Fordeler: Crew was below average,seats was horrible
Ulemper: The plane needs to be upgraded immidiately,and crew needs to get a bit education in order to take and immidiate action to any situation during the flight
Fordeler: The crew are very nice and the service is really good.
Ulemper: The seats are not so comfortable, the leg rest is just in the way and not useful for me. The PA is overused which is annoying when trying to watch a movie.
Fordeler: Perfect was everything

Fordeler: Nice new plane. Good seats. Good seat space between you and person in front of you.
Fordeler: Crew was really amazing.
Ulemper: Wifi not working- huge disappointment. Seats a bit hard on A350. The overhead bins on the inside suitable only for tall people.
Ulemper: For deboarding they used stairs (not ramps) at their hub in Doha - must be some sort of new innovation to improve fitness. The Wifi onboard was in name only - it was so slow you wouldn't notice it is working or not - i flew Qatar because they claimed to have Wifi- hugely disappointed.
Ulemper: Qatar airways claims to have inflight wifi. But it is not true because it did not work in either of my flights. Food could have been better.
Ulemper: I had a carry on plus a laptop bag. On the website they say you are allowed to carry a personal item such as handbag or a laptop bag along with the carry on piece. This guy at Nagpur airport says the weight of both these combined should be under 15 lbs. are you kidding me?
Ulemper: Need more leg room!!! Larger meals needed.
Ulemper: The flight was cancelled and had to be rerouted on United Airlines.
Fordeler: And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing
Fordeler: The crew were amazing and the flight was very smooth.
Ulemper: Keep up the good work
Fordeler: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Ulemper: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.
Fordeler: This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate.
Ulemper: The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.
Fordeler: They had many snacks and meals. And the meals were very good. Staff was very friendly.
Ulemper: Seating is very uncomfortable and small. Really limited on space if seat is reclined in front of you.
Ulemper: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.
Fordeler: Well oiled service machine.
Ulemper: The food wasn’t good and it would be great if they had pasta or some vegetarian option.
Fordeler: 1. Leg space is bigger then on other companies 2. Crew was really affable 3. Free wine
Ulemper: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.
Fordeler: I will recommend to my friends and families.
Ulemper: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
Fordeler: The crew was helpful and accommodating
Ulemper: The flight was delayed, missed connection, and lost baggage. Subpar.
Ulemper: they lost our luggage very inconvenient
Ulemper: make passengers from Nigeria to feel respected and important. Imagine no entertainment in the aircraft in addition to a very poor food.
Ulemper: There was no entertainment and there was a lot of annoyed passengers and flight attendants
Fordeler: Food and entertainment was awesome
Ulemper: It's awfull to sleep. Very unconfortable.
Ulemper: I could not check in to book my preferred seating because my flight connections was a mixed carrier flight. Website did not tell me what was the issue so I kept trying. Also would have preferred it if I could have checked in online for my emirates routes but that option was not available.
Fordeler: The ground staff at Emirates check-in counter who so kindly changed my seating to isle as requested and updated my Skywards membership nbr on their data base. It enabled me to board the flight amongst the 1st and business class passengers.

Ulemper: I came 18 min befor depretur insted of 20 min & airflot didnt let me go on the plain becus of 2 stuped min " this is airflot polocy " thy told me "you have to be 20 min & mor befor deprtur " Shem on you airflot !!!!!!! I hade to spend mor 130£ &50 £ for hotel & wheit to next flight in morning

Ulemper: It was pretty cold on the plane, Entertainment , was not current on the movies selection.

Fordeler: Good experience, service was good, and attendants were courteous
Ulemper: The main meal was ok but that was it. If you can't do food to a standard them dint do it at all. A piece of fruit would have been better

Ulemper: Check-in and boarding was too long and confusing. Too much to walk between one place to next. Overkill on security and baggage check. Food was terrible. Second full meal was chopped up to just a salad and main dish...no bread or dessert. Air hostess could be more pleasant. Flight was late 1 hr.

Fordeler: I miss my flight to Hanoi because we were dealy from Manila also people in lounge never check us or told us about time to flight

Fordeler: New plane, nice. Entertainment system is good but limited selection
Ulemper: Gate very far away, a good 700 meter walk! And very long immigration queue.
Fordeler: Boarding process has improved (SYD), the crew were friendly and attentive, my special meal (Indian vegetarian for something different) was quite tasty and even the entertainment options were good.
Ulemper: Business class seats on the B747 - unless you’re sitting upright, they are one of the most uncomfortable seats I’ve experienced. TG either need to upgrade the seats on the B747 (very unlikely) or put another aircraft type the BKK-SYD-BKK route.

