Ulemper: "First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

Ulemper: "Plane transfer and customs at Frankfort were the worst I have ever encountered. Had to go so far between the two gates that had the flight from Seattle not been 30 minutes early and the plane to Barcelona posted as 10 minutes later than originally stated, we would have missed the connecting flight."

Ulemper: "Baggage handlers on strike - airport chaotic - Swissport did poor job communicating waht was going on. One bag eventually arrived - took 3 hours second bag did not arrive and apparently did not get transferred in Frankfurt Told they would deliver bag - next day and would text and call - called at 4am !!! I just had come off 20hrs of travel. Phone on mute. No e mail. Now they say will deliver this evening - but no time slot so another wasted vacation day waiting for them to get their act together. Why can't they call/text me with a 30 minute window."

Fordeler: "Lost my tablet and it was returned to me! Great staff."
Ulemper: "The seat design at exit rows. The pouch is too far away. Made me leave my tablet behind bc it was too far. Nothing of significance to complain about. It was overall, a great flight and safety was put ahead of everything. Well done."

Ulemper: "The crew on the flight was really loud and talked about unprofessional things. Every time I was woken up it was by a flight attendant talk to another attendant really loud across the plane. Also, this was advertised as Lufthansa but was actually United. Kayak seems to do this frequently, and as a customer it is confusing and disappointing."

"SAS er i ferd med å bli håpløst utdatert for business reisende, dessverre. Man kaller det Plus og selger det inn som en business class, men det er jo bare tull... Reise fra CPH til Island var med Icelandair, full business og topp service, reise fra Reykjavik til Oslo, med SAS, var et svært gammelt fly, gamle og dårlige seter, fullt av mennesker som sild i tønne og dårlig mat. Mens flyet fra Oslo til Stavanger var nytt, alt var bedre men det burde vært motsatt; lengre distanser, bedre komfort, for fullt betalende passasjerer, men det tenker ikke SAS på. Jeg faser ut SAS fra nå av og vil fly mest mulig med andre selskap ut fra Stavanger, så det blir nok mer KLM fra nå av.."

Fordeler: "The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use...."

Ulemper: "We were in 40G and H, bulkhead seats. I have never had such a hot plane (and I am a world traveler). We were both very warm (felt like 85 degrees- warm enough to not be comfortable). I was told by the flight attendant that people in back of plane were freezing. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was ok, but not ‘I wish I could have seconds” good. I lowered the rating because they never gave us more than the one bottle of water that was on our seats when we arrived. That may have been ok for the people in the cold part of the plane but not for us in the sweating part. Luckily we had brought a big bottle of water."

Ulemper: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"

The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Fordeler: "My checked in bag did not arrive to HEL... Nedless to say I did check the bag tag was properly labeled RIX to HEL... oh well ... bad score for Baltic Air ... truly hope to see my bag in CGK when I arrived. Qatar airways pls come to the rescue."

Ulemper: "I pre-paid two checked bags (one each for my husband and myself). At check in we were told I had not done this and we had to go pay at another desk in the airport and come back to the check in line, 40 euros each. I showed the agent my paperwork that showed one bag each--it was not explicit on the paper whether this was the allowance or what I had paid--and she shrugged and said "Bad information. You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck."

Ulemper: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Ulemper: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Ulemper: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"

Ulemper: "We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive."

Fordeler: "We arrived safely. Bilingual staff."
Ulemper: "The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable."

Ulemper: "The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Ulemper: "I was flying transit, but I had to go through the check-in in Paris. At the check-in they started to make problems about my carry-on luggage. I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

Ulemper: "Seat was uncomfortable and next to an odorous toilet."

Ulemper: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."

Fordeler: "It was very easy to print boarding pass."
Ulemper: "The scanners did not accept my boarding pass. 40% of the passengers had to have boarding passes reprinted. It was chaotic."

Fordeler: "Flight was on time which was surprising given a late snow storm in Tallinn."
Ulemper: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Ulemper: "No free food or drink of any kind. That would have been okay since prices were reasonable. However, they completely skipped my row on my side of the plane, and I had to use the call button to get service."

