Service was very attentive. I thought that being in premium econ seat means that I get the headphones, but on this flight, none was provided. Thankfully, the flight attendant quickly gave me a new pair of earphones.

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

Ulemper: "This trip was not quite as excellent as my flights on Singapore Airlines usually are; however, I cannot say for sure there was much that airline staff could have done to change this. A great deal of turbulence earlier in the flight made it difficult to enjoy the food. Also, there was a sewage-like smell that wafted through the air periodically - this could have been a child in the surrounding seats, though. Both of these issues seem difficult for the airline staff to address, however, unless the smell actually came from a problem with the ventilation system. The staff was exceptionally helpful and good-natured, though, which made the biggest difference. Thank you so much."

Very organized airline with friendly and professional air and land crew.
I am deaf & travel alone to India & back to Seattle via Doha by Qatar Airways. They did an awesome services, very friendly and helpful. Since we wear masks all the time during the flights, How can the air-hostess communicate with me? I came to an idea that we communicate each other through texting on my phone which was very helpful! One negative comment is that there are no closed captioning for English movies & dramas on TV. It need to add accessibility for deaf people to enjoy watching during their flights. I will fly with Qatar Airways again in the future.

Fordeler: "Check-in was a breeze; considering this being an internationaly travel, baggage check-in process was fast and easy. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. Goodie bag was a good idea; the goodie bag contains an eye mask, mini tooth brush, paste, hand cream, etc. These all were great idea and definitely helpful. However this is ruined by the tooth paste. It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."
Ulemper: "Atlanta to Doha was about 14 hours flight. The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."

Ulemper: "For 14 hours flight, we were given 1 meal and 1 snack ; that seems too little for a long flight. They didn't have whiskey, only beer and wine...really... Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Ulemper: "My meal was awful the only option for me was raw vegetables in order to have vegetarian and gluten free... It was carrot, cucumber and celery sticks and some fruit. I had the same meal twice it was very sad meal for 17.5 hrs with no snacks offered either. My partner and another man were forgotten as the meal rounds were being done. The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."
Fordeler: "There really wasn't much to like, but I suppose the space in the seating was decent. We also did not have any delays in boarding and the flight itself was nice."
Ulemper: "The crew did not even ask customers if they needed water. The food selections were terrible, and then there was no selection at all by the time I had a chance to order my food. I didn't eat barely anything for the whole 12 hr flight. That is the worst situation I have ever been on when flying anywhere. So, yes, I found it horrible for the most part."
Fordeler: "Good selection of movies. Nice staff- some of which were able to handle difficult customers better than others."
Ulemper: "Both flights to Athens and returning to New York were very delayed. As a result, passengers were annoyed and staff members looked obviously stressed as well. On the whole my impression is that this airline keeps up appearances very well but is in fact somewhat disorganized."
Ulemper: "The boarding gate space was quite small and there was no separate queue for business. So you literally had to push through people who were already in the queue to board as a business class. There was no space to go around."

After my carry on was weighed , my personal bag where I had my essentials and medications were included in the total weight of carry ons. I ended up paying for overweight. It was a big surprise for me. I came from NY and your agents approved . I had to pay,or discard."
Fordeler: "Finally, a great airline with a direct flight from New York to Athens and very reasonable fares. I hope they keep it that way. Also, Newark is a much better airport to fly to and from than JFK."

Fordeler: "I wish they have feet rest as in Saudi Airlines, to left the feet little pet & it will reflect positively on the back and spinal (more comfort for the back) Everything else was awesome"

Ulemper: "Boarding was a fair disaster. No structure or communication about lines. Unclear who was boarding and when. Like a slow-moving stampede. The food was actually very yummy. I just prefer fresh food to be included. Like fruit. Didn't use any entertainment."
Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."
Fordeler: "The FA that served my part of the cabin was polite, friendly, and cheerful."
Ulemper: "I had one piece of hand carried bag from when I boarded on the DC to Dubai leg. On this Dubai to Manila leg I was shocked to discover that the ground crew wanted all hand carried items weighed, and I mean ALL including things like travel pillows and duty free items. I was made to pay $88 for excess weight on the exact same bag I had with me on the first leg. Worse, the (I'm guessing) head of the ground crew gave random exceptions (for example someone had a thick copy of the Koran and some other item that were not weighed). My excess weight probably weighed less than that book. Many passengers ended up returning purchased duty free items and some even abandoned their bags. Upon getting past the initial gate the passengers were ferried by BUS to the plane. The bus ride took forever and of course, in the heat of the Dubai sun, the passengers were made to climb stairs carrying their "overweight" bags to board the plain."

