Was a quick flight less than an hour. He gave me two packs of gold fish. Which is fine but of course compared to my other flights, well no comparison, but the flight was less than an hour.

I have a bad left hip and was in pain the whole flight because all I could do is keep my left leg in one position. If these boxes are necessary then get those seats more space so it will not be a problem. Put new Monitor screens into the seats."
Ulemper: "Just the more than one hour departure delay. Reason given was that they were still waiting for passengers on a connect connecting flight. Then what was unusual was a manual head count of passengers which was out of the ordinary in this high tech world of modern air transportation"

Fordeler: "First of all, you should not be charging a cancelation fee for unforeseen circumstance such as health problems. Second of all, I have not received a response yet from the emails I have been sending. It is extremely hard to call your hotline for foreigners."

Ulemper: "Service!!!! Plenty of crew and they are very attentive."
Fordeler: "There was a delay in taking off from SFO but the attendants worked very hard at getting everyone on board and taken care of. I missed my connecting flight in Seoul because of the delay, but the attendant let me know well before that I would miss the flight. In Seoul they took me to their very nice Hyatt hotel where I stayed the night and they offered me a very excellent buffet dinner at no cost."
Ulemper: "There was plenty of confusion with the ground crew in Seoul and I was lost trying to find my way to the station where I could find another flight to Hanoi. However, as soon as I found the Korean Air station, they took very good care of me."
Fordeler: "The crew's professionalism and service. I wish Korean Air could provide training to the US based airlines! Well done!"
Ulemper: "The vegan meal was served twice during the flight. A bit more variety would have been nice. Qatar airways has a better variety of entertainment."

Ulemper: "See above... Who didn't upgrade their seat. My items had to go into bin 3 rows back. Very inconvenient & very difficult to retrieve after landing. I will never pay the additional fee for extra leg room again."
Ulemper: "Flight was canceled. They moved passengers to the Lufthansa but didn’t tell us even though we checked with the counter every 20 min. Apparently a text went out that we didn’t get"

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

Ulemper: "The seats in economy are now Way TOO SMALL! You better start calling Economy - "Stearage"! Food was not as good as on past flights with SA. Movie selection not as good as past SA flights. Earphones supplied are horrible!!!"
Fordeler: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."
Ulemper: "I would have liked a wider selection of foods in the menu.. Limited options. Also, I had a 11:45 AM flight from BOM-SIN which was supposed to start boarding at 10:45, but instead we started boarding at 11:30 and took off at 12:10."

Ulemper: "From the moment we checked in in Singapore there was no service. Having travelled first class and Economy before with Singapore I was very disappointed with Business class. My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

Ulemper: "The check in process took a long time; longer than other carriers. In spite of so many crew members being there at the gate, there were no announcement of the boarding process. It used to be there before. When asked the staff is very politely responds on what is going on but the rest of the passengers do not know what's going on. Wonder why the staff do not follow the seating process by zone as mentioned on the boarding pass."
Fordeler: "The crew was both friendly and attentive. I was satisfied with their interest."
Ulemper: "I found the boarding experience in Dubai to be quite tedious. We were shuffled around here and there and getting on the plane itself was tough."
Fordeler: "Inflight entertainment was good but that doesn’t make up for lack of equal treatment of all passengers"
Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."
Ulemper: "Staff don’t smile! I ask for hot towel the crew didn’t give me any!"

Ulemper: "My meal was awful the only option for me was raw vegetables in order to have vegetarian and gluten free... It was carrot, cucumber and celery sticks and some fruit. I had the same meal twice it was very sad meal for 17.5 hrs with no snacks offered either. My partner and another man were forgotten as the meal rounds were being done. The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."
Fordeler: "There really wasn't much to like, but I suppose the space in the seating was decent. We also did not have any delays in boarding and the flight itself was nice."
Ulemper: "The crew did not even ask customers if they needed water. The food selections were terrible, and then there was no selection at all by the time I had a chance to order my food. I didn't eat barely anything for the whole 12 hr flight. That is the worst situation I have ever been on when flying anywhere. So, yes, I found it horrible for the most part."
Fordeler: "Good selection of movies. Nice staff- some of which were able to handle difficult customers better than others."
Ulemper: "Both flights to Athens and returning to New York were very delayed. As a result, passengers were annoyed and staff members looked obviously stressed as well. On the whole my impression is that this airline keeps up appearances very well but is in fact somewhat disorganized."
Ulemper: "The boarding gate space was quite small and there was no separate queue for business. So you literally had to push through people who were already in the queue to board as a business class. There was no space to go around."

Ulemper: "I was surprised when i got on the plane because i always hear great thinhs about the Emirates airplanes, this one was very low quality airplane, and for a long distance flights the flight must have been a better one."

