Ulemper: "Boarding - No announcement regarding boarding, people were unsure when boarding would commence and reason for the delay. Comfort- it was very hot, as temperature control is activated by staff; I asked staff to turn on air conditioning in my area as it was very hot and stuffy, but it was still hot and fairly uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "I’m not fussy about food, but the menu today was about as uninspiring as they come. Along with polite but perfunctory service and a seat that is nothing better than premium economy, I don’t know how they can get away with calling their business class product, Business Class!"

Ulemper: "We arrived plenty early at terminal 2 like the confirmation said. Only to find that over night they changed departures to terminal 3. No signs. No one there to give instructions. Just a security guy saying “take sky train “. We had plenty of time so it was more annoying than anything. So we arrive at the gate and the are having a party to inaugurate the new gate and terminal. I’m glad they celebrated. Haha. Got to laugh. The big crowd at the celebration were passengers who were delayed bordering so they could have a celebration. Part of the adventure."

Ulemper: "The stewardesses, for the most part were rude, almost because they were lazy. I had one get pissed because I asked for oolong tea when she was offering coffee or hot tea. Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"
Ulemper: "Our itinerary did not show that we had to transit in Chiangmai. It came as a surprise when we checked in at the airport. That was very misleading. We had to remove our hand luggage at each stop."
Ulemper: "Waited for at the domestic check in for 40 minutes only to be told to check in at int terminal!! Absolutely ridiculous set up!!"

Ulemper: "I waited in line for 90 minutes to check my bag. Pace of that line moved extremely slowly. I fly frequently. Other airlines are more efficient. Delay 45 Min. in taking off. Delay upon arrival as we waited for what must have been 30-45 min for a people transporter to take us to our gate. I was at the back of the plane and I swear it seemed like they only had one bus making the (long) journey back and forth. All told I arrived over two hours late to my destination for reasons that are likely poor business design. Not a great experience."

Also was llucky on the flight down to HKt was on a brand new Dreamliner, I think they were testing. Wow! Multi coloured calming lighting and no window blinds ! 5heh work electinically like polarised glasses! What next! Highly recommend Thai Air for business class."

When you are not one of them it feels really annoying feeling you are under surveillance. Have taken this flight many times, but this will definitely be my last."
Fordeler: "The entertainment collection is good although I was working and did not watch it. There was no wifi offer on the flight. I am happy to pay but there is none. There are a lot of toilet stalls which is the best thing about this flight. I guess the compliment goes to the engineer or designer who decide this Boeing then."
Ulemper: "I found the airline has a double standard and treats people with different races differently. I am Thai and was travelling with two seniors (my parents). We checked in together but they put me in another row when the same row with my parents are vacant (two seats left). My mother seat's was an aisle seat and the air condition was stronger than other seats. The flight attendance did not do anything so my father switched his seat with hers. No one came to ask if my mother still feel cold or if my father ever feel anything. There was another Westerner who also felt cold. The flight attendance came to ask him several times how he felt and was trying very hard to accommodate him with great empathy. Then the person who sat next to me could not decide what she would like to have for dinner. There were pork and chicken option. The lady chose pork at first, opened the cover, closed it and returned it to the flight attendance asking for chicken option. The flight attendance gave the opened dish to my father. I did not tell my father and I felt very bad. I think the lady next to me was disgusting, the flight attendance was disgusting and ill responsible to the customer's well being. I think this is a very poor professional ethic. It was raining when we landed and we needed to take a shuttle to the gate. A perfect flying experience after a long trip!!! I fly long distance quite often but rarely chose Thai Airway. Every time I fly with Thai Airway, there will be something that makes me feel horrible to be born as a Thai. This will be my last time flying with Thai Airway. TG 665 Shanghai - Bangkok Seat 31 B and C please do not show any option for Thai Airway the next time I search for a flight!!!"
Our flight to Frankfurt arrived late, and the flight to Slovenia left early so we missed the connection. We waited for over 6 hours and still only have a slight chance of making the flight the next day at 9am because we have standby tickets.
Førts flyen blir 20 minutter forsinket . Etterpå når vi sitte i flyen og skule fly hadde mye bråk som vi visste har teknisk problem . Så etterpå vi måte og sitte i flyen og venter cirka 2 timer . Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . My Lufthansa flight morphed into a United Airlines, which was very confusing, since everything I did on the Lufthansa site was ignored by United.

