Ulemper: Rude air hostess who was ignoring us in particularli where I was nearly fainting

Ulemper: We were traveling with 1.5 year old child and we had to leave our stroller at the entrance to the gate and got it back with the rest of the luggage, needless to say we had to carry our child all the way to the plane and then to the baggage claim. Why can't it be taken and given back at the entrance.

Fordeler: Attendant's were nice

Fordeler: WORST STAFF EVER. Incredibly rude and not helpful. DO NOT FLY.

Fordeler: Ticketing staff very friendly. Smooth check in process.

Ulemper: Disorganized on boarding of passengers. Entertainment system had to be rebooted three times by the captain. Crew not super friendly.

Fordeler: The crew were excellent and seats were comfy.

Ulemper: Headphones for the entertainment centre.could have been better. Sound quality not great.

Fordeler: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Ulemper: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

Fordeler: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Ulemper: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Fordeler: The boarding procedure was much more organized than the previous flight.

Ulemper: They served fish on board, and the odor stuck around for awhile.

Ulemper: I was not informed the ticket didn’t includes luggage

Fordeler: Only the on board crew lived up to Tap's normal standard

Ulemper: Boarding chaotic in Copenhagen. Food very poor this time

Ulemper: No wifi on a 9 hour flight. Takes a long time to get another round of coffee.

Ulemper: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Fordeler: Fly was delayed.i was told my bag would go to end but it was not.instead of coming to the hotel 7pm i came 1am.

Ulemper: Explain me to take the bag on time.it was almost left in the airport.

Ulemper: Both flights through Detroit were re-routed, our luggage was lost for 4 days.

Fordeler: Seats were comfortable. Entertainment system stopped working part way through

Ulemper: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Ulemper: My luggage was lost for almost 2 weeks.

Ulemper: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Ulemper: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.

Ulemper: Short version: Avoid Ryanair like you would avoid Herpes. I paid for baggage but got charged again. Desk agent was rude. There was no information provided about what gate or where the gate was. I paid for fast track security and didn't get it. It only got worse from there. Never ever fly Ryanair!

Ulemper: Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped.

Ulemper: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Fordeler: The aircraft was relatively new and well appointed.

Ulemper: Service with a frown by half the staff. Took away headphones that I had stowed aside for a later time while taking a nap and gave it to another passenger - on a long haul business class flight. Poor service culture. Outbound flight was terrible. Six hour delay. No apologies. Rude telephone staff.

Ulemper: The terminal in Lisbon is poor. Poor food choices. Dirty bathrooms. And keep an eye on the change you get back, 2 out of 2 purchases they tried to shortchange me... one was for over 2 euros.

Fordeler: The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous.

Ulemper: There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized.

Ulemper: Ryanair pricing / baggage is so rapacious but it does keep ticket prices down....

Ulemper: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Ulemper: They should have entertainment online at least by the app
