Fordeler: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!
Ulemper: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Ulemper: With 30 minutes left until we landed the airline decided to play on every single screen and at maximum volume a Thai tourism video. For 30 minutes this video played, the flight was only 1 hour 20 minutes. It’s the little annoyances like this can’t make an short trip irritating.
Ulemper: The headphone jack didn’t work so no entertainment system. 45 minute wait for luggage at SVO which is becoming much more common with Aeroflot. And it is their airport. They have control over this problem!

Fordeler: The crew was efficient. They seemed to care about the passengers' comfort. Also, even though the flight left late, they made up the time while in the air. They are the reason with I gave the excellent rating, despite some other misgivings.
Ulemper: Lufthansa food service seems to have been deteriorated somewhat over the recent past. Especially the snack before landing seems laden with mayo (plain bread might have been better!).
Fordeler: Good flight in a nice A380, I’m in the top floor on premium economy.

Ulemper: The boarding process was a mess with a long delay and change of gate. The flight was one hour late and we missed our connection. Because it was on a different airway
Fordeler: The flight attendant in our long flight, London to Hoiston, was extremely nice and took very good care of our section. The seats were not all that comfortable: you could feel there was minimal padding on mine and my partner's neck rest wouldn't stay up.
Ulemper: We were shocked to learn there were no outlets on the long flight from London to Houston. Luckily we had a power bank, otherwise our phones would've been dead.

On long haul international flights they will not even give you a glass of water, even when the plane broke down on runway and we sat in it for 4 hrs

Ulemper: Horrible rude counter people at checkin, using threats and yelling they insisted on checking handbag which caused an hour delay to retrieve. And during stopover did not have food, computer and other items in handbag. Highly do not reccomend airline
Ulemper: They lost our bags and we had to wait almost 2 hours to fill out the required bag forms.

Fordeler: Great airplane (787 Dreamliner), comfortable seats, lots of meals, free beer and wine. Great ticket price!
Ulemper: The cabin crew did not really understand english. When I asked something, it was clear that they didn't understand. I had to claim my checked bag and recheck it at every flight segment. No ability to select seats unless it was more than 72 hours before departure.
