Fordeler: "I was in business class and it was great. The staff the food and the seats were awesome."
Ulemper: "I booked through Kayak and when I arrived at the airport Swiss air had no seat available for me. I was forced to upgrade to ensure a seat."

Fordeler: "Upon arrival in ZRH, there was a separate small bus for the business class passengers. It was nice to not have to wait for all passengers to deplane before being transported to the terminal."

Ulemper: "I used the laboratory before takeoff as I was one of the first people on the plane and I forgot to go before I boarded. The hand soap container was empty and I had to tell one of the crew. Shouldn’t that have been taken care of before boarding passengers?"

Ulemper: "The seats are like torture devices. So small and uncomfortable. After 14 hours of travel, my knees were sore from jamming into the seat in front of me, and I'm only average height. When the person in front of you puts their seat back, their headrest is practically under your chin. A disgrace."

Ulemper: "Open check in counters on time as scheduled. They were half hour late at least"

Ulemper: "Leg room was really bad in economy and the only upgrade option was to business for $10,000 so of course not affordable for the average person."

Ulemper: "Swiss Air allowed us to book a flight with 45 minutes to connect. First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."

Ulemper: "The flight itself was pleasant. But a 3 hour delay, because of technical issues on the incoming flight from Geneva? Why didn’t they send another aircraft?"

Fordeler: "I was very pleased at the flight crew, the food and entertainment. We had a really fast connection in Zurich and our luggage made the connection, which was a big relief."

Ulemper: "Ithe check in counter was open about an hour before departure, having passengers waiting in line for almost two hours. Thhe departure was later than scheduled, I did ask for assistance in Zurich airport and got none. Almost missed my connection flight due to poor health conditions and less than expected lay over time."

Ulemper: "I was not able to buy from the duty free discounted offers on the plane. The discounted shopping panflet was not on my LA/Zurich flight.... so I didn't see it and did not buy then.... And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Ulemper: "I was sitting on seat # 25 A : The distance between the seats in rows # 24 and # 25 was about 6 Inches less than between the other seat rows in front of us and across the isle thus making it VERY uncomfortable when the seat in front was in the sleeping condition. Peter M. Endriss"

Fordeler: "The line for screening for initial security at Ben Gurion was ridiculously long. Almost one hour in line before we even could be interviewed."
Ulemper: "Boarding and in-flight experience were excellent."

Fordeler: "Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were all multi-lingual and ready to help foreign travelers. The food was good. The plain wasn’t overstuffed with people - actually there were enough open seats that everyone could have a little extra space. Will always check Swiss Air first for international travel."

Ulemper: "We missed our flight going to Geneva from new York and so automatically lost the return portion of our flight. So had to totally rebook. The people at the Swiss air counter were not very helpful."

Ulemper: "The service was not great which surprised me for swiss. The flight attendant was absolutely not into work. The seats supposed to work.. wasn’t .. we had to switch the seats with no help and with the lights off. Awful .. of course they didn’t noticed so they didn’t woke me up for the breakfast. (And I’ve been asking for). Maybe was bad luck but that’s really ridiculous. During the flight they didn’t brought water or something we had to call them."

Fordeler: "I loved Swiss flights.. its staff and in flight expereince"

Ulemper: "The flight was 1:20 hours delay so it arrived at midnight to Vienna. Even they refused to accept all the cabin bags on board. Very disspointed with Swiss. I’m flying twice time a week and I never experience so frustating experience like Swiss Air"

Fordeler: "Just a comment that the flight is short and I understand that the company does not provide any food except for chicolate"

Fordeler: "The flight from SFO to ZRH was in a newly fitted 777. The seats were very comfortable and we had plenty of leg room in economy class. Great and extremely nice flight attendants - thank you!"
Ulemper: "The flight from ZRH to SFO was in an older 777 and the seats were very uncomfortable with limited leg room in economy. This flight was not very enjoyable. I have to say though that the very friendly and helpful flight attendants were compensating for this. Thank you!"

Fordeler: "Crew was amazing. So patient and accommodating, even when passengers were a bit impatient. Cabin was clean, and it was good to have blankets and pillow on a long flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. Food was okay but not substantial. Comfort was terrible in my seat - for some reason I had a seat with a metal box underneath so I could not stretch my legs. And the fellow next to me, in the middle, was over 6 feet and was VERY uncomfortable, even though he had legroom. There were good options for entertainment, but it was unreliable and had to be restarted once. Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."

Ulemper: "There was no organized boarding of coach passengers. There was sufficient food provided but overall quality was marginal."

