Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Ulemper: "Boarding is always a nightmare. First class, and the high flyers are called first. Then premium economy, then economy. A mad rush of people scramble down 2 flights of stairs, then are crammed on a tandem bus that drives out to the plane. You then cross the Tarmac in all types of weather to board. This flight boarded from front and back. Making finding your seat a nightmare as people were traveling in both directions in the aisles. You would think you were in a third world country."

Ulemper: "The seats are terribly not comfortable. I've been in many long flights with other carriers but these by far are the less comfortable seats ever. I tried in April the premium economy and the business class with the same carrier but still I'm disappointed and it doesn't seem that it will get better."
Fordeler: "Lufthansa is one of few airlines in Europe with pure class and excellent service. Even in economy!"

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Ulemper: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."
Fordeler: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."
Ulemper: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

Ulemper: "My seat was broken and when I alerted the attendant, in a rude tone, she replied “what do you want me to do?” Not exactly the friendliest experience. It was only compounded by the fact that when we were landing, another attendant insisted I put seat completely upright, and when I told her it had been broken the entire trip, she began forcefully shoving my seat. Not awesome."

Ulemper: "At self check-in, we received a message that we had been placed on standby and that our seats were no longer guaranteed (for the SECOND time this trip with no explanation despite our having purchased our tickets quite some time ago). We were directed to the gate for questions. No one manned the gate until right before boarding. We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

Ulemper: "Series of unfortunate events: 1. No air vents in seats. Plane was very warm the entire flight. My husband and I spent 6+ hours sweating in our seats. 2. Dinner was not served until 9:30/10PM. By the time we received our food in the back, it was cold. 3. For guests who wanted to sleep during the red eye, the lights were not turned off until after dinner and cleanup, which meant only 2 or so hours of sleep in dark."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."
Fordeler: "Ground crew was very helpful and flight was comfortable."
Ulemper: "my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

Ulemper: "Cabin light was only slightly dimmed during the 8 hrs flight. Then instead of gradually brighten the light. They just flip the switch to full blast. I think they are trying to sell you more duty free than letting their customers rest. Not ok!"

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke.

Ulemper: "I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!"

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Ulemper: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Ulemper: "Through my own fault I ordered a different seat instead of window seat. :)"

Ulemper: "flight was delayed by 20 minutes Boarding got me through Sky priority quickly. Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Delayed departure from Lisbon due to security issue but flight arrived on time in Madrid.

Food absolutely disgusting. Seats rigid and not comfortable. Aisle narrow so constantly getting bumped by everyone passing and I’m normal size person. Like flying Madrid to US direct.

The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Flight attendant on flight was rude to me and others."

Ulemper: "We had a terrible experience with iberia airlines,working with british airways.We almost missed our fl8ght as they cannot find info about e tickets in the computer(otherwise i had tge print out of our tickets). Truly it was a night mare for our family. But we are really glad that we were able to board in the nick of time and finally home ."
Fordeler: "Iberia Premium Tourista is an absolute gem, don't overlook an upgrade from Tourista."

Ulemper: "I came with a friend. At first we were given 2 boarding passes, both with my name. We continued to security where they found the problem. We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Ulemper: "Even though I bought my ticket through British airways, they made me check in through Iberia. No one told me beforehand so I waited in line at the BA line for about 20 mins and was told by the ticket agent to go to Iberia instead. Also, two medium delays. Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have"

Ulemper: "I called the airline a week before our departure regarding the baggage fee. I was assured the fee was included in the price. However, at the time of check in, I was charged a $55 checked bag fee."

I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."

Fordeler: "Entertainment was excellent. I appreciated the blanket, headphones, and pillow. One of the staff was very rude to the gentleman next to me because he asked for tea after she passed by with it the first time."

Fordeler: "Overall I give the flight an average score, I like that everything was attended in a service oriented manner."
Ulemper: "I didn't like the aspect of lack of order at the airport specially when boarding, crew seemed a bit lost for a second there. In some respects I felt the plane had a dated feel to it; but then, I've never flown with Iberia before."

Ulemper: "Forgot to give me dinner then said they ran out of meat dish. Bathrooms dirty and out of toilet paper. Seemed very cramped. Couldn't find call bell to call stewardess. Not happy with Iberia"

Ulemper: "I did not like the fact that we were charged 75 euros because our bags were .5 kilos over weight. The lady put the bags through before giving us the cost and the option to move things around into our carry on bags. That was extremely disappointing."

Ulemper: "Didn't have any non meat food available on Good Friday. Apparently, the airline ran out."
Fordeler: "I got a connection in Madrid to my destination, but the previous flight was delayed about 30 minutes. I got in the airport about 15 min before the gate closed. The gate that i arrived to my connection flight was around 26 min away. I have a condition on my leg and i cannot run, so i walked really fast through the airport and I was so happy to see that they were waiting for my delayed flight... which is very unusual. Thank you!!!!"

Ulemper: "I paid more to make sure I would have a shorter trip from Tucson to Paris, with only one connection and a less than 2 hour connection in Dallad. Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."
Fordeler: "American Airlines made a 10.5 hour flight very comfortable and very quick!"