Ulemper: "I always like Emirates."
Fordeler: "The most important thing about Emirates for me was that they had truly vegan meals and snacks for me that were actually quite good."
Ulemper: "Too long layover"
Fordeler: "Compared to other airlines, especially trips to and from Europe, this one was great! I will try to fly Emirates every time! I especially appreciated the variety and abundance of choices for entertainment. Eight hours just flew."
Ulemper: "As far as a reasonably priced economy flight, I can't think of a think. Of course, I'd always like a bigger seat but even those were better than most."

Ulemper: "The ground staff needs to be more co-ordial and friendly. Am not sure how they are hired but they appear very rude and dry throwing instructions. I travel a lot and in many airlines and whatever the case, staff members of other airlines smile, tell issues if any, suggest solutions and work on it. Emirates staff, it seems, does not know how to talk or smile."
Fordeler: "Food, entertainment and the flight crew are good."
Ulemper: "The emirates crew at Hyderabad airport. The crew doesn't have the knowledge about their work and really got pissed by them."
Fordeler: "A380 is really comfortable even in economy and choice for entertainment is great"
Ulemper: "Crew are great during standard service runs such as meal / drinks but outside of assigned duties trying to get their attention is almost impossible as the are busy chatting. Pressed the cabin crew call button and took over 15 mins for someone to respond (and only after I caught someone's attention walking past - for the second time, the first person took my request then never reappeared). This despite at least 8 crew members walking past me."
Fordeler: "Dubai lounge was superb, excellent crew."
Ulemper: "cramped business class seats. the 2-3-2 seating is disappointing for the price. Boarding announcements were confusing. we were told to be at the gate 30 mins before flight but when we got there 45 mins before they were already displaying final call which was quite stressful."
Ulemper: "nothing it was perfect"
Ulemper: "Boarding was so messy. Not organized at all. Discipline among passengers and ground crew is missing!"
Turkish Airlines canceled our flight two days in a row. We suspect malpractice. Their cancelling senior citizens with early discount tickets and creating new flights with more expensive tickets for desperate travelers.
It was great experience. .

Ulemper: "I had difficulty checking online, because I didn’t have the right ticket number. By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time."
Ulemper: "Canceled flight without warning. Terrible crew coordination to help with the issue. Not flying Turkish again."
Ulemper: "The transfer in Istambul was very tight on the way back I literally had to run to get to the flight"
Fordeler: "Turkish airlines is the best"
Fordeler: "The crew on the airplane were fantastic. They arranged an aisle seat, which I requested upon checking in."
Ulemper: "I asked for an aisle seat and I was assured when I checked in that I have an aisle seat. But this was not correct. The crew on the airplane did their best to accommodate my request and they were successful. So the mistake was that of the crew in Berlin where I started my flight."

We have realized the big distinction in services when we travel from USA to Turkey VS Turkey to Egypt . The USA to Egypt staff was great, especially the ones at dulles airport."
Ulemper: "The only problem I had with that was the infant Bassinet, it was extremely uncomfortable for our baby"

Fordeler: "The food! So much food that at one point they were bringing more things and i just looked at them like are u crazy? It was tasty and warm."

Fordeler: "Too many check points at boarding and big lines at transfer"

