Fordeler: Et veldig flott hotell, med en super beliggenhet. Det var deilig å kunne ta seg en løpetur i parken før frokost. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Rommet var rent, lyst og med en flott utsikt. Frokosten var super.

Fordeler: Varierende service under frokosten. Måtte til tider vente lenge på kaffe som kun ble servert, ingen egen kaffemaskin. Ellers godt utvalg og sunne alternativer.

Ulemper: Sengene er i hardeste laget og lysoppsettet er lite brukervennlig. Thairestauranten var dessverre en skuffelse med lang venting på drikke og smakløs mat. Lokalet var verken romantisk eller hyggelig. Hotellet fortjener en bedre restaurant. Gå heller til Taormina, italiensk restaurant 3 min unna. Fantastisk service og vin. Maten er som forventet i den prisklassen. Rimelig og god valuta for pengene!

Fordeler: Clean and quiet, room and bathroom is fairly spacious for hotel at London. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is rather good and I like the buffet in particular.

Ulemper: The bathroom basin clogged a bit, it took quite a while to drain the water every time after I washed my hands. As a person who pay attention to details I also noted the pencil provided in my room had a broken lead. I had no intention to use the pencil at all but I reckon such issue maybe regarded as a cons for some others.

Fordeler: location was fantastic, Bar was good but breakfast was only so so Air Conditioning was GREAT

Ulemper: shower was a bit lacking in design.. water gets everywhere. again poor design

Fordeler: The location is nice but a little bit far away from Bayswater Station - in fact you need a 10 minute walk. However, generally it is convenient and I like the location as this is next to the Hyde Park - a 20 minute walk and you can go to Marble Arch or the legendary Harrods. The room is not small and the bathroom is clean.

Ulemper: I think the only drawback is that the location is not easy to find without google map - The lift is not very big and bigger luggage will be problematic.

Fordeler: Location, location, location. Rooms were clean as were common areas. Breakfast was delightful.

Ulemper: I was most comfortable on all fronts.

Ulemper: the reception staff has blocked amount of money from my credit card without telling me how come ?

Ulemper: In room there is no drinkable water. When i asked to desk office, they told me that you can buy from our bar.

Fordeler: Deilige senger. Rene rom. Spesiellt fornøyd med at der ikke var tepper på gulvene.

Ulemper: Rommene kunne vært noe større.

Fordeler: We liked that it was in a quiet part of London. Pub nearby and within walking distance to Tube stations and Hyde Park. Front desk and bar staff was nice. Decent morning breakfast.

Ulemper: Tiny, tiny room. Very little room for suitcases. Limited amenities for what we paid.

Ulemper: Shame the sauna/steamroom were not on

Fordeler: The breakfast was great, the steam room was really hot. The hotel was very accommodating for my special requests. Great amenities in terms of the pool, fitness center, etc. There is also a great coffee machine in the breakfast room. The staff were relatively friendly overall. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and funny. They could be working the front desk!

Ulemper: The WiFi was basically not working at all unless you were in the lobby. The pool had no shallow end so not good for children or short people. The shower in the ladies locker room was broken. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The mattresses are firm which wasn’t good or bad. I wasn’t keen on the mojito my bartender made me either. I would absolutely stay here again but these were the things I didn’t like. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel but the kids menu is good for kids (I have a 20 month old)

Fordeler: Nice reception staff, very efficient and professional. I asked for a high room and got it no problem - there's a load bar across the road and I didn't want to listen to the people outside all night. The view was great. It is clean and well maintained. Ok size room for normal standards, but this is London so compared to what you get in this city, it is enormous. Plus the pool and steam room were a nice bonus to clear the head in the morning.

Ulemper: Breakfast was pretty tepid. Why can't you keep hot items properly hot? And why are crispy fried foods kept in a closed container so they just go soggy and greasy? I don't know why London hotels only offer English breakfasts too; the rest of Europe manages to provide a whole range of fresh, healthy choice and for much better price.

Ulemper: Small room tight fit for a family of 4. Weathered wormed towels.

Fordeler: Location of the hotel is very good.. 10min walk from Paddington Station... Sainsbury's and coffee shops and restaurants are just 3-4 min walk

Ulemper: We stayed in novotel Paddington for four nights... room was neat and clean but small compare to others, we were expecting more good in the price that we were paying...for 200 pounds per night they should give one water bottle at least otherwise everything's was good... Its more like business hotel

Fordeler: Location was excellent. Very close to Paddington and great selection of restaurants and bars around the main square area. Very quiet at night also.

