Fordeler: "787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach."

Ulemper: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Ulemper: "OLD OLD plane with hard seats and tiny screens"

Fordeler: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
Ulemper: "Nothing."

Fordeler: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Ulemper: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Fordeler: "Timing & efficiency. Good food though only a sandwich."
Ulemper: "Nothing. Could say there was no entertainment but I didn't want entertainment on such a short flight"

Ulemper: "Terrible service in flight and customer service wise .. app functionality was below"

Fordeler: "The cabin crew, the flight and communication and the cleanliness of the plane."
Ulemper: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Fordeler: "Loved this 747! Crew was professional and food was very good."
Ulemper: "We had a long wait (25 minutes) at the gate because we were early."

Ulemper: "It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding."

Ulemper: "I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax."

Ulemper: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Ulemper: "Priority passangers cannot board with their non priority partner, even on the sane reservation. Congratulations sas, only airline workdwide to prohibit this. Otherwise, also forgot my duty free bag at the gate and the crew refused to have me return for it or get it for me."

Fordeler: "We were in an empty Plus cabin at front. Coming from Miami, the hot towel service would have been nice. I blinked and missed the service. They will quickly skip you if they can. Food weird. Salmon in a box with no bread or rice or anything and a strange savory muffin. Ate neither. No entertainment."
Ulemper: "See above. Sorry. Nothing was good. Came in 10 mins early!"

Fordeler: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."

Fordeler: "The seats were very comfortable -- the plane wasn't very full, so there was room to spread out for some folks. As a vegetarian, the lunch meal was EXCELLENT, thank you. There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Ulemper: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

Ulemper: "Didn't make connectingflight due to a bomb alert at airport. sAS didntgive any support with either food or hotel. Stuck in Copenhagen for a day and night."

Ulemper: "Plane wasn't in the best shape"

Ulemper: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"

Fordeler: "I have no complaints. Will recommend SAS to all my friend. Thank you."
Ulemper: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office never returning phone calls as we are trying to get our questions answered. Would also be nice if the airline would use JFK instead of Liberty in Newark. Thank you."

Fordeler: "All good with SAS. Not good with me. I forgot to ask for a window seat."
Ulemper: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."

Fordeler: "Setene er behagelige, og selv i SAS Go er det mulig å legge setene lenger ned enn jeg er vant til hos en del andre flyselskaper i samme seteklasse."
Ulemper: "Det er ikke mulig å bestille spesialmåltid samtidig med billettene, man må ringe. Dette virker unødvendig tungvint, spesielt med tanke på at det var ekstra lang ventetid hos kundeservice i den aktuelle perioden. Heldigvis var det mulig å få hjelp via Facebook, men det er visst ikke vanlig."

Fordeler: "Ok friendly"

Fordeler: "This was one of the best airlines we've flown. Great food, plenty of room, friendly stewardesses and good service overall. We will definitely try to book with SAS again."
Ulemper: "Nothing. There was nothing to not like. In fact they fed us too much!"

Fordeler: "Nothing to be honest"
Ulemper: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Fordeler: "The plane was neat, clean and well maintained. The food was very good. The crew was professional and friendly. Based on my experience this is a top-notch airline."

Ulemper: "No entertainment or any special difference between business and coach except you get a meal. Seats are the same as economy and the bathrooms are shared. Why bother paying extra?"

Ulemper: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Fordeler: "Checked in easily with the line moving quickly. Boarding was efficient for a full flight. Left on time and arrived early. Luggage beat me to the carousel. Please give Air Canada lessons!"

Fordeler: "No problems, great crew, easy check in and on time!"

Fordeler: "Very fast boarding, clean aircraft and efficient, friendly service. Caught a break and had a smooth flight and landing"

Ulemper: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Ulemper: "Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor"

Ulemper: "I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive."

Fordeler: "Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France."
Ulemper: "Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line."

Fordeler: "Good selection of movies."
Ulemper: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Fordeler: "The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable."
Ulemper: "I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too"

Ulemper: "I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight."

Ulemper: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."

Fordeler: "Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him."
Ulemper: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Fordeler: "Staff were friendly and seats in business were super comfortable."

Fordeler: "The crew was wonderful. We were in business class which was modest but comfortable."
Ulemper: "Ground crew in Paris failed to put our luggage on plane to Amsterdam. Also, plane was delayed about 40 minutes because of Amsterdam air traffic. Captain was very apologetic to the passengers."

Fordeler: "Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise."

