Ulemper: No leg room at all. No complimentary drinks like domestic travel.
Ulemper: The breakfast was not anything usual for your US travelers. Perhaps a choice or option should be offered.
Fordeler: The flight was punctual and there were no issues taking off or landing.
Ulemper: Some crew members refused to speak or try to understand French; others did not speak English. This was very confusing for me and I had to interpret for my neighboring passengers. This should not happen on a Paris - Los Angeles flight. In flight movie selection was poor.
Fordeler: Crew friendly and attentive. Seats in Premium really good.
Ulemper: They made everyone vacant the gate area and stand for at least 45 minutes prior to boarding. Flight was rescheduled to leave 1 hour and 05 minutes later than advertised then was approximately 25 minutes later than that leaving. This was my first time flying with this airline and l will have second t
Fordeler: Efficient friendly service.
Ulemper: We were economy so no food was provided, as expected so cannot rate. No entertainment was offered either.
Ulemper: SFO-Copenhagen was cancelled. Only hint for that came from Kayak which I didn't even use for booking (I used Flyus). Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled.
Ulemper: Luggage fee were outrageous.
Fordeler: All good.
Ulemper: Gluten free meal was selected and paid for before the flight, but for some reason the crew didn't have the option available for me once on board. Nevertheless, they tried to be their best. More drink's without extra charge. Follow Lufthansa service and all will be grand.
Fordeler: Like the overall KLM experience
Ulemper: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.
Fordeler: Good for both.
Ulemper: Bigger seats.
Fordeler: Nice attention and good food. Plane and seats are confortable

Ulemper: Airplane so uncomfortable. Food horrible. Not even available for one of us what we ask for on what was offered. Bad taste and not what can be on a that length of time flight.
Fordeler: The entertainment was amazing

Ulemper: The pilot strike resulted in cancellation of my flights so getting home turned in to a challenge
Ulemper: Seats are too small in economy to be comfortable. Boarding was unclear and confusing, mainly because I didn't have a boarding group on my boarding pass.
Ulemper: Luggage fee were outrageous.
Ulemper: Landing was hard but that is always the case.
Fordeler: Seats ok. Crew very nice.
Ulemper: Short flight but entertainment is always a nice thing to have
Fordeler: On time travel. Check In Staff were kind and engaging.
Ulemper: On flight staff were minimally attentive. Food was mediocre.

Fordeler: - Great timing for the flight, had a connection and it was stress-free to get through - Nintendo-type controller to play like, two games they had to choose from (clearly an old plane) - Meals were decent
Ulemper: - The plane was older - it had the ash-trays in the armrests full of dust and god knows what else, gross. - No wifi, I was planning to get some work done because it was an international flight so that was a bust - Limited entertainment selection. Some of the newer ones have more movie/TV selections
Fordeler: The quality of the seat, cleanliness of the aircraft (with the exception of the restrooms). Ground and lounge crew excellent and knowledgeable. Boarding was swift but confusing.
Ulemper: In cabin crew was substandard. Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing.
Ulemper: On time
Fordeler: Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful.
Ulemper: Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped.
Fordeler: Great crew
Ulemper: Had to walk up and down stairs, outside, too the plane Cold, wet, slushy tarmac
Fordeler: Food was good and entertainment system was full of plenty of options to help pass the time
Ulemper: Seat got hard and so little leg room.
