Fordeler: Great staff at check in and check out. They were very helpful, and even printed my return boarding passes for me. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is lovely and not at all over priced for where it is, aside from that, the food was lovely on both times we stayed (before and after our travel). Keep up the good work, this is an excellent Premier Inn.

Fordeler: Well signposted, so easy to find when in terminal 4. Basic but very comfortable, the rooms had programmable aircon and a kettle and some tea and coffee supplies, so as an airport hotel, nothing to fault! Wifi was also pretty decent and there is a restaurant downstairs with a Costa coffee if youre desperate for a feed after your flight.

Ulemper: I was a little sad that only one restaurant was available during my stay. I also was hoping to use the sauna, but found out I was required to pay a fee.

Fordeler: Convenient for a stayover at Terminal 5. Check in was a breeze and reception staff was delightful. Room was spacious and nicely outfitted. Bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. Good outlet locations for phone charging. Onsite restaurant and bar seemed reasonably priced.

Ulemper: Bed and pillows were way too soft. Got little sleep, felt every toss and turn of my husband -- which defeated the purpose of a daytime flight to LHR.

Fordeler: The proximity to terminal 5. Felt very safe and a nice hotel. Will stay there again when I m in London.

Fordeler: Perfect hotel for the traveler coming or going from Heathrow to the States - you are right at Terminal 5 so super convenient! The hotel pampers your weary traveler's body - wonderful beds, pillows, bath products etc. The bars are fun and the Vivre restaurant is excellent. Overall, we would always prefer Sofitel for airport stays as they are outstanding!

Fordeler: I have stayed at the Sofitel on previous occasions and the standard is always high and the location is perfect for T5 and trains. On this occasion Lavinia (Reception) stood out as particularly helpful, kind and professional and I would like to commend her for this. The cafe is very good both in quality of food, coffee, prices and professionalism.

Fordeler: It is a popular location, so when I got there in the late evening, I had to stay in line for the staff to serve us and check us in. However, the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and spacious, the bed was excellent. It felt as if sleeping on the softest cloud, the pillows were also new, puffy and fantastic overall. It was quiet in the evening and in the morning, a great location for someone to spend the night before an early flight to Heathrow.

Fordeler: Breakfast was great. Dinner was not so great and too expensive. The staff could not have been more helpful and PLEASANT! Every encounter with the front desk staff and housekeeping was so positive.

Fordeler: The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay when traveling through a Heathrow.

Ulemper: The only issue we had was the taxi service they contacted to return us to the airport. The driver charged 17L for a very short drive to Terminal 3. We had been told at reception that the ride would be a contracted 13lL, but the driver required 17.

Fordeler: I was there for my professional meetings inside of the hotel. I did not go to the center and therefore didn't have a terrible traffic (people said!) from and to Heathrow. From this point of view my stay was excellent:) Great transport communication (buses) with all Heathrow terminals. Free of charge. If a taxi - 10 pounds' trip. Very friendly and helpful employees!

Fordeler: Staff at Reception and Concierge, just so friendly and professional, nothing was any trouble for them. They knew their hotel, could make rapid decisions, explained things thoroughly yet succinctly. They were all excellent.

Fordeler: This was our second visit to this hotel and it didnt disapoint, after a long haul flight from china, this place is like heaven, staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms are super and beds so comfortable, the bar area is chilled and the breakfast was great, we will stay again after our next trip next year, highly reccomend

Ulemper: Hard to get to from other terminals. Our ac was not working and with no windows the room was very hot. I phoned reception, they said they would call me back. They called me back nearly 2 hours later, at 1am! Which woke me up when I had a short sleep anyway. Very overpriced.

Fordeler: Room and Staff were excellent. The Hotel in general, was a very pleasant surprise - for an Airport Hotel.

Ulemper: Shame you did not do a basic value for money independent food pub restaurant, to compliment the other food facilities you have there. We could have stayed completely at the Hilton instead of going into Terminal 4 - mind you that was no problem either.

Fordeler: I arrived very late in the evening from an international flight. Staff most helpful, particularly with airport transfer the following morning (less than half the cost of a London cab). Despite being on the Heathrow transport corridor, the rooms are quiet. Also clean and well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate.

Fordeler: The property was located close to the airport terminal and tube station. There was a free shuttle bus from the terminal to the hotel. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping was prompt and efficient.

Fordeler: Location was excellent literally 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms were a good size and on the return visit we did manage to get adjoining rooms. Nice pool.

Ulemper: On the first night of our holiday we went to the restaurant. Oh dear! I have never waited so long for what was a below average meal. Some things were cold, some things were under cooked and some things were just missing. The waitress, bless her tried but I could tell that we weren’t the only ones who had a grumble. Suffice to say we didn’t return. I mentioned in the likes box above how nice it was to have the adjoining room. It was just a shame that the lock was broken when we arrived so we couldn’t initially open it. Got fixed eventually.

