Fordeler: The staff was very friendly.

Ulemper: The scrambled eggs have been cold. The room had a constant low humming noise that could only be stopped by removing the room key from the reader. That, however, stops all power and you cannot charge anything. The shower curtain was very old. The bed was unbelievably hard and old, you could literally feel every spring of the mattress. The next bus stop was 15 minutes away and the buses had large gaps in between each, plus you have to walk on a very small sidewalk of a very busy street.

Ulemper: Remote area. Lift is old and worse, very small room, water tape is not adjust . No water , no tooth brush and other toiletries are available in hotel room. Small Resturent and not open all the time. Far from metro. Buses are also late schedule .

Fordeler: Personnel is very friendly and helpful, they provided us with some tips to get around the city, and were very responsive to the requests.

Ulemper: Nearest metro station was not operating during our stay, but that didn't largely affect our holidays.

Fordeler: Room was clean and well presented, breakfast was very good, staff were very helpful.

Fordeler: Comfort room quite nice. Clean. Wait staff in lounge/bar and restaurant very good and accommodating.

Ulemper: Front desk personnel unwelcoming. No eye contact, no smile and even upon check out when we thanked them, no thank you or you're welcome'. We travel a lot. Have never felt so dreadful. Sorry we went here.

Ulemper: In 4-star hotel I would expect to have a kettle in a room. Also, bathtube should be clean - there was hair in mine when I arrived.

Fordeler: Beds were comfortable, views quite good, breakfast really good, everything was clean and good service.

Ulemper: No control of the temperature, double bed were 2 beds together, bad wifi in the room, little pressure in the shower, and only one socket available, which was very far from the bed.

Ulemper: The location caused a bit of an issue as the local metro station was closed, we didn't realise this until we arrived. It made getting around a bit of an issue, it would have been useful if the hotel had information regarding this or had contacted us when we booked to make us aware.

Ulemper: Små rom. Daglig renhold var bra, bortsett fra skittent og ekstremt flekkete teppe på gulvet og beliggenheten var for langt ifra sentrum, vi brukte en formue i lokal-transport/taxi.

Ulemper: Kan være kultur, men et smil var vanskelig å oppdrive hos andre enn de i resepsjonen. Opplevde første dag at vi ikke kunne betale med kort i baren/restauranten, men siste dag så vi nabobordet betale med kort. Hvitvasking eller penger i egen lomme vet ikke jeg

Ulemper: Oppga ved bestilling at jeg ankom sent på kvelden. Ved ankomst så var de fullbooket og valgte å gi rommet mitt til noen andre. Usikker på om det er hotellet eller booking.com som har skylden her... måtte betale taxi selv til et annet hotell første natten, men fikk sjekket inn neste dag og bo der resten av oppholdet som planlagt.

Fordeler: Great room and very friendly staff. Good breakfast in the mornings and great bathroom facilities

Fordeler: Breakfast was great variety and excellent quality. Ms Silvana and Armando were available to anyone who needed anything. At the reception, the noble Lucas and Timur were there for anything we requested. Simply excellent hotel, friendly atmosphere, human and professional its staff.

Ulemper: For the price requested per night everything was great. I highly recommend it.

Fordeler: Overall, it’s a good hotel for the value.

Ulemper: stench was awful during the day and a lot worse at night. Although I was on the fourth floor, it woke me up every night. It might be a sewer backup problem.

Ulemper: Bed was full of hair, got the impression that sheets from previous stay were not changed

Fordeler: We travelled as a family of 3 and since we were arriving quite late by bus from Sorrento , this hotel is convenient being very near the main bus station .It was very easy to locate . Rooms are decent and clean . They provide a good breakfast in the morning with a good variety . We also booked a big car to go to the airport Fumicino and the transport provided a very efficient service at decent price ( 49 EUR )

Ulemper: Being next to the main road it was a bit noisy but not unbearable,It is not near good restaurant of shopping .

Fordeler: Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights in February for our first wedding anniversary! The hotel was stunning and they staff couldn’t do enough for us. When the hotel found out it was our anniversary they upgraded our room and provided us with a complimentary bottle of bubbly! I would definitely recommended this hotel and will consider this place if I return to Rome! Thank you!

Ulemper: WI-if was poor, however so much to do in Rome didn’t really need it. Some drinks were little over priced. However these were only minor issues since I had to fill in this box

Fordeler: Breakfast was not bad and the beds were clean and comfortable. The price was fair for what we got.

