I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Ulemper: "When dropping my bag at check in counter, the employee at the counter asked, somewhat intrusively, what the extra fee I paid was for. When I told her it was for the Al Mourjan lounge in Doha, her facial response and attitude came across as judgemental, and was not appropriate"
Fordeler: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Fordeler: "Attentive crew (Busines cabin was near empty). Highlights the deficit caused by large occupancy A380 Business cabin. A380 business cabin has been economy classed to within an inch of its life, too few crew and those that are on duty disorganised and stressed. 777 crew ratio was 3 crew to 1 pax :)"
Ulemper: "Engine noise. Boarding in Dubai was a farce as called to gate even though aircraft was severely delayed inbound. Surly lounge staff didn’t help. Business Class gate desk ‘closed’ even though staffed as person was busy on the phone. Weird 2 - 3 - 2 layout means window and centre seats have to clamber over reclined neighbours. Seat width better than A380 and also less tomb like when reclined to nearly flat bed."
Ulemper: "The connection in Dubai was horrible. The 30 minute bus ride is so ridiculous. It's very difficult to even find the Business Class Lounge. No greeters. No signage. Terrible service. Even pajamas are not provided in Business Class --- unlike on Qatar Airways."
Fordeler: "Assistance at Bangkok was excellent with no problems wheelchair all the way from flight to taxi. The assistance staff were employed by the airport and not Emerates which seemed to make a difference."
Ulemper: "On the whole everything was acceptable."
Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

Ulemper: "The boarding process was a bit confusing. It all seemed to happen really quickly. Suddenly it felt like everyone was allowed on the plane which confused me. But in hindsight, I think this was for the best because the boarding process was pretty speedy which impressed me."

Ulemper: "Too cold!!!! When asked for a blanket, crew members gave excuses to why blankets are not available; however, other passengers had multiple blankets. Due to the unorganization of the crew, I had to keep paging for attendent only to be forgotten again. Boarding was not controlled. Passengers gathered around boarding attendant which made getting through zones frustrating. For the amount of money paid, I was hoping for a much better flight."

They should be more responsible when it comes to timing. We were on the flight waiting for two hours!!!"
Ulemper: "Screen was not working to watch movies and only a sandwich was given as dinner. Also drinks choice was very limited"

Ulemper: "That there was nowhere at the Berlin airport that we were told to drop luggage at B25....all we saw was to board at A4 which is where we sat until it was time to board. Then they guy said I could not carry on my bag, I had done so coming to Berlin from SFO, so made no sense to me. So we had to dash to B 25 and then back to A4. The other thing, having an extremely painful back, there was nowhere for me to sit during the time of going through security etc. All caused stress and enormous pain."

Ulemper: "I was traveling with a group and wasn't able to be seated with my group for any of my flights including a 12 hour transatlantic flight. For whatever reason, I couldn't actually check in for my flight and select seats prior to arriving at the airport. This happened with each ticket I purchased through every other agency except for orbitz.com. Not sure if that was a Turkish Airlines issue or a kayak.com issue, but it was very frustrating. When we arrived at the airport, we could no longer be seated together because everyone else had already checked in online and selected their seats for an overbooked flight. One of my group members was issued a standby ticket and almost didn't get on one of the flights that we paid a lot of money for. I would call this travel experience subpar, but I don't entirely blame Turkish Airlines for this."
Ulemper: "Why does Turkish Air boarding always have to be so chaotic - pushing and shoving, etc. Why cant TK control their business class space - people from economy always coming up for bathrooms when there are plenty in the back....."
Fordeler: "I had a most pleasant experience flying from New York, NY to Kiev, Ukraine. Everything about the service was just right. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. From now on I will only fly Turkish Airlines when going to Kiev."

Fordeler: "Nice Crew except when they were not watching where they stepped. Smooth flight."
Ulemper: "I had a swollen and sprained ankle during the flight, I had it resting near the aisle to stretch and move to try and keep it from swelling further. Unfortunately, my injured ankle was kicked several times by a rushed crew member. It would be great if they could be a bit more mindful and watch where they are walking. Also, the breakfast before landing was spoiled when I discovered fungus in my butter after I had already eaten half of it."
Fordeler: "I enjoyed food and drinks"
Ulemper: "Very cold, I understand that is possible being in airplane a lot, my tv screen was not working and I asked a flight attended for help and was told, “we’ll fix it later.” 8 hours later the plane landed and did not get a chance to use the tv screen features. Should not have to ask again when i have been assured the problem will be handled by an attendant."
Ulemper: "4 good movies, regular water rounds, friendly staff, enough toilets"
Fordeler: "Airy plane. on time. Good service. Flight wasn't full"

Ulemper: "Ran a timy bit late but staff was all very nice."
Fordeler: "food was great. Flight staff was attentive, Flight was on time, and plane was clean. Awesome experience."
Ulemper: "It was completely out of the airline's control but we were very delayed due to bed weather in Frankfurt"
Fordeler: "Was great,on time,no issues,they send me the flight connection gate on my email.*****"
Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."
Fordeler: "This was my first time to fly Lufthansa, and I was very impressed! Great service, staff, meals, experience."
Ulemper: "I prefer boarding at the terminal; we had to take a shuttle to the plane a ways out in the lot, but it wasn't a big deal."
Fordeler: "Great staff"