Ulemper: "Never had an experience where "pocket book, was weighed. After my carry on was weighed , my personal bag where I had my essentials and medications were included in the total weight of carry ons. I ended up paying for overweight. It was a big surprise for me. I came from NY and your agents approved . I had to pay,or discard."
Fordeler: "Finally, a great airline with a direct flight from New York to Athens and very reasonable fares. I hope they keep it that way. Also, Newark is a much better airport to fly to and from than JFK."
Ulemper: "Crew was ok but could have been a little better, and the drinks selection could be improved."
Fordeler: "I wish they have feet rest as in Saudi Airlines, to left the feet little pet & it will reflect positively on the back and spinal (more comfort for the back) Everything else was awesome"

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Ulemper: "My meal option wasn't available."
Fordeler: "The FA that served my part of the cabin was polite, friendly, and cheerful."
Ulemper: "I had one piece of hand carried bag from when I boarded on the DC to Dubai leg. On this Dubai to Manila leg I was shocked to discover that the ground crew wanted all hand carried items weighed, and I mean ALL including things like travel pillows and duty free items. I was made to pay $88 for excess weight on the exact same bag I had with me on the first leg. Worse, the (I'm guessing) head of the ground crew gave random exceptions (for example someone had a thick copy of the Koran and some other item that were not weighed). My excess weight probably weighed less than that book. Many passengers ended up returning purchased duty free items and some even abandoned their bags. Upon getting past the initial gate the passengers were ferried by BUS to the plane. The bus ride took forever and of course, in the heat of the Dubai sun, the passengers were made to climb stairs carrying their "overweight" bags to board the plain."
Fordeler: "Space and the fact that everything worked. Food was excellant."
Ulemper: "I always like Emirates."
Fordeler: "The most important thing about Emirates for me was that they had truly vegan meals and snacks for me that were actually quite good."
Ulemper: "Too long layover"
Fordeler: "Compared to other airlines, especially trips to and from Europe, this one was great! I will try to fly Emirates every time! I especially appreciated the variety and abundance of choices for entertainment. Eight hours just flew."
Ulemper: "As far as a reasonably priced economy flight, I can't think of a think. Of course, I'd always like a bigger seat but even those were better than most."

Fordeler: "A380 is really comfortable even in economy and choice for entertainment is great"
Ulemper: "Crew are great during standard service runs such as meal / drinks but outside of assigned duties trying to get their attention is almost impossible as the are busy chatting. I am deaf & travel alone to India & back to Seattle via Doha by Qatar Airways. They did an awesome services, very friendly and helpful. Since we wear masks all the time during the flights, How can the air-hostess communicate with me? I came to an idea that we communicate each other through texting on my phone which was very helpful! One negative comment is that there are no closed captioning for English movies & dramas on TV. It need to add accessibility for deaf people to enjoy watching during their flights. I will fly with Qatar Airways again in the future.

Fordeler: "Check-in was a breeze; considering this being an internationaly travel, baggage check-in process was fast and easy. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. Goodie bag was a good idea; the goodie bag contains an eye mask, mini tooth brush, paste, hand cream, etc. These all were great idea and definitely helpful. However this is ruined by the tooth paste. It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."
Ulemper: "Atlanta to Doha was about 14 hours flight. The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."

Ulemper: "I had booked the Amaya lounge for the 3,5 hours stop over. It cost $50+ and was so not worth it! Bad food and uncomfortable chairs plus it was really crowded! Next time I'll just go to a cafe! No seats at the gate when I got there. Slooow boarding!"
Fordeler: "I was the third person in the line. The ticket agent couldn't find my ticket as multiple tickets were booked on my name and all tickets showed X mark. After 20-30 minutes of wait, I finally got my ticket but the security and custom lines were very long by that time. Never flying Qatar again."
Ulemper: "They cancelled the booking without telling about that And also they didn't prepare a place for staying The desk manager said the booking cancelled by your company"

They should be allowed to select free seat

My bags and my kids bag didn’t arrive until the next day, because of that We had to stay in erbil over night rent a hotel until we got our bags next day. They need to do better job on handling bags

This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."

They should be more responsible when it comes to timing. We were on the flight waiting for two hours!!!"
Fordeler: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."
Ulemper: "The business class seating is old and not as comfortable as the newer herring bone configurations. Privacy could be improved."

The only other available seat was in business class, and although the flight attendant later admitted I should have been given that business class seat, the other person successfully argued to take it. Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."
Fordeler: "For real. Excellent meals, roomy seats, great selection of movies, and the care package thing? I'm STILL wearing the slippers."

Ulemper: "Th flight was extremely late and the airline did nothing to help accommodate. They put us into Istanbul at 2am which was far too late to check into our hotel for the one night and totally refused to get us into a hotel close by so that we didn't have to be at the airport for 13 hours before our flight. We booked a flight that was SUPPOSED to arrive at 6pm so we could get to the hotel at a decent hour and relax. They cancelled 2 flights for the day and put us sleeping in the airport at empty gates all night. The customer service was absolutely aweful and we got nothing but excuses about policy and being talked down to because we "could have chosen a flight early the next day" instead of coming the day before. We wanted to see the town for an evening!! This company has some of the worst desk people I've ever encountered anywhere!"
Fordeler: "The quality of service, food and beverage variety, entertainment selection, and overall aircraft condition were superb. From the fresh flowers in the toilet rooms to the selection of top shelf alcohol, it was all first class, and all of this in economy. People who have not flown them will be amazed."
Ulemper: "The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the aircraft was a Boeing 777 which is new, but less roomy than the Airbus A330."