Ulemper: "THERE'S SOO LITTLE LEG SPACE BETWEEN SEATS ON THE ECONOMY SECTION I IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, SPECIALLY FOR A TALL PERSON ON A LONG FLIGHT.......ADDING TO THE FACT THAT THE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU MIGHT DECIDE TO BE SOOO COMFORTABLE,HE'D PULL HIS SEAT ALL THE WAY BACK WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION!!!..THAT PUTS THE SCREEN ONLY INCHES AWAY FROM YOUR FACE!!..BESIDES, THE CHECK-IN MACHINES AT THE ZURICH TERMINAL ARE A HARD TO UNDERSTAND..TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK-IN WITHOUT SUCESS!!"

Fordeler: "Everthing went as planned. Left on time. Cannot complain."

Ulemper: "There was a supposed difficulty with my entry in Europe when I tried to Check into Chicago. I thought that I had to cancel my flight. Swiss air representatives had to do much consultation, which took nearly an hour, while I was standing there the whole time. At the end, I was thanked for my patience and told all should be well and not even given a small upgrade for the distress this caused me. Traveling is disagreeable in general now, and personally, even moreso after this episode."

Fordeler: "Friendly and attentive. The check-in person was willing to check to see that I had a reclining seat. Friendly and accommodating attendants good wine offered in economy, water offered several times during the 9:30 hour flight. Pilots changed Flt altitude to accommodate for turbulence."
Ulemper: "Very little not to like on this flight."

Ulemper: "Was not able to perform online checkin and thsu was not able to pick seats."

Ulemper: "Inability to add TSA pre-check to my profile. Very slow check- in process in Geneva. Cramped seating ."

Fordeler: "The entertainment consoles are great, plane is modern and clean, staff on board are very considerate and helpful. Flight left and landed on time and our luggage arrived intact. Everything that we paid for we got."
Ulemper: "The space between the seats is very small, and the seats recline very far, I found myself a bit too tall to fit in them comfortably, as even reclined my neighbors seat was nearly pressed against my nose. My much shorter girlfriend did not have this problem, and slept through the whole flight. SWISS only has one or two check in agents at LAX, and the wait was about 3hr to process the 300-odd passengers on our 777. I know they're only running a flight or two a day from LA, but I am sure there's a speedier and more efficient way to check us all in."

Ulemper: "The boarding process is a little chaotic for the economy cabin since there is no distinctions by zone or seat row. The result is a bit of a surge when they first announce the boarding of the cabin."

The flight was 12+ hours long, and the ability to watch movies, tv shows, play games, listen to music on the large pad in each seat was pretty amazing. Free over the ear headphones... Very amazing flight"
Ulemper: "Bathrooms were a bit dirty...but there was a lot of people on the flight and they didn't start dirty."

Fordeler: "Young crew, great service, ok meals, very accomodating but it was a little warm in the cabin, the captain was great (super polite and personable)"

Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled and 36 hours later, I am stuck at a hotel with 100s of other people none of who have a clue how to contact the airline as all the phones are not being attended to. The Indian sales and reservation team as well as the Turkish customer care are not responding to the situation at all."

Fordeler: "Absolutely nothing, because it never happened."
Ulemper: "I don't like the fact that I'm stuck in a hotel in turkey without an inkling of when my flight will take off or if it will even take off. I was sent from desk to desk and everyone I spoke with said the same thing, "I don't know" , To every singlee question I had. I slept In the airport like a homeless person just to be shuttled around turkey afterwards in search of a hotel, and I say search because the shuttle that was provided went to 2 different hotels before we got to the one I'm in now. I'm disgusted, and afraid I won't even get a flight out of here."

Ulemper: "after the ooup d'tout there was a period of chaos and i had to stand in line for 11.5 hours straight to get a new flight boarding pass.l They could have maybe come up with a different system for this considering the 2 or 3,000 people who had their flights canceled. that was incredibly unpleasant...herded in like cattle for 12 hours with i don't know how many thousands of people trying to get a flight out. It was like being in a refuge camp."

Ulemper: "Starting with the check-in process. It's the 21st century, people should be able to check in electronically. I was traveling with one other person. For whatever reason the seats were not next to eachother. Flying to Munich they were nice enough to look for seats next to eachother, to no avail. Not this time around. The check in line was horrendous, security was horrendous, and the gate process could not have been worse. The service was bad. Requests for water took 15+ minutes to be fulfilled. I also noticed there were not enough non-beef meals on the plane for those who requested with it. Then we landed and the nightmare...continued. Taxiing took 40 minutes. They brought us to three different gates before finally disembarking onto the Tarmac."

Ulemper: "The absolute worst airline we have ever flown with. Will never fly with them again."

Ulemper: "The temperature on the flight from IST to KHI was too high, AC was only blowing out warm air. One of the most uncomforatble flight experiences ive ever had."

