They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."
Ulemper: "All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so."

Ulemper: "I am a frequent flyer from HK to Western Europe and it’s a problem transversal to the majority of the airlines. Service quality drops significantly when coming to Asia. Flights to Europe provide exceptional service."
Fordeler: "It was an 8.5 hour flight and we got fed 2 meals, 2 snacks and had lots of beverage breaks! We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course)."

We waited for a while for late passengers to board, which seemed strange, given that last time when Swiss made me miss my transfer, the next plane left without me when delaying takeoff would not have been necessary at all. After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

Ulemper: "Virgin website is slow and not intuitive. Couldn't get seat assignment until i was at the gate. No explanation why. Boarding announcements delivered via ESP. Half of the passengers were still in the boarding area because no one heard announcements. Arrived 30 min early but had to wait on the tarmac for 45 min for a parking gate. Baggage delivery at JFK took forever."

Fordeler: "The flight crew was phenomenal, especially Daniella. Somehow we wound up with seats right next to the bathroom door, which would have been a pretty uncomfortable situation for a variety of reasons, but the flight wasn't full, and she helped us find a suitable place to sit. Also, my wife and I usually take our tea with honey vs. milk and sugar. Even though honey is usually one of the options for tea, she found a way to accommodate our request. The lunch meals were the best I can remember in a long time on an airline flight. They might have been the best I've ever had. The chicken curry was authentic, flavorful and spicy. Frankly my outbound flight had problems. My luggage got damaged. The transfer experience in Manchester left a LOT to be desired. I wasn't planning to use Virgin Atlantic again, but this flight crew (Daniella especially) redeemed Virgin Atlantic. They were attentive, pleasant, diligent."
Ulemper: "Only thing I didn't like about this flight was the boarding area. Once you get into that the area, you don't really have access to appetizing food (only vending machines) or even restrooms. That's one thing that could be improved."

Fordeler: "I thought the airline amenities were excellent and it was a seamless process getting on the flight. The flight attendants were very warm and accommodating. I felt immediately welcome as soon as I got on the flight. I liked that they were playful with my son and engaged him."
Ulemper: "Nothing. We did leave a piece of luggage on the plane so hoping that things turn out okay."

Ulemper: "I paid extra for Economy Delight seats for me and my wife. Shortly after take-off, our calm and comfortable more or less empty section of the aircraft was colonised by an extended family of Orthodox Jews in a kind of airborne West Bank situation. They weren’t in our section of the cabin at all to start with, and I don’t know why they were apparently able to get a free upgrade that I had to pay £100 for. We went from being in an almost empty cabin to being basically sat in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish kindergarten. It was awful! They were noisy, messy, were constantly getting in and out of their seats, the back of my seat kept getting kicked, and there was even a baby crawling around the aisle. We were surrounded. I have no idea whether this is characteristic of Orthodox Jewish family life, or just a completely inconsiderate family. They didn’t exactly ruin my flight, but they didn’t make it enjoyable either. I asked to be moved. The cabin crew were great and acknowledged the difficulty of the situation. My wife lost her window seat but at least we still had the legroom and peace and quiet."
Ulemper: "Incredibly uncomfortable, not enough minimum space to fit my knees behind seat in front when front passenger reclined. 6 hours is too long to have a metal rod sticking straight into your knee caps. Shoulders were squished between other passengers and had to sit twisted the whole way and Im not a large person, but am 6ft. Cabin crew impolite and unhelpful. Food was awful and made my friend sick."

Ulemper: "The space was a bit cramped and the poxket in front of the chair to jeep things was broken."

Fordeler: "There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat."
Ulemper: "I almost missed the flight because I didnt hear the announcement for boarding and I was sitting near another gate to charge my phone. Fortunately I heard the final call!!"

Ulemper: "The boarding was the worst I’d ever seen! No structure, only 1 person was taking tickets to board and would stop every third person to go back to the counter and checkndomething, holding up the entire boarding process. We were supposed to start boarding at 8:05, but started at 8:35...."
Fordeler: "Boarding was very smooth and the crew were helpful, efficient, and polite. There was a good assortment of entertainment."
Ulemper: "I ordered the beef tenderloin, medium. It came out extremely rare and I had already eaten some by the time I realized; the entire plate was filled with blood. I ended up sick to my stomach for the remainder of the flight. Average height to tall individuals do not fit well laying down in the seats."

Fordeler: "After a delay of over 1 1/2 due to weather, we boarded and then waited for luggage. Then our pilot said our weight was too high so we sat and burned off fuel, which delayed us a half hour."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were all helpful and pleasant. The seats were comfortable. We were provided with plenty of liquids."

