Qatar airlines is good to me. No complaints. Great service and great people

Nothing. You did not tell me that my itinerary has changed. I’m sleeping on the ground in the Middle East. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I’m also sure that you have no spine and will take no corrective action. I’m not sure your business will survive based on the lack of compassion you have.

great crew - very efficient. Food was restaurant quality and good choices. Large movie selection, but a little weak with the music, games seemed OK.

Really I can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. Thank you for an excellent trip

The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

Fordeler: "The flight attendants were professional and polite, I requested low-fat meals and they were good, the entertainment was very good, the air temperature was comfortable, most flights I had were on time."
Ulemper: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."
Fordeler: "Excellent customer service, from the check in process, to boarding, to flying 21 hours from Boston to Phuket with infant- we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful as we traveled with our 7 month old a lot g distance."

Ulemper: "Originally I was assigned a wonderful seat but then I was put in the back by window it was very cramped and noisy. The flight stuff was mediocre and the food was not that good either. Big difference from the flight over"

Ulemper: "-carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways, which then takes up space for other passengers. Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes. Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

Ulemper: "I did not like the fact that on now 3 flights I have lost miles, as on every flight I have tried to sign on as a member or frequent flyer and on all flights, there were no entry forms. This is also after my attempt to complete one on line, which I have had no response to."

Ulemper: "They announced everything in English and Arabic and repeated the same announcement multiple times. The entertainment is good but frustrating that it is constantly interrupted with announcement about everything. I have never heard that many on any other plane. The announcement about customs paperwork was long and done 2 times in English and 2 times in Arabic. There safety video is soooo long and again is done in two languages. It was just all too much. Besides that everything was great."

Ulemper: "Hi I travelled on 7/16 from Philadelphia to Cairo through the Jordanian airline . Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Ulemper: "Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."
Fordeler: "Due to the multiple booking mess, I got a middle seat in a 14 hour long leg as all all isle seats were taken. I requested an isle seat due to health issue but no help. The flight was 1.15 hour late and made me lose my connection at Chicago.Never flying Qatar again."

Ulemper: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Ulemper: "I could not pick my seat in advance. It wasn’t clear while booking that this was the case with emirates. They had fees to book a seat in advance. I could only pick my seat when online check in was allowed. It was important for me to have a good seating option on 14hr flight."
Fordeler: "I flew round trip on their flagship Airbus 380 from Toronto to Dubai, about 13-14 hours. Crew was great, plenty of food and drinks, about 3x meals, lost track of how many drink runs, maybe 5x. It was almost too much food & drink! The in-flight entertainment was great, touch screen was fantastic, USB port, even power outlet, on back of seat, plenty of entertainment choices from movies, to video games, to trivia, I even got a kick out of all the camera's mounted on the outside of the plane with all the flight tracking details available on screen, plenty of bathrooms. Its such a big plane it didn't even feel like you are flying. I'm 6'4" so I always choose an aisle seat so i can at least stretch one leg out, the crew was even mindful not to bump my elbow or even my leg when it was extended out into the aisle while i was asleep...which was more than accommodating to something I shouldn't have been doing! Overall Excellent, I wish every airline was like Emirates. They're bringing back the old school service and class airlines used to be like. I know people don't dress up while they air travel anymore, but I'll be dressing up the next time I fly Emirates! ;)"

Fordeler: "Not much. The crew were bright and breezy. Ish."
Ulemper: "Emirates has applied EasyJet seat ramming techniques to its A380 business Class product. As a result even the spacious upper deck of an A380 feels cramped. The seat width in business Class is the same as economy so lying on your side to sleep is an impossibility for all but the diminutive or children. It’s hard to justify 4-5 times the economy fare to sit in such cramped ‘pile em high, sell em cheap’ seats. Breakfast served just before landing at LGW was honestly the most revolting meal I’ve ever been served onboard an aircraft, and I’ve flown Monarch. Less scrambled egg than puréed egg slops with gristly undercooked chicken sausages. Ryanair would blush at serving up such lousy fare. Emirates are paring back the ‘overheads’ in business Class and its starting to show. Cheapening the product (in every sense) might work for some but if I’m going to stump up thousands I think I’ll choose an airline that treats me less like self loading cargo in future."