Ulemper: "I missed my dlight from Chicago to Nashville because the flight was late"
Ulemper: "I was charged for my bags which it said on line bags were free . Seats didn't recline . We were charged for refreshments. This airline had nothing that I should write about ."
Fordeler: "Crew was great and helpful. Flight was half empty so it was comfortable."
Ulemper: "The plane was not very clean."
Fordeler: "Loved the crew, much, much better than any American airline. Food was better than any American airline. Pleasant flight."
Ulemper: "My flight arrived late, and I nearly missed my connecting flight."
Fordeler: "Everything was wonderful! Lufthansa is spot on from boarding, to in flight service to the moment you leave. They are helpful, friendly, fun and a wonderful crew where I know I'm in good hands!"
Ulemper: "The ticketing when purchasing a ticket from NEW YORK is very unclear and even though we wanted a JFK ticket, the NEW YORK search showed a ticket for NEWARK NJ so my step dad ended up going to the JFK airport - An elderly man who has trouble with English and no one was willing to help him to rebook his ticket. Not only that - the Lufthansa people VOIDED his entire ticket including the second leg because the agency wasn't picking up for a rebooking so the entire ticket cost was lost - $1200 - GONE! We couldn't even get him a one way ticket so he could use the return part of the one he bought. This is an absolute customer service disaster. This man lost all his money, he saves up all year to go see his family. That's an ugly way to take advantage of people."
Fordeler: "Not much"
Ulemper: "Delays and cancellations required me to go through security 4 times, deal with 4 different check in agents (at 3 different locations) and 2 international calls to Lufthansa customer support before being able to rebook my ticket. It took 3 hours to get rebooked, and just barely made it to the new flight. Lufthansa Agents at airport were rude, would often make me wait while they did other things, and then just tell me that they couldn't rebook me, and I needed to go to another line."
Fordeler: "First time for flying Lufthansa and I rate it higher than Emirates which was my favorite until now. Reasons? Number one, the crew. On top of every detail for a comfortable flight. Ten hours and I didn't sleep at all( never can sleep sitting up) and I think they came by with extra water and juices at least six times. Two hot meals of delicious food, superb snacks available near the galley, and comfortable seats with better than average legroom."
Ulemper: "Can't think of anything except the length of the flight which can't be helped."
Ulemper: "Gate distances were too far away and passport control in Munich is not organized"
Ulemper: "This airline has little respect for its customers. In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."
Fordeler: "Friendly crew."
Ulemper: "Food was tasteless"
Ulemper: "Seats are very uncomfortable. Body wants to slide forward."
Fordeler: "Even on such a short flight I got a sandwich. It was a salmon sandwich which I never had on any other flights. They usually serve cheese or ham or chicken in the Middle East. It was nice to have something different and nutritious."
Fordeler: "Crew inside the plane was lovely."
Ulemper: "Problems with the check-in online that made it impossible and cause that me and my partner had to seated not together. In the counters at the airport, we asked if it was possible a solution as I suffer with big anxiety and needed to be together my partner during the flight, and they answered us in an extremely rude way. Luckily we could change it with other passangers inside the plane by ourselves. Not a fault of Lufthansa but something that made the flight HORRIBLE was an extremelly smelly and very heavy guy seated next to me that used half of my seat and made me be really uncomfortable."
Fordeler: "The flight was on time. The boarding went smoothly."
Ulemper: "Armrest was broken on 1st flight making it difficult to get the tray table out."
Ulemper: "Waited for 5 hours, and then rerouted to Houston"
Fordeler: "The service"
Fordeler: "Consistency of service, even for economy class. On time departure. Early arrival, Teutonic punctuality. Well maintained aircraft. Super flight crew. Seemed friendlier than typical US carriers transcontinental service. Perhaps it was the free wine and beer, but seems as if everyone was relaxed and enjoyed the flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a little out of my normal sequence and the PA announcements were not so clear. All sorted it self out after a spell."

Ulemper: "This was the most narrow airplane seat I’ve ever experienced. So uncomfortable."
Fordeler: "Seat space a bit tight . I should have upgraded to more leg room . Next time!"
Ulemper: "I bought tickets thrue you for me two months ago Iit went well but on the last few days I also bought ticked for my brother and his wife and it was a disaster night mare for them bound for Montpellier too to attend a wedding the damn suitcase didn’t get to final destination it was at Orlando but got"
Ulemper: "Inflight was better than I expected. But needs upgrading air crafts."
Fordeler: "Service was great as usual. Food was very good and entertainment options were great so you won't have to be bored throughout the trip."
Ulemper: "Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Møre than 5 hrs delay"
Fordeler: "The crew was really friendly."
Ulemper: "There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful."
Fordeler: "Short flight and being able to escape from drunk belligerent Passenger on previous flight"
Ulemper: "Check in at Berlin was extremly slow. Staff was very unprofessional and not very friendly."
Ulemper: "Our lougage did not arrive"

Ulemper: "The connecting flight is too short of a time. We were late out of LAX and I missed my connection and had to sit in airport for 5 hours. Missed my grandson’s third birthday party. Just made me sad as Travelled from far to try to make it."

Ulemper: "No entertainment on board in business. Stale buns - staff unapologetic. Older 737 with uncomfortable seats."

Ulemper: "Crew is awful. Disrespectful desinterested in customers find themselves very important. No service mentality whatsoever. No respectful airline would hire such arrogant self centered personalities in a service role"
