Boarding in Tel Aviv, the Turkish Airlines rep at the Business Class kiosk didn’t honor our Business class tickets and rudely sent us to a long long line “ to show your COvID test” to the person checking. I had my COvID docs in my hand and he refused to look at them. My husband said this is BS and we went to the back of the line with all the other non Business class people. The woman checking didn’t actually even look at our documents - she saw only that I had some papers in my hand- but still we were stuck in that long line for no reason. When we finally got up to the same TA rep again, he didn’t even look at out COvID papers either and finally allowed us to bioard. in Business class line.but many economy passengers were allowed to board ahead of us. Isn’t one of the benefits of Bisiness I’d that yiu are allowed to board early and get settled sooner??? Not in our case. However, the same TA rep allowed an Israeli orthodox woman not to get into the long line he sent us to and he allowed her to get immediately into the Business line without having her COvID papers” checked”! Why was she given preferential treatment while we who are obviously Muslim by our dress were put into that long line for no reason other than that we are clearly Muslim and my husband is African American! Unacceptable. Everything else was great.

Staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Food was quite good. Boarding process is smooth and quick, and our flight was timely.

I was never informed why there was so much of a delay and in turn I had to pay triple of what I payed before for my flight. Very disappointed. Won't be flying this airline again. Service was rude. They should be more responsible when it comes to timing. We were on the flight waiting for two hours!!!"
Ulemper: "Service on this flight was significantly better than the Cairo flight, probably just because this flight goes to London. Welcome drink were promptly served but the food choice was still a big no-no. EVERYTHING CONSISTS OF DAIRY PRODUCT THAT I M ALLERGIC TO. When I brought this to the flight attendant's attention, none of them was apologetic and none of them tried to find out another solution to me, who was flying their airline the first time and didn't know the not-so-diverse food option."

Ulemper: "You had a very disrespectful, illogical, anal retentive person at the ticket gate just before getting on the shuttle. She would not allow us to wait for the rest of our party of 2 to go on the shuttle to the plane together. They were delayed because of your personal continually bringing other people to cut in line in front of them. There was plenty of time and the shuttle was already full, and we wanted to wait for the next shuttle to board the airplane together. She came out several times from inside of the building shouting at the three of us to get on the shuttle even when the person managing the shuttle flow at the bottom of the stairs was about to let us wait for the next shuttle. What was her problem(?) - she could use a lot more people skills and realize who pays her salary - the customers. She really tarnished the whole image and impression I originally had of TA. Also, there was no way to go to the bathroom without going through a long line of security again at the last gate before the shuttle which did not make sense."
Ulemper: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Ulemper: "Why does Turkish Air boarding always have to be so chaotic - pushing and shoving, etc. Why cant TK control their business class space - people from economy always coming up for bathrooms when there are plenty in the back....."

Ulemper: "We were flown by AnadoluJet which is a fully owned subsidiary of Turkish Airlines. We were notified of that change until checking in time. The seats weren't comfortable and leg space was too small. The food was poor. A chess sandwich and nothing else."
Ulemper: "My luggage just disappeared on my second leg to Istanbul. 2 email notifications that luggage was not found. Wrong contact phone number at initial report and was not addressed despite report and upload. Also a representative emailed that luggage was erroneously recorded as "delivered" which is not true. I still don't have my luggage after 14 days. No further responses despite extensive documentation and receipts. This is bad!!!"
Fordeler: "Better food and service than other airlines on which I've traveled recently. Loading passengers was disciplined and speedy. Staff very helpful. Istanbul airport is great for a long wait. If you go to a gate waiting area with no flight soon, you can stretch out and sleep. Good English-language bookstore."

Fordeler: "Turkish Air has some of the best flight attendants in the business. The food is essentially gourmet (hot wrap, in this case), and the pilots are highly skilled."
Ulemper: "This is not a Turkish Airlines issue, per se, but an airport problem. Ataturk is very spread out and there are far more planes than gates. More often than not, the plane parks way out in the back 40, and shuttle buses take you to a processing point. If you have less than a 2 Hr layover, and you're switching between Domestic and International flights, you will need to walk at top speeds, or run. Passport Control and multiple security checkpoints could easily cause you to miss your flight."

Ulemper: "Your crew at boarding treat people with no respect. I saw the boarding next door to us. The flights info was not put on board due to computer problem! The whole airport system was down for hours. The flight of Najaf city was next gate to my flight gate and one of the crew lead was disrespectful to the people and he rejected few people from the flight so he can collect money from them!"

Ulemper: "I know seats in the 777-300 recline but do not disrupt the next row's space. That was not the case on the Airbus A330-300. It would be nice if the same seats were on the Airbus aircraft I flew from Istanbul to Bangkok."

Ulemper: "The seats area are too small my knees hurt as they hit just the edge of the food tray, impossible flight with the seat other than straight as you will be disturbing a lot the other passengers, although unfortunately some people do not care about the confort of the others"

The seats were slightly banged up. Legroom was a bit tight. No food or drinks served No entertainment whatsoever.

Delays Needed to board a buss to get to our airplane.