Ulemper: "Boarding in Turkey was a bit unorganized. Bathrooms on board could be better and the crew should come pick up the food trays soon after."
Fordeler: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."
Ulemper: "The business class seating is old and not as comfortable as the newer herring bone configurations. Privacy could be improved."
Fordeler: "Crew accommodated at seat change so I had a space between me and the next passenger and I got a row seat."
Fordeler: "Turkish Airlines has an excellent entertainment system"
Ulemper: "They used to have more legroom"
Ulemper: "Flight was canceled"
Fordeler: "The food was the best I've had on an airplane and the in flight entertainment had an enormous selection. Flight staff and their service were amazing. I've flown all over and have never taken Turkish Airlines before. Now I don't want to fly with anyone else."
Ulemper: "seats were a little cramped for a 12hr flight, but I'm not a short guy. I guess it pays to go business class."
Fordeler: "same as above, i love that i was able to check in online and choose my seat. I love the kit (toothbrush, socks) and the quality of the pouch - super love it! Pillow and blanket as well is still the same quality as before."
Fordeler: "It's an international flight and they don't offer other food alternatives."
Fordeler: "Great food; plenty of room to stretch out (we flew business class)."
Ulemper: "The service on the flight from Houston to Turkey was much better than it was from Turkey to Houston. For one thing, the flight attendant never made up our beds on the way back to Houston. For another, the sound did not work at my seat, so I was unable to use any of the entertainment. The flight attendant kept trying to give me different headphones...it wasn't the headphones that were the problem!! He never really addressed the issue or coordinated a possible seat change (even though there were empty seats in business class)."
Fordeler: "Overall smooth flight. Arrived time at Atarurk airport and well managed by flight crew and ground staff."
Ulemper: "They forgot to invite passengers with small children to board first. In flight service was good but seemed to be a bit slow as there was only one flight attendant serving half the economy cabin. They used to do a second drink service on this flight which was really nice before. Food was ok but TK has had better food on my other flights. The meatballs aren't as good as some of their more flavourful suppers."
Ulemper: "Canceled flight"
Fordeler: "Leg rooms are much smaller compare to other airlines."
Fordeler: "Plane was new and clean. Food was fresh and tasted good. Entertainment included a wide variety of new movies and TV shows."
Ulemper: "Service was mediocre and poor at times. The staff did not communicate with the passengers. There was an hour delay in take off as we sat on the plane and no explanation. There was also some delay in landing which seems due to poor weather but not communication. They seem nice but could use better training."
Fordeler: "A lot of food and drink, toothbrush, slippers, etc."
Ulemper: "The first leg of my trip had a tiny, cramped airplane for 10 a plus hour flight."
Fordeler: "The service was good."
Ulemper: "Unfortunately, I was rerouted and flew from Istanbul to Dushanbe. (instead of to Khujand) This meant that I needed to take a taxi 6 hours through the mountains to get to Khujand. I hope the flights to Khujand resume again shortly."
Fordeler: "There were great entertainment options, which is really important for such a long haul flight."
Ulemper: "They had assigned the same seat to me and somebody else, and the other person was already sitting in the seat when I got there. The only other available seat was in business class, and although the flight attendant later admitted I should have been given that business class seat, the other person successfully argued to take it. Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."
Fordeler: "Staff were very friendly"
Ulemper: "I picked specific seats when i checked in online. Instead I got the worst seats me and my wife. Plane made unusual noise and I am a frequent flyer."
Ulemper: "Flight from Istanbul to Amman boarding was a mess"
Fordeler: "Several check points were not very pleasent , but necesarry."
Fordeler: "Customer service was excellent"
Ulemper: "Delayed flight making it ease to miss your connecting flights.."
Fordeler: "Turkish Airlines were a great surprise - everything was much better than expected. Highly recommend flying with them."
Fordeler: "Excellent food and service. Very friendly and professional crew."
Fordeler: "I flew Paris -Hong Kong(round trip) with transfer in Istanbul and overall everything was ok. The in-flight service was great, food was very good and their fleet seems quite new and clean."
Ulemper: "Thw only aspect I didn't like was the fact that our flight from Istanbul to Hong Kong was delayed and that is not a big problem,flights gets delayed all the time. But the attitude we got from the ground staff in the airport was a big problem. We got to the customer service counter to get further information about the flight and nobody was giving us any information.Not even an apology for the fact that we waited for 3 hours in an airport at 2 AM. Everybody seemed so bored,that they barely spoke 3 words.They offered us a voucher at Burger King, but we couldn't order anything from the menu,but the simplest burger. We just expected a bit more from an airline that has somebody dressed as a chef on-board while serving the in-flight meals."
To charge $39 for a list and found help ticket is extortion—will they find my item for that price?
Overbooked flight of airBaltic, tow hours of delay
Facilities for short connections.
Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.
Overall a pleasant flight.
Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help

Ulemper: "I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it."

Ulemper: "KLM staff in the Prague airport were some of the rudest humans I have ever met. So incredibly uncaring and outright mean."
Fordeler: "Travel on Crostian Airlines did not pappen. KLM flight to Munich was cancelled and I was rescheduled on Air Setbia to Belgrade, the Split."
Ulemper: "That it didn’t happen."
Fordeler: "Everything is top notch for an airline company."
Ulemper: "Nothing.... I enjoyed every moment of the flight."
Fordeler: "Nice to have a wrap for the snack."
Ulemper: "Would have preferred boarding by row - back of the flight first so would have been more organized."
Fordeler: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Ulemper: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."
Fordeler: "Sandwich was incredibly tasty (although not much filling)"
Ulemper: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."
Fordeler: "Boarding was quick, Flight on time....just a regular service and plane"
Ulemper: "Terminal 3 Manchester is not worth staying longer then necessary, loud music, crowded....old"
Fordeler: "Friendly staff, good service and on time departure/arrival."
Fordeler: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Ulemper: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Fordeler: "Excellent experience with the cabin crew."
Ulemper: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."
Ulemper: "Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen."
Fordeler: "Easy Boarding"

Ulemper: "Everything! The crew was rude, no entertainment whatsoever, late boarding, late departure and bad experience with the check in process both in app and on website."
Fordeler: "Priority boarding was appreciated and the flights were on time. Service was fine. Schipol was good."
Fordeler: "Staff at Schipol airport were lovely and very helpful. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient. On board snack was nice."
Ulemper: "Elbow room is a little bit awkward and I didn't get to sit next to my fiance WE will still definitely recommend KLM though!"