Ulemper: The hotel is old, it needs to be remoderned. The walls are cracked and the shower is not good. It's difficult to get the right temperature of hot water. The shower curtain is to near. The breakfast hall is too cold. Blankets in the room look very old. Our TV set did not work properly.

Fordeler: Frokosten. Ikke veldig mye annet. Badekar, men det var dog møkkete og vannet virket urent.

Ulemper: Det meste. Rommet var ikke klart da vi ankom. Bestillte firemannsrom, og de måtte lete gjennom systemet for å finne bookingen, enda jeg selv hadde fått bookingbekreftelsen. Hotellet ligger langt unna selve sentrum, men hotellet har busser som går til metrostasjonen. Men det gir deg mindre muligheter til å spise ute. Bassenget virket møkkete, og det var dypt over det hele. Det står at de har barnebasseng, og det har de men dette rekker deg til anklene. Min 7åring fikk dermed knapt badet. I restauranten kan du bestille mat, dyr mat. Porsjonene derimot er bra, og maten er god.

Fordeler: Not nice, Middle of nowhere - more like a motel. The staff tries their best but it is a nasty hotel - a weird part of town. Not central to anywhere - I will not go back ever. Old, motel. Very very dingy. Only the food was great.

Ulemper: Everything was bad, old and tired. Smelly dirty hotel with old facilities. I didn't feel comfortable. Thank goodness it was just one night. Do not recommend this hotel anymore - its a motel - Low quality.

Fordeler: The staff was super friendly. They speak English and Spanish. The breakfast was good and their pastries were delicious.

Ulemper: The mattress new to be updated because both our beds we were sinking in. The air conditioning console was super dirty from the outside so I can imagine the filters. A lot of the furniture had a lot of loose stuff and broken, so it wasn't kids friendly.

Ulemper: Burde hatt en oppgradering for mange år siden . Ekstremt slitent hotell . Toalett fungerer dårlig , dører henger , låser fungerer dårlig ,tapet ser ut til å ville forlate veggene . Reklamerer med balkong , men det finnes ingen stoler , bord eller tørkestativ på balkongen ,noe som kan ha sammenheng med at det er veldig mye mygg ( dette er jo naturen og kan vel ikke lastes overnattingstedet )der og man ikke orker å sitte der uansett . Det vi derimot hadde på balkongen var sigarettsneiper fra forrige gjest som ikke var fjernet . ? Synlig søppel i store mengder på hotellets område . Møkkete basseng og bassengområde . Ligger i et meget slitent og lite hyggelig område uten noen ting , bortsett fra et par pizzeriar , som forøvrig leverte medget god pizza . Hotellet graderes som 4 stjerners hotell , men det er det så absolutt ikke . Da må de i så fall ha sitt eget graderings system i Roma . Dette er min mening , men jeg oppfordrer alle som vurderer dette hotellet til å lese igjennom anmeldelsene før man booker . Det er et klart mønster i folks meninger her . Greit , det var jo et hotell i det billigere sjiktet , men det minste man kan forlange er ryddighet , renslighet , tapet som helst vil det tapet liker best , nemlig å være på veggen .

Fordeler: Staying here for the 2nd time when I need to come to Rome for a workshop nearby. The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, include a small fridge and a tea/coffee tray. Breakfast offers wide range of dishes to choose from. Great and helpful stuff! The hotel offers transfer from/to airports and the closest metro station.

Ulemper: The location is convenient if you have a car or on business nearby. Otherwise, it is far away from the city center, with infrequent public buses. Coffee from a coffee machine at breakfast is below Italian standards. I never felt unsafe walking around the hotel neighborhood but it is mostly a residential area with almost nothing around and in need of some renovation.

Ulemper: We have stayed at the Mercure Roma many times The staff are exceptional. And the hotel Is undergoing major renovations and can only get better.!

Fordeler: Not much

Ulemper: Too noisy. No sound proof. There were some kinds of party over 24hrs for 3days all nights. We couldn’t sleep. We really had to increase our voice to change the room. Also, initially we had a reservation for two double bed. But, they gave us one bed room. Nothing around that hotel.

Fordeler: Staff were very friendly. Right across from the medina on one side and a private beach on the other side. What else can one ask for?

Ulemper: Not really.

Fordeler: Very good breakfast with fresh juices, big confortable room, free parking garage, free shuttle bus to metro station, indoor swimming pool, highly recommended!

Fordeler: Undercover parking was great. Staff welcoming.

