Ulemper: "Why does Turkish Air boarding always have to be so chaotic - pushing and shoving, etc. Why cant TK control their business class space - people from economy always coming up for bathrooms when there are plenty in the back....."

Ulemper: "This is our second experience of flights being cancelled via Turkish Airlines. Very disappointing customer care when flights get cancelled. Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."

Ulemper: "Had a nine hours layover and I couldn't even entre the Turkish airlines lounge. The airport in Istanbul also had terrible wifi connection. I would not fly this route again"

Ulemper: "My first flight was changed. Only one email was send about that change. It got lost in some other emails so I didn't see it. But I did not receive any other update or reminder. So I had figure out how to change all of my flights from there to Kansas in the States. All with bad internet service and unhelpful costomer service. And having to deal with two unexpected long layovers. All that to say, sending periodic emails is important especially if the flight had been changed."

Ulemper: "I know seats in the 777-300 recline but do not disrupt the next row's space. That was not the case on the Airbus A330-300. It would be nice if the same seats were on the Airbus aircraft I flew from Istanbul to Bangkok."

Ulemper: "The flight boards in Istanbul had two flights leaving for Cairo at the exact same time but at two different gates far from each other. This caused massive confusion and I ended up running around the airport to get to my gate. Also there should not have been a second flight listed on the boards because there was no second flight. Very frustrating..."

Ulemper: "Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!"
Fordeler: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Ulemper: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."

Ulemper: "My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick"

Ulemper: "Im tall and couldn’t affort the better spaced seats so I was pretty cramped on most flights and I paid over $200 to even get those, just so my wife and I could sit together."

Ulemper: "My checkedin baggage did not reach the final destination and was delayed by 24 hours. Further, when my baggage did reach, one suitcase was damaged. Did not expect this from Luftansa."
Fordeler: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

The plane was about 30 minutes late which was nice because it took a while to get off our Munich flight, find our new gate and we ended up nearly running to the gate."
Ulemper: "I, again, didn't like walking down 3 flights of stairs, getting a crowded bus to take us to the plane. We are used to using a jetway to the plane. I realize that European airports are busier than American airports though."

Ulemper: "Business class is a rip off. They are economy class seats. They don't recline. No entertainment whatsoever!! Horrible experience."

Ulemper: "Not only was the flight delayed, but there was confusion at the gate for boarding of even first or business class. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!"

Ulemper: "It took me 25 hours to get back home, multiple flights, lost luggage, and overall a disaster of a trip home. I was supposed to arrive in DFW at 2:15 p.m. and did not arrive until almost 2:00 a.m. My luggage came to a different terminal and did not arrive with me. In the end everything was okay but it was not a pleasant trip"

Ulemper: "Connecting flight to MUC was cancelled without notification, this was corrected too late to get me a different flight from ATH to MUC. So then I had to miss MUC to LAX. Instead i was transferred to an Airfrance flight 12 hours later."
Fordeler: "I am a little bit disappointed with Entertainment for this flight. No update movies, more of them classic or old. Boarding are was not clean and crowded"

Ulemper: "The lady who are the weighing baggage in Lagos is very rude and need to be removed and others that pass instructions to her. The same baggage I brought from US is the same weight but hostile to removed down all my clothes. The weight used in Nigeria is not acceptable to many people and it can make passenger run from them"
Ulemper: "It was not Lufthansa but United Irlines. I wish it was Lufthansa."

Ulemper: "Problems with the check-in online that made it impossible and cause that me and my partner had to seated not together. In the counters at the airport, we asked if it was possible a solution as I suffer with big anxiety and needed to be together my partner during the flight, and they answered us in an extremely rude way. Luckily we could change it with other passangers inside the plane by ourselves. Not a fault of Lufthansa but something that made the flight HORRIBLE was an extremelly smelly and very heavy guy seated next to me that used half of my seat and made me be really uncomfortable."
Fordeler: "comfortable seats, i like that the entire seat reclines, not just the seat back, and the TV screens can be adjusted when the person in front moves their seat. i like that water was offered several times during the flight, not just during regular drink times. the food was delicious and filling"

Ulemper: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."

KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Fordeler: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Ulemper: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Ulemper: "The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights"

Ulemper: "1. Not smiley at all. 2. I asked for a blanket as my 2 yrs old was sleeping and I have to ask three times and finally I got it. 3. I asked for arrival form 40 min before landing and the air hostess said later and she didn’t give me one ."

