Ulemper: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"

Ulemper: "Delayed then not delayed then the crew were late and made no attempt to hurry themselves then wen we boarded we were told we were delayed an hour and 40 minutes so had to sit there on the plane with no1 telling us wats going on or wen we were leaving! No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen"
Ulemper: "Nearly 3 hours late and no proper explanation for delay. Sorry but delayed incoming aircraft doesn't wash. Also had to wait nearly half an hour upon landing at Stansted before we could disembark"
Fordeler: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Ulemper: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Ulemper: "Hold baggage took over half an hour to arrive. Loot enough seats in gate at airport of departure"
Ulemper: "Gates announced too late"
Fordeler: "We didn't crash"
Ulemper: "Our flight was late to take off, and had to queue for 30 minutes at Shannon - before the plane had even landed. At stansted then had to get a long bus to the terminal and wait on the bus for 10 minutes because they couldn't open the doors. Luckily after a sprint to the station we made the last stansted express of the evening (£28 return each - 'London' airports for you)"
Ulemper: "Plane was late to take off by 40 minutes We arrived at the plane early on the bus, but couldnt board as the stairwell hadnt been fitted to the plane, therefore had to sit on the bus in the heat until the stairs came along"
Fordeler: "everything on this flight went like clockwork the flight left on time and the crew onboard were really helpful and pleasant"

Ulemper: "Priority boarding but congested at Gate and held standing on bus for 10+ mins. Cabin staff ok but not as alert, proactive or responsive as normal. Trying to sell scratch cards rather than provide relevant services."

Ulemper: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

Ulemper: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Fordeler: "A 6 hour delay with rude, nasty staff. I will be making a formal complaint."
Ulemper: "The staff bullied a girl next to me and have no sympathy."

Ulemper: "All passengers were asked to pre-board which meant standing in the bridge to the plane before the plane arrived. We then had to walk down the stairs outside with the mosquitoes then walk up the stairs to the plane."

Ulemper: "The air conditioning was very high and I think that most passengers feel very cold during the flight."

Ulemper: "There was a cabin services director (or whatever his title was) who clearly liked the sound of his own voice. He kept going on and on about how bad the weather was in London and how sunny it was in Portugal. He mentioned rain and snow in London and suggested that people booked a return flight to Portugal in the twenty-five minutes available to them in London after the plane had landed. One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"
Fordeler: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."

Fordeler: "They didn't disturb us with as many sales calls down the isle as usual. Smartly dressed crew. Otherwise nothing."

Ulemper: "Flight delayed by 7 hours"
Fordeler: "Crew boarding and overall is good"
Fordeler: "Simple, comfortable, practical & cheap.Love Ryanair...they make quick weekends away possible...Ryanair have changed. In particular the fact that they allow a second small bag in the cabin make them now a lot better than easyjet (My experience with easyjet recently has been much more pedantic & fussy & awkward). Ryanair gets you there cheaply and with a decent degree of comfort and service."

Ulemper: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"
Fordeler: "The plane was clean and we boarded on time ..... however we sat on the plane for 2 hours whilst Ryan air staff disembarked a drunk passenger from the plane and found his luggage . It was very obvious whilst waiting at the gate that this man was very very drunk and already being extremely abusive to his partner . Why was he allowed to board the plane causing inconvenience to all the passengers on board and the cabin crew and the following passengers on the next flight ? Yes the team apologised but we weren't provided with any drinks or offered a discount on pod and beverages and practically had to beg to be able to use the toilet during the delay ........ really disappointing"

Fordeler: "Crew were fine, but I'd rather pay a few quid more on the ticket to have a better experience. Something between this and BA would be fine for me."
Ulemper: "Never a pleasant experience, but mercifully brief."
Fordeler: "The morning flight was over an hour late with considerable time spent on the apron - the evening flight was equally late - I don't have a problem with planes being late - it happens due to weather etc. BUT. only if I am told what is happening, no information was provided whatsoever, this is not helpful...."
Fordeler: "Busy departure time, waited 45mins in the aircraft for take off. Had to check in our hand luggages due to busy flight so again waiting at the other end to retrieve our baggage."
Fordeler: "Barcelo hotel it couldn't have better staff. From reception, waitress/bar, and all the people involve in the service, they are all great professionals and it give you the best services. We will come back asap Xxx"

Ulemper: "flight was a late time slot. Could have done with a few hours less in Eindhover. We were told to board and left outside in the cold for 15 minutes. No information or announcement as to why the delay.. or why in the freezing cold."
Ulemper: "The flight was half an hour late arriving than its departure time, then we waited a further 1.5 hours before taking off arriving in London at quarter to 2. Barely any announcements were made meaning many felt confused and frustrated. Understandably the weather meant we couldn't take off but that wasn't explained until it was too late. Upon arriving in London we then waited a further 15 mins to disimbark as they only had one person who could open the doors at Stanstead. This felt like adding insult to injury."

Ulemper: "Been invited to board, only to end up waiting in a freezing cold stairwell which lead outside, only to find that nobody from Ryan air had even been on the plane yet. The plane door had never been opened until 10 minutes after we had been waiting in the cold."
Fordeler: "The planes are getting older apparently. This plane was very noisy."
