Thai Air staff always excellent and even on this 70 min flight they serve a hot Thai meal rather than cop out with sarnies. Also was llucky on the flight down to HKt was on a brand new Dreamliner, I think they were testing. Wow! Multi coloured calming lighting and no window blinds ! 5heh work electinically like polarised glasses! What next! Highly recommend Thai Air for business class."

Ulemper: "flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do."

Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little."

Ulemper: "I will never forget Turkish airlines again. They stole our money. We were at our flight on time but they wouldn't let us board. They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month."

Ulemper: "The boarding process was a pain in the butt. Even though my boyfriend and I did a pre- check-in online the day before. We still had to wait over an hour to check our one piece of luggage and wait to be checked in and get the boarding pass. Even though the site says we have the option to print out the boarding pass or show the code on our phone, we still had to deal with all the hassle. The plane was smelly until we were about to take off. The first meal on our way back from Istanbul was awful. The omelette was greasy, overly cheesy and bland. Same goes for the spinach pastry in the same tray. On the flights to Cairo, there was not enough drinks served. I only had one beverage offered to me. I was bypassed when they were serving the coffee/ tea. Also, the timeliness with serving drink was bad... I waited about 4 hours before getting my first beverage on the flight home."
Fordeler: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."
Ulemper: "The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine."

Fordeler: "I didn’t like anything. Or maybe the only thing I liked is getting to my destination so I don’t have to be flown by that terrible airline anymore."
Ulemper: "The fact that Turkish airline clearly is too stingy to take proper care of their passengers. You don’t provide accommodation when people get a stopover which is disgusting considering it is an airline that is supposed to represent a developed country. This cancels out anything you feel is a plus about the airline. This needs to be sorted out."
Ulemper: "I have a trip from Manchester to Riyadh and I have a stop in Istanbul. Manchester plane was delayed one hour, no problem, but I arrived in Istanbul at the right time and the gate was open I gave them my ticket. They told me that the sestem moved your seat to the second plane but now the plane is open. ? I waited 6 hours at Ataturk airport and had a working meeting I could not attend"

We received confirmation that the wheelchair will be at the gate in Istanbul - but it was sent through to Houston, leaving my husband without a wheelchair during our layover in Istanbul."

This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"
Fordeler: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"
Fordeler: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"
Ulemper: "Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink."

Fordeler: "The shorter flight to Zurich was on a smaller plane than the overseas one, but I'm not sure what model. It seemed about average for comfort; overhead bins held my backpack easily, while I find many older planes do not. Coffee or soda was free, everything else was for sale. Attendants on this flight were very busy and very friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. My check-through luggage arrived intact. Overall a good experience on a two-hour journey. Plane arrived about 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which is always a plus."

Boarding was delayed for no reason. Bags took (no exaggeration) about 1.5 hours to come. And it is a hot mess with no carts"

Ulemper: "The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights"
Ulemper: "The main meal was ok but that was it. If you can't do food to a standard them dint do it at all. A piece of fruit would have been better"

Ulemper: "Window seat is quite cramped and I am not sure why I had to pay to choose a seat before this flight but not for my previous flight to Singapore which resulted in me getting one of the last seats available which was a pretty cramped window seat. Also too many repetitive announcements"

Ulemper: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Ulemper: "Not able to check in on line. Had to queue for 50 minutes at the check in desk. The passport control was almost as bad . I arrived at the airport 1 hour and 45 minutes before departure. By the time I had check in and pass through passport control and security it was just 20 minutes until flight departure time"
Fordeler: "Travelled in Airbus 380 for the firstvtime and I was impressed by size of the plane and comfort in economy class. Enough of leg space to bend my leg and avoid bad blood circulation. Overall comfortable flight."
Ulemper: "Again I found behaviour of few Crew Members a bit rute for instance i asked hor headphone from one of the attendant and she immediately told me that it cannot be missing as she put the headphone there by herself making me feel like as if i stole the headphones. I was bit speechless though i really wanted to reply to her but it would have been rude. Second thing I did not like about flight was foir serving. In our over 7 hour flight, we were just served breakfast in the morning just 2 hours before landing. Its not healthy to keep customers hungry what if the customer is diabetic. Airline need to understand that up in the sky we are dependent on them for our basic needs and it should be respected."
Fordeler: "Clean aircrafts, average leg space and nothing less in services then what you get from other airlines as well."
Ulemper: "I found crew members bit rude to few customers. Crew members need bit more training in handling pressure on the flight. Also i noticed biased approach of crew members towards customer in comparison to the well dressed and not so well dressed customers."
Fordeler: "The staff were great and very nice and helpful. It was very quiet in business class and we enjoyed that as economy was really crowded. The business class lounge was nice but needs a quiet area where people who have long layovers (like us) can lay down and have a darkened room for a bit of rest."
Ulemper: "The seat I was in was very hard and definitely needs more padding. My but was killing me during the flight but the cabin crew helped me by gin I got me 2blankets to fold up and sit on. The pillows are way too big and hard. I recommend paring them down the size they currently are. I was in seat 7-E. The business class bus was last to come so we waited for a long time to get to the plane. Most of economy was boarded before us. But not really a big problem as we did get on the plane with no problem."

Fordeler: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."

Ulemper: "I don’t recall there being an announcement to say that the flight was boarding, only the screen in the waiting area saying so."
Fordeler: "The flight was very quiet so I was able to lie down and get a good rest - I know this isn’t possible on every flight but it made the long flight a lot more comfortable. All of the crew members were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and tasty (lamb curry I think it was) - best plane food that I’ve ever had. Good choice of new movies too."

Ulemper: "I must admit that the food choices is not great. You are catering to international crowd not only emaratis. In general the planes are good, but the smaller older ones are not that comfortable. The older 777 configuration is very uncomfortable, comparing to the 787. When you need to slitly recline, there is no need for the whole chair to come forward in attempt to creat a bed for you. These are little things that need to be addressed when purchasing planes."