Fordeler: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."
Fordeler: "The crew were outstanding."
Ulemper: "They only had two choices of food: either vegetarian or chicken. The number of dishes were small as well. The “salad” was horrible."
Fordeler: "The flight wasn't delayed..The check-in/ ticketing crew were helpful."
Ulemper: "My seat in 13 hour long flight was Broken! The chair wouldn't recline! The crew couldn't help saying the flight was full and couple other chairs were having the same problem (?!!!). The food was mediocre. The cabin bag size limit was very small."
Ulemper: "On the dreamliner flights they have tried to cram a ton of seats in so if your over 5'8 you'll be very cramped with your knees under the seats and a strange headrest jammed I to your shoulder. I fly about 20 or 30k miles a year in economy and this is easily the most uncomfortably designed seat I've been in. More over the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude to all I witnessed then keep a older woman waiting for 45 mins for water and then dismiss her when she asked a second time. The check in staff was no better."

Ulemper: "This plane was quite noisy. Noise cancelling earphones helped but it was noticeably different to the next flight with air Berlin. That cabin was significantly quieter."
Ulemper: "They should include a separate meal that is more to the liking for kids e.g kids meal instead all they offer is the same meal as adults to the kids as well"
Fordeler: "I have been upgraded to business class which was something cool, doesn't happen a lot. The check in was really fast , and the man giving the boarding passes was really, nice"
Ulemper: "The crew in the business class, were NOT up to the standards. Whenever I ask about something, they say ... I will come back, Yes they come, but after a while. When serving the food, they gave me the main course, without bringing the salad or appetizer, they didn't ask to bring or not, and I thought that it goes without mentioning to bring them. After finishing the main course, she asked if I finished, so I said yes, she took the whole tray, without asking or bringing the desert, which is again strange. before landing , I wanted to take a medicine, so asked for water, but they said to me we started to descent, and they didn't bring me water except after saying I needed this for taking medicine"
Fordeler: "All crew members were 5 star and so friendly! They checked many times on everyone, coming along with water often."
Ulemper: "The attendant who checked me at Delhi airport informed that the flight to Abu Dbabi to Istanbul was a full flight and therefore the only option was to have a seat in the middle. However, near the end of my flight I went to the bathroom and noticed there were MANY open seats with more than a handful of people that had a whole row to themselves. I wonder where she got her information because what she shared with me was totally false and I am totally appaled. very old on flight - dress warm!"
Ulemper: "They didnt provide me Accomodation with the fact that I had more than 12 hours transit"
Fordeler: "Only five movies in spanish including subtitled...."
Fordeler: "Food was decent, service was great, they didn't bother me much while I slept. Overall good experience for 17hrs airborne."
Ulemper: "The seat bases are the most uncomfortable thing I've ever seen... zero padding. I might have developed hemorrhoids from the trip! LOL. Seriously though, compared to an airline like Cathay Pacific the seat bases are garbage. The rest of the setup (entertainment, overall seat geometry, etc) is really good."
Fordeler: "Boarding service at the airports was the only good thing. The staff was good and courteous."
Ulemper: "Entertainment and food was mediocre."

Ulemper: "Etihad would not put me on an early flight despite having free seats on the plane. As a result of which I had a 7.5hour layover in Abu Dhabi. If they had moved me to the earlier flight, it would have left a lasting impression on me. I am looking to join a new loyalty program (from Lufthansa) and this gesture could have gone a long way."
Fordeler: "Travel bag (with toothpaste, socks, etc) was given."
Ulemper: "2. Food choices from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok was Szechwan (spicy chicken), Indian (fish), or vegetarian pasta; no international or Thai food. 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."
Fordeler: "Sokratis Repanidis - the food and beverage manager was very courteous and well behaved ...... Thank u especially"
Fordeler: "Flight took off on time and arrived early. This is so important when we have connecting flights that are about one hour away from arrival time."
Ulemper: "There was nothing not to like. Great service"

Ulemper: "Myself and my wife were assigned seats away from each other. Business class seating was not as good as in some other airlines that I have travelled. If husband and wife and family are travelling together on a long flight it should be possible to seat them close to each other"
Fordeler: "Sichuan Chicken was the best airline food i have ever eaten in an airline. it was quite impressive. Might be too spicy for a lot of people but i love it. I would advise that you add "spicy" next to the name for those who can't handle spicy food."
Ulemper: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."
Ulemper: "Overbooking Confirmed flight and seats gets cancelled when you half way of your journey and left with no choice. Airports and call center staff is rude, no response when my luggage was missing I will never fly with etihad again."
Fordeler: "Timeliness of flight departure arrival"
Ulemper: "Food was of poor taste and quality on Etihad. Jet airways food good. Eye patch made of material that smelled strongly."
Fordeler: "1 flight attendant was very friendly"
Ulemper: "Check-in staff wasn't friendly - more like bossy Food was terrible No space in stowage Flight attendants were very rude and seemed to be angry with their job except 1. Seats were booked but did not get the seat because someone didn't want to move and staff said to ignore him. Families with small kids and old people did not get prioritised."