Fordeler: It was very cozy, definitely best for solo travellers as it is very small. It was a cool experience I felt like I was in a space ship. Shower is great.

Ulemper: I thought it was a little over priced for what it is, but I think it’s worth it for the convenience being inside the airport, especially when you have an early flight like I did.

Fordeler: Not much about this hotel... The staff were nice enough and they give you complimentary tea and coffee.

Ulemper: The hallway was very smelly and dirty. Sheets were not soft and the bed was uncomfortable. All through the night you are woken up by people extending their beds from the seated position the sleeping position. Unless you are staying in terminal 4, the location is awful - there are no early pre-six am shuttle buses or trains to the other terminals so we ended up spending an additional £22 on a Uber to Terminal 2! Ridiculous!

Fordeler: the location being right at the airport is really good. just needed to get into the lift to go check in. Brilliant for early starts. The novelty of the set up is quite cool, and the tv and wifi is good.

Ulemper: the area is a bit rundown and you feel like you are heading into a dungeon when finding your room. Also it is very difficult to find the hotel in the airport premises. it does not have the same level of signage that the other hotels do. you have to use a particular set of lifts other wise you cant find it.

Fordeler: The location is perfect.

Ulemper: Cabins could be a bit bigger.

Fordeler: Bed was so amazing! And I’m a neat freak and the room passed my test. It was a journey to get to terminal 4 from terminal 3 late night, so i needed a cab but in the morning i enjoyed a free espresso and caught the train downstairs.

Ulemper: It is small! So do not be surprised, but if you have more than one person get a larger room than the standard

Fordeler: Staying at Heathrow for an early flight I was very pleased with my accommodation and its location, which was close to the link from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 and 3. The accommodation was tiny but comfortable and included everything I might have wanted for an overnight pre flight stay.

Ulemper: I found the bed surround a bit difficult to clamber over to get in or out of the bed and I am a reasonably agile person and not overweight.

Ulemper: The room has an air conditioning that blows cold air directly on your face while you are sleeping. Supposedly one can regulate the temperature but it didnt work for me. After two hours in bed without sleeping because of the noise of the fan and the air in my face I got up got dressed and went to reception to ask the guy to turn down the air. The guy told me that was not possible. I left this morning for my day of meetings without having slept and with a cold. I feel dreadful.

Fordeler: The design, comfort.

Ulemper: There was a peculiar smell that lingered.

Fordeler: Right inside Heathrow, which was very convenient for my eleven hour layover and early morning connecting flight. I loved the clever use of space. Very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for my needs.

Ulemper: I loved the small size, but I also had seen photos online and knew what I was getting into. This is a micro hotel room, which might not suit some travelers.

Fordeler: Love how was easily accessible. able to use the free train to get between terminals. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unlimited hot drinks was good in addition to there being two restaurants one beside it and one on the lower level that met my expectations. It look just like the pictures.

Ulemper: There is this noise that sounds as if it is the pipes. It seem to go off at every 10 minutes,. When I asked about it I was told it some sort of suction of the air. It was very loud luckily I can sleep through anything. I was told every room hears it and that's probably why each room came with ear plugs.

Fordeler: Cosy, clean and comfortable - and, of course, inside the airport. A great option for a very early flight!

Ulemper: Not Yotel's fault, but it took me 45 minutes to transfer to terminal 4. I'd recommend going by tube and ignoring the 'free train transfer' option - so much walking and trains only seem to go every half hour.

Fordeler: Good facilities . Staff was helpful and polite

Ulemper: Stayed at this hotel a few times and this is the first time we was put on the first floor. There was so much noise we could hear from outside even with the windows shut and there was alot of noise coming from the room above us. Very loud.

Fordeler: This hotel has a very relaxed chilled feel to it. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was decent with lots of choice. The shower in the room was amazing, especially for London! The bar is also great.

Ulemper: The hotel is a good 35 min bus from the airport, which I'm sure is probably halved if you take an uber or something.

Ulemper: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.

Fordeler: Location versus cost was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful as I arrived late at night and had to leave very early in the morning, they showed me where a pizza place was and got coffee for me when I checked out.

Ulemper: The cost of the hoppa bus to get there was almost the same as a taxi (Uber) the following morning.

Ulemper: Les en anmeldelse som transport var dårlig og være enige om. Dyrt og koster GBP 4:50 Hvert av dem. enda verre var den gretne, uhøflige, lite hjelpsomme CRETIN som kjørte bussen. Forferdelig.

