Ulemper: "I am a very experienced international traveler with approximately 25 countries visited and many of them multiple times. This flight set my new benchmark for a international coach flight. Staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. Great leg room and entertainment. Even the in flight meal and snacks were good. I was not looking forward to my domestic connection with Delta. Unfortunately, Delta met my anticipated expectation. US based carriers could learn a lot from Lufthansa."

Fordeler: "Everything from check in to offloading went smoothly. Pretty good food and accommodating flight staff."
Ulemper: "My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick"

Ulemper: "Business Class Seating had 3 seats in middle Refurbished 747 had new seats, but still felt like an old plane with awkward layout"

Ulemper: "These scheduled flights on Jan 1, 2019 were cancelled by Lufthansa and we were not informed of these scheduled cancellations either by email or SMS. We waited for several hours at the airport before being informed by an airport staff. We missed one day of work and lot of inconvenience with transportation and accommodation in Bengaluru."

Fordeler: "I had to change my flight times three times, and each time they charged me less than 30 dollars (for taxes) and the wait times on the phone were super fast. It was shocking to not lose hundreds of dollars for life happening and needing to change my flight. AND!! I got a free upgrade to premium economy for free!"

Ulemper: "Very cold. Always very cold in premium economy section on LH 747-8."

Ulemper: "I was told there was no meal included because of the fare I paid. I paid $1100.00. I have never experienced this, even on round trip cheaper flights and I fly to Europe every year."

Fordeler: "The free entertainment sections were good with recent movies. The planes were on schedule and I made all my connections which was great"
Ulemper: "The plane was older 747-400 but that is no excuse for the layers of dirt or dust on the air vents and ceilings. I actually took a photos and will be forwarding to Lufthansa. The couple in front of us actually took a wet wipe and wiped down there area and ceiling. Also the boarding process was a mess we actually were taken by bus to the aircraft that was at the freight depot and had to climb stairs to get on the 747. I’m not sure how they handle the passengers with mobility issues. First time flying with a European airline and I was told the service was better not on this flight."

Fordeler: "The flight crew was amazing and the overall experience was great."

Ulemper: "Their computer terminals were down on the boarding area. Actually about 5 Boarding areas were down no one was available to give direction or answer questions until you got To the front of the line and many had to be sent then to a different line. Bad enough the terminals were down but not even close to German efficiency in handling the problem. Also several of the stewards were rather surly and short"

Ulemper: "4 good movies, regular water rounds, friendly staff, enough toilets"

Fordeler: "Served sandwiches even though 1.5 hour flight."

Ulemper: "I was sitting at the tale end. Seat was extremely uncomfortable. I was trying to rest yet flight attendants and several passengers were talking loud. Crews kept forgetting passengers orders/requests. A lady sitting besides me pushed a call bottom 3 times to get noticed. Flight attendants were too busy chatting with passengers to help other passengers. I have never seen that type of services before."

Ulemper: "Boarding is disorganized, flight was delayed, baggage took over an hour to get."

Fordeler: "The food was good and they provided a good amount of snacks and drinks as well. My movie screen would not play with sound and they found me a different seat."
Ulemper: "The layover time was terrible. Only 1 hour in Frankfurt. I barely made my next flight and that's only because I ran since the boarding time is about 30 minutes before the flight leaves. Their "minimum layover time" needs to be lengthened. I'd like to know if any of the people who make that decision have ever tried to make a flight with such a short layover."

Ulemper: "The ticketing when purchasing a ticket from NEW YORK is very unclear and even though we wanted a JFK ticket, the NEW YORK search showed a ticket for NEWARK NJ so my step dad ended up going to the JFK airport - An elderly man who has trouble with English and no one was willing to help him to rebook his ticket. Not only that - the Lufthansa people VOIDED his entire ticket including the second leg because the agency wasn't picking up for a rebooking so the entire ticket cost was lost - $1200 - GONE! We couldn't even get him a one way ticket so he could use the return part of the one he bought. This is an absolute customer service disaster. This man lost all his money, he saves up all year to go see his family. That's an ugly way to take advantage of people."

