Fordeler: - the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced.

Fordeler: Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con.

Ulemper: WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!

Fordeler: I appreciate having updates about the flight mid flight.

Ulemper: Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane.

Fordeler: The food was amazing as usual. The crew's service was great!

Fordeler: We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit.

Ulemper: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.

Ulemper: Top cold inside. 35-40 % of the journey we had turbulences

Ulemper: Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed...

Ulemper: Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!

Fordeler: Flight was 30 minutes faster than schedule

Ulemper: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Fordeler: Nothing about this flight/airline was good.

Ulemper: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Fordeler: Affordability

Ulemper: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Ulemper: Hi, Pliz sort out the menu,the food was rubbish.

Fordeler: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Ulemper: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Fordeler: Plane was clean

Fordeler: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.

Ulemper: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.

Ulemper: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Fordeler: Great flight

Fordeler: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Fordeler: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Ulemper: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Fordeler: I like the notice given prior before I get to the airport on regard to a free carry-on check in. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic happy giving me the comfort of a nice travel journey. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Ulemper: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Ulemper: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Fordeler: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Ulemper: Window did not darken like the others.

Fordeler: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Ulemper: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Fordeler: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.

Ulemper: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Fordeler: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Ulemper: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Fordeler: I didn't end up taking the flight. It was canceled.

Ulemper: Being able to reach the airline or vayama would have made it better. The flight was canceled and I couldn't have gone anyway as the wedding was postponed that I had planned to go to and there are stay at home mandates in the US due to COVID 19. It's been weeks and I've given up trying to reach the airline or vayama and it's not clear if I'll get any of my money back. That's the one frustrating thing is not being able to reach anyone.

Ulemper: Food was so hot that it was difficult to remove the packaging to be able to eat the pasta.... Desert was ok, brownie was real hard and too sweet....

Fordeler: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Ulemper: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.
