Ulemper: Just because I have bought my ticket on points I was not given a chauffeur driver.

Ulemper: Mechanical problems delayed the flight 1 1/2 hours. Other than that, the flight was good.

Fordeler: Crew was nice. Seat was broken for recliner.

Ulemper: Having parents with infants board with or after those needing assistance. It was an inconvenience having a fussy infant wait in a long line. We had bassinet seats so boarding first would not have slowed the seating process.

Fordeler: The crew was the best I've ever seen! Went above and beyond to make our baby comfortable.

Ulemper: Seems like a simple thing but they should give Lao immigration paperwork out to passengers. No reason to not do this simple courtesy that all the other airlines do.

Ulemper: The crew is absolutely unfriendly. I felt down from escalator after registration on the flight. I asked the stewardess to move me to places of increased comfort, as my knee was swollen and I could not bend it. The stewardess answered that they have no competence to transfer me to these places.

Ulemper: I requested the meal a little later cause I was asleep... but she said not possible. I would e been ok with a cold meal a little later cause I wasn’t feeling well. Would’ve appreciated a little understanding.

Ulemper: D.own graded from firstBusiness Class lounge is tired and over crowded. Aircraft cabin was getting old. Sound on IFE was faulty and unusable and no alternative seats were available. Food was ok could be better. Would not choose Thai for businesses class if there was another airline to choose from.

Ulemper: More choice of movies, and more choice of translations languages for movies. Because longs hauliers need a lot of entertainment. Thank you very much for asking for our comfort

Fordeler: all procedures at both airports took 15 minutes

Fordeler: I was very late and the gate was closed but the staff helped me make it on time.

Ulemper: I booked on Emirates and on my way back I flew with Fly Dubai it wasn’t specified in the ticket. There were no pillows, no covers and I was freezing! No entertainment it is a downgrade from Emirates. At least the ticket should have costed less.

Fordeler: everything from security check, boarding, crew, food was excellent, I have no complaints about my trip from Dubai to NewYork, I wish it was the same between Mumbai to Dubai..again Emirates need to train their staff @ Mumbai airport, It was one of my bad experience ever on any airlines or airport.
