Fordeler: "The crew was amazing and very welcoming. Boarding was seamless. The business class seats were super comfortable."
Ulemper: "The original business class seat I was sitting on deflated and it felt like I was sitting on a hard floor. Luckily the seat beside me was empty and I used that. Although the business class seats are very comfortable the controls feel very clunky and make a lot of noise when adjusting. The food could have been better. Lunch tasted a bit too salty for me. The second meal which was described as a not warm dish was cold as if it came straight out the fridge."

Ulemper: "Mishandling of an online upgrade request caused major headaches and an hour at service desk - final boarding passes were misprinted and, bottom line, our luggage was not loaded on our flight and arrived about 36 hours after us! Premium Economy seats were pretty nice but I don't like the tray-in-the-arm configuration. Extra recline just meant the jerk in front of me was in my face the whole flight."

Ulemper: "The flight was late arriving at Frankfurt. I requested a notification to my connecting flight. Crew member frowned, turned away and in formed me, "We don't do that". I ran to the Connecting Lufthansa flight and barely made it on time."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed 1.5 hrs and then completely canceled. They never gave us a reason as to why it as canceled and when they canceled it, they directed the entire group of the people on the plane to 4 different gates before getting a gate agent to tell us that we had to leave the gate and go back to the ticket counter and start over again. The security in Israel is very intense, so this was a big hassle. Then they only had 3-4 gate agents to rebook all 300+ people on the flight so we waited in like for 3 hours."
Ulemper: "I paid money to select our seats on our flights and did not get those seats on any of the four flights we were on. It was a complete scam. I asked a flight attendant and she told me lufthansa does not have the option to pay for seat selection. Every other aspect was good."
Fordeler: "Best flying experience ever. Loved the new aircraft. Crew was exceptional. Service (food, drinks) was wonderful. Loved the continuous water offered. Very comfortable seats and great entertainment. Loved the 5 restrooms downstairs! Great design! Very impressed and I don't impress easily."

Fordeler: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Ulemper: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Ulemper: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Ulemper: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"
Fordeler: "Very friendly and the food and drinks never stopped and no additional charges, a very nice experience over the bargain airlines, free in-flight movies, and entertainment, no cost."

Fordeler: "Nice, turbulent-free flight. Food was good, service with a smile. Leg space was OK because Boeing 777s are usually better at this."
Ulemper: "Flight left over an hour late because of a sensor glitch. It is concerning when a technical glitch happens. But, the flight was smooth."

They let us board without checking our documents. We thought we had everything but then when we got to the stockholm airport, the immigration office wouldn't let us pass and we've been stuck here, unable to leave, we've missed our connection as well. The document that was invalid was our US vaccine certificate (Moderna, double vaccinated by May 2021). The Swedish government doesn't see it as valid. So SAS should have stopped us from boarding the flight when they checked our vaccine card at the New York airport. Horrible experience.

SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av..

The pocket in front of me was also ripped open spilling those annoying in flights magazines and the airplane smelled like the lavatory which was 6 rows up... just broken down and not well maintained. It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS."

Ulemper: "Cannot talk to a human. Check in was at a Luftansa kiosk. If an attendant at the Frankfurt airport had not showed us, there was no obvious way to guess how to check a bag or get a boarding pass. So if you do not speak German fluently, ask an attendant as soon as you get to the check in area, and save yourself some walking and time."

Ulemper: "Was overlooked by the pursor a couple times - he probably had a lot on his plate. Also, the "snack" at the end of the trip was sorely lacking! Especially for a 7 hour flight. The bathrooms were gross & out of toilet paper. And it seemed like one was locked constantly...?"

Ulemper: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"
Ulemper: "The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer."

Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Not bad in and of itself but they only gave me a few hours notice that my flight was changed (email sent at 1 AM on a 7 AM flight) and I lost my already paid for upgrade to premium economy. They couldn't find any record of me having purchased an upgrade when I went to check in on my 5+ hour flight."

Ulemper: "They charge me €70 for my bag and it should have been free!!"
Fordeler: "I was able to keep window open for the whole trip. Few others kept the window shade up."
Ulemper: "Loud engine sounds. I wore ear plugs but they were not enough. Must invest in noise cancelling headphones if I fly with SAS again, apparently."

Ulemper: "1) on the plane, they announced a choice of two meals and I enquired why did I get one without choice and they told me the second choice was an option only for 'economy plus' !! That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."
Fordeler: "The food was good and the dtaff was attentive. Except for Norway. My friend and I were the only colored people on that flight and we were ignored by the older lady multiple times."

Ulemper: "Boarding... the first 20 or so rows were called then "All remaining passengers..." causing considerable pushing, etc. MUST board by sections, etc..."
Fordeler: "The flight was on time The lounge (SAS) in Copenhagen, but that had nothing to do with the flight"
Ulemper: "Rather indifferent organization in Copenhagen at the gate, and rather rushed service (granted it was only an hour+ flight from Kastrup to Arlanda), I was not even asked for water or tea/coffe when the cart zipped by, maybe because I did not speak Swedish/Danish"

Ulemper: "The operating flight was changed and our seat were downgraded. Given that it was a birthday trip i wanted my fiancée to be as comfortable as possible. Instead she was stuck in a middle seat between two crying babies with no outlets to to charge our phones for entertainment. Additionally I was notified that I cannot be refunded until after the flight has landed. So technically Norwegian still has my money and I paid top dollar for a less than average experience. Unacceptable."

