Alt personalet i resepsjonen var utrolig høflige og hjelpsomme. De samme gjelder for personalet i kafeen. Frokostbuffeen var innholdsrik Parkering for funksjonshemmede burde vært enklere. For å benytte plassene som var reservert til denne gruppen, måtte man kontakte personalet for å få de til å åpne adgangen. Vi overnattet 2 netter på Hilton i Disney World. Her var tilgangen på parkeringen for funksjonshemmede mye enklere.

Staff Room Location
Great Location overlooking the intercoastal and so convenient to American Airlines Arena. The Hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miami. There was nothing that we didn't like!
My room was ready when I arrived.
good location near cruise ship terminal. full beds are quite small. Queens would be better. Expensive parking. Just "OK" restaurant.

The friendly staff. Amber who checked me in gave me a higher floor so that I could enjoy the view of the city. The view was amazing.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was amazing the restaurant Toro Toro was awesome. Everyone was so nice and on the 18th floor we had such a great view of the city!
The view was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The employees were helpful and the shuttle service was really useful. The shower was not very big and there was no hook or rod to hang up my used towel.
The check in line was super long when we arrived so we went out to dinner. When we got back it was peaceful. Staff was nice. Decor was modern. Beds were soft. Room was quiet. Very nice stay. Needs free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, and we had a nice view of the golf course. The airport shuttle and location made this a perfect start to our vacation.

I liked the price I didn't like the fact that I was charged to park my vehicle. The bathroom had hair in it that was not mine and when I called the first desk she said she would have someone come clean it and no one came.
price and location Bathroom and shower was in bad shape. tile and grout was black and the shower on /off lever was broken and very hard to use . But worse was the black mold in the white tiles and grout. Just a little spraying of clorix would have done the job
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was not what I booked but it was just an overnight stay so I didn't make a fuss. The bathtub paint was chipped and it was so cold. The air never got warm so I just took it off and layered up. Breakfast was really expensive.
The gym the view the food and drinks and the poolside service was spectacular. Late maid service.
Even though looking from the outside the building looks kind of old, its inside view looks amazing, as the rooms and hallways.

We were impressed by the service, which is really outstanding. The beach island is really nice, it's a pitty there is no entrance in water. The view is great. The food was average. We had few dinners at the hotel and it was quite expensive, but so-so.

Great Staff, great view, very clean, i mean they clean the rooms twice a day, the staff is the best part of this hotel. Will stay there 100000 more times. The food and parking are not cheap, $40 per day just to park and the breakfast will cost u some $$. Needs a fridge in the room, it's miami.

The staff was mostly helpful and always had a smile on their face. The lobby is among the most beautiful spaces I have ever seen in a hotel The rooms are clean and spacious Love the pool and jaqcuzzi. The man made beach was a nice touch You definitely pay for what you get. Expect to lay out a pretty penny Pool side service was a little spotty. At one point my wife and I had to wait 15 min for a towel and chairs despite the area being fairly empty (this was after speaking with two staff members) on another occasion we waited 20 min for someone to ask for our orders. There was a stain on the seating area in the room. Do not know what it was, however definitely expect more from a hotel of this caliber. Our view from the room was absolutely gorgeous, but the balcony was too small to fit chairs on. Note this appears to be only on a small section of rooms so be weary about this.
Loved this hotel. The concierge Jorge Rocha was so helpful, he gave us GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.
Location and pool. Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom. The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.

Pool,location,bed itself was nice. Customer service was very bad for a 5 star hotel, mold in hallways of room, dirty stained carpets, every piece of furniture was damaged and just looked bad. If I wanted to stay in a hotel 6 I could have saved 200 dollars.
Flight left me and I Sent them Proof from American Air Lines Then they promised me to re-booking amount, week left and did not recover the amount Whenever I tried to contact them A person who on the counter Transfer my calls to The Department Competent and No one answers no one call me back again ..... they are thieves

The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.
Modern, cool, hip--like all W Hotels. Unlike some, there wasn't loud music playing at 3 am at the upstairs club. View is great. Gym is good, but a bit of a haul to get to as it is in a different building. Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.
Amazing room, will definitely go here again. Staff was helpful in providing a room when Amoma failed to make a reservation for the hotel. If you are booking a hotel room from kayak through a third party, buyers stay away from Amoma!
The hotel and atmosphere were great. The best service were the bell hop and the valet service. Untrained staff, in particular the service in the restaurant was poor! Front desk gave conflicting information are not clear when asking about restaurants.

