Fordeler: Crew was in a festive mood, the meal was unexpectedly delicious
Ulemper: Seats ok, but could be more comfy
Fordeler: Crew's hospitality, good music, good destination material, terminal info, good system overall
Ulemper: Less legroom, storage space, bad food, few movie options.
Fordeler: Lovely crew, very helpful
Fordeler: And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing

Ulemper: Uncomfortable seat but it’s only a 1 hour flight so not a big deal.
Fordeler: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.
Ulemper: Transfer point needs upgrade.
Fordeler: Smooth and faster than expected trip. I felt free to get up and walk around on this long flight. Food was good. I sat in seat with extra leg room for the first time and it was worth it
Ulemper: I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.
Fordeler: The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable.
Ulemper: Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy.
Fordeler: Seating is tight. The crew was great !
Ulemper: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.
Fordeler: Best airline in the business quick efficient and outstanding service What else can you say
Ulemper: I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable.
Ulemper: Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily.
