Fordeler: CIP lounge on the way back is a unique selling point. Kids club facilities fantastic.

Ulemper: Choice of restaurants slightly below our standards, but the buffet has a very good range.

Fordeler: Amazing staff and all guests have two Maxx Assistants who are there to help you throughout your stay.

Ulemper: The noise from the hotel next door.

Fordeler: This hotel its simply wow wow wow, everything is just perfect!!!! The hospitality and customer satisfaction is taken to a new level, once you enter the hotel you feel like a VIP and there aren't enough words and space in this review box to describe how good you feel at Maxx Royal Resort. The hotel is sparkling clean well maintained but in our opinion what makes this hotel a 5 star plus hotel is the STAFF. ALL of them are so kind and respectful and their service is a 10+ from housekeeping (Leila took care of our room she was amazing), the restaurant staff (the waiters were so welcoming and ready to assist you with anything), the personal assistants ( Slava welcomes us and we were simply star struck by her - AMAZING!!). You guys!!! If you want to be treated royal choose MAXX ROYAL Resort because you will not regret it.

Ulemper: SPA opening hours to be extended as they are closing by 8 evening, but this is only our personal suggestion (because EVERYTHING WAS GREAT and we enjoyed the SPA and the massage. I would not rate this "What didn't you like" but more as a friendly suggestion.

Ulemper: Staff almost everywhere you see rudeness specially by reception staff and bar tenders!! Boring at night!

Ulemper: Very expensive and the surprising thing about this hotel is their children policy, they consider any child above 7 an adult and you should pay for him as one. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, below 12 years old, and I traveled to different countries around the world . I usually reserve one room for us but never paid any extra unless I requested an extra bed. In this hotel I paid 150 euro extra per child per night. I paid the extra amount because I did not want to ruin our vacation in spite of that most hotels in Antalya have a better children policy and would not have cost me that much. Internet was very bad: we couldn’t get connected from any where of the hotel

Fordeler: Very nice pool, clean, nice food with great varieties

Ulemper: Very disappointing welcoming and attitude from reception staff and front office manager, they are very rude and don’t offer any help, they make you simply feel guilty for choosing their hotel!!! I felt like canceling my entire booking with them as this was supposed to be the first impression! They give me the room key without explaining any of the hotel services and privileges and when I asked the reception staff he asked me rudely to read the booklet!! I will never book this hotel again!

Fordeler: Staff was very friendly and professional. Cleanliness and overall service were great. Pool area is big enough. Food selection excellent.

Fordeler: We had a dream holiday at the resort, enjoyed every minute. Perfect for families and the food was excellent. Will def come again.

Ulemper: Rooms are very small , all design to be triple , no sea view we payed extra but it was just pool! Toilets are very small , no bathtub ! Food availability is very good but style of food need improvement

Fordeler: I loved how friendly and nice the staff were. Specially husayn at the bar. And the drinks were amazing!

Ulemper: They don't have a hand shower next to the toilet. They don't have good variety for dinner.

Fordeler: The property was clean and comfortable. Staff was so nice and Polite. Food and drinks were various and tasty and everywhere. You don’t have to go for drink even. Guys ask every five minutes if you want to drink. Service is of high level. Animations was good. Kids animators also were very interested. All people were making their job really not for formality but for real satisfaction of the clients.

Ulemper: Sometimes it was warm in the lobby in the evenings.

Fordeler: Activities, program for kids, friendly animation team, good food, reception desk

Ulemper: They are not trained to accommodate customers. You are paying for their services but their philosophy is that you have to be satisfied with whatever they give you.

Fordeler: Comfortable beds, lots of toiletries including shaving foam and razor. Fruit, wine and chocolates on arrival (I prefer white wine though!). The food was superb and so much choice. Loved being able to have a late breakfast and skip lunch maybe, just have an afternoon snack or even an ice-cream. The best for me was that sparkling wine was included! We enjoyed listening to the pianist in the evening, whilst having a drink in the comfortable chairs - my husband sang a couple of songs too! Brilliant and look forward to our return :)

Ulemper: I would like to have had wine in my room - a bottle of red was provided on arrival. Trivial in the scheme of things, nothing to say otherwise in this section!

Fordeler: First of all We thanks Mr.SINAN at reception ,as we booked an ordinary room but they gave us the big one with see view without extra fee. We thanks ZHANNA at guest relation and her warm hospitality. The food was wery delicious and healthy. Indor pool was clean and excellent,you can feel sea in it. ARDA,great coach at archery. Ali,kind man in restaurant , all were the best. The nature in barut is brilliant and lovely. I really recommend this hotel and will back again.

Fordeler: The restaurants were the nicest all inclusive restaurants I’ve ever been to. Loved the variety of branded alcohol you could get.

Ulemper: Could be a little easier booking the restaurants.

Fordeler: The food at the hotel was the only thing that me and my family enjoyed.