Ulemper: The interior of the room is functional but old. Needs a complete refurbishment. It still has carpet and an old thermostat system. The air-conditioning kept blowing out cold air and the temp gage wouldn't change. I rang reception and they reactivated the temp gage. The heating took hours to be in effect. I froze most of the night.

Ulemper: Renhold var greit, men fant noen lange hår i sengen, ellers rent og fint.

Fordeler: The location was perfect - right next to the train station so easy to get to all the amazing sights of Rome. The room was beautiful, my husband particularly liked the huge TV The breakfast and the breakfast staff were great, especially the Manager that seated us. So smiley and friendly really made us feel welcome and the coffee is very moreish.

Ulemper: The temp inside the room was around 27 degrees in the morning despite I switched off the conditioner during the night

Fordeler: -close to a grocery store (good for buying cheap water and wine) -less touristy area -very clean -friendly staff -comfortable bed -best "included breakfast" I've had in Italy. nice spread of fresh fruit, eggs, beacon, cured meats +cheese, pastries. Orange +pineapple juice + water

Ulemper: -overall value wasn't there for me. We stayed at much better Airbnbs and other hotels with AC, just as clean, better locations and more useful staff for a fraction of the price. Not worth the gym, spa or breakfast. Highly suggest the Azuri Guest House. It's a bit smaller and less"grand" but about 3x Cheaper, very clean and has AC. Located in the monti district where you can find cheap good food, it's more central and has a nightlife. -room was hot and humid with no way of adjusting the temperature mid October(the number 1 reason for getting a low score) -no way to turn AC on once they turn Heat on (ok if you don't mind noise by openining window) -reception is a bit stupid and lazy. Couldn't get towels, they didn't "know how to book a shuttle or taxi to the airport" -small gym that's not properly ventilated, it's extremely stuffy in there. 2 treadmills, a bike, up to 10kg dumbbells and a really bad piece of techno gym equipment. -Elevator is really small.

Ulemper: The location is not the best one as in the night the transportation is not so good, but this is because of local buses and has nothing to do with the hotel. During the day the trains to metro stations are really good and are like 30s away from hotel One thing that hotel can improve is the wifi connection

Ulemper: too far from city center. the local subway in the neighbourhood stopped at 10 pm. very difficult to get back to hotel from city center.

Ulemper: The location was not convenient for tourists. It was not a 4 star hotel by any means. I'd give it a 3. The first room we stayed in was so small that two people could not move around and the bathroom seemed old and not so clean. The staff was unfriendly. They gave half responses to questions, would not help us find alternative transportation services to the airport for example because they only worked with one service, and the breakfast was horrible. We stayed at 2 star hotels that had a much better breakfast.

Ulemper: WIFI system had broken down. Had to find internet cafe which was extremely inconvenience. TV channels only in Italian and French. No English speaking channel. Hard for my daughter to cope with.

Fordeler: It's at hill station. Quite and silence. Liked suttel service but still it was far from city.

Ulemper: It was too far from city.

Fordeler: Close to Rome center. Friendly mail receptionist.

Ulemper: Heating didn't work. Ants came out of the closets. Lots of humidity in the rooms. No Wifi in the bungalow Hardly any products in the "supermarket"

Fordeler: This property is good value for money. The pool was a two minute walk away and the free bus to the station was useful for travelling into Rome.

Ulemper: No internet.

Fordeler: The surroundings were very green and quite, nice escape from the city.

Ulemper: The bed mattress was quite thin, not very comfortable.

Fordeler: rooms was very clean,, breakfast was very good and staff who was working with breakfast was very helpful and working very fast when cleaning table for next guests. hotel is near shopping centre and location is also great.

Ulemper: The staff at hotel is not professional and they don't have any smile on their faces. It seems like they are not happy when you aske something, and they don't allow you to use micro to warm up baby food (that is not acceptable for a hotel when you have baby with you. Hotel has a bar butt its empty for the most drinks on menu so you end up going to the hotel next door to buy drinks.

Fordeler: The breakfast are great. The staff are nice. They have shuttle to the termini that will take you go around Rome area.

Fordeler: Breakfast was really good. Big supermarket next to the hotel. The quarter around the hotel was nice, with lots of small cafés and pizzerias.

Ulemper: The hotel was quite far away from the city centre (30 minutes by a tram). We had not been informed about a special city tax before paying. (6€/day/person)

Fordeler: Excellent breakfest and room. All is clean.

Fordeler: The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location Everything was very clean. Indeed they cleaned every day ! Breakfast was impeccable, fresh and delicious.