It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

No babes the entire time I was in Germany. Arrived in Mumbai after paying the $350 US change fee and no bags. Bags finally arrived on Monday at 9AM Without clothes, toiletries and medications for 6 nights. Now I am delayed and will probably have to pay rebuke and fare change to extend my stay here."

Ulemper: "screaming and kicking child behind my seat, with no way to "escape". I had a severe cold and that was certainly not something I needed, I tried to get some rest, but that was impossible. The seats are getting smaller and smaller, hardly any legroom whatsoever. Also, what I had planned on bringing on the aircraft as carry on (which was my work equipment, tablet/printer etc), I had to check in as luggage because it was "overweight" meaning more than 8 kg and pay ADDITIONAL $200 (in addition to the $100 I already paid for one suitcase). I've seen many passengers with "heavy" carry on, which they were apparently allowed to bring into the cabin without any problems. I had never had to pay for any carry on, and I am seriously considering using another airline for future business travel."

Ulemper: "The quality of food was pitiful, not to say gross, in the economy class. I'm comparing Lufthansa to other European airlines and to what Lufthansa used to be. Alcohol was of the most basic quality. Yes, I know, it was economy class, but it's gone down. Entertainment was hardly better. No new movies and the variety of what was available was poor. Lastly, the choice of seats in the tail (of 747-8) was poor judgment on my part. We were being wagged like fleas on the dog's tail. The only good part was that due to the narrowing of the plane we had two seats and no neighbor to jump over, plus extra room between the window seat and the window. The end of highlights. Can't help but compare every airline to Turkish airlines, where even in the economy class they make you feel like royalty. These people know how to do hospitality and make you want to come to their country."

Luckily we could change it with other passangers inside the plane by ourselves. Not a fault of Lufthansa but something that made the flight HORRIBLE was an extremelly smelly and very heavy guy seated next to me that used half of my seat and made me be really uncomfortable."

It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke.
Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

Ulemper: "Cabin was very cold. Not enough legroom compared to orher international carriers. Male flight attendant kept bumping into my husband sitting in aisle seat so he unable to get any sleep. We tried upgrading to business but Delta said we had to contact Air France in Detroit. When thrre, the gentleman on ground crew was actually rude when I asked about it. He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"
Fordeler: "From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!"
Ulemper: "I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic."
Fordeler: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."
Ulemper: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"
Fordeler: "I liked the crew, they were professional and tried their best"
Ulemper: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."
Fordeler: "Boarding for BUsiness class was fine. Seating was cramped."
Ulemper: "As I said in my rating, seating was cramped. Food was mediocre. Crew was pleasant."

Ulemper: "Flight was 1/2hr with poor pre-flight communication on the topic. Food wise, the chocolate cookie was better than nothing...but a little savory snack would have been nice."

Fordeler: "In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy."
Ulemper: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Ulemper: "Too much of hassle checking in as the airlines partners with a couple of other airlines like Jet Airways, WestJet & Aircanada. The food was just okay and the cabin crew refused to serve extra butter. When you are serving extra bread, make sure you serve the butter as well. How could someone eat bread by itself?"
Fordeler: "Whenever I travel air France I get a reminder of what customer service looks like on a flight. Incredible crew, great experience"

Ulemper: "Air France lost my luggage and they can't find it in the computer system."
Ulemper: "Business Passngers have to wait in the same bus to board the flight what is the point then...."
Fordeler: "No issues, quick trip, friendly staff, comfortable ride..."
Ulemper: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

Fordeler: "Good entertainment selection, and staff all very friendly. Food was pretty mediocre - main course was nice but the breakfast especially left a lot to be desired."
Fordeler: "Seats were comfortable, but the sliding action, instead of recline, took getting used to. Food was very good. Snacks available on demand, along with drinks. Complimentary wine with meal was also quite good. Entertainment system was first rate with plenty of options for TV. movies, music, games, etc..."
Ulemper: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."