Ulemper: "Surprised one flight that from what it looked to be, once flight took off a older couple came out of the cockpit are and took a seat in business class. I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight"

Ulemper: "The food was mediocre. Flying La Compagnie in the past was a much better food experience."

Ulemper: "Old plane. Seats were super tiny and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in the same spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore."

Fordeler: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Ulemper: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Ulemper: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."

Ulemper: "shuttle from terminal to plane takes a long time. Flight left late"

Fordeler: "Just a routine flight but done with perfect execution."

Ulemper: "My luggage was lost in Paris. Now I need to wait still."

Fordeler: "Haven't flow with Air France for some time now and definitely noticed a lowering of standards"
Ulemper: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Fordeler: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Ulemper: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Fordeler: "It was a wonderful flight and service . Hospitality and welcoming."
Ulemper: "Nothing everything was amazing ."

Fordeler: "Boarding for BUsiness class was fine. Seating was cramped."
Ulemper: "As I said in my rating, seating was cramped. Food was mediocre. Crew was pleasant."

Ulemper: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Fordeler: "Service was excellent, top of line Food ,some of the best I’ve had on a airline Seats & pillows comfy But we were in La Première! Also the equipment- a380 was terrific"
Ulemper: "Only 1 bathroom (toilet) for all of first class"

Ulemper: "Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights."

Fordeler: "Everything was very prefect and would love to fly again."

Fordeler: "None"
Ulemper: "The airlines didn’t even notify the passengers with the connecting flight. As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Fordeler: "Short & easy flight"
Ulemper: "All ok"

Fordeler: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Ulemper: "We ordered a vegetarian meal. However, the vegetarian option offered to those who did not order a special meal looked better than the vegetarian option that we received."

Fordeler: "Good service all around, personnel pleasant"
Ulemper: "Very difficult to find where to register with the flight but this is more tied to the way things are run by the airport"

Fordeler: "Always like Air France. They are in tune with keeping the traveler updated."
Ulemper: "Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"

Ulemper: "Food was not good."

Fordeler: "New plane, comfortable seats, very nice flight attendants."
Ulemper: "There is no way to pre-order meals on LOT flights other than calling a Warsaw phone number. Other airlines allow this both during online check-in and at any other time as part of managing your booking."

Ulemper: "Boarding was a little less orderly than I am used to, but everything else was great service for the price"

Fordeler: "Friendly crew"
Ulemper: "Faster boarding, better food, more adequate announcements on delays"

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed an hour, this happens frequently when I travel on LOT"

Ulemper: "My entertainment stopped working mid flight. There was someone sitting behind me who was heavier and I was asked not to let my seat back. I was provided no compensation for this discomfort."

Ulemper: "They terrible, no one should flight with this shitty company. Never departure or arrive in time, if you have short connection you never gonna make it."

Fordeler: "It was Ok."

Fordeler: "No frills flight. Crew not very sympathetic about flight departing late jeopardizing everyone’s connecting flights. Seemed like it must be a common occurrence."
Ulemper: "Flight departed an hour late."

Fordeler: "Again, everything went good."
Ulemper: "Delay for late."

Fordeler: "Everything was excellent"
Ulemper: "The check-in opened a bit late from Israel and I did not plan on it at all but I look at what I had better things so I think there were a lot of good things here so I do not look at check-in"

Fordeler: "The flight WRO to WAW is very short, less than 1h. The seats are comfy and overall the flight is good. They even serve drinks and distribute candy, which is nice."

Ulemper: "Poor quality of announcements in Warsaw for boarding times."

Fordeler: "The flight was short and the crew was nice."
Ulemper: "There was no entertainment for the short plane ride."

Fordeler: "Check in starts 36 hours prior to take off, which is 50% more than what others allow. It was very convenient."
Ulemper: "Food could be better, but it wasn't bad in any way."

Ulemper: "Security. I got my wallet stolen from inside my backpack in the overhead bin."

Ulemper: "LOT was late on every flight. Did not miss any connections, but could not leave on-time if it was there only responsibility."

Ulemper: "No TV monitors. 1-hour delay both trips."

Fordeler: "Boarding was quick and well organized despite the full flight. In fact check-in and security were pleasantly quick in Budapest. The flight time was almost an hour shorter than scheduled which was a pleasant surprise - it was great to have at least four of the cabin crew who spoke Hungarian. As the people in front of us didn't recline their seats, we had decent legroom. Food was good, cabin crew were attentive."
Ulemper: "Nothing - though arrival in Chicago was not pleasant - huge lines at immigration and customs - took an hour and half from getting off the plane to getting out of the customs hall."

