Ulemper: "The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling."

Fordeler: "Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable."
Ulemper: "The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight."

Fordeler: "The business class seating was very comfortable and the flight attendants were super friendly and helpful. A good list of movies."
Ulemper: "Shame that the lounge at the JFK airport was closed."

Ulemper: "When TAP couldn’t get me to Lisbon in time to make my connection they added a flight to Madrid where I waited until 16:00 to fly to Seville. I talked to several TAP representatives and none were helpful or apologetic and they offered me nothing for the problems they caused. I missed my only day in Seville due to this. This trip turned out to be a disaster."

Ulemper: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Ulemper: "Being late"

Ulemper: "We were never prompted to pay for our check in baggage at the time of purchase and so when we showed up we were forced to pay 85 euros for one checked bag for an international flight on top of a ticket that already cost more than $250. The luggage restrictions were never shown previously. Will never fly TAP Portugal again."

Fordeler: "Refuel was quick and we were back on air in less than 30 min... Wich was great.."

Fordeler: "Excelent fly! No deley! Excelent crew! Good food!"

Fordeler: "Missed our flight due to initial delays."

Fordeler: "2 meals, headphones, blanket and pillow all included. Flight was good - but being hit with surprise bag fees was not appreciated. (Was not notified at the time of booking)"
Ulemper: "Was charged $92 USD per checked bag at airport. Very displeased."

Fordeler: "I liked the foot rests and leg room. The gluten-free meal was wonderful."
Ulemper: "Although I had a delicious gluten-free dinner roll with the main meal, I was served a soggy rice cracker for breakfast. Why not another roll?"

Fordeler: "Flight was on time and landed early. We got small samdwiches with a snack and juice."

Ulemper: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Ulemper: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."

Fordeler: "Cabinstaff were friendly and professional"

Fordeler: "Shorter time over Atlantic. Very gentle staff. Good food and service. And I will visit Lisbon next time"
Ulemper: "Boarding from a bus at the main TAP airport for so many travellers and a long trip. Hei! Is not an economy charter!"

Fordeler: "Friendly and kind captain and crew"
Ulemper: "I was very very sick, so after the 3 hours delay I asked to stay in Lisbon and be sending next day to continue my journey home ... Surprisingly TAP told me that they could pay the hotel in Newark, but not in Lisbon.. Go figure! Called TAP Customer Service 4 times, 2 from Lisbon 2 from Newark... all cases more than 1 hour wait... AND THEY NEVER EVER ANSWERED!?!?!"

Ulemper: "You can't reach them via phone and they are horrifically slow and difficult to get ahold of."

Fordeler: "The crew was very attentive and helpful"
Ulemper: "It was hot in the cabin. The lights were turned on and off without an announcement and without much time to sleep."

Ulemper: "The food - horrible... My TV did not work the entire trip."

Ulemper: "The service was below average, nobody seems to be eager to assist. The food that was offered on the flight was below expectations. The company should work on improving customer care"

Ulemper: "The seats did not recline. It was impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep any at all, even though it was an overnight flight. It was also the first intercontinental flight I have ever taken which offered no entertainment whatsoever. I really don't understand why TAP used a plane with non-reclining seats for a five-hour overnight flight."

Ulemper: "I was placed on standby for my flight and ultimately did not get a seat. It took two hours to get a new flight sorted out and it didn't leave for 2 days. A massively inconvenient experience as I had a conference to attend and missed two days."

Fordeler: "The food was light and good."
Ulemper: "Not using the tube when deplaining. Summer in Lisbon is very hot ."

Ulemper: "I found it very frustrating that we were told at the ticket counter the boarding would begin at 11:15am for a 12:45pm flight time. I arrived at the airport over two hrs in advance and then had to run a significant distance through the airport and sweat and be unnecessarily anxious waiting on the customs line only to arrive at the gate at 11:20am, to have my bags checked for a second time and then be unable to get any food or coffee before a flight that did not begin boarding for another 40 minutes. I did and still do not see the need for that additional luggage/security check and then being held at the gate for almost an extra hour for seemingly no reason at all."

Fordeler: "Nice refreshments, friendly attendants"
Ulemper: "It took a very long time to check in and board."

Ulemper: "TAP is the worst. I"d rather walk than book a flight with them."

Fordeler: "The plane had a helpful crew, the plane was modern in that they had a usb charger and plugs for both US and European voltages and there was plenty of space to relax in during my flight."

