Fordeler: "I like the price of the ticket ( thanks to KAYAK), the service on board was very good, everything on time and of course very convenient connection between Tampa and Frankfurt to fly to the further airports in Europe. Safety, security and service in good price. It is my favorite airline and rout."

Leg room on small airplanes was good in economy, but not as good on larger jet to USA. The servers offered me ice in my water bc I am American. I appreciated that so much since I'd spent the last 12 days in Europe where no one serves with ice!"
Ulemper: "The plane was expected to land at FRa an hour early Andy they couldn’t wait five minutes for us after a three hour delayed flight. Every other flight was delayed on average 30minutes. When we arrived whoever was running the jet bridge took 15 minutes to get it out to our jet, essentially causing us to miss our flight right then. And then the staff had the audacity to tell us we had to hike back ten minutes to wait in an hour long line to rebook. When they could have done it at their gate just as easily. Simply awful service For paying first/business class"

Ulemper: "There were a few crew members who clearly shouldn't be working in a customer service industry. I understand it's not an easy job but many other crew members were quite bubbly and kind."

Ulemper: "The boarding Crew treated the passengers unfairly...your staff should learn how to board a plain...by starting: women with children n handicapped people first, the business/first class, the economy passengers...that's how you do it...there was no organization to board the plane and the ticket agent was wrong on the advertisements instructions. Get rid of cheap wine, our tickets are very expensive..you can afford good wine. I got a headache with your cheap wine... Your also not allowed to do early check in...with your system."

Ulemper: "We had to land in Bari, due to weather, and the airline initially wanted to take us back to Munich for the night and return to Naples in the morning. They ultimately opted to drive us down to Naples but didn’t arrive at that decision until we’d been on the ground for quite a while."

In the process the selections are of limited interest. Movies are not interesting and often not available. If this entertainment were on the ground it would be a train wreck."
Fordeler: "Flight from Budapest to Munich was slightly delayed and I had a tight connection time to begin with. The effort the Lufthansa staff made to get me to me connection was heroic."

Ulemper: "We booked our group of four with Lufthansa, paying $300 more than equivalent flights on competing airlines, specifically because our 20 month old daughter fits within Lufthansa's age, height, and weight limits for using the bassinet. We have reserved our tickets and the bassinet over two months in advance, paying $35 extra per seat for these reservations, and even got an email that specifically stated "bassinet confirmed". On the flight, when it came time to install the bassinets, the flight attendant came to us, took a look at our daughter, and said that she will not fit in the bassinet, that she is too tall, and too heavy, and suggested that we should have checked the limits for the bassinet before coming on the flight. When we inquired as to the actual limits, she could not provide any numbers, only said that she could see that our daughter is too big for it. When the family next to us got their bassinet, it became very obvious that our daughter would fit in the bassinet, and we pointed out that she was well below the height and weight limits published on the Lufthansa website. Only then did the flight attendant admit that there were other babies on the flight, and they only had four bassinets on the plane, despite having 11 slots where bassinets could be installed. Our reservation months in advance did not matter - we did not get the bassinet. As compensation, we were offered some Lufthansa miles, or 50 euros for in-flight duty free shopping. However, we lost close to 1000 dollars as a group when we chose to fly Lufthansa rather than a less expensive airline. We were very uncomfortable throughout the flight, having to hold my daughter in my arms for over five hours. We are are still very upset that the crew blatantly lied to us."

Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."
Fordeler: "Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good."
Ulemper: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

Ulemper: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."
Fordeler: "I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service"
Ulemper: "I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."

Fordeler: "I was able to log on the my booking and select aisle seats for no additional cost (surprisingly). Made the short flight much more comfortable."

Ulemper: "Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped."

Fordeler: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."
Ulemper: "I don’t like how the food on premium economy is packed in a cubic box that is really messy to eat from which the small plastic cutlery. Food quality is good, but feels like being an animal being fed from a bucket."