Fordeler: Halve prisen av det man må betale for tilsvarende sentralt i London.Nærhet til Heathrow,uten at man må ta taxi eller kronglete shuttlebuss for å nå hotellet.Hatton Cross er første stasjon etter Heathrow på London Underground,og derfra er det fem minutter å gå til hotellet.Restaurant og bar finnes,og snacks/drikke er tilgjengelig døgnet rundt i resepsjonen.Bra størrelse på rommet.

Fordeler: Location was good and price was right. Check in was smooth.

Ulemper: Both rooms were too hot. We adjusted the temperature so it was cooler and comfortable for us but it reset during the night. It was not made clear to us that there are two Hilton Garden Inns near each other at the airport so we mistakenly tried to check in at the other one. I wonder if there is a good way to make this clear for future travelers.

Ulemper: Room needed some TLC. Headboards were peeling and bathroom door was peeling paint.

Fordeler: Bed was comfortable and that’s about it.

Ulemper: Check in took forever; not enough staff. Parking was a nightmare and the room is outdated.

Fordeler: Hotel was close to airport. Good when you have early morning flight.

Ulemper: Hotel doesn't have back up generator. We lost power for over an hour and the hotel stayed in total darkness.

Fordeler: Purely location to T5

Ulemper: Took 25 mins to find a parking place. Room was dirty. Maid not too helpful when asked for more than one towel for two people.

Ulemper: The halls and rooms were worn and the floors dirty and stained. The beds were ok and clean. The only thing that didn't look worn was the first floor. The check in staff was pleasant but the information desk was not very helpful. A hotel that close to an international airport should be better prepared to help weary travelers.

Fordeler: Ability to use shuttle. Felt safe and liked having food services on premises. Picked the filter which included breakfast for the stay. When confirming inclusive breakfast was required to pay and additional 12 pounds.

Ulemper: The web site said amenities such as toothbrushes were included so I did not include my own opting to take advantage of this offer. None was available. Also, picked this place because of the in room tea/coffee; but I felt there were limited supplies of sugar, creamer to add to the 3 teabags left for the room. (I had brought my own, but had not planned on opening to box until I reached my destination.) If you are going to be someplace for 12-16 hours, 3 cups can be gone in a matter of a couple of hours, if one learns to drink tea as learned while in the UK.

Fordeler: The rooms were really big and it had lots of room to open your cases. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: The bath was quite high and hard to get in to, the bathroom facilities could do with a bit of an update too.

Ulemper: No bottled water in my room. Location is bad. No shuttle bus goes to or from terminal 4. It cost £17 one way in taxi and £23 the other. I won’t stay there again.

Ulemper: We requested non-smoking and breakfast, but it didn't arrange. We waited many time for check-in and check-out.

Fordeler: Plenty of facilities; restaurants, gym, spa and shop. However we chose the hotel for its locationa nd the shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Ulemper: Thought the internet was poorly priced, i.e. too expensive.

Fordeler: Very nice hotel, and served my purpose well as an overnight stay to be close to Heathrow for an early morning flight back to the States.Nice and quiet, even though it is so close to Heathrow.

Ulemper: Don't know who's fault, but when I arrived, hotel had no record of my reservation. a little scarey, as I was being dropped off by my parents, after a 5 hour drive from South Wales, before my flight the next day, back to the us. After probably 15 minutes,the receptionist made a new reservation,and all was well. The other thing that was not good, was that I did not get my 6am wake up call, which could've made for a bad situation, as I was catching a plane! Also, it was not easy to get to off the M4...got lost and ended up on the m25!!

Ulemper: For the second time in succession it took nearly an hour to check in as the Active Hotels Booking had not been received by the hotel. Required phonce calls to Active Hotels to resolve. Not what you need at 7pm at night after a long flight etc etc.

Ulemper: Hotel could not find my booking on the system at all - I.E. no record of the Active Hotels booking. So check-in took nearly 20 minutes whilst we sorted out a new booking.

Ulemper: Ordered an American grilled cheese sandwich but they had run out of dill pickles. I wasn't advised of this until the sandwich arrived. Not the same without the dill pickles!

Fordeler: We always enjoying staying at this hotel but the refurbished rooms are amazing, the beds are lovely. Hassan took care of everything, a credit to the hotel.

Ulemper: When I phoned from the States, the staff told me they would send someone to collect us at Enterprise Rent-a-Car as a courtesy. When we phoned from Enterprise, they not only said they wouldn't, they denied ever having told me that--even though I have it in writing in an email. We took the Enterprise shuttle to the nearest drop off and walked the rest of the way in the rain, arriving soaking wet. The staff apologized for my not understanding, which only enraged me. The room was chilly with only two thin and rough bath towels. The thermostat didn't work.