Ulemper: Perhaps , quality of beds. At the end of my bed there were lots of people sitting ... and there's a pit. The sound of the springs makes it easy to wake up :)

Fordeler: Nice place for a short stay in Rome downtown. Located in walking distance to major attractions. Easy connection to airport shuttle and Termini train station. Breakfast is great. If you are lucky you may get a room on executive floor with a nice rooftop space to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Ulemper: The bathroom facilities are kinda outdated. Drains got to be fixed on both sink and shower. However it doesnt spoil an overall nice impression of the room and hotel itself.

Ulemper: Dårlig frokost

Ulemper: Their room rates change daily, no possibility to check anywhere and no satisfying explanation by staff, just a shrug and that's everywhere like this. A hotel should have proper price information! Also very thin walls and weird smell in the room

Ulemper: Valgte hotel mtp. mulighet for glutenfri frokost, men ble litt skuffet. Mye forskjellig GF brød-/ kjeksmat var tilgjengelig og man kunne velge selv fra en skyff, men ikke noe fersk og det innpakket brød (2 skiver) ble ikke varmet/ ristet opp. Bacon og egg var tilgjengelig, men ikke god. Ble mye frukt og salami/ skinke som frokost, som vanlig... og som jeg kunne har kjøpt i supermarket på andre siden av gata for mindre penger. Forventet takterrasse med tilgang for gjester slik vist på bilder, men det var det ikke lenger. Hadde jeg visst det på forhånd, hadde jeg nok funnet meg et annet hotel med takterrasse.

Fordeler: Fantastisk beliggenhet, flott bygning og god frokost.

Ulemper: Sengene var harde og en del støy. Kunne ha vært kjekt med en hotellbar eller fellesareal hvor grupper kunne sitte etter en lang dag på sightseeing.

Fordeler: Personalet både i resepsjon, spisesal og i rengjøring var vennlige, oppmerksomme og hjelpsomme. Trivelig rom, lite støy tross sentral beliggenhet.

Ulemper: Egentlig ikke noe.

Fordeler: Great location! We could walk to all places we wanted to see in Rome! The hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly.

Ulemper: The one thing we did not like was that our double bed was two singles pushed together, which is not uncommon for Europe, but not preferable to us.

Fordeler: Location is good

Ulemper: all room facilities was old. Awful service, unhelpful and somethimes rude. The room was very smal and uncorfotable. There is no air conditioner. Our windows look on yard. And every morning we woke because of someone`s talking loudly in the yard. We cant even see the sky, because of tightness of the yard. Absolutely awful breakfast. noone from the staff pay attention to you. The salad was spoiled, pineapples turn sour. I will never stop in this hotel. it may have 2 star, not 4!

Fordeler: Excellent position, 10 min walk to Piazza Venezzia, 25 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Good area, beautiful architectural buildings

Ulemper: There is room to improve the staff at the reception, and the staff at the restaurant.

Fordeler: The location was good and the hotel was convenient for sightseeing in Rome as it was only a 15 minute walk from the coloseum and Trevi fountain.

Ulemper: We chose an economy room which I wouldn't recommend as the beds are far too small for two people.

Fordeler: Rent og pent. God frokost. Bra beliggenhet. Stille og rolig. Vi hadde juniorsuite ganske romselig ellers var det mange små rom.

Ulemper: Bedre opplysninger om romstørrelse.

Fordeler: God beliggenhet, god standard (vi bodde i den nye delen av hotellet), vennlig personale, godt utvalg på frokostbuffeten.

Ulemper: Kan ha bedre utvalg av ferskt brød til frokost, kun fint brød og søte kaker/gjærbakst.

Ulemper: Check-in and front counter staff were frequently distracted (on the phone, etc) and at times not particularly helpful

Fordeler: I liked the staff, really friendly and helpful, the room was always clean and we had everything we needed. The hotel is located really close to the metro station and lots of supermarkets.

Ulemper: I didn't really liked the breakfast, every day was the same

Fordeler: Butikk rett ved siden av, der vi kjøpte frokost mat. Da slapp vi å spise hotell frokosten.

Ulemper: Meget høy støy inne på rommene, hørte alt som skjedde i gangene og utenfor. Fryktelig dårlig frokost, spiste også middag, det var en katastrofe. Barna bestilte chicken nuggets, de fikk kokt kylling i biter. Vaske damene støvsugde utenfor rommet tidlig om morgenen. Meget misfornøyd.
