Fordeler: Thre movie selection was great The crew was great Some of the food (in each meal) was good
Ulemper: Parts of each meal were great, parts were gross $4 for a can of soda? Really???
Ulemper: I was unable to make it to copenhagen due to missing my connection
Fordeler: The crew were fine and the boarding was efficient.
Ulemper: The TVs were really old - my husband’s broke and mine couldn’t actually play movies due to it not registering fingerprints. The pocket in front of me was also ripped open spilling those annoying in flights magazines and the airplane smelled like the lavatory which was 6 rows up... just broken down and not well maintained. It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS.
Fordeler: Good selection of movies and music. Food was mediocre.
Ulemper: Our seat location was near the toilets in the middle of the plane. Seemed like an unusual high number of passengers constantly using the toilets throughout the flight which created long ques in the isle and very unpleasant smells. Would never select these seats again.
Fordeler: Efficient friendly service.
Ulemper: We were economy so no food was provided, as expected so cannot rate. No entertainment was offered either.
Fordeler: Aside from the fact that I got there safe - nothing else!
Ulemper: Since when is food/snacks complimentary for International flights? I had to pay for a cup of tea!
Fordeler: Beautiful new plane, decently comfortable and spacious seats for economy. In air movie selection solid - can’t go wrong with dumb and dimber EVER
Ulemper: No WIFI on long flights (which likely have business travelers traveling in the middle of a business day) is a very big No-No in 2019. Especially on a brand new planes there is no excuse, the pre ordering of food on the flight is a fine idea just ensure the all interfaces to book the flight makes this VERY clear that’s required.
Ulemper: 2.5 hrs on the plane before departure due to last minute technical problem. During long delay, water and small snack given only to the other aisle (not mine). Terrible service.Impossible to buy headsets during long delay. I did not know one is now required to tell online that one wants dinner on the plane. So, no food for me. I had to buy some snacks but most were out-of-stock. Overall very bad

Fordeler: We didn’t order any food. Free drinks would have been nice. Crew was nice. Entertainment was a good surprise.
Ulemper: Having the choice of no drinks or $5 drinks was unpleasant. Also, why were we crowded three in a row of three seats when there were rows (of three seats) with only one person? Also, it was a major pain in the neck to be stuck at CDG with all our luggage (which we had to claim after the previous flight — surprise! — since we bought out ticket through Kiwi.com) for hours, due to Norwegian Air not allowing us to check in yet.