Ulemper: "Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal."

Ulemper: "Luftansa cancelled my flight due to impending hurricane. Because of announced airport closure, I decided to go on August 31 on the only flight available which was Iceland air. I had to pay $4200 for the flight. My flight back to Orlando is on September 9 on Iceland air. How can you compensate me?"

Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."

Ulemper: "The arm rests on either side of my seat where closed so I had limited mobility in my seat (by closed I mean they didn’t move and had no open space between where your arm sits and the top of the chair)"

Fordeler: "I'm tall so the suit was somewhat uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "Other than the tight space I have no other complaints."

Ulemper: "Food could have been better,there several seats empty ,but couldn't switch seat or food TV wasn't working at all"

Fordeler: "Everything. The staff were absolutely lovely, the brand new fit out of the 777 is excellent and modern, the entertainment was great as was the food. Overrall really impressed."

Fordeler: "I specifically booked this flight for the 8 hr layover so I could go downtown Munchen. the Plane was 4 hrs late leaving Edinburgh!! what is there to like? nothing."
Ulemper: "regardless of the late takeoff from Edinburgh, your boarding procedures are like a 3rd world airport. the food was 1/3 of a sandwich. that's food? no entertainment on board of course. why do I pay $500 for such flights? I'll go Ryanair from now on!"

Ulemper: "the food was pretty much the same that we had during our previous flight from Moscow to Frankfurt and of the same mediocre quality. the plane was freezing cold - this was the first time in my frequent travels that i had to use the provided blanket. My girlfriend used 2 of them. When I called the flight attendant for the extra blanket using the bottom nobody showed up - I had to stop an attendant passing by to get the extra blanket."

Ulemper: "Hardly any leg room, hardly any elbow room, got middle sitting on all my flights and the lay overs were terrible and last but not least my baggage were I had my holiday did not show up for two days. When it did I tipped the driver 20 pounds as he deserved it more than anyone anyways. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention my bag looks like it went through a meat grinder. Thanks Lufthansa baggage handlers your the best ever ! And BTW this para graph speaks for a my stops and transfers"

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."

Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Fordeler: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Ulemper: "Allow business passenger to use front bathroom."

Fordeler: "The best airline ever! Super friendly crew and staff, great customer service and nice planes. Love KLM!"

Ulemper: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars..."
Ulemper: "So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!"

Ulemper: "My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor"

Ulemper: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

Ulemper: "boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -"

Fordeler: "The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight"

Fordeler: "The cabin crew was so kind, efficient, and attentive. All meals and snacks were delicious."

Ulemper: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Fordeler: "Crew was very nice and helpful, entertainment system worked well and had good choices"
Ulemper: "Seats were not very comfortable, it was uncomfortably hot and there was not air conditioner vent above like most other airlines"

Ulemper: "I can't take the flight because i'm not Chilean and I don't have a reembolse or other flight ,... nothing . Finally I take other flight with other company"

Fordeler: "Flight crew; legroom even in cheap seats."
Ulemper: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Fordeler: "I personally do not appreciate the food on this leg of the journey Food Ams to Dxb is GOOD!!"
Ulemper: "The snack & “ solid eggs” in breakfast. Fresh fruit was good."

Ulemper: "I paid extra fee for extra bagage which was tv and i paid insurance my tv broke and no one responces for it"

Ulemper: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."

Ulemper: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Fordeler: "Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost."
Ulemper: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Fordeler: "The flight was very good, specially considering it was a daylight one. Staff was friendly and servicial. Tue food was above the industry's average."

Ulemper: "old plane, tight and uncomfortable"

Fordeler: "Plane was clean, plenty of leg room, cabin crew was friendly, flight was on time."
Ulemper: "Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

Ulemper: "the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight"

Ulemper: "I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket."

Fordeler: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"
Ulemper: "Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were excellent; seat was about what you would expect in economy; the boarding process was extremely confusing"

Ulemper: "Very bad food my options were pork and vegetarian. Chicken finished."

Fordeler: "The crew were helpful, pleasant and professional"
Ulemper: "There wasn't anything we actively didn't like. It was a good flight."

Ulemper: "Completely destroyed our itenerary"

Fordeler: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Ulemper: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."

Fordeler: "Hot towels distributed before meal."
Ulemper: "Sitting behind me plus the seat across from that in center was an adult with two children going to summer camp in US. There were 40 kids and several counselors on this flight. These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."

Ulemper: "I missed the flight"

Fordeler: "was very disappointing that website doesn't have full information regards the second bag check in. The cost is different from checking on the web and checking at the airport."
Ulemper: "all the info should be listed on the web as well that the cost is half more than the website"

Ulemper: "They left my baggage behind!!"

