusively, what the extra fee I paid was for. When I told her it was for the Al Mourjan lounge in Doha, her facial response and attitude came across as judgemental, and was not appropriate"

Fordeler: "Individual service, happy and natural looking crew, comfort and company aim."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Ulemper: "Being seated 5 rows and a bulk head away from my wife. Configuration of Two class A380 business class is at the back of the plane with all that increased movement and you have to wait for economy to exit before you can get off. Your diluting the benefits guys for economy profits."

A380 business cabin has been economy classed to within an inch of its life, too few crew and those that are on duty disorganised and stressed. 777 crew ratio was 3 crew to 1 pax :)"
Ulemper: "Engine noise. Boarding in Dubai was a farce as called to gate even though aircraft was severely delayed inbound. Surly lounge staff didn’t help. Business Class gate desk ‘closed’ even though staffed as person was busy on the phone. Weird 2 - 3 - 2 layout means window and centre seats have to clamber over reclined neighbours. Seat width better than A380 and also less tomb like when reclined to nearly flat bed."

Ulemper: "The connection in Dubai was horrible. The 30 minute bus ride is so ridiculous. It's very difficult to even find the Business Class Lounge. No greeters. No signage. Terrible service. Even pajamas are not provided in Business Class --- unlike on Qatar Airways."

Fordeler: "The plane was very comfortable and I had plenty of space for not only myself, but my carry on luggage. I only brought carry ons so I wasn't sure if I would be able to place my bags above where I sat and if there would be enough space. There was."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was a bit confusing. It all seemed to happen really quickly. Suddenly it felt like everyone was allowed on the plane which confused me. But in hindsight, I think this was for the best because the boarding process was pretty speedy which impressed me."

Ulemper: "No Emirate staff presented to due with the 20+ hours delay. Just sent their representatives who are not powerful to make decisions and at the end we have many questions not answered. Eg. Any earlier reconnect flights? Any alternative airlines? What is the checkout time of the compensation hotel? Any meal compensation if not staying at their hotel? Etc."

Fordeler: "Watched the entire Mike Tyson Mysteries box set."
Ulemper: "The ending of the Steve Jobs movie was a little pat."

Ulemper: "Service was poor. Food was not up to standard. Crew had no clue except for standard operating procedures which were not the best."

Ulemper: "There was a delay due to technical issues. They had to switch planes, which took a couple hours. But they gave us a free meal at the airport, while we waited. Unfortunately, they immediately fed us lunch after we took off, so it was two quick meals. I guess it is better than too little food."

Ulemper: "Worst ever airline in the world charged me for Cary on bag $430 for weight 8.7kg from Oslo Norway to adiss ababa Ethiopia I recommend no one has to fly with Turkish airline poor customer service"

Ulemper: "Unrelated to the flight, the ground handling staff at Istanbul airport, especially the information desk, should be given a crash course in customer care."

Ulemper: "That boarding. People who were not in line rushed to the front when boarding started."

Fordeler: "Great movie selection during the flight. Most of the food was decent."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was a pain in the butt. Even though my boyfriend and I did a pre- check-in online the day before. We still had to wait over an hour to check our one piece of luggage and wait to be checked in and get the boarding pass. Even though the site says we have the option to print out the boarding pass or show the code on our phone, we still had to deal with all the hassle. The plane was smelly until we were about to take off. The first meal on our way back from Istanbul was awful. The omelette was greasy, overly cheesy and bland. Same goes for the spinach pastry in the same tray. On the flights to Cairo, there was not enough drinks served. I only had one beverage offered to me. I was bypassed when they were serving the coffee/ tea. Also, the timeliness with serving drink was bad... I waited about 4 hours before getting my first beverage on the flight home."

Ulemper: "Flight from Istanbul to Bangkok was delayed for 3.5 hours with no apology and no compensatory measures such as drinks and food or lounge access Power outlets in Istanbul airport are all round plug European with no USB terminals for phone recharging"

Ulemper: "Big uncertainty and running to catch the connection flight. Bad feeling. Probably the delay was not caused by the airline, but the crue could not guarantee that the connection woul wait."

Ulemper: "Once again they were late to arrive to my connection (with them), we had to run to the gate, still had to wait for boarding, and when i got to Tel-Aviv i found out that one of my suitcases was left behind !!!"

Ulemper: "Deplaning and boarding at Istanbul. There were no gangways. We were made to get into a bus in heavy rainfall. We were drenched by the time we got into the next plane."