Fordeler: "Crew was friendly. Received very filling meals. Free movies available for watching."
Ulemper: "We sat on the runway for over an hour with no explanation as to what was happening. At least overall, we only arrived half an hour late."

Fordeler: "I really don't remember. I slept through the entire flight."
Ulemper: "They boarded us from the back and the front of the plane so at one point you had people trying to pass each other in the aisles. Weird. That could've been handled better. Also, people were allowed to put their back packs in the over head so didn't leave much room for luggsge carry on. Flight attendants weren't helpful either. One just said that all carry on should be able to under the seat."

Ulemper: "Food was pretty bad"

Ulemper: "Ridiing buses on tarmac to get to the plane."

Fordeler: "The crew was very friendly. The food and drink service was excellent. The entertainment was varied. And the flight was smooth and on time which was greatly appreciated."
Ulemper: "As someone who does not particularly enjoy flying, Lufthansa made everything smooth and enjoyable. That being said, if I have to nitpick... the feet of the seats in front of me were staggered so that my foot space was cut in half by a bar. I had to have one foot on each side... sharing each one with the seatmates on either side of me. It made it so I didn't have a clear space to store my purse, which made the 10 hour flight just a little uncomfortable. Oh...and I could not find the proper jack for the headphones. It's as if the headphones provided were not meant for that entertainment system."

Ulemper: "No boarding lines. Boarded late. I was not given enough time from my arriving flight. I had to spring the length of the airport and up and down stairs as the elevators had long lines. Maybe it was good it boarded late or I wouldn't have made it."

Ulemper: "Seats are very uncomfortable. Body wants to slide forward."

Ulemper: "Problems with the check-in online that made it impossible and cause that me and my partner had to seated not together. In the counters at the airport, we asked if it was possible a solution as I suffer with big anxiety and needed to be together my partner during the flight, and they answered us in an extremely rude way. Luckily we could change it with other passangers inside the plane by ourselves. Not a fault of Lufthansa but something that made the flight HORRIBLE was an extremelly smelly and very heavy guy seated next to me that used half of my seat and made me be really uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "I don't care for disembarking to a bus. Business class could have had larger seats instead of leaving an empty seat between people."

Ulemper: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Ulemper: "Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!"

Ulemper: "KLM lost my luggage during the layover. My luggage didn't arrive even after the next flight to Prague. Customer service wouldn't give me any idea what flight my luggage would arrive on, nor would they tell me what time my luggage might be delivered to me."

Fordeler: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Ulemper: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Ulemper: "KLM needs to upgrade the entertainment. It was very hard to see the images on the screen. The planes that KLM uses are old and they sure need to be upgraded."

Ulemper: "My check in luggage was in very bad condition when I receive it. My clothes were all wet and they got bab by each other’s colour. Many clothes are not in a condition to wear now. Those were expensive and I had a big loss because of that."

Ulemper: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Fordeler: "Short-hop flight, fit for purpose."

Ulemper: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Fordeler: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

Ulemper: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Fordeler: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."
Ulemper: "The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish"

Fordeler: "I ended up getting home with less delay than originally predicted. I guess that's a good thing Also delta customer service was super polite and trying to help when I called"
Ulemper: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

"Hyggelige og effektive ansatte. Derimot er flyene til og fra Oslo alltid forsinket og i vår tilfelle var det på 25 minutter. I tillegg, er kabinene på enkelte fly delvis utdaterte, smart å sjekke på forhold hva slags fly du skal fly med. Ellers er det er svært bra selskap som jeg anbefaler å bruke."

Ulemper: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Ulemper: "Delay in take off 45 min!!!!"

Ulemper: "Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!"

Fordeler: "Entertainment system"
Ulemper: "Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Ulemper: "Tell me i would misst the next flight and that my beg will not go to the final airport."

Ulemper: "See above."

Ulemper: "Seat was super uncomfortable. Could not fit in my legs at all, could not recline it enough. Maybe sufficient for a one hour flight, definitely not on an intercontinental flight."