Fordeler: "Clean, well-designed, individual screens with numerous good movie choices. They came through on our special meals, friendly flight attendants. Also loved Helsinki airport. Not crowded, nice staff. Good food choices. Even passport control was friendly and there was no line."
Ulemper: "Connecting through Helsinki added hours to our travel time, but after flying American nonstop JFK to Paris on way over, may be worth it. American flight didn't even have individuals screens and blankets left fuzz all over my clothing."

Fordeler: "Slow boarding no order. Plus delayed flight for no reason"
Ulemper: "Nothing"

Fordeler: "Tiny turboprop. Ok flight."
Ulemper: "Was not allowed to bring standard-sized suitcase as carryon: it does not fit in the overhead. This means I had to check it to final destination which I do not like to do."

Ulemper: "I never get that flight."

Fordeler: "I was a bit surprised by cabin crew 's welcoming words that were my native language ,which ware very familiar and joyful . I didn't feel well at that time with a severe cold and I endured during the entire fly . I know it's kind of bad but I made it to my country safely. The food was Korean food and I really enjoyed and loved it so much .The Helsinki airport is great with smoking booth and warm ."
Ulemper: "Nothing but I wonder if they could change my seat to upper one despite my additional fare because I felt bad the day and they had cold pills like medicine."

Fordeler: "The economy seating was relatively comfortable and spacious, compared to some other airlines, and we boarded and departed on time. Boarding was quick, if chaotic."
Ulemper: "They gave us ipads to watch movies, which were old and didn't work well, but were difficult to hold if you also got a tray or a drink. They didn't give you much water and it was hard to get service. The airplane itself looked pretty old and a little run-down."

Fordeler: "The flight was great...the staff are wonderful people...they are so sweet and kind...they work so hard...the service was great...I love their personalities..The Movie selection was awesome...Because of my broken leg, they were there to help me right away...amazing crew...will be flying with them again in October....looking forward to flying with British Airways again... Thank you for the care... Yours Truly, Sylvia Smith..."
Ulemper: "I have no complaints at all...."

Fordeler: "It was a British Airways flight, plane was large, and felt more roomy than what I'm used to. The service was impeccable."

Fordeler: "The crew were trying to help and accommodate the bad situation."
Ulemper: "Couldn't check in online 24 hours ahead. When called Finnair on the phone, they couldn't check us in, told us we have to check in at counter, by then all good seats were taken and I couldn't sit next to my husband, and this is our honeymoon trip. It's a full flight and All upgrades were booked by then so couldn't even upgrade to business class. Requested a gluten free meal, no crew can figure out it that meal was on board (not in system nor on paper list), so at the end no food for me. I have been dying BA for last five years and this had to be the worst BA flight I have taken, absolute chaos at the check in counter and no organization. One BA counter agent Alexa tried to help but it is just too late. I expected more from BA."

Ulemper: "No seat back entertainment...had to endure The Charlie Brown movie, Nelson Mandela biopic and lousy boxing movie. Seats extremely small...would have been awful if plane was at full capacity. Plane very dated...no frills"

Ulemper: "Our bag was not checked through to our final destination and was delivered a day later."

Ulemper: "Entertainment system is very old, but have a good selection."

Ulemper: "I booked this trip thinking it was with a European carrier - I had specifically wanted to avoid an American carrier. I was unable to confirm my flight online and had to ring because at NO POINT was I sent info that it was AA and not Finnair. I was charge almost $60 for this service because I did not have the right references sent with my confirmation email. T he seats were cramped and uncomfortable, I was unable to pick my seat on any flight and despite my request could not change it. Boarding at Chicago was a farce, none of the ground crew seemed to be in charge and we barely started boarding with 20 mins to takeoff. Needless to say the flight left late and we had to wait to take off, and of course had to wait to land in London."

Fordeler: "This was a Finnair ticket on a BA flight. The price was excellent and BA was excellent."

Fordeler: "Arrived on time. Smooth flight."
Ulemper: "Nothing really."

Fordeler: "Crew was generally friendly. Leg room in coach was ok. The price was good."
Ulemper: "Kayak sent misleading check in announcements. Namely, telling us to check in with Finnair, where it would not let us check in on line and no one answered the phone. We ultimately checked in with American, which was operating the flight. Not a customer friendly process. American should be embarrassed to serve meals. We think people will eat the gruel because they paid for it. No choice of entertainment. How 1990s. If this is the new American Airlines Lord help us."

Fordeler: "Finnair floor crew very polite & knowledgeable"
Ulemper: "Plane was extremely old, no entertainment nothing was working, EuroAtlantic Airways crew showed how very inexperienced they were when they had to "handle" frustrated passengers"