Fordeler: I liked the price of the trip and free hotel for long transit time.
Ulemper: Early arrival in Xiamen (5am) nothing open and no way to exchange money for taxi or food. Eventually found ATM that solved that problem. Wasn't dressed for or expecting the cold weather. Communications were a problem.
Fordeler: This leg was continuation of flight that began in Xiamen. Same plane and crew. 787 Dreamliner layout is efficient, generous legroom and recline is better than American carriers. Crew works as team, fast and courteous. Very helpful and professional, Water offered frequently, trash pick up kept cabin neat, bathrooms always clean. Passenger announcements are clear and crisp is English and Chinese.
Ulemper: Really, no complaints. More entertainment choices would be appreciated however is not my priority.
Ulemper: Flight got delayed in Xiamen, miss the connecting flight to chongqing.
Ulemper: 1. Make duty free shopping possible. My daughter, that I was traveling withl, loved some jewellery l wanted to buy for her but it was not possible because a credit card purchase was impossible. 2. Provide entertainment on board. Flight from Lusaka to Addis was excellent. But nothing to Nairobi
Ulemper: The delay was too much
Fordeler: The short flight and pleased to get food.
Ulemper: A very lengthy boarding process and the inevitable delay of an hour. Not good when it's already a late night flight. No entertainment console. Quite cramped
Ulemper: The orderliness during boarding needs more work
Ulemper: Was nice best
Fordeler: The seats were comfortable, and I like the large windows with the tinted glass.
Ulemper: The boarding procedure could be better organized. Also, I don't like the idea that even water has to be purchased with a credit card.
Ulemper: The video screens in the cabin - especially when in default menu mode and not actually in use - are bright... really bright. I was unable to sleep because someone didn’t turn theirs off before falling asleep. Then - after landing, they simply can’t be turned off as the loop a Dreamliner promo of footage shot in the bright sky. The screen brightness is NOT adjustable during the promo and sunglasses were needed since I had no option but to have it shine in my face.
Fordeler: Seat 6D has lots of leg room
Fordeler: The premium seats were comfy even though not lay flat. The food was surprisingly good (salmon for dinner and meat/cheese spread for breakfast).
Ulemper: Service was a bit slow when you ordered off the menu from the TV screen. The movie options were pretty out of date and the selection was not as wide as you see on regular carriers. Also the plane was well kept but still showed signs of wear you would expect on a 60 year old 747 not on a newer 787.
Fordeler: Comfortable cabin and seats, plenty of restrooms.
Ulemper: As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight.
Fordeler: On time
Fordeler: Always on- time. Always friendly and approachable staff, very clean seating. EGYPTAIR IS MY FAVORITE AIRLINE!
Ulemper: There is nothing to not like.
Fordeler: Service was good Airplane was good .while some European air lines are cutting on service Egypt Air was generous. Entertainment was good too.
Ulemper: Boarding as usual un organized.
Fordeler: On time friendly service and simple but tasty cookies and drinks during my the short flight
Ulemper: If we’re ndows we’re cleaner to enjoy the views

Ulemper: Entertainment score is not meaningful because of the short flight time.
Fordeler: The crew werr very helpful and patient and so many languages they knew. Impressive they need a raise
Ulemper: The seats were uncomfortable I slept 30 min at a time on my 14hr flight. The food is nice but a bit bland the first time its amazing but after more than 2 planes mix it up plz
Fordeler: The cabin crew and the pilots. The flight went smoothly.
Ulemper: Singapore Airlines should inform clearly of the mileage policy and the lounge access while using a code-share flight. I thought I booked as a code-shared Singapore Airline flight, but I got rejected from the lounge access.
Ulemper: Very tight space
Fordeler: Excellent service, made a very long flight very pleasant and enjoyable.
Fordeler: Can’t complain having a whole row for myself in such a long flight and amazing crew
Ulemper: Everything else
Ulemper: there was a mechanical error which kept us on board the plane for 20 minute increments for nearly 3 hours until they had us switch planes
