Fordeler: Nothing. Horrible experience overall, but what you pay is what you get.

Fordeler: The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that.

Ulemper: Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip.

Ulemper: Gate announcement was only a few minutes before cut off!!

Fordeler: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Fordeler: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.

Ulemper: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Ulemper: Kayak updated me that my flight would be late. It wasn't. Missed it had to pay $700

Ulemper: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Ulemper: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Ulemper: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Ulemper: Premium cabin service and amenities very poor. No snacks available with premium ticket. Also no socks or hygiene products typically available on other business class flights. Will not fly Norwegian again.

Fordeler: Super seats for the price

Ulemper: There wasn't a huge selection of movies/episodes of shows to watch.

Ulemper: 1 hour late boarding, 20 min. Waiting outside in cold to get into the airplane and then 30 min. Circling around the city before landing

Fordeler: It was ahead of schedule

Fordeler: Very quick flight

Ulemper: No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!

Fordeler: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Fordeler: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.

Ulemper: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.

Fordeler: Calm, friendly and professional crew, good food and spotlessly clean aircraft.

Ulemper: Disorganized boarding. People were jumping the line saying they were in the zone that was called when they couldn’t have been. I was there early (one of the 1st) but because I’m polite and only approached the gate when my zone was called, ended up at the back. More monitoring of this would help because I saw other people bothered by this.

Ulemper: Ok

Fordeler: The crew was very friendly and welcoming

Ulemper: I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast.

Ulemper: Counter, and check in, long lines, a lot of people, time spend, and also if the flight didn’t have food you must communicate it.

Fordeler: No issues - everything went smoothly

Ulemper: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Fordeler: Fast flight

Ulemper: As always delay and on buda airport pretty chaos during off board but not due ryanair staff but wrong airport organization

Fordeler: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.

Ulemper: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.

Fordeler: Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con.

Ulemper: WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!

Ulemper: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either

Fordeler: My 18 year old son was the one who traveled and it was his first time on this airline - he was very satisfied with the trip.

Fordeler: Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served

Ulemper: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Fordeler: Not even a bump ...seriously an amazing plane and pilot!

Ulemper: The afternoon snack was disgusting ....(not just my exclusive opinion)

Ulemper: I could put my seat down, the button wasn’t working..

Fordeler: Very accommodating staff

Fordeler: Online booking was nice and easy.

Ulemper: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.
