Ulemper: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."

Ulemper: "Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!"

Ulemper: "Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress."

Ulemper: "The boarding was a bit disorderly. Lanes for zones 3 and 4 were not clearly indicated."

Fordeler: "The seat was spacious and the concept of the evening meal being the lighter option was innovative and well thought out"

Ulemper: "KLM lost my luggage during the layover. My luggage didn't arrive even after the next flight to Prague. Customer service wouldn't give me any idea what flight my luggage would arrive on, nor would they tell me what time my luggage might be delivered to me."
Fordeler: "The cabin crew was so kind, efficient, and attentive. All meals and snacks were delicious."
Fordeler: "Left ontime and service was excellent."

Ulemper: "Checking in was extensive for unaccompanied minor. But gate crew was very unnattentuve and though we showed up as first in line, they did not focus, and kept saying to wait. Ultimately our son was last person on the plane."
Fordeler: "Food was good and crew members were very nice"
Ulemper: "My check in luggage was in very bad condition when I receive it. My clothes were all wet and they got bab by each other’s colour. Many clothes are not in a condition to wear now. Those were expensive and I had a big loss because of that."

Fordeler: "The staff are the best European crews I have encountered. Naturally friendly, professional and fit looking. Nothing is too much trouble"
Ulemper: "Crowded seating, 20-year old video system, headphones that did not match the two-jack system, lackluster service in flight. Generally my experience with KLM has been good, but this was well below average."
Fordeler: "Boarding was a breeze and the staff were lovely. Online check was very simple and easy to navigate."
Ulemper: "The amount of extras you have to click no to while checking in online."
Fordeler: "The food and the punctuality"

Fordeler: "Short-hop flight, fit for purpose."
Ulemper: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."
Fordeler: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"
Fordeler: "Short, comfortable flight. Nothing special. Got us where we needed to be without incident."

Ulemper: "Boarding unorganized, but that may have been more of a passenger issue then KLM"
Fordeler: "Short layover connecting from US flight and luggage transferred ok to destination. Food option not great but at least they didn't charge for it unlike some other airlines. No entertainment but to be expected on such a short flight."
Fordeler: "I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good."
Ulemper: "my only complaint is the USB ports didn't work on any of the chairs that me and my family where assigned to."
Ulemper: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"
