Ulemper: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."

Ulemper: "Baggage policy is very unclear. Boarding procedures are slow and inefficient. Seats are uncomfortable. Air didn't function and the flight was very hot."

Fordeler: "Crew was friendly and the boarding process was relatively smooth."
Ulemper: "The A/C made the cabin so cold that I am still shivering nearly two hours after landing. The cabin was cramped and uncomfortable, but I have experienced less comfortable seats on other budget airlines."

Fordeler: "This was the worst boarding process we’ve ever experienced. It wouldn’t take much effort or common sense to bring some order to it. Ridiculous!! Also, as others have said, they really get you on the baggage fees, and push you by email to check in early and charge you for it. We waited until a few days prior to check in for free, but then we were unable to sit together... We did arrive on time and the flight went very smoothly."

Ulemper: "I tried to check in on line but their website had major issues. When I arrived at the airport, Ryanair hit me with a 40 Euro surcharge for not checking in on line. Worst airline I have ever experienced in my 40 years of airline travel."
Fordeler: "Bordeaux terminal is horrible, not enough seats. Rough landing. No ground staff at stanstead. Massive passport queues. All round horrible experience."
Ulemper: "Hadde ikke noe igjen hverken vått eller tørt, bare vodka og småbokser med blandevann"
Fordeler: "I couldn’t confirm my flight because I never received an appropriate code to verify my trip. The codes I entered were ineffective. I read I could confirm it upon arrival and after bringing my receipt to the customer service desk, they claimed my flight was not confirmed and I need to pay $40 in Euros. I feel deceived and lied to."
Ulemper: "I didn’t like concern for customer care and placing blame on travel agency instead of taking responsibility. I had a receipt and someone accepted my money. My contract for a flight was made the moment my money was received!"
Ulemper: "The service overall"
Fordeler: "Friendly crew. And that is it. The plane was poorly constructed inside but managed to land without falling apart. I prefer not to fly Ryan again."
Ulemper: "They seated us apart because we wouldn’t pay extra. Seats are cheap, uncomfortable, and don’t recline. Baggage policies were ridiculous but weren’t enforced. Very little legroom. We had to walk up the stairs and down on arrival. Apparently a proper gate costs extra."
Ulemper: "Two hours delayed"
Ulemper: "Flight was late. They announced that it was time to start boarding so we left our seating area in the airport just to go stand around for a half hour. Then they scanned our passes and made us stand outside in the windy cold for another 15 minutes. They should’ve let us stay where we were until the plane was actually ready."

Ulemper: "Having chosen a seat in the emergency exit row, was told that I couldn't use my jacket to cover myself while I slept; I either had to wear it or store it in the overhead locker. I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight."
Fordeler: "Got from point A to point B without any hassle. I passed out as soon as I got on the plane and there was nothing that kept me from sleeping."
Ulemper: "Boarding seemed a bit tedious and there was a lot of unnecessary standing around."
Ulemper: "Delayed take off 20 minutes late from Cork, now at STN, we stuck on the plane because the ladder and stairs to get off the plane are not ready?????? Do we blame Ryanair???? Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"

Fordeler: "NOTHING. I haven't had a worse airport/airline experience. I would NEVER fly this airline again. No matter the cost. HORRIBLE I felt taken advantage of and swindled. Not to mention incredibly uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "EVERYTHING. Ryanair is hands down the most horrendous airline I've encountered. What a joke. I can't believe they're in business."

Ulemper: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."
Fordeler: "Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me."

Ulemper: "I was charged 30 pounds to print my tickets even though i had checked in ahead of time. I was never notified about this prior to arriving at the desk."
Fordeler: "Disgusting service from the staff whom were rude, short and unprofessional. Not only was the flight delayed but there was no announcement regarding the flight delay how much time we had to wait on the tarmac."

Ulemper: "Lack of complimentary refreshment. Xould offer free cup aof tea and coffee without destroying profits. Giving a cup of tea might well encourage the passenger to buy food to accompany it"
Ulemper: "Extremely rude and condescending customer service—flight attendendants included. Extremely uncomfortable and small seats. Extremely unqualified pilots. 0/10 will never ride again."
Fordeler: "I bought priority boarding, there was a single line for everybody. Crew did not mind if people bought priority or not"
Fordeler: "Good aspect of flight: was inexpensive."
Ulemper: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."

Ulemper: "The boarding was chaotic and needlessly inefficient. Mist of all, I objected to being the object of constant advertisements."
Fordeler: "The plane is comfortable particularly for cheap flights. But services at destination airport is rather poor. It took me 2 and half hourshours to get through immigration (15 seconds once I handled my passport to the immigration officer) and than another 15 minutes to find my luggage. Overall, if I knew this I would have paid a regular ticket."
Fordeler: "Affordable. Able to pay for checked bag on phone since we arrived 2 hours ahead."
Ulemper: "Flight delayed. No boarding process. No ability to pay for luggage at check in counter."
Fordeler: "Flight delayed, long lines, confusion"
Ulemper: "The check in lines were terrible so we carried on our liggage. Then they made us check in our luggage anyway while waiting for the flight yet there was plenty of room in the overhead."
Ulemper: "Starting from checking in. There was one guy checking in all the baggage for 100 odd people in line. We wasted almost 45 mins just to check the baggage in. We already had checked in and had the boarding pass. Even on plane they charged for water. Seats were extra too. Old plane and was rattling all over with ugly colors."
Ulemper: "Since, I could not contact my bank nor print out the online tickets, due to away prior to specific time to print the online tickets, I was charged with 180 Euro for registered. I have to go throw so much red tape to arrive to airport and with slap of 180 Euro. Not a happy camper."
Ulemper: "We missed the flight because there was traffic"