Førts flyen blir 20 minutter forsinket . Etterpå når vi sitte i flyen og skule fly hadde mye bråk som vi visste har teknisk problem . Så etterpå vi måte og sitte i flyen og venter cirka 2 timer . Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . Det var veldig dumt . Derfor vi følte veldig dårlig og det var veldig dårlig service !!! Mvh Salar Abdipour Elham Soroori .

Both flights Mumbai to Frankurt and Frankfurt to Orlando Crew did not check person sitting to me not wearing their masks, masks hung around the neck and not on the nose and mouth! It was uncomfortable for me too even sit there as they chatted the whole time with the Crew and even tried to make conversation with me without mask! I thought Crew was responsible to check people! I ordered special veg meal, it was awful in taste, since I had just travelled same flights to India and was now returning exact same food, I requested if I could exchange for extra meal I was refused I landed up not eating anything! Crew had no courtesy to arrange anything for me in Business class, terrible while another couple siting there who refused to eat from menu food was arranged for them! I was so very disappointed, what's the point traveling Business when they kept me hungry! No masks on people, no food options, I was on 3 flights back to back slept most of time when I woke up they did not even care to offer drinks forget food...all this in Business class on Dec 9th.

Check in working effective. Kind cabin personnel . Not too note storage place inside for carry on luggage .

It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

It was early morning, who would eat a sugary chocolate chip cookie for breakfast? But otherwise, I would fly with Lufthansa again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!!!!!"

Ulemper: "Our plane was 30 mins late and the terminal was right next to security so we couldn’t hear them when they spoke the English or French on the PA system about us being delayed. We just barely made our connecting flight and our next flight was way better in service. Our luggage didn’t make the connection and hoping that all our precious cargo from our anniversary trip made it. The flight attendant told us we had enough time to make it to our next flight but I honestly ran from one point of the airport to the other. The staff said it wasn’t that far and no checkpoints to go through - this information was false."

I was assigned last row and middle seat, I could not change seat when there were other seats available at check-in. United would not let agents change either. Maybe kayak related? Expedia always allows seat changes"
Ulemper: "I was very uncomfortable in my seat between two fellow passengers who were large individuals. For a flight duration of over ten hours, it was terrible to repeatedly have to negotiate space with them as they were spilling into my chair space. I also had to insist they not extend their legs into my foot well."

Fordeler: "On the whole, classy service and comfortable The flight attendant who took the time to help me understand how customs would work"
Ulemper: "The flight attendant who said she'd get back to me when I had a question about connecting flights. Not only did she not get back to me, but with annoyance asked me hadn't I heard the captain's message on the loudspeaker. The captain had said to ask a flight attendant for further info, which is what I was trying to do."
Fordeler: "Crew inside the plane was lovely."
Ulemper: "Problems with the check-in online that made it impossible and cause that me and my partner had to seated not together. In the counters at the airport, we asked if it was possible a solution as I suffer with big anxiety and needed to be together my partner during the flight, and they answered us in an extremely rude way. Luckily we could change it with other passangers inside the plane by ourselves. Not a fault of Lufthansa but something that made the flight HORRIBLE was an extremelly smelly and very heavy guy seated next to me that used half of my seat and made me be really uncomfortable."

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

To charge $39 for a list and found help ticket is extortion—will they find my item for that price?

Overbooked flight of airBaltic, tow hours of delay

The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

Overall a pleasant flight.

The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars..."
Ulemper: "So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!"
Ulemper: "The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay."
Ulemper: "I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Ulemper: "Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress."
Ulemper: "If only there was a way to be able to lie down and sleep - you would be pioneers in aviation"

Fordeler: "Quick flight"
Ulemper: "Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily."
Fordeler: "The constant smile conferred by flight attendants through the entire flight."
Ulemper: "The boarding was a bit disorderly. Lanes for zones 3 and 4 were not clearly indicated."
Fordeler: "Very friendly and helpful crew."

Ulemper: "Not enough legroom"
Fordeler: "Sound was broken on my TV set!"
Ulemper: "Called stewardess twice to assist. No response!"
Ulemper: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."
Fordeler: "Cabin crew were very professional."
Ulemper: "Aircraft returned to gate due to fault and was delayed for 45 min."
Ulemper: "Unaccompanied minor flying to Lisbon overnight. Bag was lost. No real effort to assist. Bags of unaccompanied minor should be treated with priority."
Fordeler: "Very friendly staff"
Fordeler: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."
Ulemper: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."
Ulemper: "At some point the luggage was lost. here."
Fordeler: "Flight was lovely, crew were friendly and very helpful and food was delicious!! We travelled with assistance for mum and it was excellent and we were kept updated all through the flight."
Fordeler: "Crew good flight was fine apart from delay due to fog in Amsterdam but kept informed"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed due to weather in Amsterdam area"
Fordeler: "Entertainment was good, and crew was very nice and accommodating. Flight was very comfortable and smooth."
Ulemper: "The food was okay, not that great."
Fordeler: "quick and relaxed"
Ulemper: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."
