It ıs a good hotel and you get what you paıd for. Although there was a warnıng about sea beds reservatıons almost each one was reserved.
Very helpful stuff, trying to satisfy any reasonable wish. Beautiful hotel, nice service! Animation for kids sometimes was cancelled without notice
Nice pools and not to overcrowded. Good bus connection to Kos town. It is a good hotel but you don't expect to get 4star quality if you book a 5*star hotel, especially from a chain like Iberostar. The buffets are not good enough, 5 days the same musician whole evening, the maintenance of the garden. Beach towels can only be picked up at very limited times.
It was a clean place to come back to at the end of the day. Nice architecture. It was not actually in Tigaki-needed to rent a car to get around and it was not something we had budgeted for.Food was bland and not 5* standard-very repetitive.Flies on buffet.Breakfast too busy had to wait in line for coffee and food(live stations manned by 1 person only).Staff lacked knowledge.Towels(room & pool) smelled bad.Claimed to have WiFi in rooms but didn't.No questionnaire to fill out at the end of stay for feedback. No PR/Guest Relations Manager.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The facilities were excellent. Modern style rooms. There were five pools, so as enough to accomodate everyone. Nice location. Quite peaceful at night. The food was also very good
Beautiful gardens, most of the staff very nice and helpful, nice Olympic pool, spacious and well furnished rooms, good location (10 min by bus from Kos town). Poorly renovated bathrooms, bad quality food, atmosphere of 'mass tourism' in restaurants and pool areas (noisy, endless queues, in no way relaxing ), some facilities (f.ex. billard, air condition in our rooms !!! ) constantly out of order.
Nice pool and babycare We had all inclusive and i was really disappointed on the food, both on the taste and the service.
the hotel was very close to the main strip in tigaki, there was plenty of room by the pools and the value for money was excellent the only negative i can think of was that other holiday makers staying in the same hotel didn't seem to be very welcoming of English staying there and it felt a bit awkward as if we were constantly being stared at by others.
Good all-inclusive price, good clean and comfortable rooms, tasty meals for the most part, and a great location near Tigaki Beach. You can only get fresh towels every other day, food at the Buffet good cold quickly (no apparent heating system, and the juice and beer were extremely watered-down.
Good quiet location, roomy well-finished apartment with simple but solid furniture, nice garden, beautiful views from garden and pool, good pool, very sweet and helpful staff who went out of their way to please you. There was no household linen: tea-towels, bath mat, dish cloth etc. and no bread knife (until we asked for one).
room very spacious no bar facilities and had trouble finding staff
nice staff. cheap and a good location. it should've had a reception with 24h service just in case
simple, relaxing & easy going
It was nice to find an economical hotel for 4 people with sufficient room.
The advertised triple room was actually a studio room with a double bed & single sofa bed. Room was too small and overpriced.
Beautiful setting at end of Tigaki beach. Staff very helpful, grounds nicely kept. Pool area very clean. Breakfast very liberal, including juices and pastries. Short walk to beach and wonderful restaurants. A short cab ride (approx 15 min from Kos town). Staff was very helpful in relocating us to room with good screens - to help keep out little fleas that are all around because of nearby salt pond.
Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Gardens were beautifully tended. The pool was crystal clear. The power had fluctuations during my stay, and there were a couple of outages during the night.