Ulemper: I had no top/fitted sheet in my bed And the airport shuttle. It is close to the airport for a reason, and it charges so much for a 5 minute drive. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fordeler: The hotel was extremely clean, and very quiet considering how close to the airport it is. Lovely stay and would stay there again when flying from Heathrow.

Fordeler: I was all ready not to like this hotel, but it turned out to be excellent. It was impeccably clean, excellent value for money, the staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful, and it was perfectly located for Heathrow, provided that you know you can get any one of a number of local buses free of charge from the bus stop opposite. This is much, much better than getting the Heathrow Hotel Hopper, which may or may not go to and from the hotel and which costs 5 GBP. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise. When I saw that a "continental breakfast" was included in the cost of my room, I expected some coffee and a piece of cake or toast. Instead there was a good range of fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and cereals, all replenished frequently and promptly by the kind and helpful staff. Great.

Ulemper: The worst thing about this hotel was what made me not want to like it. If you have been to hotels around Heathrow before you will know that many of them have confusingly similar names. This hotel is the Ibis Styles Hotel, not the Ibis Hotel. I found that out when I reached the Ibis Hotel, loaded down with luggage and tired after a long flight. I got the impression in reception there that people showing up at the wrong Ibis hotel is something that happens quite often. My fault, of course, but it is an easy mistake to make. What I would like is for all hotels with confusingly similar names to put a clear and prominent warning on their websites telling travellers to be careful to go to the right hotel. That's all. You also need to take a toothbrush and toothpaste: they do not give you these.

Fordeler: Second time been there and loved it both times

Ulemper: Nothing we didn’t like

Fordeler: The coffee was quite good and apparently for free. Ibis hotels are always exceptionally clean. Bed comfy. Good location, good soundproofing, it's ideal for a before/after flight stay.

Ulemper: The A/C was loud, had to be turned off, it was quite impossible to sleep because of the noise. Breakfast was probably the poorest I saw in my life. The restaurant has a limited pub-food menu with tasteless food. The hotel has very limited parking spaces available.

Fordeler: Cleanliness . The room was expectionally clean, so clean you can smell the freshness. I came in with a serious headache, the smell soothes my headache.

Ulemper: Think of providing body lotion in the bathroo, Shower caps as well for ladies. We don't like our hair messed up.

Fordeler: Close to Airport and Free Airport bus.

Ulemper: Very plain.

Fordeler: Comfy and quiet and easy to get to via the free bus from outside Heathrow

Ulemper: The dinner in restaurant seemed like it had come straight from a microwave. Pretty tasteless

Ulemper: Restaurant could do with a lift.

Fordeler: Looks like a brand new refurbishment throughout has taken place. Modern, interesting and very nice! In the room itself, loved the rain shower, the TV size and the general room mod-cons! All very good - would recommend and would def. stay here again.

Ulemper: Registration form is not GDPR compliant! Not happy with the "If you do NOT wish to receive marketing info etc... then tick the box" - poor! Also, thought the Indian food was average at best. Would actually remove from the menu if can't cook it well! Lamb Roganjosh and Dal were liquidy, lamb tasted processed and where were the lentils in the Dal?

Ulemper: Much disrepair in hallways. Staff gave the feeling of trying to up sell you. Actually more the hotel policies than the staff, they were just doing what the were told.

Fordeler: Loved the room and the easy location to Heathrow Airport. Great nights sleep with easy check in and check out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Organised a taxi to the terminals.

Ulemper: Nothing

Ulemper: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).

Fordeler: Hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. The Breakfast was more than expected for the all-inclusive price. Many of the more expensive hotels in the area are not as good as this

Ulemper: Nothing

Fordeler: Spacious, clean and modern rooms.

Ulemper: No windows in the room except one small window in the roof. Hallways were like labyrinth. No free shuttle to and from hotel to airport (have to wait for airport bus) and pay 6 pounds a person.

Fordeler: Good location with access to the bus line to Heathrow. Very clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with all of the amenities one needs. Excellent breakfast to kick off your day.

Ulemper: Perhaps better signage to notify drivers as to the entrance and parking area of the hotel.

Fordeler: Personale i restorangen var hyggelig og hjelpsom. Generelt - personale var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom, men ineffektiv noen ganger. God hotell for å overnatte ved tidlig eller seint flyavgang.

Ulemper: Vi bodde 7 dager. Personale hadde vansker å finne fram bestilling. Vi bestilte ekstra seng i forkant, kom kl.15:00 på hotellet. Etter flere beskjed på telefon og etter flere personlige møter i resepsjonen klarte vi å få på plass ekstraseng med sengetøy kl.23:55 på kvelden.... Rom var ikke ryddet 1 dag, heller ikke regelmessig påfyll av te eller kaffi. Nøkkelkort sluttet å virke og det tok tid før å få ny kort.