Fordeler: "Great entertainment system (though nothing new since my last flight 2 weeks ago)."
Ulemper: "As all airplanes, seats are somewhat cramped, and the food, while good enough, is pretty much the same it is on every Turkish Airlines flight. Some more variety might be nice."

Ulemper: "Seating in Economy class is terrible. For tall persons like me it is a punshment to be squeazed in such a narrow space. Turkish airlines should add more space and comfort with their seating in Economy. Introduce a Premium Economy Class would solve that problem"

Ulemper: "had to go 6 times through securety check, had to get out of the airport, and then a bus had to take all the passangers to another terminal. it seemed as the airport staff was not aware that there is a connection flight."

Fordeler: "I was seated next to Hans (or maybe it was Franz, never did find out his name) the Bulgarian weightlifter. He was charming and funny and lovely to look at. You know, when I could out of the side of my eye without being TOO obvious... : )"
Ulemper: "That I never found out Hans' name."

Fordeler: "Friendly crew Good food Clean plane"
Ulemper: "The boarding process was odd. The gate agent herded us all toward a set of doors but didn't open them for about 5 min."

Fordeler: "Boarding started 40 minutes later than stated on my boarding pass. Had to take a bus to the airplane and the ride was not exactly short - I'm pretty sure the plane was parked at the very other end of the airport. When we finally took off it was exactly an hour later than scheduled. That's the first time I've had a delay longer than the actual flight."

Fordeler: "I was upgraded to first class. Awesome flight. Great food"

Fordeler: "The flights themselves were fine"
Ulemper: "However, having a long layover in Istanbul airport was a problem as there are no seats available to sit it for hours. If Turkish Airlines wishes to continue to be a major travel hub they will need to cater to transit passengers."

Fordeler: "Great food! Loved that you get a menu to choose from"
Ulemper: "We were not asked or given the option to choose our seats on the plane."

Fordeler: "Flight attendants need to be friendly."
Ulemper: "I will never use Turkish airlines again."

Ulemper: "The fact that I missed my connection flight in Thailand because of a two hour delay. I was never informed why there was so much of a delay and in turn I had to pay triple of what I payed before for my flight. Very disappointed. Won't be flying this airline again. Service was rude. They should be more responsible when it comes to timing. We were on the flight waiting for two hours!!!"

Fordeler: "Great crew. Super nice to our 4 year old daughter. They were quick, extra polite and efficient. I'm usually quite picky but this leg was perfect."
Ulemper: "It was all good(which I rarely get to say these days on any carrier)"

Ulemper: "Harassment caused in providing wheel chairs for boarding Second flight to NY fm Istanbul. For two of us only one wheel chair was provided that too after making us stand for an hour as no seating arrangement s were available after landing from Mumbai."

Fordeler: "I am not blaming the airline at all for these inconveniences."
Ulemper: "NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CRITIC OF THE AIRLINE Having personally experienced the latest in the consequences of travel related rules mandated by US public officials, I am yet again left wondering if they, and their families, go through these rules that they impose on the general public. Or if they just breeze into their private airport wings and planes. I doubt they take off shoes, belts, and such, or go through irradiated machines. But going through about 3 extra layers of security while transiting is a bit much. Not to mention the extra hours spent relinquishing and reclaiming laptops etc. Frankly, non of these acts makes anything safer. It is akin to the permanently parked police vehicle on the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC since 9-11. What is that supposed to deter?"

Ulemper: "The things that they can improve upon: - Better tasting, not chewy meatballs - Providing salad dressing - Water absolutely had weird odor - Omelette was not tasty at all, as if it came from an industrial machine"

Fordeler: "The flight was great and the service was wonderful. The plane was new and clean. A huge plus was the video entertainment in every seat along with headphones and USB Charging Port. They poured me a double Glenlivet scotch on the rocks at NO CHARGE!"
Ulemper: "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

Fordeler: "We were happy about everything on the flight. The flight crew was attentive, the food was good, and the baggage came to the pickup carousel quickly."
Ulemper: "We liked everything."

Ulemper: "Why does Turkish Air boarding always have to be so chaotic - pushing and shoving, etc. Why cant TK control their business class space - people from economy always coming up for bathrooms when there are plenty in the back....."