Ulemper: "I hate how more often than not ADD flight do not get bridges so you have to deal with Dubai's stifling heat."

Fordeler: "Emirates is my carrier of choice, and that's due to their continued service standards, friendliness and rates. This flight was pretty empty so service was even better and I was able to spread myself out. Also, well done to the crew. They continue to maintain high standards."
Ulemper: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."
Fordeler: "One of the best airlines I have flown. Very good with kids and they do a hell of a good job of cleaning restrooms. Food quality was great."
Ulemper: "Hindu meal has meat in it which was a surprise. It was too cold inside plane and they would take blankets before landing and won't give you blankets till take off is complete. They should give water bottles."
Fordeler: "Online checking"
Ulemper: "N/ A"
Ulemper: "We have booked two tickets separately. One for me and the other for my wife and kid. But we were travelling together. When we checkin, we told we need the seats together. But, they did not give the seat together. Also, our connection time was 2 hours for the next flight. To receive the baggage in the port of entry, it took more than 1 hour 15 mins in the carousel. After that we had to clear customs, change terminal and clear security in 45 mins to catch the next flight. It was really tough for us. They could have handled the baggage little efficiently."
Fordeler: "This two legged journey on Emirates was my first experience with this airline and the impression was an excellent one. Entebbe - Dubai - JFK went smoothly and comfortably."
Fordeler: "Nothing."
Ulemper: "Screaming kids the entire 14 hours. The staff should have at least spoke to the family and kindly asked for them to take care of calming the child down. Instead, he screamed the entire flight and did as he pleased, with no regard to any of the customers on the flight."
Fordeler: "Upgraded to Business Class. On a A380 its really significant."
Ulemper: "The crew was abit too talkative during non-service."
Fordeler: "The in-flight entertainment was good, with many, many options to choose from. The headphones provided were certainly more comfortable than anything I have experienced on other airlines."
Ulemper: "The boarding process is chaotic. Especially so in Dubai. Moreover, they do not allow a laptop bag in addition to the normal carry-on baggage. Every other airline I have flown allows this. What is even more frustrating is that a women's purse is allowed, so I saw women carrying giant bags with their laptops, etc. in those bags, whereas I had to stuff mine into my carry-on briefcase. This is not normal (as in, other airlines allow it), is not mentioned in the ticket, not mentioned while given the boarding pass, BUT is strictly enforced at the very last minute right before entering the plane."

Ulemper: "While most flight attendants are decent, a few are just not that great...making loud noises at the attendants compartments and chatting around while flyers are all sleeping, kick around garbages which makes loud noises too. Also the TV screen is a little hard to pull up at the front role."

Fordeler: "This my first experience with the Emirates flights, heard so many good things about them prior to my flight, but never imagined it would exceed the description I heard. Good job Emirates, keep up the good work. The service was great. The seats were comfy and spacious. There was a variety of food."
Ulemper: "Since the WI-FI service is provided to the passengers portable devices, why is added to the entertainment service. It helps to reduce the number of devices used the passengers."

Food is the best airplane food ever

Turkish Airline airconditioning is very poor; however, I have requested them several times to run the airconditioning but it wasn't helping at all. They also take so much time to provide the on-boarding food. I have made reservations for business class and I was expecting a better service but I believe they failed in that.

I had bought a ticket with two checked bags but when I did the check in they made me pay for the second bag saying it wasn’t included in the ticket. Plus, I had asked for vegetarian food when buying the ticket and they didn’t gave me special food. Don’t know if it is eDreams fault or Turkish Airlines.

Crew went out of its way to help people board and load bags overhead. They seemed very attentive, and tried to provide extra drink options even."
Ulemper: "Boarding process at IST was a challenge. We left from a remote gate, and the agent didn't seem interested in the boarding process. I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."

Fordeler: "Turkish had several flights departing close In time and they only had three agents at the check in counter, makin* the process painful at 4:30am. After on hour in line only about 10 passenger seat were checked in. By th way all the security screening procedures ran very smooth and quick, it was Turkish procesdures and man powe4 that was poor. Boarding the airplanes was chaos, both in Tel Aviv and Istanbul."
Ulemper: "Very little was done to impress the passengers from check in, boarding, airplanes were old and peach between seats small."

