The most I like from Singapore airlines is the food comparing to other airlines. Also found a good movie to watch. Sometimes it's difficult to find an interesting movie on many airlines.
There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.
A to Z on this flight was just great!

Fordeler: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."
Ulemper: "I would have liked a wider selection of foods in the menu.. Limited options. Also, I had a 11:45 AM flight from BOM-SIN which was supposed to start boarding at 10:45, but instead we started boarding at 11:30 and took off at 12:10."

Ulemper: "For heaven's sake, please don't announce a boarding procedure and then not follow it. If you want to have a free-for-all rugby scrum to get on the plane, so be it. But don't announce boarding by rows/groups and then not make even a lame attempt to adhere to it."
Ulemper: "old plane, boarding ramp smelled musty, food not nice, entertainment system was old not touch screen, male crew not patient with passengers, drinks stingy(split a can of soda with other passengers, and gave you a 1/4 cup). When asked for more OJ with breakfast was told they would come back later(mouth was very dry due to the air). Not impressed as we paid good money for the ticket with the poor service"
Fordeler: "I am still trying to find my bags. I missed my connection and Jet Blue made me stand in a line to get rebooked for 7 hours. Unprofessional, uncaring. None of this was my fault but everyone who represents Jet Blue treated me as if it were. Never again"

I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.
Everything was great I have no issues they are wonderful , so helpful especially with my spical need son . Love the courtesy of the staff. But the food and entertainment need some improv.
My experience was good but we left late from NY and missed our connection to Palermo and were rerouted through Zurich. We went from Zurich to Palermo on Swiss Air. The representatives at the gate harassed us and would not let us bring on our carry on bags stating the plane was fully packed which was not true. There were many empty seats and plenty of over head storage. I have never been treated in such a way.

I was expecting more from them. Decent food at the start—with no choice of options. At the end of the flight they almost sprinted down the aisles. Movies were not great. No place to get up and stretch your legs since they closed off so much of the back end of the plane. I have never seen that. My flights with Qatar were much better in comparison.
Førts flyen blir 20 minutter forsinket . Etterpå når vi sitte i flyen og skule fly hadde mye bråk som vi visste har teknisk problem . Så etterpå vi måte og sitte i flyen og venter cirka 2 timer . Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . The airport in Munich was horrible with accessibility. We had to go flights of stairs holding our bags, it was real exhausting and difficult.
Check in working effective. Kind cabin personnel . Not too note storage place inside for carry on luggage .
The remote on the entertainment system was defective and the seat mechanism was also not working properly, and this in business class….! Unacceptable!

Ulemper: "When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards."

Not nice if you can't walk around and also not great for your neighbor to the right and left. I usually don't experience this with my food that I cook or choose."

Ulemper: "The plane was half way full, i had the seat in the economy section same like a big guy, at one point i asked the flight attendant if i can change my seat to another economy seat (I didn't want a free upgrade) because the guy in my right could fit in his seat with the arm rest down and it was getting uncomfortable for me. She told me if i want a upgrade, witch I refuse to get and didn't help me in any way with the problem that i had. I think for cases like this even though it's an economy seat it still cost 750$ and for a 9h flight witch transformed in a 14h flight because weather condition and fueling problems, flight attendants should be more mindful with the guest confort rather than upselling. Lufthansa it's a geat company with great airplanes but i think that in order to get people to come back you should treat people in the economy class like normal people that pay a price nothing close to the word economy"

Fordeler: "Lufthansa gets kudos for excellent food and abroad variety of entertainment options. Also, if you check in online soon after the site opens (about 23 hours before takeoff), you can select your seat from among those available at no extra cost, which is nice."

I don't expect a luxurious meal for an economy class ticket, but the food could have been better ( and it is - with other airlines). Some fresher bread - and more eatable - would have been very good. The movie selection was poor - only old, badly rated movies. I know it can be way better than this - with other airlines. Overall I was unpleasantly surprised - very surprised."
Finnair was great - superior to BA in all respects
No leg space. I am 6ft tall, I am am not super tall. There is zero leg space. Borderline dangerous because with turbulence my knees are forced against the metal on the seat in front of mines. Horrible and painful experience. Not comfortable at all. Just one extra inch of space would be a big difference.
Very old plane, making for a much less comfortable flight. However, we got seated in the exit row which made the experience more enjoyable.
Our family booked three seats. The entertainment screen in front of one seat froze on the third hour of flight. Even though I complained about it to two crew members, they promised, but in reality did not try to resolve the situation. I guess the attention to passenger needs could be improved. I appreciated if one of flight attendants could replace the broken screen with any other way, for instance, coloring book or a notebook for a child, who was left w/o working screen. Otherwise, FINNAIR is a fantastic company ! Thank you !
Alt fungerte meget bra. Crew var vennlige og opplagte, hadde fokus på jobben og hadde kontroll på oppgavene. Bare positivt å bemerke! Reiser mye med Finnair, og den gode opplevelsen er standard. Personalet får antagelig skolering og kan omgås passasjerene med vennlighet og respekt.

I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

I can't remember the last time I flew on a transatlantic fight with no entertainment- nearly 20 years ago I'm sure. Airplane food is never great, but food options were worse than normal. American Airlines customer service at JFK was horrendous, resulting in several passengers missing their flight. (I was there if 4 hours to spare, but had to wait 1hr+ to have my birthdate changed in the system.)"

Ulemper: "When I booked my ticket a month in advance, British Airways was going to charge me extra for trying to book my seating in advance. They told me it would be free if I called 24hrs before the flight. I called 24hrs before and they told me they could not book my seats because the airport owned the seating. My first flight was with American Airlines, they gave me a boarding pass, however for my leg with British Airways, I had to go get ANOTHER boarding pass to board the flight. This airline was very inconvenient and I felt scammed booking with them. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!"
