London Hoteller i South Bank

Fordeler: I got an upgrade to a room on the top floor with beautiful sunshine and great view. Staff are all very helpful and professional

Fordeler: Good location. Lovely staffs, good services. Quite clean.

Ulemper: First time in this hotel, and to be honest, quite disappointing. Firstly, sound proof was very bad, we could hear the television sound from the next room though out all night. Secondly, the bathroom was designed poorly, the water goes all over the floor after taking a shower, which makes it very wet and slippery. We paid for almost £280 per night, and I don’t think is worth it.

Fordeler: The roof top bar

Ulemper: We were given a handicap room which didn't include a tub. The water would get all over the bathroom because it was an open space type of bathroom that just had a curtain around the shower area. Felt it was over priced for what we received.

Fordeler: The location, the panoramic room at 11º floor, the breakfast.

Ulemper: The staff: for two consecutive days the staff woke me up knocking at the door of my room at 8:30am (during the week end...) for the room service that I never asked for. Moreover, for 1 day they forgive to clean and set up my room.

Fordeler: Nice and clean room

Fordeler: Det var rent, nytt, og sentralt. God kvalitet på bygning og interiør .

Ulemper: Frokosten var flott, men ingen frokost er verdt 22 pund. Man spiser allikevel bare en normalmengde mat . Hotellet framstod i holdning som lite raust. Vi avtalte bl a å legge til en natt ekstra for 200pund , Da vi skulle sjekke inn var det ikke notert ned, og prisen var 220 pund. De fikk ikke i til systemet de hadde, å la oss betale avtalt pris. Da vi ba om å bli registrert i kundeklubben for de 5 nettene vi hadde bodd der , ville de registrere kun den siste natta..? Det kan umulig lønne seg for kjeden i å hindre kundene i å registrer seg ? poenget er vel å lokke kundene til kjøp av flere netter.

Fordeler: The staff were perfect!

Fordeler: Excellent location - walking distance to Waterloo/North Lambeth underground. Staff really friendly , particularly in the sky bar and ground floor bar. Breakast was really very very good. Had a real ' home-made ' quality to it , with a hint of Spanish sophistication. Bedroom on the small side, but very comfortable with superb views over the city . Would definitely book again .

Fordeler: Staff went the extra mile for my friends birthday

Ulemper: No bath

Fordeler: Excellent breakfast buffet, small bar on ground floor, clean and tidy throughout.

Fordeler: It’s very clean, modern, with everything you need. The bed is super comfy, it has a sky bar, and the breakfast is amazing. Also, Spanish service

Fordeler: The room was nicely decorated and well appointed. It was a comfortable stay and the food that we ordered was delivered promptly and was nice.

Ulemper: The telephone in the room didn't work, so we had to go to reception halfway through getting dressed to order room service.

Fordeler: Great rooms with dreamy beds. Free mini bar and breakfast.

Ulemper: Not a thing

Fordeler: The staff are lovely.

Fordeler: Great room, plenty of space and facilities and in a very good location close to Black Friars Bridge and Southwark Tube station. Food in the main restaurant was excellent and very moreish, bar staff very friendly and day time receptionist was very considerate and caring.

Ulemper: I was charged again for the room, even though my company already paid for my stay. I advised this to the night porter and shown him my invoice but he still charged me. The night porters English wasn't the best so i think it was crossed wires. Fortunately i manged to get this refunded to myself but it was an inconvenience on the night.

Fordeler: Gratis minibar, veldig sentralt

Ulemper: Nedslitt, trenger en totalrenovering av rommene. Tapet løsner, gulvbelegg løst på badet, veldig lytt til korridor- ikke tett dør (brannfarlig)

Fordeler: Hyggelig betjening.

Ulemper: Mye trafikkstøy.

Fordeler: Free drinks in mini bar

Ulemper: A bit stuffy in rooms but they did provide good fans

Fordeler: The location and ability to walk most places

Ulemper: Attitude of staff cleaning of bedrooms very poor Not very helpful at all if something was wrong it was our fault and would not accept responsibility ( it is not my fault there is only one steak)

Fordeler: Room was quite large for inner London hotel, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was not available early enough for our travel arrangements. There is an elevator to help with moving luggage to the upper floors.

Fordeler: It looked cute apparently

Ulemper: The phone was a lie the dial didn’t spin

Fordeler: There was a weird vibe to the place that I enjoyed!

Ulemper: Toilet did not flush properly and no air conditioner.

Fordeler: Nice big room for London, comfortable bed and bathroom.