Our boarding passes were collected by your staff, when I raised my voice, were given one wheel chair and I had to run along with the staff or we could have missed the flight. Ulemper: "I didn't like that the ticket desk doesn't know the regulations on what deices are or are not allowed on the aircraft. I really didn't like having my e-reader taken away from me when changing planes in Istanbul (with no explanation as to what was happening or how I'd get it back) nor the fact that over 200 people had to pick up devices at JFK and only two employees were retrieving them."
Fordeler: "It was a short flight but they still fed us and supplied beverages. So many airlines do not do this or charge you for everything!"

Ulemper: "Staff not very Helpful. Really bad security check for USA travelers. Airport security is really out dated, zero technology, not even a metal detector before the gates. They woke up a 15 month baby 3 times for security check. Who does that."
Ulemper: "Previous flight cancelled due to weather conditions, and despite calling and having a lot of flexibility with time, we were unable to reschedule without massive charges. Our refund was quite low, and we will rebook on another airline. This, despite being a TK gold card member."
Ulemper: "I have bought two sides ticket from Turkish Airlines. And i miss my first flight, when i came to airport for return flight Turkish Airlines cancel my return flight whitout update by email or massage by phon!!"
Fordeler: "Absolutely nothing, because it never happened."
Ulemper: "I don't like the fact that I'm stuck in a hotel in turkey without an inkling of when my flight will take off or if it will even take off. I was sent from desk to desk and everyone I spoke with said the same thing, "I don't know" , To every singlee question I had. I slept In the airport like a homeless person just to be shuttled around turkey afterwards in search of a hotel, and I say search because the shuttle that was provided went to 2 different hotels before we got to the one I'm in now. I'm disgusted, and afraid I won't even get a flight out of here."

Ulemper: "Not nearly enough leg room for an international flight!!"
Fordeler: "The inflight service was wonderful. Business class comfort is excellent with full lie flat seats, Crew was attentive. My special vegetarian food was very good using the usual airline fare I receive."
Ulemper: "The arrival into Istanbul was marked by a major inconvenience unnecessary anxiety, extra expense and frustration. On deplaning from a flight from Barcelona, a Turkish Airlines employee was checking boarding cards the connectivity flight and directed people to the appropriate exits for domestic and international connection. We had a connection to JFK and tried to enter the exit for international connections. She insisted that we go to the domestic exit despite my telling her we had an international connection. This led to passport control which had never occurred to me anywhere in the world when making an international connection. Next problem - I was told I needed a visa! My travel partner did not need a visa and was already through passport immigration control. The officer did not speak English and pointed in the direction I needed to go to get a via. I told him I did not want or need a visa but that was it! I started to look for the visa application area and there was no staff or anyone to help. Finally I found 4 kiosks for e-visas - only one worked. 20 plus dollars later I had the visa and immigrated. We quickly reverse the process and went though security and passport control to get back inside the international terminal. It was nuts! The boarding in Istanbul was crowded and chaotic."

Fordeler: "It was a 12 or 13 hour flight and except for sitting too much we were never uncomfortable. The service level made me think we were back in the 80's. Hot towels, attentive service, tons of food and free drinks. There was actually one meal that we would have eaten even if it wasn't on a plane. They gave out full size blankets and pretty fluffy pillows. (I bring our own anymore, because you never know if you will get one on most airlines, and if you do they're usually useless). Their entertainment system was amazing. We caught up on all the recently released movies that we've wanted to see for FREE! If only Netflix had this quality of movie offerings. They had fresh flowers in the huge bathrooms. It's that type of attention to detail you just really don't see anymore."

So slow check in I wait on line 90 minutes

Seems strange when there are so few flights because of corona that everyone is stuffed into a bus to drive out to the plane for boarding instead of using the airbridge. Not sure what the reason for that was. No problem with using the airbridge on arrival. The flight itself was otherwise fine.

Ulemper: "an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates"
Fordeler: "Seat was very comfortable. Crew was great."
Fordeler: "Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game."
Ulemper: "The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)"
Fordeler: "Crew allowed me to change seats to get two empty seats by the window that were available."
Fordeler: "I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful."
Ulemper: "Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."
Fordeler: "Why the 3 hours delay?"
Ulemper: "Be on time"
Fordeler: "The crew was super attentive but also knew when to leave people alone and rest with the lights out. The entertainment selection and food were above average."
Ulemper: "The seat I was in (37 H) was awful, if felt much more cramped than the flight to Macedonia. I felt like I was crammed into a sardine can. The boarding process in Vienna was a joke; the economy seats were all boarded at once; in effect a mass of humanity all rushing toward the gate."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed more 1:15 and it is a 35 min flight. If this happens so late in the night is even worse."

Ulemper: "When we checked in, we were told we didn't have seats because the plane was overbooked. We waited at the gate for information. The attendants were curt and not helpful, they told us they had no information. After the plane was boarded, we were finally given tickets with seats and rushed onto the plane. When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience."

Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."

Ulemper: "We upgraded to business and paid way more than the flight over and the service was much worse. Food wasn’t as good and not nearly as much."

Ulemper: "I felt like the airlines deliberately cheated me. I purchased a flight that was listed as "economy" , which means I am authorized one suitcase. When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Fordeler: "Again as in previous flight very efficient professional and pleasant staff ."
Ulemper: "Seat reservation system didn't work ,reserved one seat and got another.Food portions were smallish .No internet over the Atlantic .While the multimedia service was phenomenal I guess there could have been a larger variety and more episodes would have been good as well ."
Fordeler: "Except eventually delay, the flight experience is good."
Fordeler: "The cabin and gate crew provided a very friendly atmosphere. At the gate, the staff were very efficient in getting passengers on board despite the 20-30 minute delay. During the flight, attendants did a good job making sure meals were on time and drinks were offered often."
Ulemper: "Since the plane clearly came from another destination, the cleaning crew at Vienna International Airport could have taken some more time to vacuum the floor and wipe down the surfaces in the passenger cabin of the aircraft."

Ulemper: "This is for Kayak's app- Usually I get a special meal request through the agent, but could not do it on Kayak's app, and Lufthansa and Austrian did not recognize my booking code from the ticket purchase confirmation email to do it on their website directly. Please look into both issues. This is for my whole trip and not the above mentioned destination."
Ulemper: "Austrian Air has really slipped in its food-product.. Lufthansa put out snacks (cookies etc; even small sandwiches to 'help yourself from' going from Atlanta to Frankfort which was nice). But not the case with Austrian The serving of it was fine. Restroom options are less than adequate too."
Ulemper: "The website is a horror, particularly from an iPad. Trying to web checkin was an arduous battle. Obviously the consumer is the least important factor in the lack of managing the product. I avoid Austrian for that simple reason. Crew polite. Pilot informative."
Ulemper: "Predictably, why I was expected to meet the tight schedule between planes squeezed by the 1st flight leaving one hour later than planned, my checked-in baggage apparently wasn't. So for me 35 minutes was more than enough to go through yet another passport checkpoint, security checkpoint, run like a headless chicken then travel by bus to the plane; for AU it wasn't enough to transfer my bag to the connecting flight."

Ulemper: "My flight to JFK on August 31 was cancelled. And they didn't provide me ticket same day. They gave ticket for next day. I had problems at work and other issues because of that."
Ulemper: "Sarted 90 minutes late because there was no crew available for this flight. In the cabin we later learned that they had to keep their legal rest times. The issue I have, why was there no information as soon as this issue became clear ... lets say the evening before the flight?Why make everyone arrive at 5am at an airport if you know 12 hours earlier there will be a 90 minute delay?"
Ulemper: "The Air France flight was good overall. The food was okay, comfort good, boarding good, crew excellent."
Fordeler: "I liked the extended leg room in front row of economy class."
Ulemper: "A couple of the flight attendants were rude to people on the jet. They seemed agitated and annoyed."
Fordeler: "The meal and drink service was quite good. The stewards/stewardesses were very attentive and kind."
Ulemper: "There is not enough leg room. There is even less room if the person in front of one's seat has the seat reclined. The seats barely recline at all, so sleep is impossible. Sleep would be possible if there were enough room to rest one's head on the tray in front of the seat. This is impossible if the person in front of one's seat has reclined his or her seat. Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."
Ulemper: "My row was bypassed a couple of times for food/beverage service even though we were wide awake and looking expectantly at the flight attendant. Sometimes she asked me if I wanted a drink or something and as I was answering she looked away and moved on. I couldn't believe it. Then after pressing the service button and waiting a long time for her to return, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience."
Ulemper: "Toilet was not cleaned regularly"

I will never fly with them again. Boarding experience was awful, food was awful, entertainment system did not work throughout the whole flight, the people in the airport were terrible especially in security

Sadly! I had a Terrible experience. My daughter got super sick few hours before our departure and hospitalized. Unfortunately I couldn’t able to fly back to USA on that day. I did go to the airport and let them know that I have a serious emergency and can’t fly. Kayak didn’t help at all or made any adjustments to get a new date. I had to purchase new tickets. I’m so disappointed!

Førts flyen blir 20 minutter forsinket . Etterpå når vi sitte i flyen og skule fly hadde mye bråk som vi visste har teknisk problem . Så etterpå vi måte og sitte i flyen og venter cirka 2 timer . Det var veldig dømt og sitte i en fly og vente 2 timer ?!! Og hele tida vi følger ikke trygg siden vi hørte om flyen har teknisk problem. Vi forventet bytte flyen ikke tar samme fly som har teknisk problem . Og siden vi hadde en langs tur PGA flyen hadde problem vi fått ikke noe ekstra service som matt ellers litt drikke . I had requested and a reproved transport in Frankfurt, but nobody came. I ran and ran with my hurting hipp(y am 81), just to end up in another line. I approached an employee there and he suggested to cut the line and trying to make it. Fortunately the boarding for the flight was delayed and I made it! Yea

Check in working effective. Kind cabin personnel . Not too note storage place inside for carry on luggage .

Germán efficiency with boarding; not superfriendly, but appropriate; they were also mask Nazis with wearing you mask even if it had fallen below your nose while sleeping

Ulemper: "Only reason I chose Lufthansa was that I was informed that 23kg of checked in luggage was included. It was NOT. I don't care whose fault it is. Lufthansa still says that this is included on their website. I demand reimbursement."

Ulemper: "The arm rests on either side of my seat where closed so I had limited mobility in my seat (by closed I mean they didn’t move and had no open space between where your arm sits and the top of the chair)"

Ulemper: "Original 5 pm flight was cancelled because there was no Crew or plane, even though it’s a United hub. Though flight cancelled early, United could not get me home same day so provided hotel and meal. Next day flight scheduled 7:05 then 8 am, but even that time came and went without boarding. 15 hours delayed and no hurry getting the plane to depart at the stated time. Total lack of customer service and concern"

The second time was done by a gentleman who was a bit sarcastic when I asked if he could help me, as I had waited 20+ minutes for the help to get it going again. You need to update your system!"

Ulemper: "The rows were so close together it was hard to get in and out of your row. If the seat in front of you reclined, the t.v. was 9 inches in front of your face."

Ulemper: "LH had to switch planes at MUC due to mechanical problems on the 1st plane => flight left 3hrs late, causing me to miss connecting flight at IAD => had to switch airport to DCA and use DL to get to BNA via ATL on the next day. had to wait in line for several hrs to get rebooked - overall dismal performance by LH, my image of them is shattered"
Ulemper: "We flew economy so didn’t expect much, but these seats were VERY narrow. I usually will tuck my legs up on the seat to sleep. No way, this seat was simply hip width. No room to shift from side to side."
Ulemper: "Crew was not nice at all. They would skip us along the way while serving others, or even drop ice on us, and never said sorry once (instead, they would say it's only ice, or if I want 2 since they skipped me already twice when serving tea unlike the passengers around me on both sides). We paid nearly $6k for the 3 of us, but the crew made us feel as if we paid nothing. The entertainment system did not work well, and most of the time the movies refused to play. We were always suggested to restart, and were not even given free access to internet as an alternative. No one ever apologized for anything in the entire flight, it felt like this flight was a favor."

Fordeler: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Ulemper: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."
Fordeler: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."
Fordeler: "The seats felt pretty uncomfortable after a few hours--they were much better on the Airbus 340-600. Pretty good leg room for a 6' person. The food was very tasty, and I loved that the utensils were real metal. The hot towels at the beginning and end of the flight were a nice touch. Lots of drinks too"
Ulemper: "The bathrooms were very small. The padding on the seat could've been better and it felt cramped when the person I front of me fully reclined their seat. Our overhead bin was used by the staff for storing cribs, so we had to use other bins."
