Fordeler: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."
Ulemper: "The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine."

Ulemper: "As expected, the plane and seats were okay (borderline mediocre). The food wasn't enough and the choices (rather the lack of) were poor. The seats could be better and not particularly comfortable for a long haul flight."

Ulemper: "Flight from Istanbul to Bangkok was delayed for 3.5 hours with no apology and no compensatory measures such as drinks and food or lounge access Power outlets in Istanbul airport are all round plug European with no USB terminals for phone recharging"
Ulemper: "Movies are not very new, i was asked to clear security again at istanbul gate after going to bathroom but i guess that makes me feel safe even though was inconvenient"
Ulemper: "It wasn't great experience as we missed the flight back to UK. They lost my husband wheelchair and we did missed the flight. They Redbook flight which was three hours later, so missed our tax home as well. We haven't received any apologies not even offer a drink. DISAPPOINTED"
Fordeler: "Thr A330 has 32" pitch which was ok. The 2-4-2 seating made this less of an issue. Food was ok. Screens are decent and responsive."
Ulemper: "It's 32" for a 10 hour flight. Not really comfortable and enjoyable, and a squeeze throughout."

Fordeler: "Plane clean, newish. Went up, took us there, landed."
Ulemper: "The food - I always have a v-meal - is sadly inadequate. Not enough of it, and very unimaginative. And they always supply the same thing, unless I was just unlucky to have the same thing three times in a row. The entertainment system kept dropping playback, (crashing) so I would have to restart playing the video. Something similar happened on another Turkish flight."

Ulemper: "My preselected isle seat in the third row, where there is usually more legroom, got switched without notice, and at boarding time I was given a middle seat a lot further back."

Ulemper: "At gate sign advertised their lie flat beds in business.. we were on business. No lie flat beds!"

Fordeler: "Infinitely superior to BA on the London to Istanbul route , in economy but especially so in business. Great entertainment whilst BA have non. Also full service meals in economy whereas BA make you pay on boatd"

Ulemper: "they don't do well in their transit point they should employ more people who speaks English to direct passengers in the airport. English is international language so they should train some people to direct passengers who comes there everyday"

Ulemper: "Dairy free option for snack. Larger stock of drinks (Ran out of Beer). Made sure the luggage is loaded on to the plane! Communication to inform passengers that no luggage had made it to Birmingham as people were waiting around for hours!"

Fordeler: "Despite the short flight we were still given food and as always I love airline food. Free alcohol is always a bonus as well! Nice crew and timely take offs and landings. Could bring two hand luggage (backpack and suitcase) which I like even though I didn't have to pay extra!"

Fordeler: "Very friendly atmosphere at boarding gate & helpful crew on journey, plus surprisingly good food foe economy class made for positive feel to this trip. Add to it the fact I caught a movie I'd missed seeing at cinema plus even getting a few hours sleep, this was probably one of my better long haul flights in recent times."

Fordeler: "Height Space, good pilot and some of the food. Good landing and overall pilot skill."
Ulemper: "For the whole journey I had a small child kicking, knocking, tapping behind me. Kept waking me up also nearly ten hours of whining. I was genuinely uneasy and uncomfortable for the whole trip. I think there should be a designated child with adult area as I really don’t think this is acceptable. It is stressful enough traveling for 30+ hours this really is not welcome."
Ulemper: "Cancelled flight and transferring me on turkish airlines again the flight was delayed over three hours.,obviously we have missed our connection flight to Beirut and now waiting in front the hotel desk because the first flight to Beirut is 12:25 pm , I have lost 2 days from my holiday,I'm very tired and upset, I will never use kayak ever again and I will tell all my friends and family to avoid it."

Ulemper: "Poor food on first leg. Sat by a man who was allowed to have 7 cans of beer. On second leg of journey I was willing to pay for food. The best choice for anyone trying to eat a healthy diet was pot noodles. Air Canada get 2 stars. Return journey on United gets 4stars."
Fordeler: "The seats and space was ok. Exit from the plane was directly opposite the passport machines and the exit."
Ulemper: "The flight was very late leaving meaning I arrived in London over an hour late! With knock on problems!"

Fordeler: "Upgraded from premium to Business class. Very good service and a good night slep."
Fordeler: "The whole journey with Lufthansa went smoothly without any delay. The transist time is just right. The check in is online is straight forward and the flight information is very clear. I will certainly recommend Lufthansa to anyone."
Ulemper: "I can’t think of anything I didn’t like."
Fordeler: "Perfectly okay flight, slept through with no disturbances. Crew were friendly enough and landed fine. Airport took me a while to figure out though."

Fordeler: "Lufthansa is by far the best airline. All crew members were very friendly and attentive. Food was also great."
Fordeler: "Flights were cancelled that day due to a storm, but Lufthansa were able to fly an empty aircraft from Rome to fly us from London to Frankfurt. Despite the circumstances, Lufthansa were able to still offer catering. Thank you for your cimmitment."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa in general could invest a little more in the food they serve. Lufthansa's domestic and inter European flights are never a culinary highlight. :-("

Ulemper: "Frankfurt airport chaos Lyon customs downstairs in arrivals checkin upstairs so they can't view your items if you are claiming tax back. Clever French move. Obviously happens a lot"
Ulemper: "Food foul / fowl staff brusque breakfast in edible stone cold dinner as something my 10 year old could better prepare boarding chaos Frankfurt immigration staff curiously aggressive wouldn't pay premium economy again with this airline"
