I have a bad left hip and was in pain the whole flight because all I could do is keep my left leg in one position. If these boxes are necessary then get those seats more space so it will not be a problem. Put new Monitor screens into the seats."
Ulemper: "Just the more than one hour departure delay. Reason given was that they were still waiting for passengers on a connect connecting flight. Then what was unusual was a manual head count of passengers which was out of the ordinary in this high tech world of modern air transportation"

Ulemper: "I missed my connection because of fog. (Obviously a problem they could not fix, so I’m not upset about that.) I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

I tried continuously to contact the sub company to request a waiver or hold on the flight. The number provided kept me on a hold . There were no answers to phone calls from information provided on receipt. Emails only stated the fees that would be imposed for any action I conducted. I will never use kayak again."

Customer service.

The ticket price is reasonable, the Istanbul Airport is amazing .New clean fun have everything you need it even the shoping price is great, inside the airplane is modern and clean ,the crew the clean the Bathroom after every passenger due to covid, also the give you PPE package to stay clean and safe, the crew staff are organized and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, I recommend Turkish airline for any one need easy trip from the begging to the end. Thank you kayak for the great 👍 ticket price. Love it.!!!

Ulemper: "The staff at the airport is really rude and just tries to push you off to another person. When you do finally talk to someone they will give you a short blunt answer and try to get rid of you. The WiFi is horrible and hardly works. There aren't any quiet places to sleep and many of the phone charging stations cost money."
Fordeler: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."

Fordeler: "The flight from Istanbul to New York was great. Excellent service, good food, free drinks throughout, comfortable modern plane with wide selection of entertainment. Great layover at Istanbul Airport with lots of selection for food and drink. Far better than any direct airline that flies new york to tel aviv so if you don't mind a layover choose Turkish."
Ulemper: "Free WiFi at Istanbul Airport requires sms authentication which makes no sense on an international trip."
Fordeler: "It's an international flight and they don't offer other food alternatives."

Fordeler: "No personal entertainment screen. No USB jack. These alone are unacceptable esp for an international flight. Food was terrible - vegetarian option was plain pasta!. Seats cramped and too close together. Crew didn't manage passengers putting luggage away so passengers did it very badly taking up overhead room with jackets and small bags. Gate was overcrowded and hot without enough seats. Staff was pleasant though and friendly and courteous and efficient."

Fordeler: "There were great entertainment options, which is really important for such a long haul flight."
Ulemper: "They had assigned the same seat to me and somebody else, and the other person was already sitting in the seat when I got there. The only other available seat was in business class, and although the flight attendant later admitted I should have been given that business class seat, the other person successfully argued to take it. Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."

Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

Ulemper: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Fordeler: "The food rocks! I know that I will always be eating well with KLM. The staff is always so nice, professional and cordial...I always know I'll be in good hands with the flight. KLM #605 from Amsterdam to SFO---please pass the praise to all of them."

Ulemper: "The KUL to DPS leg was on one of the oldest planes I’ve flown. A 737 with no seat back screens. They handed out 2 inch thick “tablets” in Business class, with no touch screen and only a handful of 10 year old movies."

Fordeler: "We paid for extra luggage for check in but we were allowed to carry them on board due to the short stopover duration of the connecting flight. Thanks for the much needed flexibility!"
Ulemper: "Seat back didn’t stay upright so it was uncomfortable when I wasn’t trying to sleep."
Ulemper: "Malaysia airlines lost my luggage. Delayed for over 24 hours and had to send to another airport. Cost me hundreds of dollars and no compensation provided"

Ulemper: "Super crowded and not much room in between rows, I aspected a bit larger and more comfortable plane for an international flight"
Ulemper: "Incorrect information of boarding gate reflected on the boarding pass for the third time already. And to make it worse, this was the most difficult problem that me and my friends encountered throughout all the flights that we took. We nearly miss this flight as we actually went to the boarding gate that was reflected incorrectly on our boarding pass as stated earlier. There was also an unannounced delay. Flight estimated departure is at 1720HRS, but the flight only took off 1750HRS."
Ulemper: "Prebooking a seat with Malaysian Airlines requires calling KL office which is always busy. It costs a lot if calling from the US, in addition to paying for the seats. It really turned me off."
Fordeler: "Service and integtity"

Ulemper: "12 hrs in the air!!!"

Ulemper: "No amenities kit, no mattress pad, no champagne, no menu for business class. And the forgot to serve the main course of my travelling partner."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for more than an hour. We had problem getting the attention of the crew as all of them were just hanging around the galley."
Ulemper: "We had a 4.5 hour delay due to weather conditions at Heathrow. Although the airline could not avoid this. I feel being kept on the plane for the duration before a 12 hour flight and a further 4 hour connection, was too much."
Ulemper: "Their app is useless. Not user friendly and always down ! Their staff can't even give proper directions on what need to be done in terms of getting upgrades ! Such a shame how it this airlines is getting from bad to worst. They use to be great and my number one choice , but now they are just a disappointment. I am only supporting MAS because they are my national carrier"
Fordeler: "Nothing at all!"
Ulemper: "Worst handling of delays and cancellations I have ever experienced. Worst management ever! More than 17 hours delay before I finally got on another plane. No hotel, no food, no nothing."
Fordeler: "Despite recent tragedies that led to loss of life and aircraft, the flag carrier of Malaysia seems to be well on the road back to good health and prosperity. This is a win-win situation all 'round. From being re-booked to an earlier flight by their impressive ground staff to excellent in-flight service and airmanship during the ride, the experience was truly one of the nicest airline experiences in recent memory. With improvements at MNL coupled with this fine experience, I now have another option to choose from when traveling by air both within SEA and beyond. Kudos to all."
Ulemper: "Though not MH's fault, having to queue for nearly 2 hours at KLIA to clear immigration formalities was an extremely rude welcome back here, considering that it took me less than 30 minutes in June to clear formalities at the "Budget Terminal.""

Fordeler: "Malaysia airlines has some of the most beautiful women working for them. Most curteous, kind, and very personable. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful"
Ulemper: "The long layovers with no hotel voucher from Malaysia air. That would be a big help especially for me since I travel alone. And not to familiar with hotel locations, taxis. I am concerned about my safety in another country..."
Fordeler: "The flight was fairly typical. However, it left on time and arrived on time. This was a positive."
Ulemper: "As usual, the flight was completely full. Everyone carries on as many bags as allowed and there is no bin space for all the luggage. I bring only my briefcase and had to search for space."

Fordeler: "There was nothing positive about the experience on this flight. With exit row seats had to stow luggage back in overhead holds which meant having to go back on landing, retrieve bag & for get way back to seat. Not Airlines fault but no gantry available on arrival. Up and down runway until available (20min) before we could exit."
Ulemper: "Fact that once again confirmed seating was changed from original booking. Extremely frustrating. Slight delay on take off. Had exit row seats."

Ulemper: "Nothing special on this flight. Entertainment system didn't actually work at the beginning for everyone on board and had to be rebooted. you would think everything would be thoroughly checked prior to a flight. It started to work about an hour later into the flight."