Ulemper: "My entertainment system did not work for the whole 8 hours. Seats were uncomfortable. The lights above the seats broken."
Fordeler: "The service & food were excellent! Outstanding. Boarding was efficient, crew was polite & helpful. I've never utilized such high-tech entertainment. It was great to be able to select movies, tv, music etc. whenever I was ready."
Ulemper: "Can't think of anything."
Ulemper: "To many announcements on a overnight flight."

Ulemper: "The plane was so old, it's like they bought it at a junk yard. The seats were falling apart and were very uncomfortable. Entertainment system is the same age as a VCR. Food was so bad I actually threw up (first time for me ever; I can eat pretty much anything and no problems). Given other compatibility priced options, I won't fly AirFrance again."
Checkin receptionist people could have served better to customers. They won't care about customers . They think that their job is permanent. Service given while checkin process was very bad. Fire them from job

Fordeler: "they are quiet but not as roomy as i hoped. The food was okay.prices in Abu dhabi are extortionate though for a 5 hr stop."
Ulemper: "The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights"
Fordeler: "The flight attendants were mostly attentive to my needs not like a larger carrier. They were also very attractive . The boarding process was not all that bad and they waited for a flight that was coming in late verses just leaving the people stranded that was good as well."
Ulemper: "I ended up with a center center seat squished in like sardines. There was little to no comfort. Next time I'll pay for a upgraded seat or just fly another airlines. I'll probably never fly this airlines economy again."

Fordeler: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."

Ulemper: "The only downside was that when I received my bag after my arrival to Dhaka my luggage was obviously opened and tape back up and I was missing a lot of things in my luggage . It was very upsetting because that has never happened to me before nor did I expect something like that to happen."
Fordeler: "All crew members were 5 star and so friendly! They checked many times on everyone, coming along with water often."
Ulemper: "The attendant who checked me at Delhi airport informed that the flight to Abu Dbabi to Istanbul was a full flight and therefore the only option was to have a seat in the middle. However, near the end of my flight I went to the bathroom and noticed there were MANY open seats with more than a handful of people that had a whole row to themselves. I wonder where she got her information because what she shared with me was totally false and I am totally appaled. very old on flight - dress warm!"
Ulemper: "They didnt provide me Accomodation with the fact that I had more than 12 hours transit"
Fordeler: "Good value for money. Everything was fine."

Ulemper: "The food was not good . I am planning to continue flights booking with Ethihad- hopefully I will select a window seat on the 2 seat rows and will select other king of vegetarian food."

Ulemper: "Etihad would not put me on an early flight despite having free seats on the plane. As a result of which I had a 7.5hour layover in Abu Dhabi. If they had moved me to the earlier flight, it would have left a lasting impression on me. I am looking to join a new loyalty program (from Lufthansa) and this gesture could have gone a long way."
Fordeler: "Travel bag (with toothpaste, socks, etc) was given."
Ulemper: "2. Food choices from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok was Szechwan (spicy chicken), Indian (fish), or vegetarian pasta; no international or Thai food. 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."
Fordeler: "I really loved the blanket,socks and all the other accesories they provided on board!"
Fordeler: "Sichuan Chicken was the best airline food i have ever eaten in an airline. it was quite impressive. Might be too spicy for a lot of people but i love it. I would advise that you add "spicy" next to the name for those who can't handle spicy food."
Ulemper: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."
