Fordeler: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Ulemper: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?
Fordeler: Cabin crew were efficient
Ulemper: Open check in counters on time as scheduled. They were half hour late at least
Ulemper: Missed flight. Misplaced checked bag. Filed complaint with Swiss.
Fordeler: One of the best flights (airline) I have ever flown. GREAT crew that were kind, pleasant and helpful. ZERO attitude. I def will fly with them again in the future.

Ulemper: The seat could have been a little bit more comfortable. Then again for a long trip, unless you are in business or first class, it's not going to be that comfortable.
Fordeler: Nice touches like pillow and blanket, lots of movies and hot meals.
Ulemper: My seat was very uncomfortable for such a long flight! It didn't recline and was cramped. Also I have terrible nut allergy and when I tried to communicate that to the flight staff the kept telling me to tell someone else.
Ulemper: Food was horrible on Lufthansa. Boarding was also horrible. They don't board by zones and it was very haphazard and unorganized.
Fordeler: Crew were very friendly and welcoming. I was in economy, and I am a big person but the seats were comfortable.

Ulemper: Plane was old and seats were super tiny. Even an average guy would be uncomfortable in it. Can’t sit in one spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore.

Ulemper: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.
Ulemper: Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now.

Ulemper: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.
Fordeler: The turkey sandwich was okay.
Ulemper: I was seated next to an extremely large man. I possessed only half of my seat for the duration of the six hour flight. I asked a flight attendant to move me but she said the flight was full. There should be a protocol for passengers over 300 lbs.

Fordeler: That there were TVs to watch on the seats and that it was quick boarding
Fordeler: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.
Ulemper: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.

Ulemper: Food was quite expensive - vegetarian sandwiches were underwhelming. Disabled mother had to stand and wait to get on plane despite being told that she wouldnt have to.
Ulemper: This was a really old plane. The screens were really small And was so scratched and messed up that it was almost impossible to use . I was never offered a choice of breakfast before I boarded and I could not get what I wanted. You do not offer enough space fo list all my comments. Very unfair

Fordeler: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Ulemper: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.

Ulemper: The food service was terrible I was in row 20 and they ran out of all sandwiches and coffee!!!!! I thought flying BACK would be superior to EasyJet who I normally fly with but quite frankly your service is not nearly as good

Ulemper: Lack of information about the flight conditions; height and timing updates. Absence of screens, lack of technology. Not clear English announcements. Ignorance and arrogant attitude of hostess, I can tell because I'm veiled muslim. Not comfortable flight.

Ulemper: Really bad boarding controll, contributing to grumpy patrons. Just poor management and efficiency created by the airlines with a last minute gate change, but in addition, the personnel were irratable and not well motivated or trained to manage the crowd.
Fordeler: The fact that we were offered an additional round of water and the friendliness of the crew.
Fordeler: Leg room, friendly crew, good choices for entertainment, nice blankets!
Ulemper: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding
Fordeler: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!
Ulemper: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.
