Ulemper: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Ulemper: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."
Ulemper: "Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough."

Ulemper: "I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it."
Fordeler: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Ulemper: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Ulemper: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Ulemper: "Despised the cold temperature and cold draft in world business even with all vents shut off...gave me a head cold. Boarding was disorganized. There was no sense of direction; ergo, everyone was jumping in."

Ulemper: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."
Fordeler: "Boarding was as expected, crew & food were ok. Nothing else positive to extract out of this flight."
Ulemper: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."
Fordeler: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Ulemper: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Ulemper: "The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been."

Ulemper: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Ulemper: "Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight."

Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."
Ulemper: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Fordeler: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Ulemper: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Ulemper: "The in flight internet should be of better value for business travelers. Emirates offers full flight connection for business and first class."
Ulemper: "The plane (A330) was parked at outer parking position away from the terminal building. They kept us waiting inside the bus for almost 30min with barely working AC at 40+ degC. Once the bus arrived to the plane embarking was done via roofless staircase."

Ulemper: "NY ground operations were pathetic. We were delayed 1 hour due to transfer baggage loading and people not taking their seats rather clogging the aisles... Sydney connection folk le were panicking but flight crew made up 30 minutes"

Ulemper: "Window seat is quite cramped and I am not sure why I had to pay to choose a seat before this flight but not for my previous flight to Singapore which resulted in me getting one of the last seats available which was a pretty cramped window seat. Also too many repetitive announcements"

Fordeler: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."

Ulemper: "They only had two choices of food: either vegetarian or chicken. The number of dishes were small as well. The “salad” was horrible."
Ulemper: "After I had run from one end of the airport to the other to go through customs and catch my connecting flight and boarded with 15 minutes to spare, I was pulled off by one of your officials and was not given a reason as to why. The flight attendants were talking about sweeping any areas of the plane that I had been in. It was when we had almost reached customs that I was informed that another passenger who was stuck in Customs had mentioned my name and that is why I was pulled off. So, I was treated like a criminal and questioned and threatened by the customs official who went and searched my belongings to see if I'm lying about what I brought with me. They then tried to get me to fly with the other passenger just because we knew each other, even though I clearly and repeatedly told them I am not traveling with that person. I suppose this isn't all Etihad's fault, but if you are pulling passengers off of your plane, don't ignore their questions and treat them like criminals. Also, when I got back on, the filght attendants were unsympathetic about my situation and smiled it off. It ruined my whole flying experience. Also, the buttons to adjust A/C and call flight attendants was really high up and hard to reach for a petite woman."

Ulemper: "Poor service this time. Been with Etihad many times, always been 1st class service. This time was poor. Came round once with food and drinks, followed by coffee later...not the usual standard."

Fordeler: "On our entire journey this leg had the friendliest crew. Surprisingly the A380 journeys had seats more cramped with poorer recline than this aircraft."
Ulemper: "The food definitely needs to improve. It is slipping back to the cliched term of 'airline food' Albeit extremely courteous and caring the crew seemed overwhelmed and understaffed for there were delays in providing drinks or a blanket (although they profusely apologised)"

Ulemper: "The crew in the business class, were NOT up to the standards. Whenever I ask about something, they say ... I will come back, Yes they come, but after a while. When serving the food, they gave me the main course, without bringing the salad or appetizer, they didn't ask to bring or not, and I thought that it goes without mentioning to bring them. After finishing the main course, she asked if I finished, so I said yes, she took the whole tray, without asking or bringing the desert, which is again strange. before landing , I wanted to take a medicine, so asked for water, but they said to me we started to descent, and they didn't bring me water except after saying I needed this for taking medicine"
Fordeler: "Beware of the etihad airport crew at Abu Dhabi. They are extremely inept. The gate agent lost my ID card needed to gain entry into a third country. Not only I had to miss my connecting fight from Abu Dhabi, was never put on another flight, but etihad also cancelled my return portion of the ticket all due to a mistake by their gate agent."
Ulemper: "Beware of the etihad airport crew at Abu Dhabi. They are extremely inept. The gate agent lost my ID card needed to gain entry into a third country. Not only I had to miss my connecting fight from Abu Dhabi, was never put on another flight, but etihad also cancelled my return portion of the ticket all due to a mistake by their gate agent."
Ulemper: "They didnt provide me Accomodation with the fact that I had more than 12 hours transit"
Fordeler: "The food and crew was good"
Ulemper: "Same Boeing 777 being used for several years now Seats were very uncomfortable . I advice ettihad should use A380 for these 14 hour flights for more comfortable experience of the passengers."

Fordeler: "It was a good experience with Etihad airlines, comfortable and ambience."
Ulemper: "Food provided is not at all good. Very very poor."
Fordeler: "Both ways not consistent in time When flight delayed in Abu Dhabi they treat you like Specially Etihad airways service is very poor. . Never again"
Fordeler: "Sichuan Chicken was the best airline food i have ever eaten in an airline. it was quite impressive. Might be too spicy for a lot of people but i love it. I would advise that you add "spicy" next to the name for those who can't handle spicy food."
Ulemper: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."

Fordeler: "Crew are nice and friendly with huge smiles on their faces. They are happy crew and make their clients happy pessengers. Great service :) We will fly with Etihad again."

Ulemper: "Major first flight to Abu Dhabi has been canceled. That took place around 5 hours. Then the whole journey has been rebooked and I reached the final destination after 10 hours of the previous schedule with lost baggage."
Fordeler: "It was Kenya airways flight that was to depart at 625pm but due to overbooking it my dad's flight left at 930pm"
Ulemper: "The food plan could have been a little better. I was told they ran out of vegeterian food and then was given vegeterian food."
