Fordeler: The crew was very friendly and provided excellent service

Ulemper: The seat could have been a little bit more comfortable. Then again for a long trip, unless you are in business or first class, it's not going to be that comfortable.

Fordeler: Nice touches like pillow and blanket, lots of movies and hot meals.

Ulemper: My seat was very uncomfortable for such a long flight! It didn't recline and was cramped. Also I have terrible nut allergy and when I tried to communicate that to the flight staff the kept telling me to tell someone else.

Ulemper: Food was horrible on Lufthansa. Boarding was also horrible. They don't board by zones and it was very haphazard and unorganized.

Fordeler: Crew were very friendly and welcoming. I was in economy, and I am a big person but the seats were comfortable.

Ulemper: Check in process running smoothly and better announcement of gate change

Fordeler: Air France personnel is always really helpful

Ulemper: Food and comfort in short haul are not the best - but the flight is short...

Ulemper: Not really an Air France flight, AF not interested in taking care of their frequent fliers.

Ulemper: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Ulemper: Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now.

Ulemper: Flight delays is a constant problem with this company

Fordeler: Made up tons of time en route.

Ulemper: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.

Fordeler: awesome

Fordeler: That there were TVs to watch on the seats and that it was quick boarding

Fordeler: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.

Ulemper: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.

Ulemper: Was several hours delayed and check in took 45 minutes because they somehow lost my reservation.

Ulemper: The seats could have been bigger.

Fordeler: Really spacious, clean and comfortable

Ulemper: Good service but not top of the line "go out of their way" service

Fordeler: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.

Fordeler: A short but very pleasant flight and food was served, excellent in every category.

Ulemper: Nothing, it was the best short flight I've ever had. The staff were very attentive and did a great job of keeping everyone happy.

Ulemper: Food timing, displays for video tiny and no selection possivble.

Ulemper: I expected more from business class. I wanted more comfortable seats and better food. The food was blah.

Ulemper: BA is löst. This whole experience for a first class flight was a joke. SF no Lounge, food terrible, london lounge max BC level. LH 2x better, they need change

Fordeler: Everything was on time. Attendants were courteous.

Ulemper: Food was quite expensive - vegetarian sandwiches were underwhelming. Disabled mother had to stand and wait to get on plane despite being told that she wouldnt have to.

Ulemper: This was a really old plane. The screens were really small And was so scratched and messed up that it was almost impossible to use . I was never offered a choice of breakfast before I boarded and I could not get what I wanted. You do not offer enough space fo list all my comments. Very unfair

Ulemper: Good airline teamed up with crappy American brings them down. Don't waste money!!

Fordeler: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Fordeler: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Ulemper: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.

Ulemper: Unwashed pillow and blankets, stains on the pillow

Fordeler: What can I say about this awesome flight with great crew and a free upgrade? Fan-dabby-dozy-tastic!

Ulemper: Should have the seat assignments opened in advance for international passengers, especially who paid for business class.

Ulemper: The food service was terrible I was in row 20 and they ran out of all sandwiches and coffee!!!!! I thought flying BACK would be superior to EasyJet who I normally fly with but quite frankly your service is not nearly as good

Ulemper: Transit time should be calculated reasonably.

Fordeler: Short trip from Rome to Milan

Ulemper: Lack of information about the flight conditions; height and timing updates. Absence of screens, lack of technology. Not clear English announcements. Ignorance and arrogant attitude of hostess, I can tell because I'm veiled muslim. Not comfortable flight.

Fordeler: short peaceful ride. Not much food could be served.

Ulemper: Really bad boarding controll, contributing to grumpy patrons. Just poor management and efficiency created by the airlines with a last minute gate change, but in addition, the personnel were irratable and not well motivated or trained to manage the crowd.

Fordeler: Leg room, friendly crew, good choices for entertainment, nice blankets!

Ulemper: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding

Fordeler: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!

Ulemper: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.

Fordeler: Hi enjoy the trip