Ulemper: "y extra bag cost more than my ticket. I should have just bought another ticket but was too flustered"

Fordeler: "The crew was very friendly and check-in was uneventful. A group of us traveled from MXP to EWR via LIS. Excellent ride on each leg."
Ulemper: "I love the flight attendants uniform. The ticket agent allowed me to change my seat to the exit row with no extra charge. Some of my group was charged for overweight bags and others weren't. A little inconsistent."

Fordeler: "Friendly crew!"

Fordeler: "Servis was perfect, food was even better than with British airlines. I very like that Portugal crew were much more nice and hospitable than English crew."

Ulemper: "Boarding awful. Freezed in the cabin as "It's better for the crew." Flight overbooked - nothing was done to accommodate the people without tickets. They just put you in their next flight. They do not try to seat you with the other airlines! The board crew is hit or mis. Once on the continental flight I called for service from about the beginning of the flight- no one came to check why did I call for help. Bad service! Just before landing one of the crew members turn off my request sign without even asking me. So, no more TAP for me..."

Fordeler: "They squeezed a meal into a 2 hour flight."

Fordeler: "Lisbon is a great location to have a long layover, any time of the year!"
Ulemper: "The customs line for non-EU passengers at the Lisbon airport was absurd..."

Fordeler: "I like nothing about this airline."
Ulemper: "They are thieves with scammy change policies."

Fordeler: "No frills short distance flight"

Fordeler: "Great you provide ways to keep busy on the plane for long flights!"
Ulemper: "Something needs to be done about carry on baggage. On this flight alone, I counted 80+ people who had to pay for carry on luggage because it also included our backpacks. There were a lot of angry people. Paying $85 for my carry on that alone didn’t weigh 10kg was ridiculous. I’ll be looking into other airlines for my future trips."

Ulemper: "Everything. Ridiculously low baggage limit, so they can slam you with extra charges. Then they charge you for food and drink, even in premium economy. Most employees we encountered were unhelpful and indifferent if not outright rude."

Ulemper: "Baggage policy is ridiculous. Seems random who pays and who doesn’t but they clearly target Americans. How can you fly a long haul flight and not provide water without paying????"

Ulemper: "Was transferring from another Norwegian flight from Copenhagen to Oslo, and never have me the opportunity to check my bag before getting to the gate and having to pay a huge overweight fee on my carry-ons"

Ulemper: "3.5 hr delay with no word on why. Sat on the runway in NYC for another hour. Same flight was cancelled yesterday. Get your stuff together, Norwegian."

Ulemper: "Renhold, søppel og mat i setene. Veldig varmt i flyet før avgang og ble sittende en stund før avgang."

Ulemper: "They just opened the gates and ran away and let people board. It was CHAOS"

Fordeler: "This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable international flights I have been on in years."
Ulemper: "The boarding lineup in Oslo is a bit jumbled but if that’s all I have to complain about it was a great experience."

Fordeler: "Not much"
Ulemper: "Dozens of passengers, myself included, were forced to check their carry-ons at the gate and pay for it due to Norwegians strict weight policy. To be honest this felt like I was being swindled and it ruined the rest of the experience for me. Do not be tempted by the low fares they offer."

Ulemper: "They made everyone vacant the gate area and stand for at least 45 minutes prior to boarding. Flight was rescheduled to leave 1 hour and 05 minutes later than advertised then was approximately 25 minutes later than that leaving. This was my first time flying with this airline and l will have second t"

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Fordeler: "Everyone was nice and the flight was smooth and restrooms were clean."
Ulemper: "I meant to write my Paris to Oslo review on the Oslo to LA review for what could be better. Like I mentioned the food was not good, please get rid of that white noodle coconut soup in a cup, there’s no way anyone likes it and more episodes on some of the shows like Friends"

Ulemper: "20 hours of flying and there was a very limited selection of movies to watch, but all passengers are required to watch a very bright video of one of your planes flying through the sky for the last 20 minutes of the flight. Please include some snacks and water during international flights."

Fordeler: "It's nice that Norwegian loads from both ends of the plane...it would be better if people could read or listen to those instructions"
Ulemper: "I get that it is a budget airline, but water. Come on. It's water. I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving"

Ulemper: "After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins"

Ulemper: "Internett virket bare tidvis og ikke i begynnelsen"

Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"

Fordeler: "Everything was great and handled professionally and efficiently, not to mention with such good hospitality and accommodations."

