Fordeler: Literally nothing.

Ulemper: It could have happened.

Fordeler: The flight attendants were very nice and tried to accomodate everyone. The food was pretty good for airline food. The snacks and beverages were plentiful. The tea they serve is delicious! Good movies, online games etc.

Ulemper: I did not like the very tight seating with basically no leg room. Very uncomfortable. Unless you can afford 1st class or the pod type loungers. There is no room in the economy section.

Ulemper: Rude check in lady who said I needed to check bag (but didn’t. Loads of space)

Fordeler: Crew.. single person was okay. Overall company operation plus late flight was poor

Ulemper: Luggage handling could be better. Flight on schedule will be good.

Fordeler: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Ulemper: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Fordeler: Trip was canceled

Ulemper: Trip was canceled without costumer exchange or rebooked

Fordeler: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Ulemper: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Fordeler: Vegetarian option of the food. Constant hydration

Ulemper: WiFi

Fordeler: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Ulemper: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Fordeler: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Fordeler: Confort and kindness

Ulemper: It was too cold

Fordeler: Flight was on time.

Ulemper: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Fordeler: Nothing

Ulemper: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Ulemper: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Fordeler: The crew was professional & friendly

Ulemper: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Fordeler: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Fordeler: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Ulemper: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Fordeler: Seats very comfortable

Ulemper: Nothing

Fordeler: I missed my flight.

Ulemper: Helped me get a different flight. I got zero help getting another flight. Or any credit.

Fordeler: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.