The facilities were all wonderful. The views spectacular. The pool area and gym are outstanding. Parking is way too expensive. I had a problem with the television set in the bathroom, the remote simply would not work. I asked for help on this three times and each time they could send someone to turn it on but they could never tell me how to turn it on.
The wifi didn't seem to work, luckily I was close enough to the lobby to use that.
Luxurious accommodations, incredible views. Room service was very good. Valet parking always seems to be the weak link at many hotels. Nothing horrific, just not up to the standard represented at this property.
Rooms are spacious and beautifully done--esp. the bathroom. Huge TV. I like the location for downtown - great for walking. Lobby sparce, chaotic and unwelcoming. Valet was told it would be 20 min., but it was not that long. Event was happening , so lots of arrivals and tight spot to get a lot of cars coming and going.
as soon as I arrive with a reservation, they told me that they were full and I didn't have a room in that hotel so they change me to another Marriott
I loved everything about it, great service, nice people, the room was nice and perfect, and it had a perfect view, it was great and if I ever go back to miami, I would know where to go and stay.
The hotel is very well appointed: from the lobby to common areas and, most notable the rooms. Everything is clean, crisp and well conceived and executed.
We stayed three nights for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very modern and clean with super views over the bay amd the city. The staff was very friendly wherever you run into them. Walking distance to lots of activities (boat rides, jer skis, American Airlines arena, restaurants, etc..) highly recommended!!!

Hotellet lå bra plassert med tanke på at man kun hadde 10min med bil til Miami Beach. I tillegg var det stort sett rundt 10min med bil til en del kjøpesenter hvor det var mulig å få tak i det meste. Ordentlig service i form av lite venting ved skranke eller på at de skulle hente bilen din. Det eneste jeg savnet på hotellrommet, var et kjøleskap. Dette fikk vi vite at var mulig å få, men det ble ikke opplyst om dette ved ankomst. Vi ble oppmerksom på dette da renholdersken sa dette til oss siste dagen vi var på hotellet.
Hotellet lå nær flyplassen. Bjeteningen var oppmerksomme og imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Åpent og romslig i lobby, bar og restaurant. Restauranten var i dyreste laget for den type kvalitet på maten. Rommene var ikke 4 stjernes, men heller 3 stjernes.
The hotel was very luxurious, mable lobbies, marble bathrooms. Beautiful views of Miami bay. One could have lived in the bathoon it was so big and plush. The room service menu was expensive, however we were not too surprised at this as the hotel was definately upmarket & luxurious
Front Desk staff made great accommodation for my early arrival and made quite sure I was well taken care of. Restuarant breakfast of Corned Beef Hash & Eggs was spectacular.

Professional and courteous staff, wonderful bedlinens, large well- equipped bathrooms, extremely quiet hotel. Outside a large, nicely warm pool. Remember this is not a beach hotel, you are among the skyscraper financial buildings on Brickell Av but the service is outstanding as are the views and there are plenty of good restaurants/cafes in the area.

rooms were nice, comfortable, location was good for what we were doing Found what appeared to be a pubic hair in our room service food. We did not eat the food and would not eat in the restaurant. We both stepped on glass shards while sitting at the pool. We brought it to the attention of the spa staff who shrugged it off..
The construction of the shower lead to water pooling up at the shower door and seeping out into the bathroom.
Location is excellent. Hotel is located walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. Located in the heart of Brickell. We checked in on Thursday for a special birthday "stay-cation". I was under the impression that this was a five star facility, but the room we were placed in and the service we received was far from five star quality. Within hours of our check in, the bathroom sink clogged up. My husband and i went to dinner and asked for maintenance to come to our room while we were gone. When we returned, it appeared that someone had come to fix it. However, within 30 minutes, the sink was clogged up again. We called the front desk and at 11:15 p.m. two maintenance men came into our room with a shot-vac to attempt to fix the problem. A shot-vac. At this point, the proper thing to do would have been for the hotel to offer to switch our rooms. Instead, we bore the sound of the vacuum and the maintenance crew for about 15 minutes. When one of the maintenance men was done, he said he would be back up in 30 minutes to see if it was fixed. It was almost 11:30 p.m. at this point! My husband told him not to bother returning. Not shockingly, in the morning the sink was still not working and now the toilet was backing up. I was appalled and embarrassed that I had booked this hotel for my husband's birthday. I went to the front desk to check out and aired my grievances. I spoke to a supervisor/manager that was there. He offered us a free breakfast that I said we would accept but then the manager took it back and said, "Well, actually it's past breakfast time." He offered to give us drinks at the bar instead. I could not have walked out fast enough. I was SO disappointed with this experience and spent the rest of the weekend trying to make it up to my husband (who has been ever-patient)!

I thoroughly enjoyed our room on the 21st floor. The view was amazing and the room was very plush and comfortable. Enjoyed the daily Happy Hour specials and the buffet styled breakfast thats readily available downstairs at the restaurant called the "Catch". The service the Marriott provided was Awesome! I would stay here again.... $10.00 or less ride to South Beach using Uber or Lyft. If you don't want to pay the daily parking charge, there is street parking that affordable adjacent to the hotel. There is no microwaves or refrigerators available in the rooms. However, you can requested these items if they are available.
Everything including location from the Port of Miami, nice lobby, great restaraunt, and view from balcony! Pool was horrendous. When you go to FL the one thing you look forward to it the pool/jacuzzis. To put it in perspective, the pool water was warmer than the hot tub. Outside of the pool area needing some work, everything was great.

