Fordeler: Flight left on time and arrived 15 mins ahead of schedule, staff was polite

Fordeler: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Ulemper: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Fordeler: crew and boarding was nice

Ulemper: don't stop the airplane 5 miles from the terminal in a pouring rain making everyone have to walk to the gate and getting soaked.

Ulemper: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.

Ulemper: More legroom but then I'm tall. Otherwise just what you would expect from a budget airline

Fordeler: Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports.

Ulemper: 6 hours delay due to bad weather.

Fordeler: Ok flight

Ulemper: Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!

Ulemper: Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped.

Ulemper: Pretty much everything. Another uncomfortable flying bus charging you for everything they can charge. Flying is absolutely awful these days.

Ulemper: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Ulemper: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Ulemper: I pre booked and paid for an isle seat and was given a window seat. The plane was so hot and had no air-con, the people I were sat next to kept asking the girls to put it on but they didn’t

Ulemper: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Fordeler: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Ulemper: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Fordeler: I really enjoyed my window seat. The flight was on time and sightly early which was great.

Ulemper: I didn’t realize it was an outdoor boarding process so i wasn’t prepared for the rain. But i will be ready next time!

Ulemper: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.

Ulemper: Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual.

Fordeler: Friendly crew. Good food. Uneventful flight.

Ulemper: Flight was slightly delayed in departure.

Fordeler: Economy Plus is great (I’m 6’10”) & had plenty of legroom! Good food, great service, nice entertainment package and got to stay in SAS lounge until boarding!

Ulemper: They need to serve drinks with ice! US passengers need ice in their drinks!

Ulemper: I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax.

Ulemper: Requested a window seat, got a middle seat. No food, ither than coffee or tea had to pay for everything. Late departure, nearly missed my connecting flight.

Ulemper: Comfort of the plane. So freaking uncomfortable. Seats didn’t even recline back.

Ulemper: Better organization on the boarding process, i.e. separate lines for priority and normal.

Ulemper: Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board.