Ulemper: "Everything else. I understand that budget airlines are no frills, but this flight was just heart breaking. Took off 4 and a 1/2 hours late. Half of the staff was very rude too."

Fordeler: "Premium cabin is good value, much more space than economy for not outrageous cost, food is actually really tasty, though still served in a box with plastic utensils in Premium, Dreamliner is nice plane"
Ulemper: "Nearly an hour late departing because of “passenger security screening for flights to US” - as if they don’t do this every day? They needed to start getting people into gate area much earlier. Limited video content - all sorts of programs I’ve never heard of or didn’t want to watch."

Ulemper: "While flying from Oslo to Reykjavik for a backpacking trip, my backpack (with my tent, cooking equipment, clothes, and food in it) was lost. As a result, I was forced to spend several nights in Reykjavik waiting for my backpack to arrive. Norwegian Air had horrible customer service when I called to inquire about my bag. They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."

Fordeler: "planes are brand new and for the price (under $500.00) from Stockholm to NY it's a steal - but...…."
Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Ulemper: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"

Fordeler: "Food was actually provided with our ticket... not just ONE meal, but also a snack for before the arrival and the meals tasted good! Also, Oslo is a new and beautiful airport with great options for meals and stores to wander around. Also, the airplane had huge windows to look out of with new dimmer technology as opposed to just a shade. Very cool! With a couple of small downsides, we would STILL definitely fly Norwegian."
Ulemper: "We gate checked a stroller but were unable to pick it up to use in Oslo which was a surprise as it went straight through from gate check to full check in through the layover... with a 3hr 45min layover, it could have been useful to have it for our infant to sleep. Leg room is tight. Small selection of new movies for entertainment when compared to other airlines and it would have been nice to know we could get complimentary drinks anytime during the flight, but they were only available for free during meal service unless you purchased additionally."

Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"

Fordeler: "God plass, gode seter og hyggelig service."
Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Ulemper: "There want an option on Kayak to preorder my meal for this 10 hour flight"

Fordeler: "New 787. 9 hr. flight. Seating in Economy. Was one of the best 9 hour flights I have experienced in some time. Only issue not having a better seat. A bit tight. But, for cost of fare it was ok. All else fine. Yes, many comforts cost. But, that is standard for many lower cost airlines. We have been using Norwegian Air for several years now. Already looking to book several long-haul flights w NA. Delays in boarding aircraft seemed to be security. Not NA"
Ulemper: "At times, the cabin staff seemed a bit slow. Otherwise, I have no complaints."

Ulemper: "Paid for an isle seat but assigned a window. No organization at boarding. Lots of signs for bag restrictions but not heeded or adhered to by passengers or staff. Ridiculous!!!"

Ulemper: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less"

Ulemper: "There was no option to choose a meal when booking through you. We weren't aware that we would have to do this somehow so we went the 10 hour flight without food. They were sold out of anything decent on the SNACK BAR menu."

Fordeler: "I can't tell you what I liked because I never made the flight due to my first flight being delayed by a full day."
Ulemper: "Everything because I never made the flight because of a delayed and cancelled first flight."

Ulemper: "Our original flight from LAX to Norway was delayed 3 hours and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Iceland. The travel site was able to provide accommodations. Our return flight from Oslo to LAX was another bit of a hassle. We were each questioned by Norwegian Air employees. They were very strict about our luggage but not informative and inconsistent in the way they dealt with each of our luggages. They were also rude about it. When it was time to enter the gate, we were questioned by the same employees again. It was a waste of time and also unfair because we realized not all pssengers had to go through the same process we did. I won’t fly Norwegian Air in the future."

Ulemper: "The customer service at the check in booths people were extremely rude and not helpful! One of the worst experiences"

Fordeler: "Online booking was nice and easy."
Ulemper: "Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather."

Ulemper: "As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????"

Fordeler: "Ingenting ....."

Ulemper: "Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late."

Ulemper: "65% of customers had priority so a bun fight to get on. Fordeler: "that it wasn't a long flight"
Ulemper: "the crew weren't very friendly, from checking in to landing. too stressed out I think. I wasn't made to feel like I wanted to have a return booking. Also there was pressure to add extras that I didn't want. I resisted but when I've paid for something I don't expect to be coerced into paying more for something I didn't need. For example seat selection."

Fordeler: "Reasonable price. Effortless"

Fordeler: "Some of the staff were nice"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."

