Ulemper: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."
Ulemper: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."
Fordeler: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."
Ulemper: "There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized."

Ulemper: "Luggage (being handled by Air France in Basel) was first marked as delayed... nothing of the flight was in the end put on the belt and instead dropped off at Lost and Found. Ridiculous service since this was in no way announced to the people waiting for their suitcase."

Ulemper: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."
Fordeler: "For the price, you just can't beat Ryanair. The only thing that spoilt the flight were 3 drunk passengers opposite and behind who were noisy and kept annoying other passengers, however the cabin crew handled the problem very well."
Ulemper: "One hour late departure insufficient information Had to be bussed to plane negating any value for paying for priority Parked off stand at Birmingham had to use steps from plane and into terminal wife has arthritis and can’t carry bags I had to carry two bags down steps unable to use handrail really quite dangerous no apology re delay"
Ulemper: "Flight was late. No announcements that it was going to be late. Nobody around to answer questions. Would not fly again as the fare was not really any cheaper and the service much worse than other airlines that we have flown. Nothing!!"

Ulemper: "Sat on the plane for 1:30 due to delays and missing our departure slot then to be informed that there was no water ,drinks or any food on the plane due to “supply issues”. Then the conveyor system to broke down at East Midlands and all the cases had to be moved into the collection area by had by 2 security staff All in all 3 hours later for the booked taxi and didn’t arrive home till 4am ! Never had such a bad experience with Ryanair and East Midlands airport"

Ulemper: "It's the booking process and all the hidden ad-ons that will deter me from flying with Ryanair again. I paid CAD $130 for a seat plus $60 for a checked in bag (all together $190),a very expensive price to pay for a "low cost" no service airline. Your boarding pass printing fees and very early check in fees are very silly. Many better low cost airlines out there."
Fordeler: "The price was good, but we certainly got nothing but the absolute basics for the price."
Ulemper: "Gate attendant was very rude and charged me for an extra checked bag even though my bag fit into the sizer and I measured it before coming. He looked at it for two seconds and did not even put the bag all the way in the sizer. I tried arguing and he would not listen to me at all and just said “I’m done talking about it, either pay me or we will leave you here”. So I guess it’s their policy to hold you at ransom if your bag is even close to not fitting. Even worse, the plane was about 40% full and there was no shortage of room on the plane. They are crooks!"
Fordeler: "We came prepared so no surprises. Boarding pass printed, just back packs on a 1 day getaway to London."

Ulemper: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."

Ulemper: "The representatives were not friendly and having to pay an additional large fee for normal size carry on luggage is ridiculous."

Ulemper: "You have to be very careful with this airline. Although the price is really inexpensive, if you do NOT follow any of their rules to the letter they charge exorbitant fees that could double your price. Also, the boarding on the tarmac and waiting fior a long time in the sun was miserable. They are constantly trying to sell you things during the flight which is annoying. And not being able to sit together unless you pay more is just plain rude. The many steps up and down to get to the plane with hand carry is hard. I kept thinking if anyone tripped or fell there could be many people badly injured."

Ulemper: "So many hidden fees. Boarding was very unorganized. In fact, the entire flight was unorganized and uncomfortable. I would never fly RyanAir again!"

Ulemper: "Stood in a long line only to be told that we had to go to a different line. Not marked. Told to print boarding passes which is something a traveler cannot easily do. Not able to do that before leaving the United States."

Ulemper: "Snobby customer service rep that charged us 15 to print boarding pass when their site was down and would let us view our boarding passes. (When we had previously checked in and seen them online)"
Ulemper: "The extra cost for baggage. The flight was late but there was no announcement or explanation. The flight attendants talked over the loud intercom the entire time trying to sell products like perfume. One flight attendant kept bumping into me each time she walked by. The flight felt crowded. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable. I fly a lot and this was my first and probably last time flying ryan air."

Ulemper: "We had a 9:15 am flight, we had bought one 15kg luggage for check in beforehand and we each had our own carry on (group of us 3) given that we had an early flight and it took us over an hour to get to our airport we had very limited time to get through check in and security to board our plane. Upon access to our boarding gate they would not let us in due to the size of 2 of our carry on. We understand it is policy for them to fit into the carry on fitment test in order for it to be free so we were then directed to pay extra for our carry on and have them checked in. By this time it was 8:40am, the person in charge for checking in luggage said it was closed and to let the boarding agents know that we can get through. Although we told them this (lots of going back and forth wasting more time) the boarding agent said it didn't matter and we needed some sort of proof that they said it was ok. We had no idea what to do then since they wouldn't let us check in our carry on nor get through the boarding gate & pretty much getting brushed off whenever we tried to ask if there were any other options. Finally by 8:50 we decided to take out some items and carried them. Through the security line we see a lady with a carry on almost twice the size of ours! Very frustrated with how things were dealt with considering they knew our plane was about to depart, our experience was a complete nightmare & will most likely not be flying with Ryanair again"

Ulemper: "Search was changed to the 14th with me noticing and I mistakenly booked it. Costumer service was unreachable."
Ulemper: "We are done our pre-check online two days before the flight. When we arrived at the airport we were told that it had not been completed and sent to another office. There we had to pay a 45 euro penalty each The boarding took forever. And they were probably the most uncomfortable seats we've ever flown in. We like to save a dollar if possible, but will never fly Ryan air again. Life is too short."
Fordeler: "After booking my flight, I heard horror stories about Ryanair, especially about restrictions, checkin, and boarding. None of it was true for my flight--all went very smoothly."
