Ulemper: "I am disappointed that Turkish Airlines has not responded to my request for a refund on taxes for this same flight that I did not use on February 19 because I was sick. Dhaka-Istanbul-Tirana-Istanbul-Chicago. They made me pay double what I paid for the entire round trip flight to move this flight 2 days later when I was well enough to fly. I have called and written several times and they have not responded. I have used Turkish Airlines for years and this is very disappointing, I am entitled to the airport taxes that I paid and did not use."

Ulemper: "there was no in-time update on information about flight gate. it changed 3 times. result is i missed my flight and next flight was offered at US$1200 for IST-KWI sector where total fare from Toronto - Kuwait was US$ 1000 staff at Transfer desk was not co-operative and Sales office was almost empty. only 2 person there to attend many stranded passengers. staff was very slow to work and no criteria to handle those need help on urgent basis. most of the staff do not speak English and very UNFRIENDLY"

Then I asked for the correct one and felt an attitude only then confirmed when I rang the attendant button it took them 18 minutes, yes, I counted to come to my seat. Then I asked for another drink. This lady was not as nice as the rest of the crew and I observed. I'm sorry but I'm flying 13 hours I will be asking for things."

Ulemper: "I didn't like anything! My seat was broken, didn't move , the seat arm was broken , TV screen was broken and the crew didn't have the curtesy to even bother to upgrade me to a better seat. Instead the dumped me to the second to the last seat all the way in the way which the seat didn't work either. I been on the broken seat with my neck braces around my neck on (due to a neck injury) for 11 hours and the crew didn't give a damn about me!!"
Fordeler: "Service from the flight attendants were fantastic. The food was delicious and the entertainment included plenty of movie options. I'm also glad that my bags were never lost throughout all of my flights this summer on Turkish Airlines."
Ulemper: "I know seats in the 777-300 recline but do not disrupt the next row's space. That was not the case on the Airbus A330-300. It would be nice if the same seats were on the Airbus aircraft I flew from Istanbul to Bangkok."
Fordeler: "There was a terrorist bombing in the IST airport the day before, but our flight still happened, with no evidence of destruction at Istanbul."
Ulemper: "There was a problem getting my "walker" upon arrival, but Turkish Airlines provided a wheelchair right to the baggage claim area. Very nice service!"

Typsik tursitklasse som på ethvert flyselskap; greit nok, liten plass, mat som forventet (ikke noe særlig) men turen gikk fint og uten overraskelser. KLM er alltid ok å reise med.

Fordeler: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."

Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Fordeler: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Ulemper: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Ulemper: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."

Ulemper: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Ulemper: "Taking off late caused me stress because I had transferring flight within less than two hours in transit originally. So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

We missed this connecting flight because of the very late arrival of the first flight. We’ve been stuck here in Munich for two days. Disgraceful!

Check in working effective. Kind cabin personnel . Not too note storage place inside for carry on luggage .

Fordeler: "The person sitting next to me in the aisle seat moved so I had a window seat and free access to the aisle so I could use the bathroom when I wanted which let me stay hydrated on the plane. This was great. Crew was overall pretty responsive and helpful. Never a line for bathroom"

Fordeler: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

Ulemper: "The boarding was rather slow (but not extremely so). Calling boarding by row ranges, like some other airlines do, may speed it up or make it more comfortable. The seats were not too comfortable, but within what one can expect for an Economy class --- and not too bad, either."

Fordeler: "There was no communication between aircrew and gate for transfers. There is a new additional check between gates and no passenger was informed. This security check was over an hour long. The flight was not held for me and other passengers and when we arrived at the gate they were oblivious of the fact that we had been held up in what seemed to be a Km long security line."

Ulemper: "screaming and kicking child behind my seat, with no way to "escape". I had a severe cold and that was certainly not something I needed, I tried to get some rest, but that was impossible. The seats are getting smaller and smaller, hardly any legroom whatsoever. Also, what I had planned on bringing on the aircraft as carry on (which was my work equipment, tablet/printer etc), I had to check in as luggage because it was "overweight" meaning more than 8 kg and pay ADDITIONAL $200 (in addition to the $100 I already paid for one suitcase). I've seen many passengers with "heavy" carry on, which they were apparently allowed to bring into the cabin without any problems. I had never had to pay for any carry on, and I am seriously considering using another airline for future business travel."

Fordeler: "Everything about this flight was amazing. The food was fantastic, the service was better, and my comfort was always at maximum. This company makes all American domestic companies pale in comparison."
Ulemper: "The food was not good."
Ulemper: "The quality of food was pitiful, not to say gross, in the economy class. I'm comparing Lufthansa to other European airlines and to what Lufthansa used to be. Alcohol was of the most basic quality. Yes, I know, it was economy class, but it's gone down. Entertainment was hardly better. No new movies and the variety of what was available was poor. Lastly, the choice of seats in the tail (of 747-8) was poor judgment on my part. We were being wagged like fleas on the dog's tail. The only good part was that due to the narrowing of the plane we had two seats and no neighbor to jump over, plus extra room between the window seat and the window. The end of highlights. Can't help but compare every airline to Turkish airlines, where even in the economy class they make you feel like royalty. These people know how to do hospitality and make you want to come to their country."
Fordeler: "Comfortable and clean. Staff was kind and helpful."
Ulemper: "The food wasn't good. The pasta was soggy and the bread was hard and stale."
Fordeler: "After 4 hours of sitting on Tarmac and in lounge, they finally told us that the flight was cancelled. Better safe than sorry. Hotel, dinner...."
Ulemper: "7 hours of uncertainty. Having to re check in at midnight after the airport ordeal. Mixed messages about check in, baggage location, 400 people all showing up at once this morning to check in, having not been able to print boarding passes."
Ulemper: "Seats are very uncomfortable. Body wants to slide forward."
Fordeler: "The crew was friendlier. the plane was way cleaner than the previous one. The food was more decent."
Ulemper: "The crew wasn't too willing to help with the carry-on baggage, for example - I kept looking for a while for an available spot to deposit mine."
Ulemper: "Checking was slow at IAD and flight got delayed in Abu Dhabi and there was not good communication on delay."
Fordeler: "Picked me up from home in a Mercedes! Great, efficient service"

