Fordeler: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Ulemper: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Fordeler: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Ulemper: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Fordeler: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Ulemper: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Ulemper: Time

Ulemper: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Fordeler: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Ulemper: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Fordeler: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Ulemper: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Fordeler: The plane size & comfort was excellent. The staff were very friendly

Ulemper: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Fordeler: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Ulemper: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Fordeler: Professional crew

Ulemper: I think for the price I paid for the flight there should at least be a free snack to go with the free drink.

Fordeler: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.

Ulemper: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Fordeler: Nothing.

Ulemper: Please see statement from SFO-> CPH flight.

Ulemper: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.

Ulemper: Window did not darken like the others.

Ulemper: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Fordeler: Staff were professional and polite.

Ulemper: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Ulemper: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Fordeler: The crews were pretty great!

Ulemper: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.
