Ulemper: "Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather."
Ulemper: "As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????"

Fordeler: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"

Ulemper: "No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

Ulemper: "Seating uncomfortable, don’t even serve water, charge money to check in 3 days early and for some strange reason they charged 100€ for standard carry ones manufactured by Samsonite for international travel because it didn’t fit in their standard cubby ... the same carry ones they allowed from London to Stansted became a tad too big on return . They remind me of US traffic police that start giving tickets on tiny issues st the end of the month to make their quota . Also many people in the line had bags exactly our size"

Ulemper: "Severe delays, poor comms, priority boarding means nothing when we’re all piled into the same bus and there’s a scrum for the stairs into the plane."

Ulemper: "2 hrs 30 min delay trapped on board without air con. I was with my son (7 weeks old) and didn’t have enough space to breastfeed and fresh air to cope with the heat."
Ulemper: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Ulemper: "There was a delay in boarding but no communication from any of the five members of staff at the boarding gate as to why. I also purchased priority boarding but we were not seperated from the crowd."

Ulemper: "No staff in Treviso airport to help. There was 5 or 6 flights of people squashed into a small basement area which could barely hold 2 flights of people. It was unbearable crowded conditions with 2 airport staff who didn't reply when asked anything. When we found out flight was severely delayed there was no staff who would receive our claims for our rights under eu261 and got our food ouchers 1hour and 25 minutes late - impeding on our rights"

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 1h40, seats cramped, take off and landing uncomfortable, Ryanair’s policy of enforcing hold baggage, Ryanair’s bully tactics of sitting passengers separately even if tickets are booked and checked in together, basically everything Ryanair did"

Ulemper: "We had more than 2 hours delay and although the company knew that that would be the case, they didn't let us know beforehand. We only found out when we arrived at the airport. Apparently the delay was because the aircraft had come with more than 2 hours delay from London so the company was fully aware our flight would also be delayed."
Fordeler: "The plane was nice and new."
Ulemper: "The cabin bag policy is ridiculous - we had small backpacks and had to put them in the hold. The plane was oversold so we were late while we waited for someone to get off. My friend has an NZ passport (with a 5 year ancestory UK visa) and had to print out her boarding pass at the hotel and then get it stamped - we don’t have to do this for any other low cost flights! Not sure Ryanair is really worth the “cheap” flights with all the add ons and hassle."

Fordeler: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Ulemper: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Fordeler: "The flight was on time, checkin was easy and the flight got me from point A to B for a reasonable flight"
Ulemper: "Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege."
Fordeler: "The crew were very friendly and very helpful with my sister struggling with her baggage due to her breaking her arm a few weeks ago. The crew on the ground at Shannon and on-board the flight could not do any more for us."
Ulemper: "The seating arrangements whereby we had to pay extra to sit together despite us booking the three tickets all at the same time. Ryanair are over-charging their customers with these hidden charges which are only declared at the check-in stage"
Fordeler: "It was all good, if I had to find a negative point, I'd say it was a very old plane.... I felt a bit like being in a scene from back to the future when I got in the cabin. Other than that it was a rather pleasant flight. Well done."

Ulemper: "Ground staff rudely asked me to check if my bag fits. I kindly showed them my list (on the phone) of more than 40 recent flights. I travel twice per week for business. They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."

Ulemper: "-On 20/12/2017 the flight was expect at 09:50 it was delayed until midday. -On 05/01/2018 I had received a message(on my mobile phone) to confirm my return and I try many times to do it without success. so i did my best to trying to call the number 080000834000 and the person who attended my call ask me to repeat several times which it make me disappoint. So i have to paid 50. 00 euros for it and plus I had to pay 40.00 euros for each suitcase (total 2 suitcases = 80.00 euros) Which i suppossed i had been paid when i booked my holidays, and no much information has been given in it. in the end too expensive. I will look at other low cost airlines in the future."

Ulemper: "I love the flight bit the take off a bit rude."
Fordeler: "I had a good flight either way. Some turbulence, what you might call 'a controlled crash landing' on the way back to Stansted."
Ulemper: "The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."

Really not recommending Ryanair flights from Stansted

I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