Fordeler: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"

Fordeler: "On time and quick boarding, arrived before schedule and no issues with flight"
Ulemper: "Some passengers very noisy and shouting throughout flight but not the airlines fault"

Fordeler: "No hassle"

Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Fordeler: "At de holder tiden. At du velger hva du vil kjøpe. Informerer greit."
Ulemper: "Jeg har ikke fått til å bestille koffert til tilbake turen.? Min datter som også skal reise fikk det heller ikke til? Er det noe man bestiller når mann sjekker inn for hjemreise?"

Ulemper: "Lack of comunicoation and lack of services. Probably it was a bit cheaper than the competitors. But I made me think twice for next time Ryanair cross my way."

Ulemper: "Delays"

Ulemper: "Terrible time checking in on line .Finally got some help but was told if I did not check in on line it would cost me another 55euros. :0("

Ulemper: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Ulemper: "Hadde ikke noe igjen hverken vått eller tørt, bare vodka og småbokser med blandevann"

Ulemper: "you sent the us the wrong us the bookings the wrong way round malaga to newcastle 10th of march instead of the other way rounding the same on the return flight newcastle to malaga 17th march .hence had to rebook costing us a fortune.!!!"

Fordeler: "The flight was on time, checkin was easy and the flight got me from point A to B for a reasonable flight"
Ulemper: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."

Ulemper: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Fordeler: "That there was a possibility the plane crashed, so my flight would end earlier."
Ulemper: "Everything."

Fordeler: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."
Ulemper: "Nothing to declare."

Ulemper: "The Ryan Air staff were ignorant and complained when asked any questions."

Ulemper: "My connection at Stansted was very tight. Faced with long lines which could have mennt me missing my flight, I was five no option it to upgrade my ticket. Flight was also 20 minutes late."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed. Seats are not comfortable. I was in a bus at the back and when it arrived at the demarcation door, the driver didn't open all the 3 doors! He only opened the front door beside himself so everyone had to exit by that door."

Ulemper: "Never got a heads up for boarding pass and baggage. I now know to pay $100.00 more when dealing with your competitors."

Ulemper: "The representatives were not friendly and having to pay an additional large fee for normal size carry on luggage is ridiculous."

Fordeler: "Everything was acceptable apart from their petty ploy to split couples up"
Ulemper: "Because we don't want to pay extra for seating we don't check in until 4 days before the flight. Usually this is not a problem but on this flight they split us up, one at the front & one at the rear, then they ask if we want to pay extra to sit together. This is a very petty ploy to get extra money. It doesn't work !! The passengers just swop when on the plane"

Fordeler: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Ulemper: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."

Fordeler: "Everything was very good"

Ulemper: "Very convenient flight itinerary on these two flight segments. All airlines should provide at minimum a small bottle of water at no charge as travelers are not allowed to bring fluids through airport security"

Ulemper: "The fact that I couldn't go"

Fordeler: "In flight experience was great."
Ulemper: "First time flying RyanAir and didn't checkin before arriving at airport. We're treated extremely rudely and charged Euro 100. Had priority boarding but boarding was horrible."

Fordeler: "Priority boarding that I paid for. Security Fast Track that I paid for."
Ulemper: "Interminable lines to simply drop bags with pre-paid bags and boarding passes printed at home -- It took an hour! Check-in staff seemingly oblivious to what is happening around them. About the most cramped seats on any airline I've taken (and I've flown in virtually all parts of the world, and I'm small). Constant harangue over the PA from in-flight staff trying to sell things, even lottery tickets."

Fordeler: "Price was ok if you don't have to check in luggage."
Ulemper: "Had to check on line to avoid a check in fee !!! Seats are crammed, thank God it was a short flight. Long line to check bags & to board"

Fordeler: "The air crew were excellent"
Ulemper: "Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers"

Ulemper: "They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif."

Fordeler: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"
Ulemper: "Everyone had backpacks that got checked for free. Why did I pay to check my luggage? Stupid."

Fordeler: "But not in a great way! Seat was pretty comfortable. Flight arrived on time."
Ulemper: "It was a loud booze cruise flight from Dublin to Malaga. Very happy Irish holiday makers. it was loud but the passengers mostly were good sorts. The flight attendants were pretty rude--never excusing themselves or apologizing for pushing past people. The toilet in the front was disgusting. NO HaNDSOAP. Told attendant--no soap, she said. Very nasty situation. i think it will be my only Ryanair trip."

Ulemper: "The priority boarding line needs to be separated from the regular boarding. There is a rush toward the gate when it ipens"