Ulemper: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"
Fordeler: "Pleased with everything."
Ulemper: "Tried THREE hours to get a phone picked up to cancel my flight the day before this scheduled flight. My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."

Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Fordeler: "The plane was neat, clean and well maintained. The food was very good. The crew was professional and friendly. Based on my experience this is a top-notch airline."

Ulemper: "Typically an international flight that cost 1000+$ would come with food and drinks, given that they cost next to nothing compared to the ticket. But apparently for Norwegian one has to purchase food and drinks on top of the ticket, otherwise you don't even get served water in a 7 hour flight, which is completely ridiculous. Do you really the 2$ from a passenger for some water? Btw, I pre-purchased food and water. It's the fact that the people who sat next to me didn't get served water when I received food and drinks that made me very uncomfortable."
Fordeler: "The aircraft was great but the service is horrible. Unless you buy a bottle of water or walk to the back of the plane for a small cup of it, you don’t get any. Order in flight food and bottle of water thatctook over and hour to get to me. Taxied at airport for 45 minutes."

Ulemper: "Multiple delays; even after boarding. Disembarking was a mess because everyone simply wanted off the plane. Delay resulted in an unexpected influx of travelers into immigration which was an additional delay. Premium seats may be ok for sitting and watching the limited entertainment selections but not designed for sleeping on an overnight flight. Upon landing water fell to the floor in the galley. Once on the ground no flight attendants bothered to dry it up; despite them all giggling when it happened. Seemed quite unprofessional. Can’t say I’d be inclined to book with Norwegian again. The price may be enticing; but you get what you pay for."

As we landed 1.5 hours late, the captain and crew asked people who didn’t have a transfer flight to remain seated while those of us needing to make it to our next leg were allowed to deboard first. That was thoughtful and helped me make my train with 10 minutes to spare!"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally boarded, there was no crowd control, just everyone trying to squeeze into 2 checkin lines at once. My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it."

Ulemper: "Flight delayed without notice and seats given away. Family all seated separately and gate staff were markedly unconcerned even though we booked our flight and chose seats months in advance. This is our second time flying Norwegian and a second disappointing flight. The first time the entire flight was cancelled and the airline failed to get us to our destination (we had to book a separate flight ourselves and seek reimbursement—still waiting for it). The savings just isn’t worth the poor customer service. Returning to Delta and American. It was a mistake to switch to Norwegian. Lesson learned."

Ulemper: "Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work."
Fordeler: "At JFK departure was delayed about two and a half hours"
Ulemper: "I want to reimburse you at your company."
Fordeler: "The had a good selection of movies and the seats were very comfortable."
Ulemper: "During the flight the aircraft was really cold."
Fordeler: "Great leg room considering it's a short flight."

Fordeler: "I flew round trip from Oakland, CA to London. This is a budget airline. You pay for anything extra. That said, the airplane was new, spotless and comfortable. The toilets were clean and well stocked with paper products. ( I have experienced quite the opposite on more expensive flights.) The crew was efficient and responsive. The plane was on time and the flight was great. Given the $700 price reduction, I don't mind paying to check luggage or bringing my own food, water, blanket, pillow, ear phones, music, sleep mask and earplugs. If you want a snack, drink, coffee or water, it can be ordered for airport prices. The snacks looked better than the food they served."
Fordeler: "The planes were nice, the crew were friendly."
Ulemper: "The plane on inbound flight to London was overbooked by 51 seats. The crew did not see that I paid for a premium seat and after 3 hours of waiting at the checking counter I was the last person receive a seat on the plane and was downgraded to coach. My luggage was never put on the plane - although the crew promised they would assure my suitcase made it on. On the way back (LON - FTT) the airline did not have any headphones and did not have any snacks for purchase - obviously very poor planning for a cross-Atlantic flight. If they were unable to properly stock the plane prior to departure, they should have notified people waiting at the gate, so that the passengers would have the opportunity to purchase those items at the airport prior to departure."