Fordeler: "they are quiet but not as roomy as i hoped. The food was okay.prices in Abu dhabi are extortionate though for a 5 hr stop."
Ulemper: "The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights"
Fordeler: "The flight attendants were mostly attentive to my needs not like a larger carrier. They were also very attractive . The boarding process was not all that bad and they waited for a flight that was coming in late verses just leaving the people stranded that was good as well."
Ulemper: "I ended up with a center center seat squished in like sardines. There was little to no comfort. Next time I'll pay for a upgraded seat or just fly another airlines. I'll probably never fly this airlines economy again."
Fordeler: "Everything, the staff were very friendly and helpful, food, flight and boarding was excellent"

Ulemper: "Since we boarded so early and the process was long, I was lulled into a false happiness that I had a row to myself that ended up being filled at the last second before the doors closed."
Fordeler: "Plenty of spare seating. Cabin staff and crew very helpful."
Ulemper: "Entertainment was dreadful more than 50pc not working. Flight tracker not working. Back of end rear cabin seats some were loose. Dreading return legs of trip."

Fordeler: "They never cared about non-muslim passenger as the flight is full of muslim passengers."

Fordeler: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."
Fordeler: "It was a smooth flight."
Ulemper: "No entertainment but only slightly over 1:30 so it wasnt that bad. Someone stole my cell phone and Vapor between Manila and Kuwait after my hand carry bag was checked in."

Ulemper: "Unorganized lines for check in at JFK airport. Wheelchair was not provided, though it was requested before a month. Customer service rep didn’t try to call for a wheelchair."

Ulemper: "They only had two choices of food: either vegetarian or chicken. The number of dishes were small as well. The “salad” was horrible."

Fordeler: "Good selection of movies and live TV. Ample leg room. Boarding is not as per zones. Announcements and directions at the gate are not very clear nor loud."
Ulemper: "They don't offer choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals. They just hand you whatever is on the cart. Crew appears to be very defensive."
Fordeler: "The whole ambiance and atmosphere"

Ulemper: "Only 1 of the menus was available (lamb) since they run out of chicken and pasta when over half of the passengers where already to be served Crew needs to smile"

Ulemper: "Waiting at Abudhabi before boarding in the passage lobby especially night time in hang over is disgusting. There should be sitting arrangement at least."
Fordeler: "Crew, were the best I've had on Etihad flights. The (only) male flight attendant in Business Class went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble."
Ulemper: "Old seats, massage function not great, poor storage solutions and small toilets."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed and the next connecting flight was missed"
Fordeler: "The crew was lovely and the food fitted our needs ."
Ulemper: "The only downside was that when I received my bag after my arrival to Dhaka my luggage was obviously opened and tape back up and I was missing a lot of things in my luggage . It was very upsetting because that has never happened to me before nor did I expect something like that to happen."
Fordeler: "All crew members were 5 star and so friendly! They checked many times on everyone, coming along with water often."
Ulemper: "The attendant who checked me at Delhi airport informed that the flight to Abu Dbabi to Istanbul was a full flight and therefore the only option was to have a seat in the middle. However, near the end of my flight I went to the bathroom and noticed there were MANY open seats with more than a handful of people that had a whole row to themselves. I wonder where she got her information because what she shared with me was totally false and I am totally appaled. very old on flight - dress warm!"
Ulemper: "They didnt provide me Accomodation with the fact that I had more than 12 hours transit"
Fordeler: "Good value for money. Everything was fine."
Fordeler: "The female crew was very unattentive. Even raising my hand and calling them, those female crew keep walking."
Ulemper: "The food was not good . I am planning to continue flights booking with Ethihad- hopefully I will select a window seat on the 2 seat rows and will select other king of vegetarian food."

Ulemper: "Etihad would not put me on an early flight despite having free seats on the plane. As a result of which I had a 7.5hour layover in Abu Dhabi. If they had moved me to the earlier flight, it would have left a lasting impression on me. I am looking to join a new loyalty program (from Lufthansa) and this gesture could have gone a long way."
Fordeler: "Travel bag (with toothpaste, socks, etc) was given."
Ulemper: "2. Food choices from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok was Szechwan (spicy chicken), Indian (fish), or vegetarian pasta; no international or Thai food. 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."
Fordeler: "I really loved the blanket,socks and all the other accesories they provided on board!"
Fordeler: "Sichuan Chicken was the best airline food i have ever eaten in an airline. it was quite impressive. Might be too spicy for a lot of people but i love it. I would advise that you add "spicy" next to the name for those who can't handle spicy food."
Ulemper: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."

Ulemper: "Think improving better service in rest room Long flight - magazines on demand to suit each national - no idea about its practicability"