Ulemper: "Bad flight over all was delayed 3 times for no reason No one tells you anything"

Fordeler: "Sparkling water"
Ulemper: "LOT lost my bag!!!"

Ulemper: "The service was terrible. The flight went AOG, but not until midnight. We all sat around with barely any info all night long. Finally at 11:30pm they put out some water and said sandwiches but I did not see any. LOT Polish service was VERY disappointing. I cancelled my flight all together on them."

Fordeler: "Service is good, flight crew are helpful and attentive, meals are good. Entertainment is good."
Ulemper: "Unfortunately the flight was delayed by an hour so boarding became frantic and stressful. We had already left the gate and the plane was taxiing and some people were still not sitting in seats - I suppose that's fellow passengers for you - and they were told by flight attendants to get into their seats. Economy seats are very cramped so it's an uncomfortable and probably not healthy experience for that long. The flight delay meant that there was high stress in Warsaw to make the connecting flight. Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

Fordeler: "Great crew, new plane, good business class seats,"
Ulemper: "Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board."

Ulemper: "When the main dinner came to my seat they ran out of pretty much everything, I wasn’t able to have an option on what to choose at all and was forced to eat the chicken dish that was very gross."

Ulemper: "Delayed"

Fordeler: "Check-in smooth. Flight attendants pleasant, professional and service-oriented."
Ulemper: "In-flight entertainment offered a very conventional set of movies from which to select."

Fordeler: "Getting off at the end"
Ulemper: "Food, seats, no entertainment the worse business class in the industry. Boarding was also a mess. Absolutely no redeeming features."

Fordeler: "Overall, cabin is nice and crew was very attentive."
Ulemper: "Seat in full flat bed position was not as comfortable as one would hope. Boarding process could be improved. SAS lounge was superior."

Fordeler: "The crew on this flight was amazing. Very attentive, courteous and professional!! The crew was in no way responsible for how terrible this airplane was, and they did a wonderful job of making sure everything was taken care of."
Ulemper: "The plane was terribly old and decrepit. None of the television screens worked, the airplane was dingy, brown, worn out looking and just overall gross. This flight was operated by a company called Privilege Style, and while the crew was fantastic everything else was terrible. The food was pathetic and nasty; they served breaded chicken that was so soggy it resembled a used dish cloth. It came with soggy oily vegetables and a cake that had condensation all over it. The only redeeming thing on this flight was the free Polish beer (it was warm). The flight we took going to Poland was on one of their new Dreamliner planes and it was amazing! We were so disappointed with this return flight as it was a stark contrast to the wonderful experience we had coming to Poland. I hope in the future they can discontinue use of these older planes, as it makes flying much more aggravating."

Fordeler: "Smooth flight, polite employees, quick, comfortable. A decently good flight in my opinion. I did make it to my destination safely :)"
Ulemper: "Lot charged us a baggage fee, even though when I checked their baggage policy online it started that I was allowed one check I'm up to 23kg and one carry on for free. I even showed the guy the policy and he still denied me. False advertisement at its finest, you know what can happen to a business that has false advertisement.... Right?"

Fordeler: "You didn't confirm You sent me a message something was wrong with my reservation!! I purchased new ticket!!"

Ulemper: "Long and hot wait in the transfer bus (you have to take a shuttle to the gate."

Fordeler: "Getting iff"
Ulemper: "Overcrowded Poorly organized"

Ulemper: "Bathrooms"

Ulemper: "the flight was 2 hours delay and messed up all the arrangements we have to be picked up also the whole plans needed to be changed and inconvenient for the person supposed to pick us up from airport"

Ulemper: "Please note that Economy class requires separate luggage fee (70 EUR in airport) even if customer service confirmed by phone that your class includes it."

Fordeler: "I like everything, except toilets."
Ulemper: "Toilets were too dirty. Crew must clean them continuously during the fly. But they didn't. They was unhappy about this duty. When we landed there were toilet paper on the floor even outside the toilets."

Ulemper: "No food"

Fordeler: "Friendly professional crew. Clean aircraft. Very good ticket price."
Ulemper: "Hard to check in online from hotel in Munich. Hard and confusing where and how to check in at Munich airport and very time consuming. Having to pay $20 per bag but not at the check in counter but at another counter and then at the gate counter being call up to get checked that we did pay the $20 for the bags. Made me feel 3rd class."

