Ulemper: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.
Fordeler: Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con.
Ulemper: WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!
Ulemper: I was supposed to have wheelchair assistance. None there. Flight was on time. Passenger assistance is AWFUL!!!

Ulemper: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!
Ulemper: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,
Fordeler: Crew excellent, especially as they dealt with delay due to earlier medical event
Ulemper: Not really. Although pushback delayed, arrival was 10 minutes early
Ulemper: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.
Fordeler: Cops is always a good reason to flight
Ulemper: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.
Fordeler: Cheap flight
Ulemper: Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals.

Fordeler: The was knowledgeable, but customer acumen sucks.
Ulemper: The crew does not acknowledge the passengers. Even when one the crew member was pushing a shopping cart down the aile with the Merchandise for people to purchase, she was just in such a hurry to avoid passengers.
Ulemper: My checked bag did not make it to London, and it’s really affected my short stay which requires a lot of traveling around England.

Fordeler: Nothing. Horrible experience overall, but what you pay is what you get.
Ulemper: Pretty much everything...
Ulemper: Seats itself not really ok, neighbor any size gonna touch you every time. Crew not ready to do anything with passengers with little kids, only my headset helped me survive. So I could sleep because of this issue only 1 hour for 12 hours flight. Good luck. As second issue doesn’t happen too often
Fordeler: Wine. Good movies
Ulemper: USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible
