Ulemper: "The plane was delayed at the start but that's was ok you need a safe plane but we missed the next flight. You don't flight to Cuba so missed all the next day flight to Cuba but you lost all four bags and not helping to get them back so missed the rebooked flights again, so stall waiting someone to find them."
Fordeler: "The leg room was huge, the food was excellent and a lot and the customer service was great not my first time to fly with Qatar and it won’t be my last, the made my trip worthwhile. Thank you"

Fordeler: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."
Ulemper: "Other rude or snotty passengers taking up the crews time and attention for no reason. But as I stated in the "positive" side of this review, the crew handled these impolite individuals with a smile and polite attitude. Kudos to Qatar Airways."

Ulemper: "Qatar airways should allocate separate seating for families. The crowd was generally composed of labour from Qatar and other middle eastern countries making the flight an unpleasant experience. It felt like going to a factory shift at 4 in the morning."

Fordeler: "Excellent customer service, from the check in process, to boarding, to flying 21 hours from Boston to Phuket with infant- we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful as we traveled with our 7 month old a lot g distance."

Fordeler: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."
Ulemper: "When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit."

Fordeler: "I liked the organized boarding prosecution, everyone was seated by the boarding zone so there were no mess and no fight over who gets to go first in the plane. the food was good too, again vegetarian options and very good quality. I"

Ulemper: "This goes for Qatarfigjta from harare to Doha and Doha to Washington DC and back. I am not going to give individual report on each one. Food - my daughter could barely eat anything and the vegetarian meals were stone cold most of time. It was hard to eat at Qatar airport because not only is the food terrible (Burger King and bad Asian food) but outrageously expensive. Our media system did not work for one leg. ** way to many ads on your media system. Every time you watch a new TV episode, you have to sit through 5-6 ads for stuff that is not interesting and the same each time. ** plane info on media system keeps reverting to Arabic even when English is indicated as preferred la gauge. We had to place our iPads in checked luggage for flights from harare to USA as we went through Qatar. *** I asked for quiet seats and was given seats near kitchen and toilet even though I booked in hours in advance. One leg had my ten year old daughter and I in different rows even though I checked in 4-5 hours in advance Of flight . ** staff moved my hand luggage without my permission and without informing me - it was stressful trying to find it."

Ulemper: "We arrived 2 hours and 40 minutes late due to technical issues with the aeroplane. We were kept informed and we arrived safely, so this is a nibir complaint."
Fordeler: "Good legroom with respect to others airlines.. the plane is clean.. multiple bathroom so no long waits Dinner was tasty.. however the breakfast was not."
Ulemper: "Cheap headphones will not isolate sound from airplane engine for such an expensive entertainment"
Ulemper: "I was seated between two overweight/obese passengers and as such was very uncomfortable throughout the long-haul flight. There was very little room to move as their body habitus spilt over onto my seating area and occupied the arm space. There needs to be serious consideration to make it mandatory for overweight/obese passengers to purchase two seats to accommodate their size."
Fordeler: "I like Qatar Airways very much. Ground and air personnel are all professional and courteous. I will fly Qatar every time I can."

Fordeler: "The Chicago flight was more than hour late so had to miss my cincinnati connection. Had to wait for 4 hours at the airport to catch my next flight- making the long journey even longer. No priority lounge access provided to make up for the delay. Qatar never getting my business again."

Ulemper: "This was also a good flight it was just a bit more cramped than the Qatar Flight Los Angeles to Doha so I preferred that flight over the Doha to Singapore"
Fordeler: "13+ hour flight is never an "excellent" experienced but QA does its best. Great cabin service. Decent legroom. Food is good but not *quite* up to the standards of some competitors. Doha airport is great. Modern, convenient and clean."

Ulemper: "In the B10 gate of Doha airport are only 15 chairs and we were around 100 persons waiting to open the gate. It was uncomfortable In the flight Doha Phuket wi-fi did not work in the first economy sector. It was a big problem to us, it was necessary to go in the second part of the economy sector to stay over the wifi. The crew did not solve the issue."

Ulemper: "As expected, the plane and seats were okay (borderline mediocre). The food wasn't enough and the choices (rather the lack of) were poor. The seats could be better and not particularly comfortable for a long haul flight."

Ulemper: "there was no in-time update on information about flight gate. it changed 3 times. result is i missed my flight and next flight was offered at US$1200 for IST-KWI sector where total fare from Toronto - Kuwait was US$ 1000 staff at Transfer desk was not co-operative and Sales office was almost empty. only 2 person there to attend many stranded passengers. staff was very slow to work and no criteria to handle those need help on urgent basis. most of the staff do not speak English and very UNFRIENDLY"

Ulemper: "1. Airport wasn't air conditioned in Istanbul people were sweating 2. Very Poor customer service in Istanbul , no one of the employees there were able to smile at the whole airport 3.7 hrs wait in the airport , Both flights were packed and full of kids"

Ulemper: "Connection time between arrival time from Tel Aviv to Miami was very short. We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

Ulemper: "It is impossible to make a one hour connecting flight in Istanbul when you take off 30 minutes late, arrive at a distant site (~ 5 km away from the arrival terminal) and the there is only one security guard to screen hundreds arriving. Missed our flight by 90 minutes, the customer service people were rude at the airport and we had a 7 hour delay. What are you thinking???"

Ulemper: "The ground crew couldn't speak English! I was part of a group and a friend of mine got wounded doing Ski. We simply couldn't communicate with the ground crew so they can arrange her with a seat that would match her medical condition. On board the plane, the (idiot) guy from the ground crew told us we can either take unfit seats or disembark. I find it very hard to believe I'll choose Turkish again..."
Fordeler: "The plane ride was very smooth. The attendants were kind and helpful."
Fordeler: "I enjoyed the flight to Istanbul but on the return flight they told me at the exit door of the plane that my stroller for the kids will be in baggage claim. The stroller was. It in baggage claim, the Turkish airline representative could not help or prove de a phone number for me to contact somebody indicating although she has the Turkish airlines uniform she works for swissport. 90 minutes later they said they might send the stroller to my house if found and that I may have to cover the cost as Turkish airlines will not....... terrible service terrible experience and I will never fly with Turkish airlines again"

Ulemper: "We were pushed to stand-by at the check-in and were told that seat number would be available at the gate. However, this never happened. At the gate, we (30+ people) were told that there are no more seats available on the plane and we have to go to their customer service for another flight. There are no Turkish Airline staff at the gate to explain why this would happen and provide any assistance. We spend the next 2 hours trying to get boarding pass for the next day's flight and the hotel. Again, no apologies nor explanation were given. Thank you Turkish Airline for wasting 1 day of my life. I will try to avoid this airline in the future."

Fordeler: "The ride was comfortable and smooth. I loved the Turkish Air lounge in Istanbul and also the movie screen was easy to use, although there was a problem with the screen on my flight from Istanbul to Hong Kong."
Ulemper: "The food was good but some of the appetizers were not that good. The red wine was not so good, tasted cheap."

Ulemper: "The papers in the bathroom toilet should have been cleaned out to allow more space in the bin.. All the toilets were packed"
