Ulemper: Love Emirates - would fly it everywhere if I could!

Fordeler: I love Emirates airlines and I only registered once for diabedics food I always get it ,the service always consistent but could be better ,aiming for excellence

Ulemper: I think staff could do better ,I think Emirates should aim for excellence I think they still need more efforts to reach excellence ,for me Emirates is number one airline world wide

Fordeler: No complaints. Right from the airport staff to the crew in the plane all of them were amazing

Ulemper: Keep doing what you are doing.

Ulemper: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup

Fordeler: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)

Ulemper: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Ulemper: Seats in business are a little crowded and close together. opening to get in and out of seat is minimal

Ulemper: Crew was rude to passengers. One passenger asked for extra bread and crew arrogantly commented , we dont give but ok take one.

Fordeler: Crew was perfectly fine.

Ulemper: Departure time was delayed due to over crowding in Zurich airport. Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Ulemper: Entertainment system was old and with few choices

Ulemper: I was stranded in Dublin after being rerouted by Lufthansa and they were no help at all

Fordeler: A380 with extra legroom is great comfort

Ulemper: Connection at Frankfurt airport very poor We had to run for 15 minutes to get our Singapore flight with no assistance from Lufthansa

Ulemper: The entertainment monitors were SUPER laggy with response. Image quality wasn't great.

Ulemper: Boarding was slow but they had increased number of wheelchair clients. Not their fault but was a known so the process could have been started earlier.

Fordeler: The crew was good , funy , atentifly and kind.

Ulemper: Was ok.

Fordeler: The plane was comparatively clean

Ulemper: Staff need to be a little more genuine with their simles or just don’t give obvious fake ones.

Fordeler: Seat was very comfortable and lots of leg room. Food was good.

Fordeler: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !

Fordeler: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Ulemper: Traveling to Greece in off peak season.

Fordeler: One of the air steward was super friendly and nice. Few others were a little curt sans smiles.

Ulemper: Good leg room but seats are hard as rock.

Ulemper: THEY GAVE ME A BROKEN SEAT AND THEY GOT ANGRY AGAINST ME, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNSAFE

Fordeler: On board service and entertainment. The plane itself was clean and comfortable.

Ulemper: The check in process was slow and inefficient. One of our bags was routed on another flight (we’re still waiting for it). Ridiculous amount charged for chech in luggage for an international flight!

Fordeler: Paid for Business , got a minor economy service .

Ulemper: Almost no advantages for business ticket traveller

Ulemper: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Fordeler: Crew was solicitous.

Ulemper: They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat.

Fordeler: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Fordeler: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Ulemper: First we were told that we cannot be checked in for the flight because our luggage was not checked to Oakland. Therefore we cannot fly. This was unacceptable because all three flights were on the same ticket, plus we had 2,5 year old traveling with us

Fordeler: Pretty comfortable seats, nice to have blanket/pillow/eye mask/earplugs for overnight flight. Good entertainment choices.

Ulemper: Boarding was terrible - the terminal is overcrowded, and people are crammed at the bottom of an escalator which is extremely dangerous. We needed to take a bus to the plane which is very unusual for an international flight.

Ulemper: SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal.

Ulemper: The back of the plane was significantly warmer than the rest of the plane. Very little leg room.

Ulemper: Boarding cumbersome We left Dubai late and arrived Seattle late. It was a little g flight already and the extra seat time of the delay was difficult.

Fordeler: Seats were really comfortable, able to lean back further than most, with large screens and good entertainment options. Also liked that there were open areas on the plane that you could go stand up and stretch out for a while at.

Ulemper: About halfway through the flight the bathrooms definitely needed cleaned. By the end of the flight they were disgusting, with toilets and sinks clogged and no tissue. I'm really surprised Emirates allowed this to happen, because everything else was great.

Fordeler: Good check-in experience.

Ulemper: Entertainment Systems are old, low-resolution and difficult to view & operate compared to, say, A380 aircraft. Some did not work. Seats were cramped. One recliner was broken. Cabin crew smiled less. African legs should not have lower quality of equipment and service than other legs.