Fordeler: "Modern aircraft. Quick flight. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal. Relieved that baggage from BKK-KBP-RIX was not lost nor delayed."
Ulemper: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."

Ulemper: "Making and being offered a solution that wasn’t two days later. When our plan had to emergency land due to engine surge there was no one working at the Norwegian desk. You had to wait in line for an hour and a half for a person to give you a slip of paper to call. They should have just told everyone"

Fordeler: "Everything turned out well but..."
Ulemper: "Neither the website nor subsequent communication let me know I could buy dinner or snacks. Nor did I know that blankets and headsets were not provided. It was actually better than having carts blocking the aisles for so long. There was just insufficient information ahead of time"

Ulemper: "I changed seats with another passenger and I had preordered food. After telling this to 4 crew members, they still kept delivering my food to the wrong seat. I ordered vegetarian, so I got my food before everyone and then they kept forgetting to serve me drinks and coffee and so many other things."

Fordeler: "The fact that the plane was newer"
Ulemper: "Perhaps offering water to passengers who didn’t select in flight meal option. Eight hour flight with no water is horrible. There is an option for buy bottled water for 4 Euros but I think basic customer service should include water. Terrible... I’ve never seen this before!!!!"

Fordeler: "I liked the look of the new 787 plane."
Ulemper: "I didn't get served or offered a meal for the entire 10 hour flight. I doubt the food had to be purchased as people all around me were eating and I think I was the only one on the plane not served. The flight attendant crew was very rude yelling at me and not serving me a meal. Never Norwegian !"

Ulemper: "Flight was 5 hours delayed. Crew was unapologetic about it. Due to the delay I missed my connection. Customer service rep said there’s nothing they can do. Your team was also incredibly unhelpful.The aircraft was the most uncomfortable I’d ridden in ages. The on board staff was unfriendly."

Ulemper: "Maten var under enhver kritikk. Helt ihjelkokt i microen. Det som skulle være broccoli var blitt en grønngul gugge. Gulrøtter uten substans, og til slutt mørt kjøtt. Men alt for salt. Åja, glemte fløtepotetene. De var så mye varmet at den var brun og tørr helt igjennom."

Fordeler: "Ganske god mat."
Ulemper: "Alt for varierende temperatur ombord. Det gikk fra iskaldt til kjempevarmt flere ganger. To runder iskaldt og to med kjempevarme. Det må vel kunne gjøres noe med?"

Ulemper: "Security and check in process need much improvement. No loungers even in premium."

Ulemper: "Avgangen var avlåst slik at vi ikke hadde noe sted å sitte ned mens vi ventet på avgang"

Ulemper: "None of the staff could tell me which gate number it the flight was due to an error in number switching, causing me to go through security check 3 TIMES over 3 HOURS which ruined my experience and put me in an aggravated mood! Crew spoke without empathy & redirected their anger of gate errors at me!"

Fordeler: "Excellent flight. Smooth."

Ulemper: "They didn’t let anyone check in online. So there was a huge line of people all trying to check in at one time and caused a problem for other ticket desks in the area. If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time."

Fordeler: "The crew was OK, one lady was excellent. Seats were tight."
Ulemper: "Food was skimpy, Snacks were unavailable, and it was absolutely freezing!"

Ulemper: "My flight from Oakland to Barcelona ( DY7076) was canceled on August 2 and I had to rebook a new flight for the next day, August 3. It means that I had to spend my time and my money in the US one more day and miss all the personal stuff I had to do in Barcelona on August 3. According to my rights, I might have my money back for this flight."

No online boarding pass meant reentering security line with no fewer than 500 people in front of us; 3 hour delay departing newark; filthy, crowded, standing room only lounge in Newark; no sight of flight attendants until 2 hours after take off (by that time it was 4am and no beverage)."

Ulemper: "I purchased business class ticket. Norwegian downgraded me to economy and lied and deceived. Norwegian procedures and policies are abusive and their staff are unprofessional. The worst airline experience after flying 2 million miles in 40 years on numerous airlines. Never Norwegian again."