Fordeler: "I like the food. Cabbage rolls on our wat back from Warsaw were unexpected. Such an excellent idea to serve Polish meals on the polish airline."

Fordeler: "Customer service was good and flight arrived on time."

Ulemper: "Flight late Seats uncomfortable"

Ulemper: "Food could have been better than just sugar wafers."

Fordeler: "Professional, helpful crew. On time. Efficient."
Ulemper: "Lengthy boarding by bus."

Fordeler: "The crew is always nice. It is usually a quick and hassle free boarding and unboarding."

Ulemper: "Everything!"

Ulemper: "Ya opine"

Fordeler: "Rakk ikke flytoget, fordi det gikk FØR det sto at det skulle gå. Ble derfor for sein til flyet.."

Fordeler: "Not much."
Ulemper: "Everything. Ridiculously low baggage limit, so they can slam you with extra charges. Then they charge you for food and drink, even in premium economy. Most employees we encountered were unhelpful and indifferent if not outright rude."

Ulemper: "The boarding process could be better organized. There is just one large line and it’s like a free for all. There are zones on the tickets but they didn’t board by the zones"

Ulemper: "Dozens of passengers, myself included, were forced to check their carry-ons at the gate and pay for it due to Norwegians strict weight policy. To be honest this felt like I was being swindled and it ruined the rest of the experience for me. Do not be tempted by the low fares they offer."

Fordeler: "Supert at den sure passasjeren i midten flyttet seg til kjente annet sted i flyet. Hun var sur fordi jeg hadde plass C som hun ville ha, jeg ba henne flytte seg til sin plass på en høflig måte. Det er en grunn til at jeg reserverer på forhånd."
Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Fordeler: "It's nice that Norwegian loads from both ends of the plane...it would be better if people could read or listen to those instructions"
Ulemper: "I get that it is a budget airline, but water. Come on. It's water. I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving"

Fordeler: "Everything was great and handled professionally and efficiently, not to mention with such good hospitality and accommodations."

Ulemper: "While flying from Oslo to Reykjavik for a backpacking trip, my backpack (with my tent, cooking equipment, clothes, and food in it) was lost. As a result, I was forced to spend several nights in Reykjavik waiting for my backpack to arrive. Norwegian Air had horrible customer service when I called to inquire about my bag. They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."

Fordeler: "planes are brand new and for the price (under $500.00) from Stockholm to NY it's a steal - but...…."
Ulemper: "same point !We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Fordeler: "Well organized; staff are very competent; flight was uneventful."
Ulemper: "Snacks and drinks all cost extra, even water."

Ulemper: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"

Fordeler: "Everything pleasant and easy."
Ulemper: "Landing was a bit of a jolt But only for five seconds"

Fordeler: "Kanon bra flyvert.. veldig underholdene"

Fordeler: "On time departure and arrival. Friendly staff."
Ulemper: "Even water is for sale, but to be expected for a budget airline."

Ulemper: "Middag var kun 1 av tre alternativer igjen når de kom til nest bakerste seteraden. Dette er litt for dårlig med tanke på premium bilettprisen. De løste det ved å hente mat fra lowfare cabinen og det etter at de hadde servert alle på premium."

Ulemper: "Something to drink and some peanuts are an inexpensive way for you to not look so cheap and money-grubbing."

Fordeler: "Worst ever. Never recommend to anyone."

Fordeler: "Superb jets."
Ulemper: "Norwegian doesn't provide food or drinks and it wasn't clear at the time of purchasing a ticket. Norwegian airlines call center customer service rep wasn't able to provide a price of 1st checked-in bag and refered to the entity that sold a ticket."

Fordeler: "Meget"

Ulemper: "There is no internet or any entertainments so it was boring"

Fordeler: "comfortable and overall good"
Ulemper: "my luggage didn't come and had to wait until the next evening"

Fordeler: "If anything, the leg from Oslo to JFK was worse than Bangkok to Oslo! Hard to believe, but true."
Ulemper: "Gate waiting area was cleared - no idea why. As a wheelchair passenger, I was simply stuck for over an hour with no clue what was going on, no way to get to restroom or anything else. Flight delayed over 2 hours & worried about my connection at JFK. GROSS INCOMPETENCE. GROSSLY UNCOMOPETITIVE ON PRICE OR SERVICE OR AMENITIES WITH OTHER AIRLINES. I'm beyond disgusted with these clowns."

Fordeler: "I rute begge veier."

Fordeler: "wifi"

Ulemper: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less"
