Fordeler: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.

Ulemper: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Fordeler: Seat had very little cushion.

Fordeler: The flight was really fast!

Ulemper: The representatives were not friendly and having to pay an additional large fee for normal size carry on luggage is ridiculous.

Fordeler: Italian /Irish air hostess fabulous with annoying customers, bless her she handled everything so well, I would have thrown them off

Ulemper: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Ulemper: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Ulemper: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Ulemper: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Fordeler: I was able to log on the my booking and select aisle seats for no additional cost (surprisingly). Made the short flight much more comfortable.

Ulemper: Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable

Fordeler: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.

Ulemper: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Fordeler: Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me.

Ulemper: Add-on costs...though still added to a little less than alternative.

Ulemper: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Fordeler: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Fordeler: Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!