I was very suprised with our stay. I went into this as a vacation made very last minute and saw good reviews but figured it would just be an OK hotel. However it was a really nice place. The staff was very attentive. They book a massage for me. They set up a crib and twin bed for my 2 year old son so he could choose which he wanted. They had smart TVs which allowed us to play netflix and youtube at night. my wife and I especially liked that the hotel had many resteraunts, starbucks, pharmacy and many botique stores attached to the hotel. The pool was nice, but the only drawback is that it is situated in a way that we only got sun in certain parts of the day as the building blocked out the sun before noon. so 12-5pm the sun hit the pool. It was very close to south beath (lincoln rd). We had a car but with all the shuttle services you really could not even bother. They had busses going to many of the attractions you want, and if it wasn't uber would fill in the few gaps. I would 100% go back and do plan on making this a semi-regular vacation favorite. It also helped that there were other familes with kids for my son to play with. He had 5-10 kids to play with in the pool on any given day. ENjoy! and thanks for the memories

Staff was friendly. And several nice restaurants nearby such as Latin 2000, and catch of the day. It is far from south beach, but you can pick up the 150 bus from Miami international airport bus terminal, and be at south beach within 40 minutes.
There were nice restaurants nearby. Close to the airport and shopping mall. Not too far from the port of Miami. It was very clean, staff was courteous and the continental breakfast was appealing. I would diffinently stay there again. Thanks! There is only one shuttle and I had to wait way too long. Almost an hour
The hotel staff is courteous, well informed and very professional. Andrew and Glenda were especially willing to help me with my requests when I required arrangements to extend my stay. The breakfast has an excellent variety of items from which to select.
The hotel was very clean and organized, Jesus was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to accommodate us. I would recommend to others. Airport pickup took more than an hour, I think they forgot I had called.

The rate is very fair, near the airport, with free shuttle service. They were sold out, and they put me a handicaped person room. But nothing very disgusting.

A great place to stay. Rooms are great. Breakfast was awsome. Only two things I can say that disappointed me. First location to the beaches. Second no pool. I would stay again as long as I was not going to the beach.

Shuttle to and from Miami International Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Incursion into Lobby by seriously impaired woman (cursing, yelling and belligerent behavior) morning we were flying out. Hotel security just stood around doing nothing. Front desk gentleman was trying his best to handle situation, and keep the woman away from guests. Police had to be called.

Great place to rest our heads for the night between flights. Shuttle arrived promptly after we called the hotel. We received a free upgrade for no apparent reason (woo hoo!). The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was very clean and nice. Please note that the shuttle ends at 12:30 AM and resumes at 5 AM.
Very close to Metro (People Mover) for Little Havana. Happy hour in the hotel lobby bar includes one complimentary alcoholic beverage. Concierge was very helpful as was the staff, and very friendly. Shuttle services are available to take you to the port/ships and can be scheduled according to your needs. Rates vary depending upon how many people are scheduled to shuttle at that time, but reasonable (for 2people - $6 each). Close to 7-11, grocery stores, downtown Miami and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Revamped lobby since 2015. The restaurant/bar is great. Free cofffe in mornings and cocktail in evening. Room is clean. It's small but works fine for 1 or 2 travelers. Good access to downtown and easy to get to south beach. Staff this time was much more welcoming than 1 year ago. No complaints. I wouldn't say it's romantic or water front. May not be a great place for beach goers (small room and bathroom) I could imagine sand getting everywhere. Bathrooms are small and not sure fan works.

Location! The room and the bathroom was way too small, the window was above our sight so couldn't see anything outside. I would not suggest anyone stay there. I did not enjoy my stay at all.
When arriving we were told we didnt have a room that we had lready reserved. They then contacted another hotel and moved us there. When arriving at the next hotel we were told they didnt have the room that YVE said they had for us. The desk at YVE assured us the hotel we were moved to had a room with 2 double bed waiting. Come to find out that was a lie. We had to give our teenage kids roll away bed and crowd the room. All around a mess and inconvienience we did not need at 9:30 pm. I will never attempt to stay at YVE again, even if it was free!! They suck.

When I got to hotel they had no reservation for me. I had my confirmation number and voucher to show I had paid for room and they had no record of it. They were full and initial said they could not find a room . This was very distressing because after a long day of work and travel I needed to get to into my room to prepare for an extremely important interview scheduled for early next morning . I am a young single woman and had never been to Miami so was unsure of where to go not knowing the area. After a stressful hour or more of waiting finally got the last room in hotel. The hotel staff were friendly but it was an extremely stressful situation. The interview following morning was most important for my future.
Clean hotel. Clean updated room They could not find my reservation I booked through Kayak. No record of it in their computer. This caused a delay in access to my room. At times the lobby was a bit noisy with loud music
This hotel had a surprising nice lobby and pool that made me wish I had built in time for lounging poolside and enjoying a cocktail. The free cocktail ticket received at check-in was a nice perk not offered by most hotels. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet - no noisy maids or slamming doors in the hallways. The location is great - very accessible for Brickell business environment. 25 minute mid-day taxi ride to/from the airport.