Then the gate checked bags took forever. I was supposed to have a 1.5 hour layover. I barely made my connection as I only had 20 minutes left until takeoff by the time we got off the plane."

The app should also tell us the reason for the delay, if allowable, especially if it weather. I almost hoed on another flight through Minneapolis but would have been stuck in Minneapolis cause I didn’t know the delay was due to weather an hour later."

Ulemper: "Grumpy gate attendants at YUL! Could not hear the captain’s comments over the PA system. Shouldn’t the volume be checked every so often? We were offered only water or coffee, bad enough, then there was no milk or cream on board, so water or black coffee... not very impressive! And there was no entertainment so I’d rate that zero but the scale only goes as low as one star."

Fordeler: "Direct flight to JFK using Delta. Was not aware that I was NOT flying on West Jet therefore encountered problems searching for a way to check in online. Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate."

Ulemper: "Arrived to the airport over 2 hours early and was told that my husband and I were put on standby because Air France overbooked the flight. I told them this was unacceptable - we had purchased a ticket and had seats reserved. And, typically if a flight is overbooked, the airline will offer a later flight option to everyone at the gate with an incentive to change it instead of randomly choosing passengers to bump off. They were rude and unapologetic and instead of putting us on the next flight 2 hours later, they made us stand at the counter for over an hour until they waited for all the other passengers to check in. Then 45 minutes before the flight took off, they told us that 2 seats opened and we would need to run through security and to the gate in order to get it on time. They also didn't have seats next to each other -- so the window and aisle seats that we had reserved were given away and we both had middle seats on opposite ends of the plane. Even though they acknowledged that we did everything right and they chose us at random, Air France was completely unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process."

Ulemper: "On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?"
Ulemper: "Los Angeles to Frankfurt on an A380 was great. Flight to Tel Aviv was good. But trying to navigate around Frankfurt was very difficult."
Ulemper: "40 minute delay in departure due to late arrival of incoming aircraft."
Fordeler: "Staff were very nice. Flight arrived on time."
Ulemper: "App or website didn’t work for check in. Lines at the airport were very long. The flight was over booked so I didn’t get a seat until at the gate. Overall too much hassle. Food options in the plane were horrible for vegans/allergies"
Fordeler: "Transfer route through Frankfurt Airport was tight but not as tight as outbound. Lovely crew."
Ulemper: "Bus to plane at departure, no room in overhead lockers as space taken up with small bags"
Ulemper: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc."
Fordeler: "Crew was excellent."
Fordeler: "United/ LH first called it a mechanical delay....we waited....then the weather caused this mini plane not to take off....long story short...we had to stay in a hotel...nobody gave us a voucher...our helped us with anything....very poor service"
Ulemper: "Didn't like the fruit dish or the liverwurst type meat."
Ulemper: "We missed our flight because of schengen visa as we booked our flight through your app you also didn't help us about schengen visa that we' need"
Fordeler: "Crew looked after me after a family took up a whole row including my designated seat. I need up with the back row to myself so could put my feet up & chill after a less than pleasant 5+ hours wait at Munich!"
Fordeler: "Did manage to get priority transfer which I requested from Dubrovnik but was told. “We do not do those”"
Ulemper: "Rest of the flight was bearable nothing write about. Typical cheap alow cost flight"
Fordeler: "Non of the usual manic stumbling from one inefficient process to the next a la Ryanair, Easyjet or Jet2"
Fordeler: "Nothing. It was ok at best which is fine on a good day."
Ulemper: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed . When we arrived in Frankfurt, there was a quie of 200m . After waiting 10 minutes, they asked us to go to other passport control . We had to walk onother 10 minutes to get there ."
Fordeler: "The crew was wonderful and this is consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The salami sandwich provided was actually very good."
Ulemper: "The slimline seats were not very comfortable. I would hesitate to fly Lufthansa's narrow bodies for flights greater than 2 hours."
Ulemper: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

Fordeler: "The flight had plenty of leg room and a snack with drink was served free which was a nice touch."

At my suprrise we had to pay extra money to check in our laggage. I will never again will book thru your site and will always tell everyone how dishonest are you are. Your telephone support staff is unsupportable ! The best to get tickets directly through the flying company, their sites are honest and correct!"

Ulemper: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."
Ulemper: "Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast."
Ulemper: "Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew."
Ulemper: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline."

Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage...."

LOved the windows that shaded out rather than the having to pull down the plastic blind. entertainment on board top notch screen huge One hostess , Helen was absolutely fantastic and the best I ve had on my many trips. I will recommend KLM whenever I can"
