Fordeler: Fast boarding, on time arrival and friendly service; what more do you need!

Fordeler: It was a shot flight. Not much happening.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed.

Fordeler: For Copenhagen to JFK flight only: Excellent crew, satisfactory food service, very good drink service, great plane, comfortable seat in Premium comparable to old business class seats before lie flat became standard.

Ulemper: Extremely understaffed check-in desk in Lisbon with extremely long lines took over thirty minutes of waiting to reach the desk. No separate check-in lines for Premium, since they have no Premium service from there to Copenhagen. No Premium seating or services available from Lisbon to Copenhagen. No staff or facility at Copenhagen airport to print boarding pass for transfer passengers until gate agents finally arrived.

Fordeler: Crew was ok. Seat was fairly comfortable.

Ulemper: There was no in flight service and nothing was offered. Smaller plane but our flight from London to Bergen was in a smaller plane and we were offered something to drink.

Fordeler: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.

Ulemper: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Fordeler: To reach the goal.

Ulemper: Food. Time.

Ulemper: Can’t believe SAS charges for 1 piece of luggage Never experienced in all the years I’ve travelled internationally Also couldn’t accept UScredit card to buy a drink- yes you had to buy an alcoholic beverage on the flight to Europe Better to upgrade your ticket so you can check a bag and use lounge

Ulemper: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Fordeler: Smiling crew, clean airplane, tasty healthy food. I had all I needed to be comfortable.

Ulemper: I can’t think of anything to improve on.

Fordeler: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Ulemper: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Fordeler: I was able to log on the my booking and select aisle seats for no additional cost (surprisingly). Made the short flight much more comfortable.

Fordeler: Smiling crew, clean airplane, tasty healthy food. I had all I needed to be comfortable.

Ulemper: I can’t think of anything to improve on.

Fordeler: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.

Ulemper: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.

Fordeler: food good

Ulemper: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.

Ulemper: The staff on all SAS flights seem a little lazy.
