Fordeler: "So rude crew"
Ulemper: "De trenger å ha bedre kontroll på at passasjerer overholder smittevernsregler og sikkerhetsregler."
Fordeler: "Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!"
Ulemper: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."
Fordeler: "15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one."

Ulemper: "Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience"

Fordeler: "One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"

Ulemper: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Ulemper: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."

Fordeler: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."

Ulemper: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Ulemper: "Why do the crew have to slam the overhead and catering compartments to get them to shut?"
Fordeler: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."
Ulemper: "There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized."

Ulemper: "Klm flight has very congested seating Getting information about eticket was pain"

Ulemper: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Fordeler: "For an 8 hr flight...multiple snacks, 2 meals and continuous beverage service. Blanket, pillow amd movies."
Ulemper: "Watched flight attendant drop tongs on floor, pick them up and put them back in the bowl of buns and continue to use them to serve bums"

Ulemper: "With skyteam elite status cannot select free upgrade from economy to premium economy unless it is 30hrs before boarding for this code share which is actually a KLM flight"
Fordeler: "Alt gikk greit så totalt sett fornøyd, dro før tiden og landet før så da fikk vi bedre tid i Amsterdam før neste avgang. Hyggelig besetning."
Ulemper: "Helt grei mat men ikke noe mer enn det."
Ulemper: "hadde sete 3C rett bak economy plus der satt det bare 2-3 mennesker men jeg fikk ikke lov å bruke toallette fremme på tross av at der var serveringsvogn som blokkerte midtgangen, helt uforståelig!"

Flight was missed and now we have to catch one the next day

Fordeler: "Great crew, on time, could get a good nights sleep"
Fordeler: "Plane was clean, plenty of leg room, cabin crew was friendly, flight was on time."
Ulemper: "Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

Ulemper: "Really exceeded my expectations for a short haul flight. Kudos to Aeroflot!"

Fordeler: "1. Leg space is bigger then on other companies 2. Crew was really affable 3. Free wine"
Ulemper: "Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned."
Fordeler: "It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!"
Ulemper: "The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that."

Ulemper: "Late inbound flight made our flight delayed. No info at gate, until a few minutes before boarding. Small, crammed seats. Very worn seatbelts gives a less than favorable impression."

Fordeler: "I think this airline has an attention to detail and level of service which surpasses most other airlines. Whilst remaining competitive these factors make traveling with Finnair a far more comfortable and attractive proposition for me. In addition, Helsinki airport must be one of the best around."

Ulemper: "There was a confusion with boarding passes in Helsinki. Some of passengers were waiting almost until beginning of boarding with no seat number. Also was a delay because they're waiting for a some passenger from a connecting flight . Seats haven't enough leg room for person 5"8 but crew and food was amazing."

Ulemper: "Sitting in the cramped economy seats was a 9 hour torture"
Ulemper: "The flight departed late because the preceding inbound flight was late. No reason was given to the customers."
Fordeler: "I liked service very much."
Ulemper: "They left my baggage behind!!"
Fordeler: "Clean, well-designed, individual screens with numerous good movie choices. They came through on our special meals, friendly flight attendants. Also loved Helsinki airport. Not crowded, nice staff. Good food choices. Even passport control was friendly and there was no line."
Ulemper: "Connecting through Helsinki added hours to our travel time, but after flying American nonstop JFK to Paris on way over, may be worth it. American flight didn't even have individuals screens and blankets left fuzz all over my clothing."
Fordeler: "The crew was great! Very friendly, very accommodating!! It was a great flight overall!"
Fordeler: "The accommodations made me feel like I was in first class!"
Ulemper: "The screaming child behind me ):"
Fordeler: "Airbus 350, quiet and smooth. Wifi, booking a taxi on board and being met on arrival. Good seats in business."
Ulemper: "Bag collection was chaos and took too long, it's not such a busy airport"
Fordeler: "Not much."
Ulemper: "Entertainment system did not work. Special meal was terrible. No toiletry bag for such a long flight. Btw I paid extra for a bad seat."
Fordeler: "That I made it safely to my destination. Updates from the cockpit were appreciated. Plane was nearly empty, so I was able to stretch out over severa seats."
Ulemper: "I haven't heard good things about American Airlines, and now I know why. Probably the oldest plane in the fleet. Entertainment was 2-3 fold down screens from the ceiling. I can't remember the last time I flew on a transatlantic fight with no entertainment- nearly 20 years ago I'm sure. Airplane food is never great, but food options were worse than normal. American Airlines customer service at JFK was horrendous, resulting in several passengers missing their flight. (I was there if 4 hours to spare, but had to wait 1hr+ to have my birthdate changed in the system.)"

Fordeler: "Seemed to be a little more leg room than usual. Crew was courteous and efficient. It was an American Airlines trans-Atlantic flight that arrived early. Overall a good flight."
Ulemper: "The response of the American Airlines entertainment system is as slow as pond water, although the choice of entertainment was very good."
Fordeler: "Nice dinner, drinks, and snack services"
Ulemper: "Could be a little friendlier. Lights on the whole time during a red eye was pretty annoying. Don't know if this was on purpose or a malfunction. Entertainment system was hard to see and a little outdated."
Fordeler: "Overnight flight and not full so could stretch out."
Ulemper: "It really was not Finnair, it was American. When I tried checking in Finnair had no knowlege of my ticket. I had to read the fine print to find the name American Airlines. Even the woman at Finnair was not sure, and thought that it was run by Brittish Air."

Fordeler: "Friendly crew and clean plane. I liked the ipads and the drinks. It was pretty quick and easy."
Ulemper: "Terrible turbulence the entire way and as it was a smaller plane you could feel it for most of the flight. The food was also not very good..."

Ulemper: "The food was terrible , the flight was canceled from Paris to phila , i didn't know til 8 pm . It was very hard to have an other flight from London to phila. A lot of souffering for me ."
Fordeler: "The entertainment and service was the only plus on this flight."
Ulemper: "When I booked my ticket a month in advance, British Airways was going to charge me extra for trying to book my seating in advance. They told me it would be free if I called 24hrs before the flight. I called 24hrs before and they told me they could not book my seats because the airport owned the seating. My first flight was with American Airlines, they gave me a boarding pass, however for my leg with British Airways, I had to go get ANOTHER boarding pass to board the flight. This airline was very inconvenient and I felt scammed booking with them. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!"
Fordeler: "British Airway's Entertainment is better than FinnAir. Smooth flight."
Ulemper: "Nothing really."
Fordeler: "Blueberry juice - nice change for sodas and so refreshing! The lady captain's announcements were very clear, light and fun...and perfect in three different languages...her enjoyment came across professionally...truly catering to her passengers. She flew that plane also so very smoothly!"
Fordeler: "service . Informed the status of flight immediately. which is very useful to plan."
Ulemper: "If it is extra line to add for select the type of food, then it is useful the passenger. Because may some people are vegetarian then they know what they can have."
