I late 1 min and they did not let me in, was suppose to buy ither tickets. It was no any info about 30 min check in. No refund, no help, I’m injured can’t wall fast or run.

They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."

Fordeler: "For a discount airline, the service was what we expected, no frills, just transportation from Lisbon to London."
Ulemper: "As a no frills airline, nothing is free, not even coffee and we paid 6 euros for two cups on board the plane. We paid extra to get better seating and we got one "free" check-in bag as part of the deal. They are very strict with the carry-on luggage and make sure that you adhere to their sizing policies and saw people arguing as they were forced to pay 50 euros for non-compliant bags. It is better to pay extra in advance to get better seating. Finally, if you are traveling to London, the airline flies to Stanted which is about an hour from London, but train service is good and you can connect to the tube and practically reach every corner of the city quickly and cheaply."

But when we get to the airport today , they do charged us £180 /4 luggage, we were so mad . I NEVER think about come back to travel with Ryanair Airline and also tell to all my friends and family don't EVER trust Ryanair Airline...!!! Also we're seated separate events the next seat wasn't have nobody... So sad and so mad .... Hopefully the Ryanair Director know about this happening????"

Fordeler: "I arrived safely without a scratch. The entire crew were very nice. Things were clean. There were no screens for the addicted. I got some sleep before the announcements and sales kicked in on the short flight."
Ulemper: "Gate was changed after initial assignment. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't sat almost in front of the counter and overheard a customer there saying my flight. I asked someone even closer to the counter if that's the gate, and was told no. There aren't even display boards at the counter so you really have to check. The right gate ended up on the opposite end of the airport, so I wasted a trip and a half, in a way. The previous flight was late, so we boarded half an hour late. We were warned to wait another half an hour on the tarmac but luckily got out in less than half that time. There was no liquid soap in the toilet. I unscrewed the bottle (they really save money and the environment there), put in hot water, and was able to get the soap I needed."

Ulemper: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."

I missed the flight from Manchester to Dublin because of poor informations from Aer Lingus and the airport, no possibility to check in online, they don't respond to phone calls, I had to buy another tickets to enable me travel to Dublin from Manchester. I want my money to refund.

I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