Ulemper: "Surprised one flight that from what it looked to be, once flight took off a older couple came out of the cockpit are and took a seat in business class. I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight"

Ulemper: "The usual Air France flights to Rome, that I have been flying for years, are now operated by Joon. For a couple months nothing changed, except the way the crew dressed. But now Joon is showing its true nature as a LOW COST airline.Seats cramped. Snacks and apple juice are now available for purchase only."

Ulemper: "We were in the last few rows on a turbulent route. The yaw damper constantly overcorrected, resulting in lots of side to side motion for the passengers"

Fordeler: "Boarding staff helpful with Disabilities; food services quick and pleasant; interior cabin temps appropriate."
Ulemper: "Why is boarding so prolonged? 1-Small children and elders cannot stand for 20/30 minutes 2-Why are various sections (particularly Economy), no longer boarded by rows. and from rear first...so people don’t clog aisles, step over others, injure or be injured by heavy overhead moves?"

Fordeler: "Very nice stews. Food was A plus compared to US airlines AND included. Great list of movies etc."

Fordeler: "1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles."
Ulemper: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Ulemper: "Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion."

Fordeler: "I like traveling with AirFrance in general."
Ulemper: "Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!"

Ulemper: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Fordeler: "In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy."
Ulemper: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Ulemper: "Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight)."

Fordeler: "Whenever I travel air France I get a reminder of what customer service looks like on a flight. Incredible crew, great experience"

Fordeler: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Ulemper: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Ulemper: "The crew was not very polite."

Fordeler: "Friendly crew and exit row had nice legroom."
Ulemper: "Ran out of the (already not sufficient) salty crackers and, as the flight had been delayed, we had a one packet of cracker 'lunch' at noon... the flight really should have had a sandwich or at least something slightly more substantial."

Ulemper: "The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights"

Fordeler: "Clean & tidy planes. Good service. Sufficient legroom for me - I'm six foot two inches tall & the 787 was great. Much more room than the airbus we flew to Athens on from Tel Aviv."

Ulemper: "Very limited food served at inappropriate times with no flexibility. No information provided on what meals would be served at what times. Very limited entertainment. Very long uncomfortable flight compounded by crew hawking duty free goods like vendors at a fish market, waking many of those who had been fortunate enough to fall asleep."

Fordeler: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."

Ulemper: "On the boarding time thy check you handcarry wait and on that time if you have extra wait they want to throw I don’t like that because on the counter if they check and tell you have exsis wait you have a option to give your extra stuff to your attendant but they give hard time to pas Sanger’s I really hait that sevice"

Ulemper: "From the trip to india and the way back, The experience was horrible. The staff was rude and unwilling to help. Compared to other airlines very bad customer service. I will never fly Etihad again. I will actively tell people not to fly Etihad. At the Ahmedabad Airport they were unwilling to help and very rude!"

Ulemper: "Horrible and disorganized service crew. Went without food for 2 of three service seasons as they forgot a whole section to service. Had to repeatedly ask and in one case finally got something to eat 40 mins later. Poor sequence of beverage and food service."

Ulemper: "Flight attendants (crew) need to be a bit more passenger friendly. Most of them just don't care about good service. I am a frequent flier having flied for 30 years nationally and internationally via numerous airlines. I am an "easy" passenger who is not demanding in any manner. So this opinion comes from a person like me."

Fordeler: "Ethihad is simply amazing. Best airways."
Ulemper: "I would have preferred A380 for the trip"

Ulemper: "2. Food choices from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok was Szechwan (spicy chicken), Indian (fish), or vegetarian pasta; no international or Thai food. 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."

Fordeler: "Sokratis Repanidis - the food and beverage manager was very courteous and well behaved ...... Thank u especially"

Fordeler: "Sichuan Chicken was the best airline food i have ever eaten in an airline. it was quite impressive. Might be too spicy for a lot of people but i love it. I would advise that you add "spicy" next to the name for those who can't handle spicy food."
Ulemper: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."