Ulemper: "less and less space in economy class for passengers not very kind boaridng people no info on posibble complimentary upgrade for Gold Card passengers"

Fordeler: "Better food and service than other airlines on which I've traveled recently. Loading passengers was disciplined and speedy. Staff very helpful. Istanbul airport is great for a long wait. Ulemper: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Fordeler: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Ulemper: "The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been."

Ulemper: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

Ulemper: "KLM crews look unhappy with their work. Everything they do is a favor not duty."

Fordeler: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

Ulemper: "Row 6 in business is after the first 5 rows and Galley and restroom. Very awkward"

Fordeler: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Ulemper: "The connection in Moscow is a pain. No explanations, lots of walking and waiting in line for passport checks, and queue must self regulate as the airport staff don't care. Once done with checks, there is no way to get wifi in airport. It's free if you have a Russian mobile number, but if not they only option is to find a local and ask that they register for you with their own number."

Ulemper: "No alcohol served."

Fordeler: "The flight itself was nearly perfect. The pilots are the first class. My only complaint was during the food service. The food service was a bit unorganized. They'll give you a dinner plate with a desert, but the tea or coffee would be served half an hour later. So, you're just sitting there with your piece of pie in hand waiting for a tea."
Ulemper: "That is NOT an airline (Aeroflot's) fault but a JFK's one. We weren't given a permission to land for over an hour, so the flight was late."

Ulemper: "They made a huge iverbooking and about50 pax left to wait for the night flight in tel aviv"

Fordeler: "Great, Friendly Staff. The in-flight movie/TV options were great. Very comfortable, quick, and efficient"
Ulemper: "No vegan meal option. The in-flight entertainment computer was slow, wouldn't charge my phone through USB, and the headphones were broken."

Ulemper: "A delay in the first flight caused us to lose our continued flight to Phuket and were stuck in Moscow 24 hours"

Fordeler: "It was quite comfortable and pleasant, will fly again for sure."

Fordeler: "Aeroflot has a new fleet of Boeing 737-800, which I used on my flight from Belgrade to Moscow and back."
Ulemper: "Well, unfortunately, the service is still very moderate, to say the least. They speak poorely any non-Russian language (say, English). During both flights, I ordered juice and coffee, and they either didn`t understand me, or were just unkind enough to give me only one of those (although during my return flight, they said that they couldn`t boil the water due to turbulence). Their seats arrangement is uncomfortable, especially for tall persons (as me)."

Ulemper: "Not friendly stuarders.."

Fordeler: "The crew was wonderful . I really enjoyed their professionalism and courtesy. Entertainments was very good, the aircraft were well kept up and clean. Overall, a very positive experience and I would fly them again."
Ulemper: "My only complaint was their "cattle-call" boarding procedure. No boarding by zones or rows made boarding a free for all. Not professional at all"

Ulemper: "Three delayed flights and all we were given were food coupons. We missed a whole day due to flight delays. With our connecting flight from Moscow to Madrid, they were so late that they started moving with not everyone in heir seat. Seemed unsafe but I can tell they were in a rush since they were so far behind schedule."

Fordeler: "The flight was very enjoyable. The staff worked very hard and deserves recognition. I enjoyed the food and the movie selection. The women are amazingly beautiful! Jim Dalool"
Ulemper: "Coach seating is tight. Perhaps another pass to collect trash would be helpful to get rid of clutter."

Fordeler: "The crew, flight, entertainment was fine. The food was bad-and odd. Like serving a spicy chicken entree for breakfast. Also tray removal was so slow, we brought ours to the galley ourselves. If you like your drinks cold, be sure to ask for ice."

Fordeler: "They scheduled me another flight instead of the one I missed and gave me a meal coupon"
Ulemper: "e second flight from Moscow to Seoul was more than 3h late, they kept changing the gates for the flights, never notified about the changes- we read it in the screens. This first delay meant that I was 8h late for my next flight. Luckily, Seoul airport is nice, otherwise, I would have been insanely tired by then. They also didn't have vegetarian food for me although I ordered it, when I notified the, about the mistake the waiters tried to find something but it was bad. My return flight is with Aeroflot but I won't fly with them again."

Fordeler: "I absolutely enjoyed everything about my flight from LA to Moscow. The plane was very nice, the food was good, and there were multiple drink services. I appreciated the slippers and eye mask at every seat. The in-flight video system worked well and had lots to choose from. I especially enjoyed watching subtitled Russian movies to get a taste of the culture."
