Same as 90% of people only fly Ryanair as a last resorts. Friend tried to down load boarding pass in the morning of flight was not able as need to be done 24hrs before. 50 euro to get printed at airport outrageous. Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"
Fordeler: "Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part."
Ulemper: "- They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."

Ulemper: "Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either."

Ulemper: "Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money."

Ulemper: "Notification of which Gate!! All the steps Down to the tarmac then up the plane steps!!! Priority- didn't seem to mean anything- everybody boarded the same!! The Cabin crew- Rushed announcements!! And worked as I feel robots!! But definitely got Value for Money!!!"
Ulemper: "var tull med koffert på flyplassen,hadde betalt for koffert ,men måtte betale for den,en koffert kostet jo mer en turen.på flyet ,hadde dem ikke noe av noe drikke og servere.ikke nok med deg.da vi sto og ventet på kofferten på Torp.kom den ikke på det rullebandet fra Gdansk,men på det fra Krakow.så på denne turen var det mye feil.vurderer om jeg skal bruke Ryanair noe mer"

Ulemper: "Delayed then not delayed then the crew were late and made no attempt to hurry themselves then wen we boarded we were told we were delayed an hour and 40 minutes so had to sit there on the plane with no1 telling us wats going on or wen we were leaving! No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen"

Ulemper: "Nearly 3 hours late and no proper explanation for delay. Sorry but delayed incoming aircraft doesn't wash. Also had to wait nearly half an hour upon landing at Stansted before we could disembark"
Fordeler: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Ulemper: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Ulemper: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."
Ulemper: "Make sure to all you need to do is the bag drop at checkin. The lines to see an agent are horrendous."

Ulemper: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Ulemper: "In the past, you could accept to be hauled like cattle through the gate, walk to the plane under the rain, sit on a bench, be bother with scratchers, etc. because the cost was really low. Not anymore. Nowadays the generic name should be very-high-cost/service-ratio airlines. They charge you way too much for the same crappy service as always. Bye, bye!"