Flight was rescheduled to leave 1 hour and 05 minutes later than advertised then was approximately 25 minutes later than that leaving. This was my first time flying with this airline and l will have second t"
Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."
Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"
Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"
Fordeler: "It's nice that Norwegian loads from both ends of the plane...it would be better if people could read or listen to those instructions"
Ulemper: "I get that it is a budget airline, but water. Come on. It's water. I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving"

Fordeler: "The crew was very friendly and helpful. The flight wasn't full, so they informed me that I could move to an exit row for extra space, as I'm very tall."
Ulemper: "This was a relatively long flight, but no food or drinks, even soft drinks, were included. I also found out at the Madrid airport that there was no desk to check in for Norwegian for connecting flights. This means that I had to leave, go to departures, check in, go through security, and then proceed to the gate. I fortunately had a long layover, but this process would have been impossible if I didn't have at least two hours."
Ulemper: "Både tur og retur var forsinket med 30 og 60 minutter. Lite info som vanlig. Mistet transport videre som vanlig. Godt nyttår"
Fordeler: "Dreamliner is a comfy plane, good seats w/ decent legroom."
Ulemper: "Food options. Not good choices, overpriced, and they ran out of many options on both flights. Poatao chips stale, terrible corn curls. The only main dish vegan oprion was cup o noodles type soup whivh was bland. I didn,'t know about ordering meals ahead, where I would have had more options. 11 hours is a long time to have such poor options.BRING YOUR OWN FOOD! Water should be offered free of charge- hydration on a long flight is important."
Fordeler: "The aircraft was great but the service is horrible. Unless you buy a bottle of water or walk to the back of the plane for a small cup of it, you don’t get any. Order in flight food and bottle of water thatctook over and hour to get to me. Taxied at airport for 45 minutes."
Ulemper: "Above"
Fordeler: "Service on the plane and comfort. The cabin crew was outstanding-very customer oriented."
Ulemper: "Ground staff was absolutely Third World. They were rude, arrogant and disorganized. Four stand around standing and joking while the lines get longer and longer. One barely functional male yelled at me to get behind the yellow line that I was standing on. We stood in the jetway 15 minutes while these inefficient, arrogant people continued to laugh and talk on their mobile phones."
Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Tablets didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Wasn’t able to get a glass of water! For dinner customers only. Ridiculous. Will never fly Norwegian again."
Ulemper: "2 hour delay before boarding and now adding more because in LA our gate isn’t ready. they sell everything, you only get a 1 glass of soft drink free. in an almost 13 hour flight this is insane, complimemtary water has to be a must. after purchasing watee bottle an cocke, 30 minutes went by and nobody came to give them, said snacks and drinks were just closed but the purchase did go through 30 minutes ago. gave 1 half full pkastic glass flass woth water wand warm falf full pepsi to make it up. no wifi no meal options to buy, just ‘snacks’ horrible ordeal to be in a plane for 13 hours"
Fordeler: "The Alitalia Lounge at JFK has pretty good food and overall the flight is fine."
Ulemper: "They don't have a separate boarding line for business class, they allow economy passengers to pass through business to use the restroom which kept waking us up. We are paying 3 x the price of an economy ticket, so we should have a few perks besides a more comfortable reclining seat with a footrest. I am not asking for perks that cost the airline any more money as I know this is an economy airline."
Ulemper: "Forsinkelse. Både ved avreise og ved landing"
Ulemper: "We bought the ticket with 1.5hrs connection in Stockholm and the experience was very bad. First bad surprise was on the ticket price. The ticket price on the beginning was good, but after adding only one check-in bag (normal for international flights) and selecting seats and meal the price went up by another $140. Then on the day of the flight we got a message that our first flight was delayed by more then 2 hrs. We called to Norwegian and asked for solution, but were told that the next flight available is 1 WEEK LATER! and we can or stay in Stockholm for a week on our own or to get refund for the ticket. Finally we found alternative flight for the same price and cancelled the ticket."

Ulemper: "I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Cancel your flights in advance of such conditions so that your passengers, update the information on your website. Those things are in your control, even if the situation at JFK is not."
Fordeler: "TV screens in backs of seats"
Ulemper: "Generally not a comfortable flight. Boarding took ages both ways. I’m generally not down for ‘budget’ international flights - without adding the $60 meal service each way they don’t even offer you a water, let alone a coffee. I had to ask for water in the back and they were stingy about giving it out insisting they had to go in little plastic cups, very inconvenient."
Fordeler: "The window technology"
Ulemper: "Not enough free water available"
Fordeler: "The flight itself was really good, smooth and easy. The staff were also very helpful. Good value for money"
Ulemper: "The plane hadn't been cleaned properly, there was still food in the pocket in my seat from the flight before. And they didn't bring the trash through nearly often enough which resulted in passengers leaving wrappers and cups on the floor. We were 30 min delayed as well."
Fordeler: "Plane super modern, speed of crew, comfort"
Ulemper: "Weight limit on the carry on"
Ulemper: "I got to the airport at 8:45 for a 10:25 flight with carry on only. Carry on I have used with Norwegian in the past, and was actually packed minimally as this trip is only 4 days. The person at the kiosks who did the weighing of luggage was barely understandable. No one was helpful, instead it was like some game t weigh the bag and tell someone it was a kilo over. After I stood in line for 45 min, the bag weighed in at 8.6 kilos!! Clearly under the requirement, but as I was told to stand in line I was forced to check that bag and pay $65 (and to pay you had to move to a separate line that took another 30 min). As you can imagine 40% of the plane was in the same spot and then even with the flight boarding, no Norwegian staff assisted all of these passengers to get through security. Miserable!"
