Onboard, there was a full service and excellent crew, all through the night, unlike their competitors during the early days of Coronavirus, when I last flew. Thank you. Qatar Airways"

Fordeler: "Fabulous crew, good choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."
Ulemper: "Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

I felt that the crew at Nairobi airport handled the situation pretty well however, the staff at the Nairobi reservation office were a bit cold and not very helpful."

Ulemper: "I was seated between two overweight/obese passengers and as such was very uncomfortable throughout the long-haul flight. There was very little room to move as their body habitus spilt over onto my seating area and occupied the arm space. There needs to be serious consideration to make it mandatory for overweight/obese passengers to purchase two seats to accommodate their size."

Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Ulemper: "Being seated 5 rows and a bulk head away from my wife. Configuration of Two class A380 business class is at the back of the plane with all that increased movement and you have to wait for economy to exit before you can get off. Your diluting the benefits guys for economy profits."

Fordeler: "The approach into Venice airport was to the NE so the flight path gave a perfect areal tour of venice out the right side of the plane."

Fordeler: "I thought my out flight with Lufthansa would be good but it was surpassed by the return flight with Swiss Based on my experience I believe Swiss should be a 5 star airline as well"

Fordeler: "I was gratified to see that the 777 Boeing aircraft have now replaced the older Airbus aircraft..... This is my sixth time traveling to Switzerland from San Francisco on Swiss....Their service in my opinion remains excellent......The cabin crew was cheerful friendly yet remained very efficient at the same time... The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."

Ulemper: "As expected, the plane and seats were okay (borderline mediocre). The food wasn't enough and the choices (rather the lack of) were poor. The seats could be better and not particularly comfortable for a long haul flight."

Ulemper: "Flight from Istanbul to Bangkok was delayed for 3.5 hours with no apology and no compensatory measures such as drinks and food or lounge access Power outlets in Istanbul airport are all round plug European with no USB terminals for phone recharging"
Fordeler: "Food and service is excellent. Istanbul lounge is great."
Ulemper: "Delayed in both directions. Happens. But zero announcements. Zero. Staff didn't know what was going on. Complete chaos."
Fordeler: "Kids full of praise for on board entertainment. Efficient and helpful staff. Nice food. Provided me with a veggie meal despite my not ordering one beforehand."

Fordeler: "The crew was really friendly and responsive. Boarding was easy and hassle free because Business class passengers had to go through a seperate gate to board."
Ulemper: "The food was OK, especially the appetizer as it was all cheese and since I dont like cheese, I rate it poor. The inflight entertainment was good but there was a lack of choices in music and tv shows."
Ulemper: "Movies are not very new, i was asked to clear security again at istanbul gate after going to bathroom but i guess that makes me feel safe even though was inconvenient"

Ulemper: "After bus arrived at steps kept on it 20 mins. 2 more buses arrived in this time. Still wait. Then let out all at once. Massive queues to board. Poeple not dressed for this. Poor babies crying Maybe 15 mins waiting in 2am cold on tarmac."

Ulemper: "Well,my whole trip was an adventure! I booked it online but in reality, it wasn't what was advertised. There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so"

Fordeler: "The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids."
Ulemper: "Give more attention to travellers with infants as they really need your support. Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk"
Fordeler: "It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending ."

Ulemper: "On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?"
Fordeler: "The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class."
Ulemper: "We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!"

Ulemper: "This was a smooth as clockwork journey, the transit was easy and we were kept well informed about changes in the gate number"
Fordeler: "The notifications for the change of gates by Lufthansa."
Ulemper: "Dairy free option for snack. Larger stock of drinks (Ran out of Beer). Made sure the luggage is loaded on to the plane! Communication to inform passengers that no luggage had made it to Birmingham as people were waiting around for hours!"
Fordeler: "The flight was adequate."
Ulemper: "Sandwich was extremely unappetising and there were no hot drinks. The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."
Fordeler: "Staff were very nice. Flight arrived on time."
Ulemper: "App or website didn’t work for check in. Lines at the airport were very long. The flight was over booked so I didn’t get a seat until at the gate. Overall too much hassle. Food options in the plane were horrible for vegans/allergies"

Ulemper: "Very cold. Always very cold in premium economy section on LH 747-8."
Fordeler: "Transfer route through Frankfurt Airport was tight but not as tight as outbound. Lovely crew."
Ulemper: "Bus to plane at departure, no room in overhead lockers as space taken up with small bags"

Ulemper: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."
Ulemper: "Flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt delayed, when we arrived we had no chance of making our connecting flight to Split yet no one told us. No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."
Ulemper: "Look like everybody to not know what they want to do"
Fordeler: "Crew looked after me after a family took up a whole row including my designated seat. I need up with the back row to myself so could put my feet up & chill after a less than pleasant 5+ hours wait at Munich!"
Ulemper: "We had 30 minutes delay"
Fordeler: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Ulemper: "The plane was way out of the terminal and I had asked for assistance which I had going and most of coming back until the last part getting on to the plane at Lufthansa no-one came at Birmingham either. I struggled to collect my case and walk through to the exit."
Ulemper: "Late landing We landed in another terminal to the one our connection was at. Had to run and go through security again Had two minutes to spare and they refused to allow us to board. Very rude The distance to catch the connecting flight The delay at security The lack of trying to let us on the plane. The rudeness I experience"

Ulemper: "Seat wasn't the best in premium economy. Quite hard with little support."
Fordeler: "I loved the TVs, food, and the service. The TV's had so much to watch, and made the time pass so much faster. The service was amazing! They came by so often to give us whatever we needed! Great experience!"

Ulemper: "Benefits for frequent flyers and senators have been eroded significantly . also it has been made much harder to achieve status. In the past, complimentary upgrades were done frequently. nowadays it doesn't happen anymore. For someone who is flying approximately 30 times per year with star alliance, this is dissatisfying. I also don't understand why my preferences from my profile are not used in the pre-allocation of my seat."
Ulemper: "for 4 hours flight the crew decided to give breakfast at the first hour instead of the last. everybody was asleep and in fact no body had breakfast. the boarding was late the aircraft was missing and cause additional delay... TERRIBLE"

Ulemper: "Late boarding after allowing priority customer to board, Crew then took ages to start to finish boarding and taxi , Plane sent to furtherest runway, Made little time up,"
Fordeler: "While showing wear and tear, the business seats are great - comfortable with nice design"