Fordeler: "Food was ok and staff was friendly."
Ulemper: "I booked an isle seat, however it was switched to a middle seat without my knowledge. I was not informed that movies/entertainment could only be accessed from United app on my phone, so I didn't bring my phone charger with me. Seats were quite uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "Be prepared to bring out your credit card for a crappy cup of coffee, and again for water, toilet paper, and anything else you might need. Then it took a full 50 minutes to get checked luggage at destination (Barcelona). Staff was rude and simply did not care. After paying for seat assignment and checked bag, it is not a bargain airline. This was first and last time on Norwegian."

Ulemper: "The seat area was dirty with broken biscuit crumbs - both seat and floor. The pocket in front of the seat (back of previous seat) was filthy with what looked like yogurt and chewing gum. Very unpleasant!"

Ulemper: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Ulemper: "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"

Fordeler: "Seats were clean"
Ulemper: "Delayed flight which lead to then sitting in the plane on the runway awaiting a time to take off. Flight attendant didn’t serve the back half of then plane with drinks. Luggage Carousel kept changing."

Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Delayed by almost 4 hours with no communication. By the time we found out we could get a meal voucher it was too late"

Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Fordeler: "Nothing.... Very poor. Generally Vueling has a poor image but I took a chance nothing has changed"
Ulemper: "On board the plane I was told you have to pay for all the food drinks quite abruptly maybe because I had shorts on and a tee shirt the lady in question thought I did not have much money.....Never go by how somebody is dressed that's my advice to your airline staff...."

Fordeler: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

Ulemper: "Was made to put case into the hold at the gate, they said there wasn't enough room on the plane, got on, there was loads of space and loads of cases. Got to Barcelona and my Kipling monkey had been removed from case, either in Birmingham or Barcelona."

Ulemper: "Almost missed the last aerobus because of the long delays. Long waits with boarding."

Ulemper: "My recline button on the seat was broken and I was sat on the back seat so wouldn’t disturb anybody behind me, the person in front reclined and rightly so for comfort leaving me very little room. Felt a little closed in."

Ulemper: "The delayed boarding of the flight due to the delayed arrival of our aircraft into Dublin. The 15 Minutes of silence and not knowing what was going on, or whether we were or weren’t going to eventually be landing in Barcelona or diverted elsewhere, after the aircraft had suddenly climbed very steeply away from Barcelona as we were almost about to land on the first approach to BCN."

Ulemper: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

Fordeler: "Cheap."
Ulemper: "Very late"

Fordeler: "Nothing good"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed which meant I missed the event I was travelling for. No help from airline or any expression of sympathy for the situation, very awkward to deal with and no flexibility, no offer of refund or change of flight as no other was available with the airline, wouldn't book again"

Fordeler: "Was given the Exit seat"
Ulemper: "Had to leave my hand luggage at check in because of fully booked flight And had to take out my laptop and carry it throughout the flight without case"

Fordeler: "Flight not shown delayed at airport. Eventually left an hour late. No information or apology at boarding gate. Staff went and hid so the desk was empty. No apology or explanation on board either. Flight got us from A to Be but with zero grace or service. As a first experience this was bad."
Ulemper: "Zero service"

Ulemper: "Delay of 35-40 minutes again, as always."

Fordeler: "I didn't take the flight so there was nothing to like"
Ulemper: "I booked the flight at noon. The flight left at 12:30, so the check-in counter was already closed because it was an international flight. I wanted to make a booking for the 29th, not the 27th... bookings shouldn't be made after the counter has already been closed. British Airways said that they didn't charge my credit card but I just checked it and it was definitely charged."

Ulemper: "Very very small amount of legroom Flight was delayed c.90 minutes, there wasn't a lot of information and eventually were told they had to use a different plane, which may have explained it's quite poor old condition."

Ulemper: "You take money from my card and you send me confirmation when I go to the counter they said that I don't have any reservation I will complain about that you are the bad company ever"