Ulemper: The staff at hotel do not speak a word of English and those that do, abuse this. They con guests by selling services within hotel such as spa at a price that the guest cannot refuse but upon checking out you are given a totally different price and as you cannot prove this you are obliged to pay that balance. Rude staff members and some what patronising

Fordeler: Friendly staff, clean facilities, good access to the sea. This is nor good or bad, but worth keeping in mind - majority of tourists are from Russia and in most cases staff speaks Russian better than English.

Ulemper: Main complaint is food. It was tasty and they had a variety of different things to choose from, however it was very similar every single day for lunch and dinner... Also it is worth mentioning that it is a huge hotel, therefore it was very crowded.

Fordeler: As a five star hotel, it is OK. The property is very pretty. There are plenty food in buffet.

Ulemper: I expect a five start hotel would provide a bigger bathroom. Three meals are all buffet style. There is no individually served restaurants on the property for free. We are used to all inclusive hotels provide different style services restaurants for couple dine.

Fordeler: Lovely facilites for kids. Great beach. Nice atmosphere.

Ulemper: Pool is too cold . Foid is the same every day .

Fordeler: I was in Antalya for my wedding anniversary. Upon check in i told the reception who directed me to guest relations where i was gifted a complimentary meal at Alacarte restaurant (initially the lady asked me for a proof however the next day when i approached the manager he apologized and gave me the voucher). This was a great gesture! The activities , dedicated children area, pools and water slides , food, bars were amazing.

Ulemper: Everything was perfect until the checkout! I had an early morning flight so i went to the reception night before and asked for airport transfer. The lady told me that they have a shuttle for airport transfer at 6.15am and i should reach lobby by 6am. Next morning the reception had gentlemen standing whose name was Hakan. I asked him about this shuttle who was clueless unwilling to explain and help and asked me for the towel cards. I told him since i am in a hurry can you please get them collected through house keeping from my room his response was extremely rude and told me NO i cannot i am the only one on duty and you will be charged if you do not bring them back and went back to the room next to reception while i was still standing. So i went back and handed it over to him. Check out was great disappointment to an exceptional experience.

Fordeler: The location and the room cleaning

Ulemper: While booking I did a mistake in my enfanta age by putting zero for both of them. I had to pay extra charges. I requested in the booking a room at lowest floor, which was not granted.

Fordeler: I'm normally picky but I liked everything. The hotel territory is huge, the private beach is empty and sandy, staff is always smiling and helpful and food is good.

Ulemper: Food variety at the residence restaurant could be improved.

Ulemper: We used Green Plaza hotel for dinners, just because there were not enough choice in Residence part.

Fordeler: Excellent facilities Great service Food was abundant and good Water park was fun and not too busy. No queues. Italian restaurant served a good meal

Ulemper: I’d give the Mexican restaurant a skip. Not worth the effort. Food average and rather bleh

Fordeler: Very good with excellent service. The Spy Bag restaurant's atmosphere is the reason we always return.

Ulemper: The rooms need updating, also the wooden deck around the lake-view villas' pool was in a poor condition.

Fordeler: its good hotel and resorts all staff are very welcome and want to help you But Very impressive is MR SHAKIR, at reception well behave and excellent person in reception to welcome the people, the best person in the best place, well done

Fordeler: The view, the pools, the comfortable room etc. everything was just fantastic, I really recommend this hotel to anyone who’s heading to Antalya and wants to be close to the beach and have a wonderful experience. The workers there were great! I can’t thank the two ladies at guest services enough but the true star is the Reception Supervisor Serhat! He gave us the perfect experience, guidance and service, he made our stay at Limak Lara a vacation to remember and recommend to our family and friends. Thank you Limak Lara!

Ulemper: I had some issues with room service but the people I mentioned helped me tremendously. They really know and understand costumer service and what a 5 star hotel is about.

Fordeler: God mat veldig god service. Fornøyd med pizza og snack bar til lunsj men kanskje en lettere buffet hadde vært positivt. Har vært på hotellet 5 ganger og et veldig fornøyd med de som jobber der. Alltid imøtekommende og veldig god service.

Fordeler: We stayed 4 nights during the Christmas. We enjoyed the entertainments so much in the hotel although there are no much outdoor activities. The food and service are amazing.

Fordeler: As usual I consider Liberty hotels Lara is my home when I visit Antalya as it was my 3rd stay at the hotel. The food was nice and the facilities was awsome. I encourage everyone who want to stay in Lara beach area to choose Liberty hotels Lara.

Ulemper: The bed mattress was little bet uncomfortable. The entertainment staff didn't exceed the expectations this time as they was very awesome in my previous stays

Fordeler: Har reist masse i verden men har sjelden sett så god kvalitet og utvalg på mat, Internett og smil rundt munnen.

Ulemper: 1. The quantity of the food was high but with low quality (not all food). 2. Some of the clean dish plates had unpleasant smell. 3. Some kinds of the food were over greasy.

Fordeler: Pools location and staff

Fordeler: 25 minutes from the airport which costs roughly £40 on a private return VIP transfer. Food was available 24 hours a day, nice pools and gym has all you need. Staff were really friendly and look after you well. Free shuttle to old town was really good but it's a shame it's only 0930 - 1430, would be better if it was an all day trip.
