Ulemper: Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now.

Fordeler: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.
Ulemper: Food was typical economy class fare.
Fordeler: Please make sure that the allotted luggage is properly reflected.
Fordeler: Very small airport so ease of check in was perfect.

Fordeler: For a budget airline Norwegian does a good job in most areas - courteous, professional staff, clean, well-maintained planes, good service.
Ulemper: My flight from Oslo to Gatwick was delayed due to technical problems with the plane. We sat on the tarmac and left two hours late, causing me to miss my connection to Boston. I understand that these things happen, and I appreciate the attention to safety; however, the real problems began when we arrived at Gatwick. We were told an agent would meet the five of us who missed the flight at the gate to assist us. No agent was there, and we wandered to different Norwegian sites for help. When we finally found the right person, it took a ridiculous amount of time to rebook us. Here's the first problem with a carrier like Norwegian: they don't have as many flights, and none were going directly to Boston the following day. I was finally booked on a 6:20 a.m. flight to Copenhagen the next day with a 10 hour layover until the flight to Boston. The next problem was an outsourced service to provide me with a hotel and food voucher for the night. This literally took hours for them to arrange. It was over 6 hours from arrival at Gatwick to ending up with a place to stay - and then a 4 a.m. wakeup to get to the airport. I would hesitate to book Norwegian again for these reasons. Also - come on, Norwegian, soft drinks, water, and coffee/tea should be free.

Fordeler: Newburgh airport is nice and small so were no long security lines. Norwegian air was perfect. No issues with anything.
Ulemper: Didn't have wifi on the plane. But it's not a deal breaker.

Fordeler: Crew were good considering the difficult situation they found themselves in
Ulemper: Once everyone had boarded we were told we would be on the tarmac for 2 hours before we leave. While we sat there we were told they could not serve us anything while on the ground...even water! When we finally were airborne the crew were overwhelmed with customer orders and not all people got served

Ulemper: simply put magazine pockets on the back of the seats.

Ulemper: We were left sit on the runway after landing waiting for a spot to park up
Fordeler: Loved the service. Nice small plane. Very easy boarding. This is a quick inter-city flight. The plane is small and agile. It did some pretty nimble turns and sharp banking that might be a little too exciting for some.
Fordeler: Nothing, SAD were so incredibly cruel and nasty and even laughed at us after we got stranded in Copenhagen. 40 hours of traveling, 2 small children, and the sas ticket people laughed at us and refused to help us, even after we agreed to pay THREE TIMES our original fair.
Fordeler: Seats ok. Crew very nice.
Ulemper: Short flight but entertainment is always a nice thing to have

Ulemper: I assumed we got a meal, but perhaps I'm mistaken there.
Fordeler: I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that.
Ulemper: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.
Fordeler: Crew was kind and gracious.
Ulemper: Hand carry was checked 3 different times. Goes to show that Swiss staff doesn’t trust its colleagues to determine if the bag passes muster.
Fordeler: Everyone was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Upon arrival in Delhi our suitcase handle was broken.
Fordeler: Swiss is always excellent
Ulemper: Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available.
Ulemper: 2.5 hrs on the plane before departure due to last minute technical problem. During long delay, water and small snack given only to the other aisle (not mine). Terrible service.Impossible to buy headsets during long delay. I did not know one is now required to tell online that one wants dinner on the plane. So, no food for me. I had to buy some snacks but most were out-of-stock. Overall very bad
Fordeler: Comfort of the dreamliner and feeling safe to fly.
Ulemper: Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok.
Fordeler: The boarding process was smooth and started early enough to allow everyone time to get settled.
Ulemper: 20 hours of flying and there was no food or even a cup of water included. It was not clear when I booked my flight that I would need to book meals in advance, or purchase at inflated prices on the plane.

Ulemper: Entertainment was music only no movies to download. Would have given more stars to Aegean
Ulemper: Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. They refused to do a spelling change on my name and forced me to purchase a second ticket. The flight was 25+ minutes late taking off due to lack of organization at passenger check-in. It really is a shame that Agean is pretty much the only option to Istanbul (IST) from Athens.

Ulemper: There was only one agent checking in business class passengers until a bunch of us complained. The Swiss business lounge is too small with not enough seats
Fordeler: Crew was lovely, patient with all us skiers returning from the slopes. The food was EXCELLENT- for airline food. And I was in economy.
Ulemper: The Entertainment tech was not smooth, had difficulty getting it to function and likely annoyed the person in front of me with all my tapping.

Ulemper: When we checked in, we were told we didn't have seats because the plane was overbooked. We waited at the gate for information. The attendants were curt and not helpful, they told us they had no information. After the plane was boarded, we were finally given tickets with seats and rushed onto the plane. When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience.

Fordeler: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Ulemper: Juste the toilet were not so clean and smelled very bad.

Ulemper: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.
Ulemper: It was very cold they need to lower the temperature.

Ulemper: The plane being on time, we got to the departure lounge ready to board only to be told there was a technical fault. They knew the plane had a fault, could have notified us sooner. Once on board we were delayed a further half an hour at no time were there any apologies or explanation.
Fordeler: Nothing they charged me an extra 55 euros since i couldn't checkin online.
Ulemper: Ryanair has hidden fees and customer service is very poor

Ulemper: They didn’t let anyone check in online. So there was a huge line of people all trying to check in at one time and caused a problem for other ticket desks in the area. If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time.
Fordeler: It's nice that Norwegian loads from both ends of the plane...it would be better if people could read or listen to those instructions
Ulemper: I get that it is a budget airline, but water. Come on. It's water. I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving

Ulemper: Carry on luggage had to be put below AGAIN as there wasn’t room in overhead lockers. Then had to wait 25mins for luggage at carousel.
Fordeler: The food and service were wonderful!
Ulemper: Seats are not comfortable
Fordeler: It was an excellent value to fly from Stockholm to Copenhagen. We considered taking the train, but the cost vs. time made it much better to fly. The time of the flight was just an hour, and no beverages were offered. This was acceptable, but water would have been nice! Very easy boarding and the fight was on time.
Ulemper: The seats are not very big, and the air conditioning was not adequate for July as we waited on the runway. The gate seating at Stockholm airport could have been better, as there were not nearly enough seats at the gate for all passengers waiting.
Ulemper: They charge extra for EVERYTHING, including water. And you can't even buy snacks or other food on board unless you have "pre-ordered" it. Movies are from the 90's ("classics" LOL). At the time of purchase and at check in, there was no way to select a seat.