Ulemper: Rooms could have more storage and also when the sofa bed was up there was very little room to even walk about. Would suggest occupancy max should be 3 not 4 as advised.

Fordeler: God frokost i koselige omgivelser. Svært hyggelig personale. Hotellet ligger kun 3 minutters gange fra undergrunn.

Ulemper: Dusj til basseng virket ikke, men ellers gode fasiliteter. Svært fint vær, og derfor synd det ikke var lagt mer til rette for bruk av hotellets terrasse.

Fordeler: my self and my sister were taking in the proms and party in the park the hotel was in easy walking distance with loads of facilities outside the hotel bars cafes supermarkets etc.

Ulemper: having a room in the basement!!! it was quite claustrophobic, couldn't have spent much time in our room because of its position. "the dungeons"

Fordeler: Stayed for one night after arriving from a 24 hour flight. I requested a quiet room which I was given. Explored the area a little and found lots of lovely eaterys and pubs close by. Nice coffee pod machine in lobby for guests was appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful- yes, if staying in London, I would book again. Easy access to Paddington station- it's a moderate 10-15min walk, but lovely to see the beautiful potted flowers and gorgeous bulidings on our stroll. Metro(underground) and busses also easliy accessable. I found it really expensive for single trips on the Metro, so invest in a Oyster card if staying for more than one day.

Ulemper: The hotel was misrepresented. Stated it had an airport shuttle which it did not. That was the only reason that I booked it. The room was dirty and unsafe. The staff was not helpful.

Ulemper: 3 person room are located in basement disappointing me in which there is lack of sunlight and the view is not good.

Ulemper: We had to wait 7 minutes to check in while the only receptionist was on the phone giving advice about London to someone who was not even booking. He should have apologised to the caller and finished the call.

Fordeler: Very friendly staff. The location is great: less than ten minutes walk from Paddington, and very close to Hyde Park, so really convenient if you want to go for a morning walk in Hyde Park, or just in the neighborhood.

Ulemper: The bathroom lacked a magnifying mirror to get ready. The bathroom could have more supplies and be a bit more cleaner.

Ulemper: I was put in a room for disabled without being told and therefore I did not know what the red ropes were for and pulled them and then had three members of staff in my room. On a Sunday morning when you people tend to sleep late, a member of staff knocked on my room door at 9.30 to slip the checkout express paper when he could have just slipped it without waking me up. The cushions have a bad smell.

Fordeler: We left it till late to book and yet everything was ready. It was so spur of the moment that we didn’t even have toothbrushes, an issue resolved by reception who gave us dental kits.

Fordeler: By far, it's location next to Paddington Station and the 15 minute shuttle service to Heathrow.

Ulemper: Check-in was unnecessarily slow. Reception desk staff seemed to be allowing random hotel guests (?) to jump the queue ahead of the long line of people waiting to check in. Some of these people had a lot of questions to ask the staff. Not cool.

Ulemper: Lifts still not working. Takes ages to go-up and come-down. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Dirty toilet. Room windows were filthy. Requested an invoice in Company name on the fast Check-Out notice. Front desk person didn't even read the request.

Ulemper: When I was there, around 10 am there were announcements made over and over again about there’s an emergency and we are required to evacuate. I waited for a while as normally when there is one there would be people coming and checking on the occupants and that time there were none. The announcement did not stop so I decided to evacuate my room which was on 7th floor. I didn’t see anyone evacuating during that time. Upon reaching the ground floor I didn’t see anyone except one guy in a safety vest and hard hat. I asked him, were there a fire drill or real fire? He said yes and I asked where are the rest? Then he led me to an exit which leads to Paddington station. He asked me do you know where you are... I said of course.. Well obviously there’s no drill or fire. No one bothers to inform me. Please inform your customers’ accordingly as I don’t want to evacuate my room unnecessarily especially when I have to go down 7th flights down.

Fordeler: This is THE hotel to stay if you don’t want to deal with hassle of getting to/from Heathrow. Take the express train to Paddington and you are steps away from the hotel!! It’s the perfect location if you want to explore Notting Hill. We stayed here for the second half of our trip and had already seen the city center, Soho, etc.

Ulemper: It’s not super updated in terms of interiors but that really didn’t matter to us.
